My idea account number is[protected], i have received a bill of 35441/-, the main reason for such a huge bill is your technical problem, you have sent me the bill saying that i have sent a SMS for some number continuously for 2 days, that is more than 10, 000 SMS, how is possible for any human being to send so many messages continuously to some number which i have never seen or know it. If i have sent it from mobile, then it should be there in my mobile, but i do not have any such kind of information store on my mobile. So kindly check what is the technical problem at your end, and resolve my billing issue ASAP, then i can pay my regular bill, after you clear your technical issue and revert those charges, that you have sent me for not using the service.
