i ported my mb. no. [protected] to idea cellular in june 2013. after one month of servise thay blocked my out going call without any intimation while i was on roaming. while enquiring answer was, some problem with my address proof. i cleared that i m an outsider to delhi and this was the only proof i had. after two months, on consistent request made by idea cellular personnel with assurence of resuming my service, i paid my dues on nov.2013. but as usual they didn't made their promise.when i asked them to end my services they send me a mail of acceptance of waiver of my mo. no. still they send my false bill for another three months with out giving a single outgoing n incoming.

    My idea number [protected] . I got message deduction of 99 Rs for Video Subscription Pack on 7-4-2014 at about 5 am. I immediately unsubscribe it and made complaint to customer care but some rude person on call refused to take my complaint and disconnected my call. Now repeated call to customer care failed.. Received another few message of amount deduction for ? reasons including one of 65 Rs. Now no balance in my account I even fear to recharge my mobile... What are the option from here for me..Plz help

      Deduction of 120 rs from my balance...india talkies subscribtion done on my fone widout my knowledge...i called customer care dey rplied dat d subscription is done through net...got msg dat matter will b resolved by 5 april...i got a call on 5 april...dey said amt is not refundable...n asked me if i want to deactivate talkies...dey deactivated d service...bt denied to repay my 120 rs baln ...as dey said datvidea is not reponsible for it...do u guys think dat v r fool...v r usin ur internet n u say day for deduction of ne balnce by idea services ...idea is not responsible...ur cheatin on us..u guys r takin our hard earning falsely...i want my money back...or else ull loose ur customer...ty number [protected]

        Not able to contact your customer care even after wasting money on calls. Always kept on hold. Most corrupt practice. My wifi-netsetter mob no. Is [protected]. Pl resolve this connectivity issue ASAP. I have a postpaid plan.If this problem persists then I will have to opt for another service provider. It is as simple as that.

          Ihad paid for Idea wifi netnetter, and opted for postpaid wifi 3 g connectivity. Idea is advertising about its internet connectivity and they themselves are "ullu banaoing" the public. There is no proper connrctivity in their 3 g network. When u call to compain customer service, its a paid number, they keep u on hold for more than 4 minutes, you end up paying more than 4 rupees without getting any response. This is the usual modus operandi among all the network providers. The Telecom ministry turns a blind eye to such scams. So inspite of paying, u get cheated and do not get any proper services. Idea is one of the leading scamter, they ignore the customers and their corrupt practices are there for everybody to see. Please be careful when u opt for postpaid services from these type of network providers.I live in Pune in the Moshi Chikali area.My postpaid number is [protected]. Still not getting proper network connectivity even after complaints.

              I was purchased a new IDEA SIM dt. 2.1.2014 through M/s. Been Communication, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. I have also submitted Rs. 300/- advance as a security amount towards deduct Rs. 100/- each starting three months with bill amount.

              Mr. Karan-[protected] (Field Executive) was promised to me my number could be activate within two days. But my number starts after one months. That is very shame full for IDEA Company. I were filed many complaints against this issue.

              Recently, my one month completed and no Bill received me till date. In this connection, I received call on 01.04.2014 at 03.24 ([protected]) from IDEA company and told me submit your bill of Rs. 405/- with very bad languages and I asked them to give me my bill by mail or send me hard copy to my address, but there is no response. Recently, my number ([protected]) is not running due to cause bill not submitted.

              I do not have an option to go Police station and consumer court against complaint for Idea Company.

