I, Akhilesh Kumar, Mobile No. [protected] has activated Internet Packs for Rs. 154 and validity given for 28 days i.e.[protected], but in meantime, I have recharged my account on dated[protected] at 6.58 P.M. for Rs. 255 for Unlimited 2 G Data and thereafter, I have got message from IDEA on[protected] at 8.07 P.M. and state that " You have reached your threshold 1024 MB, you will be charged at 4.00 Paise/10KB and then I have talked with have been activated, but thereafter I have downloaded a file, I have found that my account balance for Rs. 72.00 approx. have been deducted. The above deductions have been made without any notice. I have talked with Customer Care again and they assured me that your balance has been resolved after enquiry. My request No. is 1-[protected] and Customer care has informed me vide message at 10.33 PM ' Dear Customer, your concern for incorrect charging is registered and would be actioned by[protected].00 AM, but further time a message has been received by the Customer care stating that Dear Customer, your concern for wrong charging could not be resolved, kindly contact customer care.
In view of the above fact, we may request you to kindly look after the matter and take further necessary action at your end.
