    I have recharge 95 Rs pack for Internet and but after some time bad network of idea i can't work with this service, i have activate 5 Rs. 2G plan for 25 MB for that time only after this activation without my permission and without send any information deactivate my 95 Rs pack by idea. i have pay money but not use idea service.

I go to request for idea care, they informed me to mailing you for re-activate my idea no. So kindly grant please reactivate my prepaid idea no [protected]. Thanking you. [protected] sir before this information i will explain my whole details and procedure 1. my sim is deactivate from 18/06/2014 at 5 pm 2.i have going to Dhamnod idea point To Mr. Gandhi but they have said this sim no.[protected] is permanently deactivated than they have said you are purchased new sim and i have purchased new sim of idea [protected] last digit same. 3. i have going to Kasrawad Idea point they have submitted my document and gave time of 8 days . after 8 days they have returened my document and said go to Khargone idea point. 4. ihave going on Khargone Idea poit and submitted my document to Mr. Pankaj But they have not give any sim Card after 10 days i returend go to khargone and take a new sim card of 10/07/2014 but sim not activated till dated.

[protected] got deducted Rs 50 on 27 of july at around 10 in the night. i have talked with the coustmer care executive KHUSBOO, she said you have activated a game. i want to know how can a game be activated without taking my prior permission and without sending request from my side and without sending any related sms or call. will my money return or i have to take further step to convince you that its your fault not mine.. i want my money back. i am going to call all tv channels to tell about your looting money from coustomer

                Hello, My self Pavan Contractor and staying in Ahmedabad .I was using Idea postpaid card ([protected]) since 2 years and as per my need I requested for convert it in prepaid on 12 July 2014. I had paid unbilled (billed amount till that date + 20 rupees more = 700Rs) amount so no due will be remaining and submitted my photo, address proof (Aadhar card) to customer care executive Kinjal ([protected]) in Guptanagar Vasna Idea customer care office in Ahmedabad. She told with same number my postpaid card will be deactivated and my prepaid card will activate in maximum 48 hours.I got message that ‘Your Idea postpaid card will be convert to prepaid in 26 hours’.Till today (27 July 2014) card has not been activated and day before yesterday (25 July 2014) when again we inquired for same, she replied documents are not with her and asked me to submit same with nearest Idea customer care. After submitted documents again on 25 July 2014 to our nearest idea customer care (Opposite Seema hall, nr. Shyamal cross roads), Customer care executive told us that, card will be activated by 26 July evening. But till today card is not activated (27 July 2014). Now when I contact to customer care executive (Kinal – mentioned earlier), she told today is Sunday (27 July 2014) – she can’t do anything. I am really very tired and unhappy with Idea customer care services and planning to go with other cellular provider but writing here so strict action will be taken against this pathetic service given to me.                     I have been using my mobile number [protected] which is in a corporate plan.
                    I never receive the bill unless I keep calling them. Last year i.e., Aug 2013, they have changed my plan from 99rs. 1GB GPRS plan to 3G service plan. This was confirmed as a Technical problem from Idea. From then onwards they have been charging heavily. Inspite of repeated complaints they never rectified the situation.

                    Instead they harrassed me by barring my number and making me roam around Idea showrooms with no use. I had lost many days of my office just because of Idea. It is one of the worst customer service as we dont find any resolution and they keep charging heavily. On advice from their customer service I have also discussed with Idea appellate and they told they'll be resolving by 26th. Yesterday I received a message stating its not possible.

                    I have decided to port all my three numbers from Idea. But Im planning to file a case on idea regarding this issue for re-imbursement, lost man-days and Penality. Any suggestions?

                      I working in sriram finance company, so we get new idea company sim.So every month bill pay the sriram company.Unforsunitly my resigning the job 3 year back.So last my releaving month my sim surrunder the company.Balance bill is not paid the company side .I already inform but not responce. Idea company side not following but now 3 years back give the fresher.So i will re-inform the sriram company they say pay the bill and clime your amount.So iam waiting for the approval.So please wait and give the one week time for my balance bill amount rs.820/.

                        i did rechage my mobile ( idia cellular ) with 202 2g unlimited data, by internet banking icici bank on 25/7/2014 but my mobile still not recharge, the money (202) allready deduct from my icici account bill no is (BIL/[protected]/mobile/I ), i am still waiting for my 2G data, this plan is for 28 day unlimited 2G data i allready loss my one day please either refund my money or rechage my mobile immidatly,

                          I activate 7 rs 2g 1 night unlimited plan by *800*07#, and i got massage that ur facebook plan is activated., then i called customercare at 11:47they told me that our system shows that u have 2g unlimited 1night plan, but conform it at 12:00 am before using,
                          then at 12:05 am, i called customercare and asking that which plan i have?? they again tell me that u have 2g 1night unlimited plan, u can use it,
                          then after conformation i start the download and my account balance is deduce to 0 from 40, ..
                          i complaint to costomercare, they tell me to call after half an hour, after 30 min i calld and now they told me that u had fb plan ..we can't refund it.
                          so what is my problem ?? i conformd twis from customercare and then i start downloading... if i had fb plan they have to told me that u have fb plan . its there folt not mine.
                          plz help me, and refund my 40 rs .

                          i got 40rs refund,
                          now my accont shows 141mb data with31july validity, while dailing *125*5#,
                          i called 2 times idea customercare, they told me that u have free data ...
                          but i cant use this data, balance was cut by using internet,
                          i again called 3rd time and they told me that u havent any data..
                          so why they give costomer wrong information, and there system also shows 141 mb data, but in 1 &2 call they told that i have free data, in 3 rd call they told that i have no data,
                          i upload screenshot showing that u have 141 mb data in ur account.
                          tell me if i have data, then why my balance cut again, and if i have not data balance so why system showing 141mb and cc also tell that u have 141 mb..

