Dear Sir,

In reference of below mail, on 22 August i request for my data plan change to 199 unlimited data plan and a confirmation mail and sms i received but on 25th august they changed my plan to base plan without any information/permission. now data charges raised to 700/- without any my fault.

yesterday i called to customer care and talked to 3-4 person last i talked to Mr. Vijay near about 40 minutes communication id he gave me that is C1-[protected]. he told me that we an't help you right now but after bill generate will be try to adjust this amount bcoz this is not your fault, and 199 unlimited pack reactivate request has been taken.

but today they disconnect the data service from my mobile and std service bcoz of credit limit.
This is kind request you tell me the where is my fault, amount reached the credit limit bcoz of data usage where plan changed by idea without my permission. i called customer care no. of times but all in vain.

take the necessary action and resume my idea no. service immediately.

    on 27 aug 2014 night between 1 to 2 am i activated 49 rupees night pack which is 1 gb pack but after using 538mb data data connection was not working and when i check my balance 95 rupees deduct from my main balance. when i complain to idea care they told me that you reach the limit of time period but i'm using this data between 1 to 2 am for only 1 hour at night time and 49 night pack validity is from 12 am to 6am . so please help me and i want to refund my whole balance. my name : Rajesh kumar number :[protected]

      Dear Sir/Madam, I am Harini Rao from Bangalore. I am hearing impaired. I have been using Idea since the past 10 years. I am an avid user of SMS and Whatsapp for communicating with my family and friends. I have been using 30 Rs SMS Package for 3000 SMS free. My bill amount used to be 450 Rs every month for many years. Since last month, I had a bad experience with your customer care agent at Idea Store in Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. I don't know her name but the lady is short and thin. Idea store address is as follows: G S K Enterprises, No: 3/2, Sarjapura Main Road, Bellandur Signal, Opp Docomo Store, Near Big Bazar, Agara Post, Bangalore 560102 Last month, I had to go to Idea store to meet customer care agent in person as I am hearing impaired and am unable to call, speak and hear on my phone. I wrote instructions clearly on a paper to her asking to just change from 2G to 3G data keeping my plan unchanged. I also wrote clearly to her that I want to keep my SMS Package (30 Rs for 3000 SMS free). She said "Ok, I will change to 3G for you and you will get notification message when 3G is activated." So I left the store feeling satisfied. 2 days back, I was shocked to see my itemized bill that amounted to 875 Rs!! That is double amount of my usual bill amount! I found that in my itemized bill, each SMS sent by me costed 50 paise!! Last month I had written clearly on paper to her that I want to keep my SMS package of 3000 SMS free. She didn't read my instructions properly!! So I had to go to the same Idea store to clarify with her about the amount. She said that my plan is only local and I had made lots of std calls. I didn't know what was she talking about. Because I don't use calls as I have hearing disability. She didn't read properly my instructions on that paper and she didn't activate 30 RS SMS package and because of her that I have to pay double amount of 875 RS!! I am very disappointed and shocked! It is very unfortunate that a customer care agent from your organization can be so careless and callous when it comes to communication with disabled people!!         yesterday dated 27/08/2014 i recharged my number [protected] with 56 rupess for 200 mb 3g pack.after recharge i received recharge successful msg from idea. idea recharged my pack and accepted 56 rupees for that pack but didn't resume services .i tried to contact costumer care but thay permanently put my two numbers on ignore list.so as a result very very very poor service this is my third experience once by internet banking recharge for 105 talktime and once 55 talktime by internet banking

        today again dated 28/08/2014 at 4:37pm i recharged my number [protected] with 56 rupess for 200 mb 3g pack.after recharge i received recharge successful msg from idea. idea recharged my pack and accepted 56 rupees for that pack but again didn't resume services .then i went to contact costumer care near govt college chowk phagwara road and told all which happened to me.then thay tried to recharge again by yousing their own demo as a result recharge successful and 3g services starts .i can't emagine whats going on. very very very poor service this is my forth experience once by internet banking recharge for 105 talktime and once 55 talktime by internet banking and now two recharges one after one day what to do now i don't know?

