My SMS to USA (AMERICA) is not delivered.It delivers to Singapore or African countries etc. Only to America is not delivered.But charges are cut immediately. So I request you to rectify the problem immediatly to deliver my SMS messages to the receivers to AMERICA

    on 22nd aug2014 at around 6:45 AM i recharged my idea no [protected] by internet banking for monthly internet pack of 197 but after it the status showed recharge failure but my balance from account deducted. refference no of it is MSBI[protected].please provide the solution.

      My Phone number [protected] has been slapped with a bill of 16000 rs . i had already signed up for a higher usage pack but it was not registered by idea and my internet usage was charged as per the normal charges, which is why my bill went so high . I want a resolution to this, or i want my phone number released

          hey hi i have a complaint that last week my balance got deducted without any reason . and there is also problem in call services i[censored] make a call to my phone it shows that iam under unreachable area. even if iam in full network and some times it automatically get hungup with single ring and its shows miss call after serval hours . i have also checked with my phone my phone is alright the problem is with card pls help me because of this my personal relation is getting screwed up . and i am also lossing my international buissness client.

            There is a charge of Rs. 99 for a single SMS. Idea has also charged Rs 99 before two weeks. Explaining you have downloaded a Game. Many times mobiles are handled by kids and they might have pressed such option, but there should be some counter check before charging such an amount. I request idea to revert back the amout charged on my mobile no.

              R/Sir, I have a post paid connection of Idea with No. of [protected]. I placed a application for post paid to prepaid at your My Idea, BBS Link, Fort, Mumbai on dated 13/08/2014. All documents has been given by me at the time of submitting of application and pay Rs.50/- in advance as a bill. The new SIM card No.[protected] PRE has been provided to me by executive. But your executive of My Idea did not upload my request upto 21/08/2014. On 21/08/2014 I visited again to My Idea and request them to upload my request than they upload it and said me to pay again Rs.100/- for advance for bill. I hereby, request you please take a strict action against the executive who was performing a duty on 13/08/2014, and fail to upload my request on time. Due to delay I loss 100/- Rs. extra and got mental harassment. If you fail to take action against the executive I will port my both No.[protected] & [protected] to other service provider.                 I want to request everyone please do not use idea connection for internet. They are a big cheater. Don't go after their advertisement "no ullu banawing". In fact they are making us "ulloo". I just purchased a new SIM card number [protected] from idea. I got 275mb 3G data and 100Rs talk time on recharge of 130Rs. After 1 week i found that my account balance is 0 Rs while it was Rs. 87.5 in morning and i did not make even a single call from this number. When i reached customer care they told me that i have used Internet for downloading that's why my balance deducted. When i checked my data balance, it was about 3.70 mb left in my account. Then again i spoke to their customer care representative. She told me very weird reason for balance deduction. She said that when you open multiple tabs on your computer/laptop then balance starts deducting from your main account instead of your data balance. After arguing a lot she agreed that they have deducted Rs16.50 extra from my account and added the same amount to my account balance. But what about the remaining 71 rupees. I don't know whether she was not aware of the fact or she was trained to say so. But ultimately i think there is predefine setting in their system if your data balance is low and you connect to Internet they will deduct all your main balance from your account. I again request to everyone please don't use idea Internet connection. Their service is very poor, Internet speed is dead slow and they cut your pockets by incorrect balance deductions.                       I have been applied for closure of Idea post paid no on 12th June 2014 over the mail to the local office of Idea. Also remind about the collection boy for the same several times. Now, these idea people are threatening me and my close contacts that I have done some forgery and the case has been submitted to patiala court.                         I bought the IDEA SIM number [protected] in the month of January in Pune and paid the amount of Rs. 500 as refundable amount. After the SIM got activated, I sent it to my home in Mumbai where it got deactivated within 10 days or so. Since then, it is temporarily out of Service till now and the bill is being generated. I paid the bill till last month and asked the customer care to discontinue my service by adjusting the bill from my refundable amount. It was told to me that the service will be deactivated after the payment of Rs. 200 something from my refundable amount but I got the call for the bill payment again this month amounting Rs. 1600 something. I am really very much fed up with the service of IDEA as this is common that if the SIM is out of service temporarily for more than 3 months, then it should be deactivated permanently. But in my case, I have paid the bill for no reason. Request you to take the action against this as this is the case of Customer been unsatisfied with the service provided by IDEA.

                        I am already having my alternate number registered and still I am getting calls for bill payment.

                        Although my alternate number is [protected].
                        This is really not happening. One of the heads from IDEA called me on my phone two months ago and said that no further bills will be generated and the false amount will also get cancelled but after two months of the call, I am again getting call from customer care to pay the bill of Rs. 2800/-. This is seriously a big problem within the IDEA organisation and needs a serious action. Could this be escalated to higher authority so that my problem gets some solution please.