                I had purchased idea prepaid data card sim no- [protected] in the name of Alok Khare through idea out let based in Indore via 6, Indraprastha Tower, MG Road, Near Hukumchand Ghantaghar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh e. Their Executive promised me to “Company Deactivate this number if I am not regularly use 90 day or recharge 200 rs in min 6 month ” this term and condition printed the sim brusher (I was Last Recharge the Feb. 2014 and Jan 2014 )but when I was recharge this no In Idea Shoe Room Indore their Executive Asked me company deactivate your no and you purchase new no coz this no is not Activated Kindly Active My No [protected]

                  In last month 30 rs. has been charged in my bill and this month i also get message that Idea Talkies service has been activated on my number. i have call to customer care But they were very rude and was not accepted fault which has been charged 30 rs. in my billed. I havn’t activated the IDEA TAKIES service in this and last month also. i want refund the amount and want Idea cellular help in this Regard. My Number is [protected].

                      I am an idea punjab customer and have been in goa state roaming since 21 march . The cellular internet connectivity here has not worked for 2 of my numbers [protected] and [protected]. calling their helpline and asking for registering a formal complaint, and they deliberately disconnect the call, They only offer basic instructions on putting the phone on and off and reinserting the sim etc, but we are post paid customers since 10 years with them, and yet they have ot bothered to resolve our concern. My internet should work properly in roaming. not a single day has it worked

                          My husband's mobile no is [protected]. He has been using this number for the past 10 years since 2004. He works overseas and while at sea he uses this phone for sms and to receive calls. He calls occasionally because the calls are expensive and they do not receive signals while at sea. He has been doing this all these years but this time his phone was blocked in feb. On enquiring with idea service centre in Margao, Goa, I was told that the sim has been deactivated and recycled I am totally upset and annoyed with the fact that this has been done without his knowledge and in spite of the fact that there is around Rs 700/- on the sim. The company should have verified the data and informed the customer through email before carrying out such an irresponsible act. Further more I was told that since the sim has been recycled it is not possible to obtain the sim back and so the money on the sim would be refunded after confirmation. However now after confirming, I am being told that the money cannot be refunded since the recharge has been done six months back.This is utterly disgusting and an act of minting money by the company. Please help us obtain our sim as it is very important since the number is used for all banking and official purposes by my husband.

                            Hi, This is regarding my Idea Prepaid mobile connection ([protected]), which was disconnected all of a sudden without any reason.( All Bills were Cleared.) earlier this number was Vodaphone Postpaid number which i switched to IDEA after clearing all the bills. Even i got confirmation from VODA team in mail saying that there are no outstanding bill from VODA. After disconnection of the IDEA network(without informing), i went to the service centre( Marathahalli Branch), which is not at all co-operative. After several calls and visiting personally to the IDEA office, i did not get any clarifications from them. Also i have submitted my VODA clearance bill along with my photo and Identity proof. Its been more than 7 days but still the connection is not activated, and dont know when they will; activate it, i have done enough follow up. because of which i am facing problems. I am missing my Business Clients calls for which i incurred a heavy loss. As being a software engineer, i am facing issues with my daily activities and my job is at stake. I am using this number since past 2 yrs, therefore unable to change it. I am really irritated with the service provided by the IDEA and want a justification for the same and want them to reimburse my loss incurred about 5 lakhs. Please stop this advertisement. And activate this package if any body asked to you to do.                                 Dear mam,
                                I have mobile no [protected].i had given the postpaid to prepaid
                                migration request to MYIDEA showroom, aditya cellcom, 102, satya shanti
                                complex, hotel amanthran, ge road, supela, bhilai, c.g on dt 19/12/13.paid
                                the full and final amount of rs.1050 upto the date of 19/12/13.I have
                                given the request letter to them by mentioning all the above points
                                and mentioning that i will not be reponsible for the bill beyond this
                                period.Idea show room has given me a new prepaid sim-
                                [protected] for this and suggest me not to call from this no.

                                They told us you will get a message and a request registration id and
                                after that within 26 hours your no will be become prepaid, during this
                                period you should not call.