          On 23/8/14 I activated 2G net pack of 2Gb unlimited on my phone and 25/8/14 my net pack was not working and my money was deducting for using internet I callrd on idea customer care and asked about it but they were do rude they misbehaved with me and said your validity has been expired and when I asked how it can expire it has 1 month validity he used foul language and disconnected the phone I want strict action against him and also my problem to be resolved asap other wise am gona port my number to some other service provider thanks ph-[protected]

            From past 5months I was receiving a sms daily to give 1GB 3G data @Rs.125/. So activatd it last month. Now when bill is generated I am not benefited by the offer. Local Idea office says we cant take your complain as you have activated it from 121. Plz give me the discount as declared by Idea.My no. [protected]. Till yesterday I've received the same msg.

                I just recharged rupees 299 2G 5GB plan with paytm.com for idea cellular and when it was activated idea customer care told me its for blackberry services. my phone number is [protected]. Secondly i have an iPhone and it says the 2G 5GB plan recharge which i have made was for blackberry and not for iPhone. When i called up customer care again and told them at least as i don’t have blackberry can you please revert back the amount or if not possible can you convert it into 2G recharge for other phone or talk time for my number, customer care executive Mr Prashant and last name (Amin) Its a lie as i don’t think his last name is Amin - told me it can’t be done and he was so dam rude in his talk told me off that it cannot be done and secondly he also told me i can switch to any other service provider like airtel or vodafone if i want when i told him its no point continuing with idea.

                I don’t understand how can customer executive be so abnormal and cyco. First of all other then explaining people and give solution they are saying so to any other service provider.. ITs like saying to a customer go to hell i don’t care go to any other service provider - it least bothers me.

                Anyways i will continue this and will lodge a complain to as many sites as possible i don’t care i waste my time on this nonsense idea cellular but i truly will screw their happiness unless they revert back the payment.

                  Despite of net pack being present on my phone, when I inserted my SIM in my iPhone what it did was, started deducting my balance worth 5 rupees in every 5 minutes and it continued to deduct the same amount until my balance was reduced to 1.63Rs. When I called up the Idea Complaint Centre Helpline NO. 198, and asked the reason for this aberration, they initially said that there is no deductions done as such and I can check my balance after disconnecting the call and said that it will stand the same. I then checked it out, but found no changes. I again called up on the same number(198) and the lady agent said that the deductions were done for the ISD messages there were sent from my phone. I said, I didn't send any messages and have no idea about it. But she imposed this on me giving me the details of some numbers to which the ISD messages were sent and was given no Refund back of my money, deducted unauthoritatively (worth 40INR). I would like to request you to please get this sorted for me as I am not responsible for such deductions at all. Thanks and Regards Namit Garg |

                    I got a call from idea customer care from no. [protected] the girl calling spoke very badly. The conversation saying some things like "thane main pitoge tab bill pay karoge" "tumhare parents ne tumhe kuch nai Sikhaya" And when asked to tell her name she did not tell and then filled a request to disconnect my no. [protected] by her self. Please make sure that immediate action is taken and my no. Is not cancelled.

                      It is to intimate that Rs. 50/- was deducted from my account. I contacted on idia compl. no. 198 to registered a complain on same day first time they told me that this is service renewal charge and could not be refund and he also denied to register complain. Second time, the person told me that our system is updating, call after 4 hours. same happened on 11.08.14. Finely I registered a complain on 12.08.14 through net. After few days a person calling me and stated that you did not register your complain on 10.08.14 so the amount could not refunded. This is the fact, tell me how I made complain on 10.08.014. so it again requested that the amount may be refunded to me pl. My Mob. No. is [protected] I R GURJAR

                        While I was browsing the internet I received a message saying that a VAS called "Idea Talkies" has been activated. There was no any authorisation provided from my part to activate such a service. I called the customer care to enquire how the service got activated, They replied that I activated it from internet. But I was not notified at any point of time that there will be a deduction of money from my mobile balance.

                        I feel deducting money from the account without my knowledge is a clear violation of consumer rights.

                        I also requested the customer care officials to detach my phone number from getting any Value Added Service getting activated from internet. But they replied that it is not possible.

                        I assume this is a common issue faced by other millions of subscribers.

