Updated by ramiz1921 I activate 7 rs 2g 1 night unlimited plan by *800*07#, and i got massage that ur facebook plan is activated., then i called customercare at 11:47they told me that our system shows that u have 2g unlimited 1night plan, but conform it at 12:00 am before using,
then at 12:05 am, i called customercare and asking that which plan i have?? they again tell me that u have 2g 1night unlimited plan, u can use it,
then after conformation i start the download and my account balance is deduce to 0 from 40, ..
i complaint to costomercare, they tell me to call after half an hour, after 30 min i calld and now they told me that u had fb plan ..we can't refund it.
so what is my problem ?? i conformd twis from customercare and then i start downloading... if i had fb plan they have to told me that u have fb plan . its there folt not mine.
plz help me, and refund my 40 rs .
i have both time recordings of customercare,

Updated by ramiz1921 i got 40rs refund,
now my accont shows 141mb data with31july validity, while dailing *125*5#,
i called 2 times idea customercare, they told me that u have free data ...
but i cant use this data, balance was cut by using internet,
i again called 3rd time and they told me that u havent any data..
so why they give costomer wrong information, and there system also shows 141 mb data, but in 1 &2 call they told that i have free data, in 3 rd call they told that i have no data,
i upload screenshot showing that u have 141 mb data in ur account.
tell me if i have data, then why my balance cut again, and if i have not data balance so why system showing 141mb and cc also tell that u have 141 mb..
