R/Sir,
I have a post paid connection of
Idea with No. of [protected]. I placed a application for post paid to prepaid at
your My Idea, BBS Link, Fort, Mumbai on dated 13/08/2014. All documents has
been given by me at the time of submitting of application and pay Rs.50/- in
advance as a bill. The new SIM card No.[protected] PRE has been
provided to me by executive. But your executive of My Idea did not upload my
request upto 21/08/2014. On 21/08/2014 I visited again to My Idea and request
them to upload my request than they upload it and said me to pay again Rs.100/-
for advance for bill.
I hereby, request you please take a strict
action against the executive who was performing a duty on 13/08/2014, and fail
to upload my request on time. Due to delay I loss 100/- Rs. extra and got
mental harassment.
If you fail to take action against
the executive I will port my both No.[protected] & [protected] to other
service provider. You can provide a compliance on my email ID jitu.[protected]@gmail.com