                          I am using Idea Post paid .My bill is generated on 15 every month.This time after 15 in new bill cycle one Internet pack had automatically activated for my number .I did not requested for any this type of pack.After freebies have used some Internet charges according to plan has been charged by operator .I requested for same data plan .I got a plan 1 GB data in Rs 250 .Plan is activated on my number .but i m not able to use the plan.there is no one not a single person in idea who can solve this problem .My unbilled charges continuously increasing according to that plan . now i m going to close my number .and in future i ll never use idea operator.I have a bad experience with idea .now for these charges i ll complain in customer court against idea.

                            This is a very major complain that, on 22/08/14, i hv to recharge for SMS pack of Rs 9, & i called to idea customer care to know how to recharge this pack from my mobile & at 10.18 am Mrs. Mina from customer care told me to dial *369*9# & EXACTLY THIS SHE TOLD & EXACTLY THIS I DID, but Rs 145 deducted from my balance & different pack done, which is of NO USE for me exactly. I again called to customer care for this & i become very much upset, bcz they have given NO SOLUTION by forwarding my call to their senior officers & i talked by call on hold many times, & i was in this call for 30 minuts & at last battery, which was harmful for me, also i was wasting my very valuable time. I hv to claim Rs 145 cut + Rs 1000 fine (bcz of my time, health hazards, & the same problem can be faced by crores of people, so crores of loss), still i am claiming only my Rs 145/- back. After then I called to customer care on next days & talked with Mr. Narendra, Mrs. Jagruti, Mrs. Jignesh…. and they given NO SOLUTION, & NOT REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN. Its not the question of Rs 145 just, but its the question of crores of people can loss crores of Rs, this way.

                                    Before 1 month i have apply for new SIM(portability from Vodafhone to Idea) at you Ankleshwar franchisee(A M Corporate) with Mr. Dharmendra. He has already collect my document but after 15 days i have check, my SIM was not active and as per customer care say your document is still pending After 15 days i was call to Mr, Dharmendra he reply i have submit your document but Mr. Mahendra hasn't process, so i had coll him also on 14/08/2014, he told me tomorrow morning i will process your document and after 3 days your SIM will active.Today after 9 days my SIM is not active and i call to both person but they are not pick my phone. So in that cash i wont to know can Idea active my SIM(Through portability) or not. If it is not possible then ok i will go with other company like Airtel Tata etc.My wish you take strict action to "A M Corporate" you Ankleshwar franchisee. Mr. Mahendra (Franchisee owner) [protected]Mr. Dharmendra (Salas executive) [protected]Kindly infirm to you by Monday i am going to consumer court and take a strict action to both of them and also explodes this matter in media.

                                      Hi, I have given my mobile number for porting to Idea on 14th Aug 2014. It was told to me by the idea store that it will be off for only 2-3 hrs for porting and this process will be done in the night. From last 40 hrs, my mobile number is off, network itself is not coming. It’s my official number; they have put me in huge trouble because of this. I asked them to cancel the porting but they refused it as well. From yesterday I am chasing their customer care on calls and emails but no help. I have never seen such a pathetic customer service. Number is of Chandigarh. Idea care guy’s name is Bhupinder Rohilla, I have talk to their customer care as will with Ajay, Mamta etc, but they all like it will be activated in an 1hr, but it never happened. One complaint also I have registered- [protected] Beware of this company; think twice before taking a connection from Idea.

                                        Hello, I recharged my no. [protected] at 12:00 pm 19aug 2014 for rs. 248 3g Internet recharge from my mob. I received the recharge successful receipt from idea cellular but i did not received recharge. 248 rs has been deducted from my account.Then I recharged locally with rs 248.please refund my amount as soon as possible.Some days ago on 12Aug i recharged the same no for rs 159.i received message from idea cellular that the recharge is not successfully done.but the amount of 159 had been deducted from my account.so in emergency i recharged from local shop with rs 159 and the recharge was successful.after some time i received message that my both recharges are successful. WHAT IS THIS? I NEED MY MONEY BACK. 12-Aug RS 159 AND 19aug 2014 248 RS. i complained this to idea email id but i did not received any feedback yet. Regards - Priya Bakore priya.[protected]@gmail.com