                                After that i got the message on dt 23-12-13, , 12:12 pm, that my request
                                is registered through communication id C1-[protected], "could not be
                                processed at the moment, we regret for the delay".
                                Again i got a message on dt 23-12-13, 1:47 pm that your request for
                                postpaid to prepaid migration has been registered through
                                communication id C1--[protected], "would be actioned within 26 hours".
                                Again i got a message on 25-12-13, 11:55 am that "your request of
                                postpaid to prepaid migration could not be processed at the moment, we
                                regret for the delay".
                                Again on dt[protected]:06 pm, i got the message, that your request for
                                postpaid to prepaid migration has been registered through
                                communication id C1--[protected], "would be actioned within 26 hours".
                                Again i got a message on dt 28-12-13, 02:01 pm that "your request for
                                migration could not be processed at the moment we regret for the
                                delay".

                                Till december my no is not migrated and i haven't got any update also.

                                During this period i was continue in touch with MyIdea showroom supela, bhilai mobile no [protected], I have continously communicated with them
                                on dt 21-12-13, 04-01-13,[protected]two times), 19-02-14, 19-03-14.They
                                always assured me that your no will be migrated within some time.i
                                haven't got any message, update or reason on no migration.I have all
                                the phone recording of this conversation.

                                Your Local Idea office aditya cellcom, supela, bhilai is also not
                                coprated with me and not give me any response.they make me is
                                illusion, shows neglgency.

                                During this period on December 23, 2013 12:42 PM i wrote a mail

                                Team Idea Cellular Limited - MPCG Circle, i got a mail, assuring that
                                my problem will be resolved very soon.

                                Your customer care center is also not given me correct and proper
                                answer of my mails.
                                They also not shows responsibility and customer care.

                                Again on dt Sat, 15 Feb 2014 10:51:48, mentioning the Subject:" Idea
                                Mobile Number : [protected] delayed in migration from postpaid to
                                prepaid and mental and financial harresment of customer", i wrote a
                                mail to ccare mpcg and appleate.
                                Again on dt 17-03-14, i got a mail from Amrita Shrivastava, Customer
                                Service Team Idea Cellular Limited - MPCG Circle, assuring that my
                                problem will be resolved very soon.

                                In between suddenly yesterday, i got a bill (no [protected])of two
                                months of jan and feb 2014 rs.868.61.I was shoked .
                                How you can do like this?.Customer have any value for idea or not?.i
                                was continuously communicating with you, requesting you for your
                                service to you and your local respresentative.Instaed of resolving my
                                request in time, you have generated a rental bill.Even i haven't use
                                also my no as per your instruction during this period.Right now also i
                                m not calling from this no.
                                From dt 19-12-13 to 20-03-14, you have taken 3 months for postpaid to
                                prepaid migration and not done the migration.
                                My firm is a very old customer of you.you can check my firm record.
                                I was not accepting this type of poor service from idea.As a service
                                point you mentally harrased me, cheated me, fraud me.It shows your
                                neglency.Your communication is poor, systems are poor.Your peoples are
                                irresponsible.I am not responsible for delay in the service from your
                                side and your poor communication and poor system and lazy people.
                                It is a white colored crime.

                                I will not pay any bill.It is totally against consumer interests and
                                against TRAI Consumer Service Policies.
                                Through this mail I am complaining against your customer care, local
                                representative aditya cellcom, supela office bhilai, who misguiding me
                                and mentally harres me and not guide me properly in time.

                                My request is to take strict action against your customer care who
                                handle me and your local supela office mydea point, aditya cellcom who
                                misguided me, make me in illusion and not process my request in time.I
                                also request to waieveroff my rentall bills during this period and
                                immediately migrate my no from postpaid to prepaid.It is a very
                                serious matter regarding customer care.

                                I am a very old customer of idea postpaid, i don't want any other
                                legal dispute in this matter.

                                please resolve my problem and update me immediately.

