I recharged my idea sim for rs. 50, and get a talk time of rs. 41, then i activated Internet trial pack of rs 25 so my remaining balance was rs.16 but when i browsed Internet, balance was deducted from main balance and it is rs. 0 now. my no is [protected]: Date of incident: 08-May-14

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    As I would like to inform you that I Paritosh Jaiswal as a customer
    of IDEA company using postpaid connection where company had cheated me
    in the case of billing as I have already paid all the entire bills on
    time but still the company put up my unnecessary bill of all
    Rs.1500, Rs.2000 and others, where not only this but also company have
    given me a call from number_[protected]{DATE:10 MAY'2014, TIME:05:12PM}
    where a person starts to give me a threatening that we are talking from
    the court we have launch the FIR against you, as i would like you to
    know that they stars to give me abusing words to me not only this but
    also they asked me we are going to kidnap you if you not paid the bill.

    As I already informed to that person that I had got cheated by the
    company then also he asked that its your fault not company fault.

    Dear Sir, I request you to take a strict action against company and the person.

    As I already informed in the previous mail that a employee Sonam of the
    franchise(Sunrise Communication in karnal haryana(Mugal Canal), Haryana
    where she said to me that ask me that there is no any option to get
    disconnet your idea number permentaly.

    Sir, ask that employee and the aforesaid franchise that if the customer
    got fed up with the service than on those is their no any option to get
    withdrew the service.

    And one of the most important thing which I want let you know that the
    aforesaid franchise and his employee and owner is No.1 fraud because of
    they never provides a original receipts after made a payment of the
    bills they provides a bill to customer who actually a simple yellow
    colour receipt where their no any company name, TIN No, and complete
    address never mention on those receipt.

    As I would like to add-on that they make a fraud with the customer money
    by not paying a proper TAX to the government, when I and other customer
    get demand for the original receipt than on those condition they asked
    us that their is no need for the original receipt we are sitting here.

    So Sir, hereby I request you to take a strict action against IDEA
    company they are cheating to your Indian Citizen individually and
    getting damaged the financially of Indian Economy.

    And also I request you to take a strict against on them, if you are not
    able to take an action against them then on those condition I am going
    to move a local district court by launching an FIR against
    company, employee, franchise& a person who have given me a call from
    Number_[protected]{DATE:10 MAY'2014, TIME:05:12PM}

    aforesaid issue but its a several times and i got fedup with such types
    of issues.

    As i would like to inform you that they are just doing fake business
    such as when i ever get demand for the payment receipt after made a
    payment then on those condition they told me that right now the payment
    has got over take after next visit.


    So, hereby I request you to ask the company under the regulation of TRAI
    where it is mention that a customer after taken a new connection didnt
    disconnet his/her same connection permantely& also ask company to
    get surrender my aforesaid number sim on urgent basis until and unless
    iam going to move consumer court against company.


    As I again want to let you know that I had already paid Rs. 500 as my
    bill where the company again asking for the bill as they are just
    getting me cheat.

    As I would like to support me as I had visit today 5:30 PM at your
    franchise(Sunrise Communication in karnal haryana(Mugal Canal), Haryana
    where I again meet some another lady employee who actually seat at a
    front sales counter made a rudly behaviour when I asked her to provide
    me a bill of number [protected] where she alreay provided me a temporary
    receipt which was got misplace with me and I have to take a claim from
    my organization where I made her a request that please provide me
    original receipt as the temporary receipt of yellow colour has been lost
    where the reply came from her side was very rudely that we are not
    going to provide any original receipt until and unless provide me a
    temporary one.

    Where at same time I asked her that I am going you to provide the letter
    for lost of those 02 Receipt and provide me original one but she speaks
    very rudely.

    Please let me know who much patient should a customer kept with himself when it will happen frequently...

    Even that i already asked her that I have got fed up with your service
    than the revert came from her side is that what should I doo, U can doo
    want you want, its none of my business. and kindly talk to my owner
    only...

    So, I again request you to kindly provide me the original receipt for
    the same as soon as possible as i have to get pass those claim from the
    organization...