                            i purchased idea postpaid sim. they asked that it 'll start after 2 days. but it did not start and never they attend my call to respond. i said to take a plan of 950 Rs. for internet. my connection started after 10 days. and today its not working and i called in service centre but they do not attend call. i request u to listen the problems of customers.                               Respected Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your attention, that yesterday on 24th Of July 2014 I received about 8 to 10 calls from this numbers, [protected] this subscriber called mukesh singh one of my friends and told him that I have done a fraud in kerala that a cheating and forgery case is registered against me. Second instance someone named ashish gupta from claiming from lok adalat called sameer mehta my friend from this number [protected] saying case of forgery and cheating is registered against me. Third instance form the name number someone called Aruna mehta my relative called her and said that i have done a big fraud and case is registered against me. All of them called me and started asking me out of the blue what fraud have you done? I was surprised. I then called the number [protected] someone said me to call lawyer SK Rathod on this number [protected]. Upon calling Mr Rathod he told me that the case bearing file no 152 is registered against lok adalat at shivajinagar pune. He then gave me a number of some idea professional named Pratik Chauhan his number [protected]. to him i told the same thing as i am mentioning below. I will give explanation here now: last year i was using idea number [protected] for which i paid rs 29, 826 bill then i called customer care and said i will not be using this number now and i am removing the sim. Since then there has been no email no phone call no sms from idea. Suddenly after maybe 8-9 months I am get threatening calls from someone in delhi patna and ranchi registered sims. My answer is that If i can pay rs 29, 826 for idea then why i will block rs 8000 as bill. Till today i never got any update from idea that such bill is being generated/raised for me. If i would have recvd it I would have surely paid it. My request to you, 1. stop threatening calls and abusing my image to my relatives. 2. Please send me the bill to my mail id tejas.[protected]@hotmail.com and 3. Request you to give me some time at-least 20 days for me to repay the bill(because its your mistake nobody ever told me about the bill and I believe I deserve that because I am jobless) Suggestion: If you cannot work perfectly then please don't harass me by abusing my image by calling my relatives and telling them that I have done a major fraud.                               Today at 10:48 am I again recvd call from pune lok adalat shivajinagar that action is going to be taken against me on the address. with 23000 or 24000 to be charged as fine amount. Before i could ask him his name and employee number he said jai hind jai bharat and disconnected. The number from which he called is [protected].
                              When i have said that I will be paying the bill but not before 20th August 2014 why are your company guys hiring some local recovery agents. Primarily its your mistake let me remind you again that I was never sent the bill or Rs.8000 and now after 8-9 months Your legal guys have begun to threaten me. What's is going on? I need an explanation. Is THIS IDEA???

                                Dear, my Account No. :[protected], i have 12 nos on this account using for my company purpose. four months back we shifted from Vodaphone to IDEA ( actually without any specific reason), @ the time of account transfer the person who is taking care of our account Mr. Anand [protected], committed a lot of things about service. but still my network issue & GPRS/3G services de-activation complaint's are pending.and now Mr. Anand stopped taking my calls. today 25-7-14 when i called customer care they told my we cant de-activate this GPRS/3g services and your previous network service complaint is resolved how they can activate any service without taking any consent, and the best part is customer care dont have any details about my account manager/customer relationship manager no. they dont have any specific reasons for my issues saket

                                  Dear Sir This is to bring into your kind attention that i am holding 3 post paid numbers, but in of the three numbers there is an issue of wrong billing which i highlighted to customer care and also my rental plans are increased automatically in all the three number. When i opted to port out and move to another network regarding my number : [protected], i got a call from retention team and they asked me the reason which i explained and then they offered me a better plan called CHAMP 99 where retention team committed that this plan will be activated in 24-48 Hrs and also committed me a waiver of Rs 300 which again he said will be reflected within 24-48 Hrs. Also i told him that i have sent port request for another 2 remaining numbers also so he said he will call me again to check and committed me to offer the same waiver and bill plan change thing. But after passing of 72 Hrs, when i checked from customer care, they said that there is no wavier request of Rs 300 in the system and also the bill plan change request has been declined, when i asked him that i want to talk to retention team they said it is not possible and they spoke to me in a very rude and bad way. Why retention team is giving fake commitments ?? I need an answer from customer care team. My numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I am available on these numbers after 7:00 PM.                                     This complaint is about top up plans. I recharged for RS 32 for best call charges. If I did this topup plan then my STD and local charges would be reduced. I made a recharge for Rs 32. When my STD call charges did not reduces, I called up 198 to complain they said this was only for local charges and only for idea to idea. Since I was not sure, I did not insist. Then I got a sms on 21-Jul (time: 19.07)stating if I dialed *786# and call US/Canada, the charges would be @2.99/Min. After doing this also, Rs 8/min is deducted. So I registered a complaint on 22-Jul. I spoke to Gufran and he consulted his manager Irfan also. First they kept insisting that this offer was for gulf countries only. When I read the sms, they said someone would call me in around 10 a.m. Gufran was not ready to give me a ticket no. also. Only after I insisted, he gave me a ticket no. 1_[protected]. I called up 198 again on 23-Jul to know the status. I had to go through the whole process again and the CS gave me a Ticket (1-[protected]) and the sms indicated that this issue would be resolved by 24-Jul 7:25 pm. I called up 198 again to know the status of the ticket at 8.30 pm, the ticket was closed. So I asked the CS(Mastaan) the resolution of my ticket, he said since the ticket is closed, he will raise a new ticket and someone will call me. This is the third time someone said the same thing. They don''t want to register complaints, if they register then they close. they keep telling that someone will call and no one calls back. They benefits are also not provided. It is a harassment to follow up on the wrong deductions.
