This is a very major complain that, on 22/08/14, i hv to recharge for SMS pack of Rs 9, & i called to idea customer care to know how to recharge this pack from my mobile & at 10.18 am Mrs. Mina from customer care told me to dial *369*9# & EXACTLY THIS SHE TOLD & EXACTLY THIS I DID, but Rs 145 deducted from my balance & different pack done, which is of NO USE for me exactly. I again called to customer care for this & i become very much upset, bcz they have given NO SOLUTION by forwarding my call to their senior officers & i talked by call on hold many times, & i was in this call for 30 minuts & at last battery, which was harmful for me, also i was wasting my very valuable time. I hv to claim Rs 145 cut + Rs 1000 fine (bcz of my time, health hazards, & the same problem can be faced by crores of people, so crores of loss), still i am claiming only my Rs 145/- back. After then I called to customer care on next days & talked with Mr. Narendra, Mrs. Jagruti, Mrs. Jignesh…. and they given NO SOLUTION, & NOT REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN.
Its not the question of Rs 145 just, but its the question of crores of people can loss crores of Rs, this way.
