I have raised a complaint last month july 28, 2014 and i did not get any response till date. I have initiated an email after a month of no response from idea . I have the same network issue on all the 3 idea mobile numbers and all the 3 numbers are on 3 different devices. This issue just started in the month of june 2014. And post the complaint i didn't get any response from the email support team or on the website nor from the phone support.


I have given idea a proper explanation and yet i did not get any solution. The idea store says a booster could solve the issue. Yet no one cares to help the senior citizens. We been using idea for quite sometime. Since the issue no one wants to take the ownership.


I will have to take this to the next level, till idea says sorry we can't give you a solution. I want to hear this from the service provider. So i can switch the service provider with a number portability option.


Just so you know your email customer support services are very very bad. They can't read and understand an email. And i see aditya brila group spending a lot of time and money on tv ad's. Instead of fixing issues with the services. And more over i feel they are more attached to the owl and dont want to see any issues of the customer. I am highly disappointed since idea were unwilling to help senior citizens post several attempts.

      Myself Shailendra Singh and i am working as Software Engineer in noida. I have [protected] sim card of idea(UP West) which is used only for IDEA 3G network. Last 15 days i faced network problems and i complained many times to customer care but did not resolved. And my validity of NET PACK is passed day by day. Mostly, i work from home town but last two days[protected],[protected] i could not work due to bad service of idea network and i got absence and i lost my project. I got big loss whenever my 3G net expiry date is 05-09-14. i want to recover my loss from Idea. please help me. Thanks, Shailendra Singh mob. - [protected].

        I recharged rs.102 at ghaziabad, up for data pack on 24 aug 14 and got message for recharge. But when net connected it was deducting from my main balance and still happening the same. Tried to call customer care many many times and asked for refund balance and net activation but all went in vain.Also told to give complaint no. But all are making fools.Pls check for my call details that how many times i called on 12345, 198 incl 4 mails. But everytime they give excuse and tell to call other number or else our supervisor/technical team will contact you while during calling them.Pls help me

          I am kanhaiya kumar [protected] from barauni ;begusarai Bihar Sir I read an edvertizment in hindustan newspaper ; get part time job by idea sim company. The work was to send company sms to coustomers sim in my locality.There was a
          Phone no given-[protected] .I called then Mr Gunjan from kolkata was talking to me .he told company will send Rs51000 cheaque and a gold ring with company sim and a memory card he told to buy a laptop with that money . he also said company will give Rs 10 / message u send.he said my job sheet no is 553 He said all things will be sent to u by post and you have to pay 2100 to recieve it.when l paid and recieve that post nothing was there accecpt a newspaper .There was a contact no given ;i called then they are telling to send Rs3000 in an account for the income tax. Then they will give Rs51000to me .Sir Is they have cheated me ? What can i do?please help me sir.

            Today evening 4:00PM I got a message your idea talkies has been activated . Amount charged is Re's 240/- for 1 year . But I didn't activated any kind of service .but i never send a request to them for activate . iam using idea past 2 years I didn't get any kind of problem but now they suddenly deducted 240 re's .               Till date customer care dept is sending email and asking for Rs 1.5 Lck for my nunber. As per them this is premimum number charges. I would request Idea to give me there MD's contact info so i can put my point in front of him and let him decide who is at fauld.

                I'm a recent user of Idea Cellular with no. [protected]. I tried to recharge my data pack under "3G mobile internet" at https://m.ideacellular.com/mobile. Under the above-mentioned head there is a recharge option for Rs. 248. N I recharge d same. After that Rs. 248 was deducted from my account. But the Idea representative told me that the recharge is under Net setter of which I'd never selected. Now, I want the Company to refund my amount or activaactivate the amount in my 3g mobile internet. Thanks.

                  Hi,

                  I Am Satnam Singh & My mobile Number is [protected].

                  This Email is in regards with the call I Made on 31/08/2014 & I Spoke to a CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER named FAIZAN from Technical Team which I found was very Rude & Hunged Up the call on me as I was having some technical Problems with INTERNET & CALL DROP OUTS.

                  After Approaching him to Escalate the Call, The REP said that he cannot tranfer the call as the Reason for Escalating is not worthy.

                  While he was assisting me over the call, I told him the Handset i Am Using still the Rep was very arrogant.


                  I Believe this is What a Loyal Customer gets after serving the Company for a Long time.

                  I need the resolution ASAP or a call Back on my Number for the same.

                  I will also be marking an email to Telecommunication Ombudsement for the same.

                    I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated
                    today 30aug 2014 from web for my no. [protected].
                    for this it took 50rs.charges per month.

                    After calling to customer care I am not satisfied with their reply nor they are willing to listen and continuously saying if you use any service then it
                    will be chargable and wasted my money in calling them.