                                  I have my Idea number [protected]. I have taken a post paid plan MH_NEB EBU 666 cug plan .
                                  My connection was activated on 22nd feb 2014. This plan includes 1500 minutes free (local and std) and 1536 MB 3G free data for 1 month.
                                  On 14th of march 2014 I got a message to my mobile
                                  "Dear Customer, You have opted for 1536 MB free data pack on Mob [protected].
                                  Usage till 13/03/14, 23.59 hours is 1369.06 MB. Available bal 139.94 MB can be used till 14/03/14.
                                  Pack is applicable only on Idea networks across India."
                                  In my bill I have used less than 1536 MB. They have billed till Mar 14th 2014.
                                  bill details :

                                  Monthly Charges: 499.50
                                  Feature Charges: 0.00
                                  Usage & VAS Charges: 863.43(data uses)
                                  Roaming Charges: 0.00

                                  Service Tax :163.54
                                  EC + HEC (@3 % on Service Tax ) : 4.91
                                  Total Current Charges : 1531.38
                                  Total Amount Due: 1531.38
                                  due date: 30-mar-2014

                                  What message idea is sending to me regarding Data uses is inconsistent with for what I got billed according to plan.

                                  When i tried to lodge a complaint on 198 they are telling it is prorated.
                                  Your monthly charge idea is taking only 499 instead of 666.Actually based on days you were not
                                  getting 1536 MB data because it is for 30 days but you were billed before 30 days on 14 march. So we can not lodge a complaint.

                                  But my question is
                                  1)why idea is not taking basic monthly charge as 666 for me.
                                  2)why idea has sent me inconsistent message regarding free data available to my mobile till billing date.

                                  please Help in this regard. i am feeling got cheated by Idea

                                  I have chang plan middle of billing cycle... and I got bill with rs 2283.
                                  I have complaint to customer care but no action is taken frm his side
                                  Whay not the idea care notify me or explain me about pro rated charges on time of change my plan ...whose is responsible for this ...why they hide this thing from me ...still no action take on that executive who hidhide such information i have complaint onon 1 june 15

                                    I quote below message from Idea "Payment Date [protected]:37:32 Amount 79.0 Your payment is successful but your recharge is being processed. Your transaction id is 39380184 and reference number isMSPD[protected].In case the recharge is unsuccessful, the amount paid by you for this transaction would be returned to the account from which you have made the payment in eight working days."                                       on 04/03/14 i recieved a call from ur compnay regarding postpaid connection.on 05/03/14 ur person had came and collect all the docs and money and told that within 5 days ur connection will activate but till toady my connection is not activated.on 15/03/14 i contact to ur idea store who had collected the docs and money they told that my person gone to ur address and also make verification calls but u r not there nd also u r not recieving the calls.again yesterday i call him then they told that ur area is in negative area.when i tell him refund my money and docs then they told that wait for 2 days surely ur conection will activate.Now u tell me what is this ? I dont get any calls or ur any person came for verification.i[censored]r not able to provide the service then why u r cheating with customer.when u call any customer for connection then u told that surely ur connection will activate but once u take money u starts cheat with customer.There are no of service provider availble in the market better than u.i[censored]r not able to serve the customer then stop chetaing.Now u tell me what i do?

                                      I have recieved a call from your Idea Cellullar executive & offer me for port in Idea postpaid on date 4/9/15 with A gift (Travelling bag after paying first 2 Bills). He came to me on 5/9/15 & collect all documents & Give me voucher of Travel bag. after that I have paid 3 bills ie Oct, Nov & Dec But till that I have not recieved that bag & the persons are not attending any calls now It means they are cheating to peoples on behalf of Idea Cellular. Because they are authorised from your company So this is your responsilibity that You are allowing cheaters to cheat public on behalf of your company.                                         Hi, I've been using this and two other family numbers since 2007 with Airtel and ported to 2012 in Idea. Since then, I've been traveling to Jammu all these years almost every 3 months. I've an unlimited data plan activated on my number and have always been using these services in roaming but have never been charged so high as 3700 for data usage in roaming. I tried calling customer care and telling them to file a complaint against it but they are telling me that no complaint can be filed this issue. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