      Hi Team, This is Venkat, I'm working in an MNC in Hi-tech City, Hyderabad. 6 months back I applied for Idea Net setter ( Data Card ), before giving the documents I told your executive that I need the Data card in 2 to 3 days. where he said ok and after that, after crossing 10 days also he didn't share the Data card and SIM to me. After that I moved to some other provider and full filled my requirement. But from last 2 months I'm getting calls like I need to pay bill where I didn't used your datacard. Even I didn't take your Data Card and SIM as well. This is frustrating and please look into this and resolve the issue. Regards Venkat

        i deepak gupta want to file a complaint against pramod tiwari (he is an idea cellular agent) before 2 months i ported my mobile number from reliance to idea through him. he took 400 Rs/- .he told me that it is just a security deposit and it will reflect in your idea cellular bill but i asked in customer care whether 400 Rs/- is showing as security deposit in their system or not .customer care executive told me that we have not received any deposit ffom your side. As per company rules and regulation there is no such deposit for number portablity but still that agent took 400 Rs/- from me and not yet handed over to company. i scolded him 2 -3 times regarding this, he told that he will give 400 Rs- recept still he has not done his work.i m providing his detail name of agent-pramod tiwari contact no-[protected] plz help me

              I have bought one Idea pre-paid SIM Card on 04.05.2014 and submitted all requisite documents with photograph but my Phone No. [protected] has not been activated despite calling on tormenting and so-called toll free numbers but to no avail. IDEA attitude and behaviour has caused considerable mental stress and agony. What should I do now?

                I got an idea postpaid CUG connection for the mobile number 949615**** (the bill gets generated on every 10th of the month) . The outgoing facility of the mobile number got barred on 2nd April and when called the respective idea team i was informed that it was because the un-billed amount exceeded the credit limit which was INR :1200 and have become INR :1800. I don't understand then what is the advantage of setting the credit limit, if such a variation can happen . I used to pay an average amount if INR :300 every month. Suddenly such a variation in bill has happened. After making an adv payment of INR: 300 before the bill was generated the call barring was removed. When the bill was generated on 10th of April it was shown some unwanted calls to idea value added services which had took a duration of more then 2 and half hours which hadn't happened from our side. Mine is a 1100 old nokia mobile so i am unable to get the call logs one and half weeks back. Please take out the calls to value added services in the bill and let me know the actual amount to be paid after deducting my adv payment of INR :300. Being an idea customer for the past 1 yr expecting a positive reply from you as soon as possible. If you got any questions you can call me on +91 [protected]

                    I never expected this kind of behavior from Idea Cellular Ltd (ICL). They don't know how to treat with the customer they use abusive and threatening language. They will call you from different numbers ( few of them are [protected], [protected] and many more they all claim that they are from idea) i bought an idea postpaid connection ([protected]) and deposited 300 Rs as a security ( IDEA SALES MEN have promised me a very good plan that suites my needs to and also said that my security amount rs 300 will be adjusted in my bill) but at the time of activation when i spoke to idea customer care they said totally different plan i was really socked and request them to do something on it the time passes noting happened they charged me with 1st bill i paid it as time passes they raised a 2nd bill of amount 200rs plus( i don't remember the exact figure but i am very much sure it was below 300rs) after some time they disconnected my service I enquiry in customer care and told them my issues again noting happened after some time they called me and said pay your dues i told them about my previous complains they provide me no solution of it and I requested them to disconnect my number to and adjust my security amount in my bill. As the time passes from the second month when they disconnected my number since then i never used that number for making or receiving calls (after some time they called me again and said sir we are activating your connection i told them not to do so. When all this thing happens now they are calling me multiple times with different number & forcing me to pay the bill amount approx 900rs plus talking to me in a really bad and threatening language (giving me a threat of legal action). I feel very scared because of which i am not able to work and facing both physical & Mental harassment. I had a conversation on idea customer care at [protected] (but they kept me on hold and after few minutes they disconnected my call) i tried to contact on [protected] but no response. (For Prof i received call from [protected], [protected] they were harassing me using abusive language on behalf of idea.)Very very bad experience with idea and i will make it sure that non of my friends and family never ever use idea post paid connections, non responsive customer care, they will cheat you harass you, threat you & charge for no services. If you complain no response i mailed them i called them. i used different mediums like social networking, customer care store no response related to my issues. I had an idea post paid connection they fooled me from my side VERY VERY BIG NO to IDEA Services. ( They fooled me, cheat me & threatening me) can any body suggest me any legal suggestion.

                          Hi,

                          I have received a call from IDEA Customer care stating that they are giving me some offers if i port from Aircel to their Idea network.
                          I told that I am in pondicherry and I can't give my documents in chennai. So the girl told she will arrange some proof and she will send me the new sim card through courier. She took portability code from me.

                          Now what happened is they have ported my number from Aircel to Idea without my proof and they have not sent my sim yet. It is almost two weeks they have activated the same and not sent to me.

                          If I call their customer care there is no proper response.