                    As I stated that I haven't used any service or download anything named
                    juiceup
                    services is activated without my knowledge.

                    I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and
                    apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used

                    So please deactivate and refund my valuable money.Otherwise i will have to move to the consumer forum/court

                        I am dinesh kumar and [protected] is my mobile no. On 2 aug 14, i made a recharge of rs. 155/- for 2g data pack as per plan of 1gb with 28 days validity after confirmation idea care after dialing *121# followed. But after recharging i a message of 750mb with 21 days validitiy. On 29 aug 14, i made call to cus care but they replied thatplan have changed on 28 aug 14. Then i crossed checked with *121# and followed and same i found that it is againmessaged that 155/- data pack for 1 gb with a validity of 28 days. I same a snap of this message taken on 29 aug 14. Cus care not agree to lodge a complaint. Now i have to approach to court to file a petition in regards of this wrong information and oolo na bano".

                        ​sir/ madam, my complaint should be resolved by 01 sep 14 as a message passed to me by cus care. it is still exist without any remarks. i received a call from cus care idea, and they replied query can`t be resolved.this is just to cheat their customer care. by this form, it is not resolved then i have to file a petition to consumer court for cheating the people by passing wrong information to their customer within seven days. i have all the information relating to this rechage packs.​​​this a case of harassring of their valuable customers in a democratic country.

                          Hi there,
                          I was being over charged for Data services my tariff give me 750 MB of free data, but i was still being charged for ever kb i use which took my data usage to Rs1900 odd for the month of july 2014. some have after a long struggle i got the money refunded.

                          The same happened for the month of Aug and my out going was barred as i exceed my credit limit. I called customer service several times to wait in que for 30 to 40 Mins to speak to supervisor or the agent places the call on hold and disconnected after 10 or 15 Mins. Another twist in the tale is i pay for these calls to costumer services.

                            I, Akhilesh Kumar, Mobile No. [protected] has activated Internet Packs for Rs. 154 and validity given for 28 days i.e.[protected], but in meantime, I have recharged my account on dated[protected] at 6.58 P.M. for Rs. 255 for Unlimited 2 G Data and thereafter, I have got message from IDEA on[protected] at 8.07 P.M. and state that " You have reached your threshold 1024 MB, you will be charged at 4.00 Paise/10KB and then I have talked with have been activated, but thereafter I have downloaded a file, I have found that my account balance for Rs. 72.00 approx. have been deducted. The above deductions have been made without any notice. I have talked with Customer Care again and they assured me that your balance has been resolved after enquiry. My request No. is 1-[protected] and Customer care has informed me vide message at 10.33 PM ' Dear Customer, your concern for incorrect charging is registered and would be actioned by[protected].00 AM, but further time a message has been received by the Customer care stating that Dear Customer, your concern for wrong charging could not be resolved, kindly contact customer care. In view of the above fact, we may request you to kindly look after the matter and take further necessary action at your end. Thanking you.                               Dear, This is regarding my prepaid connection [protected]. I have been using this number since 2005 and never had any issues. But for last one month, my incoming calls get transferred to another person named Manish, CP Newdelhi. He says he recently got this number on his id and the number is mine only ie. [protected]. When i contacted customer care they told the number is registered only on my name but the other person gets the same response from customer care. I am utterly irritated with this issue and shocked to note how a responsible service provider like Idea can do this. I am utterly dissatisfied with the assistance i have received so far.                                   I had lost my mob handset and lodged police complaint. The police complaint along with the form duly field and paid Rs 49/ collected the duplicate sim card from Idea gallary fort by Mr Manik. He said after 48 hrs it wil be activated but no result. I persued with him by visiting fort gallary he said monday next week etc. In july 2014 he saked to fill another with other documents and photo submitted Mr Manik said within aweek activated. But no result till date.

                                  Please co-operate for speedy activation of my mob no [protected] with an concrete action against erring person / staf[censored]nder advoce to me and oblige me.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        In reference of below mail, on 22 August i request for my data plan change to 199 unlimited data plan and a confirmation mail and sms i received but on 25th august they changed my plan to base plan without any information/permission. now data charges raised to 700/- without any my fault.

                                        yesterday i called to customer care and talked to 3-4 person last i talked to Mr. Vijay near about 40 minutes communication id he gave me that is C1-[protected]. he told me that we an't help you right now but after bill generate will be try to adjust this amount bcoz this is not your fault, and 199 unlimited pack reactivate request has been taken.

                                        but today they disconnect the data service from my mobile and std service bcoz of credit limit.
                                        This is kind request you tell me the where is my fault, amount reached the credit limit bcoz of data usage where plan changed by idea without my permission. i called customer care no. of times but all in vain.

                                        take the necessary action and resume my idea no. service immediately.
