    Hello, I wrote this email on July 30th to ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com, till today 7 Aug I did not recieve any acknowledement/call from idea customer care. Find below mail content - Account details:Idea cell No: [protected]Account No.:[protected]Invoice No.: [protected]Invoice Date :15-Jul-2014 Please revert the GPRS charges charged in my account though I have not used internet on 23rd June. I was using basic phone and was having normal sim. On 23 july(time-16:36) I reached to Idea center and requested SIM exchange(micro sim). And also changed Plan to MH Privilege 299. Please find below the communication details and please pay attentions on request dates and time. We thank you for preferring Idea cellular and look forward to servicing you. I had conversion with customer care but did not get the reversal for amount charged on 23rd and 24th June(around Rs. 498). I should get reversal for all GPRS charged amount. Looking at bill the GPRS time usage was 19:52 around 3 hours after SIM Exchange request. 1 23-Jun 19:52:38 internet Internet 124730.000 498.920 The concern here is the GPRS usage amount charged in bill is not correct and not acceptable. I have inserted new SIM in my smartphone on 24 June(you can easily trace this with smartphone identity with SIM). How could I access the GPRS with old SIM(must be deactivated after SIM exchange request) and with new SIM(micro SIM) which I started using on 24 June(post half). If you accept that the charges charged lets say after 24th is wrongly charged then you should analyze the timings and activation/installation of micro SIM in new Smartphone throughly and resolve my concern.Please do revert the GPRS usage charged against me.     any update? The customer care representative is unable to answer my concern/queries. The representative was giving the unrealistic answers which are not acceptible from such big firm who has new slogan "Hum nahi banege ULLU". I believe the representative was not aware about the Idea system and she told that I will get the call from customer care within 24 hours to resolve the complaint. I awaiting the call since 5-6 days

    On top of my billing concern, I need clarrification/details for below items-
    1. When was my new sim got activated
    2. When was my old sim got deactivated
    3. From which IP/sim the internate usage happened on 23 June and the device/phone used.

      Dear Sir/Mam I, Yogesh s/o sh. Karan singh is a regular customer of a mobile no. [protected] and recharging regularly for the last 5 to 6 years. I am shocked to say that the company official has allotted this no. ([protected]) on 06/08/2014 to someone at kaithal, without any information/intimation to me. This has caused lot of hindrance in my business as well as mental tension to me. I immediately contacted idea customer outlet shop at gandhi chowk sonipat but they have failed to explain and replied that i don't have sufficient information about this no., i would arrange a call fo you with in 24 hours. I do not understand any reason as to why the company official did so. May i request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the official at fault. I further request to kindly activate the same no. to me at the earliest.

        Dear sir, I have taken Idea SIM and using for Internet Through Netsetter, i have recharged Rs.954 on[protected] as FRC for unlimited 3G, 6GB pack, on[protected] i have received massage as"your full speed quota is over and the speed is reduced 80kbps" i am sure that in the four days i have not consumed 6GB, i think Idea is not allocated 6GB for me. if it is allocated please provide consume details to me.             Went to Idea Store named Alpha Niche Telecom Private Limited Address: 3, Ambeshree Apartment, Bharatkunj Society, Ganesh Nagar, PMC- 411052, Maharashtra for getting micro sim for one of my numbers NUM1. Submitted the required documents and on there request provided them alternate number NUM2. Instead of activating NUM1 on new micro sim, they actived NUM2. This was first mistake. When I found out, I went back to them and then they provided me another micro sim for NUM1 and activated the same. Later on they barred my NUM1 for not providing the documents. I went back to them and said that the documents are same for both numbers, but on there insistance once again provided another copy of documents. That was day-before-yesterday. Till today my number is still not activated. I went in person again yeasterday and tried to call them several times from other numbers, but still no response. They are so ignorate about it that I felt like raising this complaint. For no mistake of mine, I have to suffer with blocked number and no response.

              when i ranged up customer care they said they should refund the same in next month now when i am calling them for same they are saying they do not have such complaint pl visit idea showroom today i visited that too but they are not helping me pl look into 07th is the last date of current month bill payment pl help me out i need justice

                Dear Sir, I am M. Shanthikumar my mobile No. [protected], I recently become a Idea customer, on 15 july I recharged Rs.110 for calls, and Rs. 197 for data, The same day I lost Rs. 110, because I used internet for few mints, yesterday I struck up in the Rain, I tried to make a call but a message appeared on the screan saying u have no balance and you can get some loan which it can be deducted from next recharge so called to the number but by mistake I called *150# it was the internet recharge I was not aware of it, after that I recharged 30 all I lost with no reason, then I called to customer care and I asked the reason, she told that because 5 rupees lone you lost Rs. 197 now I am very much frustrated because I lost more than Rs. 300, within a day which I did not utilized it for my purpose. I requested Idea customer care many times to consider me this time because I am not aware of it and refund or reverse the amount, but all the time they bluntly refused, kindly look into the matter and help me. The reason behind my Request is: 1. I did not ask idea for the loan which is popped up on my phone. 2. If the loan causes such a lose with a small mistake then why idea has not provided any precautions before proceeding. 3. If every new person is learning the way of recharging in this way by losing hundreds of rupees how much money the people are loosing, then the Idea is cheating the people.                   this is the worst service I have ever seen in India, I have given a complaint regarding recharging online but no action till date. My number is [protected]. They called my wife on this number to talk but they talked only in english it seems. they should have common sense to talk in local languages. Narayan.