                          My number [protected] has been barred. I got this number port from tata docomo to idea in January as I was not happy with the services tata was giving. But yesterday idea barred my number because there was some outstanding in my account in tata docomo. I cleared that amount today and submitted all the necessary details in idea so that i can use my number again but that idea dealer misbehaved with my wife when she went to ask about the status of number. so i want to take a strict action against him. thanks lokesh khurana

                              I make recharge with rs.127 scheme is 1gb 3g date with 1 months validity. I found this offer on www.Freecharge.In i also received message from idea cellular ltd. U r 1gb 3g valid on 12th sep. 2014. But when i used gprs on my phone main balance on my account is debit every time. I also lost rs. 50-70 (Approx) on my balance.
                              Sir, please make my 127 credit or please give me offer for 1gb 3g date on my current handset micromax a-104.

                                Dear sir, I am Renjith Raj. I am using Idea SIM, no :- [protected] (Prepaid), which is right now using in Abudhabi. Without any reason my balance amount is getting deducted. For knowing the reason for the query, i called idea customer care and one of the executive checked for the reason. After checking, he told me that from my mobile number a sms has been send to 58595. He say that's why balance has been deducted. He said for each sms to this number will charges 25 rupees. Likewise, daily my balance is getting deducted. Till the day Rs.115 has been deducted. I didn't sent any message till now then how this is happening ?? When i go through idea website, i saw so many complaints same like mine. So from all these i can say it as a "fake play" without any doubt. Kindly help me to get my money

                                In the previous mails I have mentioned my complaint. After that i received a mail from you, in the mail it is mentioned that the mistake happened from the Idea team and also they told me that they will refund me the deducted amount. After receiving this mail I contacted idea customer care and told them that I have received mail and informed them about the content of the mail. The executive told me on[protected] at 7.41pm they will refund me the deducted amount. Yesterday the idea team tried to contact me but I was busy so that I couldn't attend the call. Yesterday evening again I contacted customer care and told about the concern then also they told me that the amount will be refunded on[protected] yesterday at 7.41 pm. I waited up to this much time but still the amount has not refunded. Today[protected] again I contacted customer care and asked about my complaint status. By hearing the reply from the executive I really feel bad on you idea team. She told me that they can’t refund the amount. Are you making fun of me?? I never see like this a fraud play before. If you are not refunding me the amount today itself I will complaint in the consumer court. I need an immediate action from your side. I need Rs.115 completely which has been deducted from me. You must do it as early as possible.

                                My balance has been deducted for no reason, so many times i complained to the customer care. In each time they told me they will refund me the amount. But they are not doing it then also they are saying that the complaint has been resolved!! How can it be possible?? It’s a fake play of idea team. In their website i saw many complaints same like mine. So from all these it is clear that it’s cheating. Kindly help me to get my money back.
                                My balance was deducted for no reason, yesterday also deducted Rs 25, now my balance is -9.6, so many times I complained to customer service. Each time they told me they will refund me the amount. But they are not doing it.I want my balance to be refunded Otherwise i will go to the consumer court.

                                  Without out informing me docomo stop my service and they told me that ur idea bill is pending its 2200 how is that possible tel me when i send the msg for that time my Idea bill is -93 ( ya its - 93/-) then you know after porting the card it will take 7 days to port in 7 days how can i used that much. and they wont calculate my deposit i pay deposit for two time first for starting and after i chenge the plan that time so tel me what i have to think. DOCOMO is under idea right

                                    Dear Sir, All of a sudden I have been served Mobile Bill from Idea Cellular Company, whereas I don't have any IDEA connection as such.I have never ever applied for any IDEAD connection till date.This is leading to lot of harassment to me. I have written to their customer care, But they are not helping it out for any logical solution. This is really a fake Bill generated by using my credentials.Request the operator to immediately block this account and stop services as well as cancel the bill and send me the confirmation of the same.Also request a suitable compensation against mental harassment and Telecom expenses I have incurred to resolve this case. But since then today is 3rd time my parents have received the phone calls from their solicitors for the bills again. I live in Australia and don't want to come to resolve this matter, which I already have done. I have all the emails sent by Idea confirming the request of cancellation on 2nd of Dec 2013. I want to solve this problem without taking any legal action against the company. I would like to request to get the result soon as soon possible.                                         Hi, My idea account number is[protected], i have received a bill of 35441/-, the main reason for such a huge bill is your technical problem, you have sent me the bill saying that i have sent a SMS for some number continuously for 2 days, that is more than 10, 000 SMS, how is possible for any human being to send so many messages continuously to some number which i have never seen or know it. If i have sent it from mobile, then it should be there in my mobile, but i do not have any such kind of information store on my mobile. So kindly check what is the technical problem at your end, and resolve my billing issue ASAP, then i can pay my regular bill, after you clear your technical issue and revert those charges, that you have sent me for not using the service.