                          The Girl cheated me just for a hike of single sale count.

                          Please help me to take necessary action

                            Dear ConsumerComplaint, Idea does not seem to understand even basic English in a clearly worded complaint. I have complained about a fortnight ago about these two issues : · 3G roaming not working on my NetSetter number [protected]. (Roaming is already enabled for this SIM but not working) · On 6/4/2014, within a span of 4 hours the data usage on the above number went up from 1.6 GB to 5.348GB (It is not possible and I have checked all possibilities) The lady at Idea Appellate Mrs Christina replies only to the first question and sends me a excel file on the network to be used when in Delhi (Roaming). I reply to her saying that I am using the exactly same network in Delhi and still the 3G roaming is not working. I also tell her that she has not seen the second line in the complaint which is about fraudulent usage statistics. She again forwards the first excel attachment and says there is no problem in the roaming. She does not understand basic English or what? For the second point she sends a reply showing the data usage from the log...which is precisely my complaint that I have not used that data. All the correspondence is enclosed as under. Regarding the second complaint, I am suspecting some fraud is going on in Idea. Some body has fraudulently updated by usage from 1.6 GB to 5.348GB on 6/4/2014. It is not possible and I have checked all possibilities. I raised this concern so many times by calling to Idea customer care number 12345, always they are saying issue will be resolved in a week time, but no use.                                 hi my name vinay kumar and my number is [protected] & [protected].i have taken this number in jan and after one months i have given call to customer care and said please closed my connection they said ok, but after i months i recived a new bill with 2000 for each i said ok i will pay, but the idea people given this thing to collection department i.e call center and the start calling to my parents my relative by using my call history and start using bad and slang language, some one said i thief, some use gaali and many more i am asking this is way to collect your payment from customer, this is professional way, will they will not hire some well meaner call center executive,

                                  I am devasish sharma I receive msg that on calling 121999, i can check best 3g data offer for me. I called on that and listen rs449 recharge will give me 3.5gb 3g data balance with 3months validity. But i receive only 1.275gb 3g data with 3months validity. Because of auto call recording app in my phone, i had complete call recording of the call in which i listen the offer. I want my complete data balance as per offer.

                                    Dear Sir, I am using Idea number ([protected]) since almost 5 years(2009). I am happy to say that recently from last 2 / 3 months I am using Idea Internet package (2G) which is offer by Idea 1 GB 2G data for just Rs.58 with 1 month validity. But recently on 18th April 2014 my data plan has expired and on 19th April I had received a flash message with balance details after making a voice call. That flash message had clearly said that 1 GB data for Rs.58 with 1 month validity. So I made a recharge for Rs.58 but I received a recharge message saying that recharge 58 is successful & 300MB data with 12 days validity plan has activated. When I contacted Idea customer care & I explained everything to them, she said 1GB data for Rs.58 with 1 month validity is only valid if I receive a SMS in Inbox. But I explained that since already I was using this plan & I received a flash, I recharged. If that offer is not valid why you did you sent to me. Finally she got convinced & promised me to activate the same plan within 5 hours but she didn't register a complaint. Same thing happened for 3 days with new people every day and no one did register a complaint even after I asked for a complaint no. or reference number. Simply they promised me that they will activate the plan. Finally today 21st April I got frustrated & I tried to speak with higher person. I got a chance to speak with higher person at second try. When I stick to my question as "If the offer is not valid why did you publish, she said it's just a promotional message & you cannot get the same for your recharge. Finally she has disconnected the call simply. I am requesting you to activate 1GB data with 30 days validity for already recharged amount Rs.58. Thanks Bhyrappa

                                      As I am32 years of age while traveling in the auto rickshaw I forgot the phone in it and due to which I lost the phone and numbers. But I would like to know that how can I block the numbers so that nobody uses the number. Does anyone know regarding what procedure is to be followed to block the numbers and for this where should I approach for.se someone may misuse your Sim card for which you may be penalized as it is associated with you. my number is[protected]

                                        I got message from IA-IDEA on14th (monday) of April 2014( On RC147, Talktime 50, Get 1 GB of 2G data for 30 days validity. Overage charges 2p/10kb. Applicable for both handheld and netsetter on First Recharge only. ) And when i recharged with 147 on date 18th of April 2014 i got wrong offer ie ( MRP:Rs 147.00 Credited Local Mob Min 130 Final Local Mob Min 130 Expiry Date 17/05/2014 Credited Nat SMS 260 Final Nat SMS 260 Expiry Date 17/05/2014 Credited ) wrong offer was been activated!!.
