Dear Sir, I am M. Shanthikumar my mobile No. [protected], I recently become a Idea customer, on 15 july I recharged Rs.110 for calls, and Rs. 197 for data, The same day I lost Rs. 110, because I used internet for few mints, yesterday I struck up in the Rain, I tried to make a call but a message appeared on the screan saying u have no balance and you can get some loan which it can be deducted from next recharge so called to the number but by mistake I called *150# it was the internet recharge I was not aware of it, after that I recharged 30 all I lost with no reason, then I called to customer care and I asked the reason, she told that because 5 rupees lone you lost Rs. 197 now I am very much frustrated because I lost more than Rs. 300, within a day which I did not utilized it for my purpose. I requested Idea customer care many times to consider me this time because I am not aware of it and refund or reverse the amount, but all the time they bluntly refused,
kindly look into the matter and help me.
The reason behind my Request is: 1. I did not ask idea for the loan which is popped up on my phone. 2. If the loan causes such a lose with a small mistake then why idea has not provided any precautions before proceeding. 3. If every new person is learning the way of recharging in this way by losing hundreds of rupees how much money the people are loosing, then the Idea is cheating the people. Kindly look into the matter sir I am waiting for your initiation into this problem.
