My name is Shankar from Bangalore from Last 8 months i am Using Idea post paid
Connection & i am loyal to pay each month bill as per their billing, till October I don't have any issues on my billing as well as Payment.Oct 10 2013 i bought new Smart phone & start using that but Oct 12, 13, & 14 they activated GPRS & VAS without any intimation & Charged INR 850 for Usage of 568MB.When i asked for the reason they told it will automatically activate we cant do any thing, I agree that its my mistake that i used, still my question is For unlimited plan they charge 199 only for 568 MB why they have to charge 850.In fact in new smart phone package they have mention for Idea Existing customer 500MB 2G data free for 2 months, while sending SMS for each day usage they use to send only usage details but there is no cost for that.
For New features they call & update us to use that why they are not intimate us for any automatic activations?They are not providing as on date usage details also.So we don't have any hold on our bill.What ever they send we need to pay.I stopped, making payment now they disconnected my Out going calls.I am really upset of their services & loosing my money, after continuous call also their answer is pay the money & get the service that's all.Please suggest me how to over come with
this situation.I don't bather to pay money but without a reason & service i feel its waste.
Idea need to change the add we are going to make our consumer Woollu.