                    I have called Idea customer care for deactivation for " idea power flash messages " which risks unnecessary money deduction from account. ( had problem previously about 7-8 months ago while about 80 Rs. was deducted.) But they are just saying that " this can be done from your mobile with deactivation broadcast messages." but i had already done long ago but still sometimes i received same messages. And in last weeks number of messages have increased. I could not understand why this kind of messages are present even after DND activation. I really need to deactivate this service.                     Two days back i port my number to idea from airtel to idea 4 g i guess i made a mistake i am so irritated with flash messages and thre is no option to deactivate it i am geting a message in every 2 sec i speak customer care guy he said there is problem with server will b resilved in 4 hrs till then its 12 hrs now thy saying 48 hrs i cant use my phone as untill u dissmiss all those messages u can not use phone if it is not going to stop i have to legal action coz you can not push messages to customers without there permission and tht to every 5 10 sec

                    Same problem in my number also. Continuously receiving some special message from 58595 which is continuously flashing in the home screen of Nokia 105. Also voicemail symbol is continuously showing near the network symbol Called idea many times on 27.12.2017 & 28.12.2017. As per their request messaged "STOP" to 58595 and also dialed *98# but both not worked and continuously getting the messages which is irritating. By seing the above complaints, it is understood it is a common issue with lot of people and continuously complaints are going to idea cellular. I don't know why idea is not making any permanant solution till.
                    I am continuing irritated with the flash messages. My number is [protected]. While contact with customer care they informed this should be deactivated from I idea tool kit option. But there is no option in tool kit to deactivate this annoying messages.they are cheating. the only option is porting from idea network.

                    I port my number from Airtel to idea 2 days back and I believe that this was the biggest mistake of my life. I am getting this broadcast message every minutes which is so irritating and network connectivity is also not good in my area. 48 times in a day network is getting disappear for 1-2 minutes.

                    Now I can't port my number as per ### policy for next 3 months.

                          Hi, My Name is Satya Prakash and I was using [protected](reliance ) network, one day I got a call from idea to port this no in idea postpaid i agreed and submitted document and MNP code to IDEA customer care, now I am not able to dial or recieve call from this no [protected] and it's keep saying your no is stopped. when I call to idea 59059 for activation of my no. they re and not listening of any customer and how am i suffering every day i am getting loss of 10000 rs just because of service stopped . will idea pay all amount till fri 1 aug 2014 and today 4 aug still it's not activated, the guy is sitting (59059) they are making bulsheet nothing else, i am frustrated with such a bad exp. with idea before start. please provide the esclatioon matrix of idea.                             Applied for Idea Wifi new connection on wednesday(23/07/14), payment was done on Thursday(24/07/14) and it was committed to me that installation will happen at my place by Saturday(26/07/2014) but till now it is pending, this is very frustrating and annoying that i am not able to avail the service even after doing payment. Called call centre multiple times but no proper response. Please look into this on TOP PRIORITY as my official work is pending because of this delay. Hope you understand my problem here and take it up with the person concerned ASAP.

                            Sir,
                            I am also facing same problem. On applying for a new connection I issued 2 chqs for 3040/= and 999'-= of Hdfc bank on 8th October 2014 but due to some problems internally some blamegame is being played at Ahmedabad office.Due to their mistake Ieven replaced the chq of Rs 999 with cash. Now the chq cash and connection all are gone in winds.They are making ULLU OF ME as per their advertised policy.Iused all customer care apallate no etc but they say they will take 29 days to solve the problem.This is perhaps the Birla culture which is different from TATA group

                              IDEA - Please STOP ULLU BANAWING... An idea can really change your life, hence please give a thought 1000 times before choosing idea cellular. Porting into idea is now added to the few mistakes on my life list... Worst network is not the word for you guys. I am already exhausted with all complaints and escalations and finally lost but though this forum, just want to make people aware about the pathetic network coverage idea is providing to its customer and that too with their tag line " NO ULLU BANAWING"... I stay in one of the very prime location of Pune which is home to a commercial zone, residential neighborhood, two schools, a multi speciality hospital, a shopping mall, multiple restaurants and to my surprise our own very known Idea cellular company have brutal network coverage issues which thankfully has been accepted by them but with no solution to it. There was a time when idea use to be known for its best network and customer service but now my mind for Idea has taken a 360 degrees turn and all goes for the worst experience.. To cut short, all I can appeal to everyone is "PLEASE MAKE A WISE CHOICE & THINK 100 TIMES WHILE SWITCHING OVER TO IDEA AS THEY CAN REALLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE LIKE HELL"

I'm a customer of IDEA and on 3rd August 2014 (3/8/2014) 12:00am, I received a message saying - Dear Customer, You have been charged Rs.49.00 and your current balance is 27.39. I haven't downloaded anything and I haven't given any request to do so. Simply I have been charged Rs.49 for no reason. Please refund me the deducted amount. I also see that I'm not the only one experiencing this unwanted balance deduction problem. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Thank You.                                   Sir my no is [protected] and i am the customer of you from last 1 year. I have recharge of 179 then i got 1GB 3G data. After that day i recharge with 49 and i got 500 MB 3G data but then my previous 1GB 3G data is laps. When i contact to customers care then he said that' when activate a new offers your previous data will laps. How its can be possible. Thats mean i am stoopied that i am still of your customer. Its not matter of 179rupees its matter of loyalty.

                                    Hello Idea Cellular, My Number is [protected]. In the current bill I found out that extra charges of 80 Rs which is related to SMS- MT service. Yesterday only my number is ported to IDEA and I faced a problem which I have never assumed. This customer care representative has used abusive words against me on Saturday but today again the same representative has barred my connection without my request to take a kind of revenge from me.Due to this I am facing problem on my second day of connection. Also I want to mention one more thing that we are connected with IDEA through CUG from past few years but never faced this kind of issue but this time this representative has spoiled every connection.
