Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected] . I have done 3G Data recharge of 126 Rs (1GB) on 1st march 2014 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. MRP Rs 126 NEW BAL, Plan : 1 GB, 3G data valid for 30 days”. But when I am using internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I am checking my data balance using *125# number it shows “Data Bal in ur accoung 1024.00 MB valid till 31 march 2014”. When i have called Customer Care and they dont know about ISF, Next day I went to idea store to ask regarding and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone. I don't have a Idea Smart Phone. They are not written ISF meaning nor given terms and condition for it on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help me

    Recently I have ported my number from tata docomo to idea. Just one week before they barred all outgoing call an now incoming call also . I contacted cucustomers care officer for this issue. Sometimes they response like I need to submit the old network balanced amount to idea care and when I go to idea care they refuse to take hard copy of bill payment giving me reason that your number Is already disconnected pleas call idea customers care. Again I call to customer care they told me that this is not my this problem is associated with docomo so call to docomo they will resolve tthis.when I call to docomo they say you have already ported this number to idea so call them. Now I am dilemma what to do they are playing a football game with me. What to do...

      sir, I am a new costomer to idea, my number is [protected] I took this SIM in search of better assistance and honest operator. and unfortunately idea stands no where on my hopes..actually I am using a data plan in which I am still left with about 900 mb 3g data. I was just surfing net n I had a balance of about rs 12 . after some time my balance became nil.and I surfed net oNlY after assuring about the left internet volume..I complained in customer care but they said making excuse of server down dat I should call after 2 hrs I again called n had the same ans again.and now they have barred my number so that I cant contact them. I have never seen such a fraudulent operator.I request u To take a strong action against the most fraud cmpny of the country. its so irritating to b a cobsumer of such a begger company. please help me. n direct the cmpny to refund my money back. yours sincerely Shivam bhardwaj [protected]

        I recently purchased a mobile phone which requires a MICRO SIM.
        I have an iPhone, which uses Nano SIM.

        I'm a Idea loyalist and have been using the Idea SIM in Pune for the last 10+ years now. I purchased the Prepaid initially and converted to Postpaid a couple of years back.
        Now, I visited almost all the Idea Store's in Pune and no one has the MICRO SIM for the Postpaid number starting 9822.

        This is quite a bad service especially keeping in mind that mobiles are nowadays coming up with MICRO SIM's & Idea doesn't have these SIM's for their "loyalists".

            Last night i recharged my account with 110 rupees and got full balance according to the top-Up plan.
            Now today when i checked my balance, it automatically shows up 105/- and i didnt used any service like Internet or didnt even called anyone.
            Please solve this .

                I had complaint regarding call drop and the charges levied. Its been more than 2 months. The call drop problem has vanished. But the customer service has not even reversed the call drops charged.I have not paid the bill, waiting for them to reverse. But they do not seem to bother. I have written to the appellate authorities in idea cellular maharshtra. No response.
                I have sent almost 10 mails to them but there is no response, regarding reversal of charges.

                  Hello, I hope if you can take some action in my case, it been long time I am chasing and dropped so many mails but still in vain... Currently I am in Hong Kong, I will be reaching to mumbai on midnight of 28th feb 2014, once I reach there nobody will be able to contact me to ask whether I have reached safely or not, this will happen due to disconnection of my mobile no.[protected]... though I have paid extension ( from 17 Jan to 28th feb 2014) of safe custody amount. below is the payment detail... Mobile no. [protected] Reference numbet: MCIT[protected] Amount :350 Communication id for transaction is: 34434542 After payment I also provided confirmation email from my end... Still, If at all I wont't get positive response then It will be forced from your end to me to change the subscriber of all the Idea connection I have including [protected], and same feedback will be sent to my HSBC organization not to use Idea data card for official laptop which I am having currently (provided by my office)... I am getting frustrated day by day from the silly reply getting from Idea cellular service... As a corporate customer If I am getting this much pain, god knows what would other facing...                     My name is karthik. I am a doctor I had recently ported from vodafone post paid to idea prepaid 3 months back I was getting messages from idea that pending balance was there with vodafone and asked me to pay and submit the bill at idea local office for uninterrupted service I paid the bill much in advance of 11 days and went to give the bill at idea office . They rejected to take my bill and instead gave me a official email id of a concerned idea employee and asked me to mail the bill to him . I did as told and also got conformational mails from the idea employee that the issue was resolved and there will not be any problem But as i kept on getting those messages multiple time i contacted the same idea idea employee many times and he assured me that the problem was resolved and no need to worry ( 5 to 6 times via email ) One fine day 11 days after my submitting of the bill my connection got cut ..( 11/02/2014) When i went to local idea office they dint respond adequately saying you dint take the porting sim card from office hence we are not responsible for the problems caused but still we will look into it and try to help As i am a doctor ( super speciality resident )i keep getting lot of phone calls from patients and also from hospitals for advise regarding patient care Inspite of me going repeatedly to the office there was no response and i got my new simcard finally after 7 days ( 18/02/2014) I had to face lot of difficulties for 7 days as my mobile was disconnected and had to go go through a lot of problems and humiliations from patients as well as hospital authorities for this loss of service Finally they gave me a new sim card after 7 days and it does not have my preexisting balance of 100 rupees and also a 3 g and an sms pack which was active at the time of disconnection. Finally i had to again recharge with all the service packs inspite going through the trouble of not having a phone connection for 7 days I have all the communication emails and phone calls list i interacted with the idea office and employees

                      Hi Sir, On 27th Jan I received a message from Idea about the availability of Gold Numbers. I called to the given number and very same day a guy named Pankaj ([protected]) delivered an Idea Sim to me and took 300/- as security fee. Since then I am being harassed by the people working in idea. Neither they are activating the number nor they are willing to refund the amount. I am continuously calling them but no response. Now my case is transferred to Idea office Dwarka Metro Station but even people working there are not willing to activate the number and are not picking up my calls. The Idea store owner is Shailesh who is just making fake promises to me all the time I call up. please help me.

                          I was using Idea mobile for more than 14 years and never defaulted on payment. However for the months of June, July and August 2013, Idea sent me wrong bills, against which I raised at least 5 written complaints but Idea did not bother to solve those complaints and kept on sending me inflated bills. And then on fine day, instead of addressing my concerns on wrong bills and sending the detailed bill status, Idea sent me message saying my complaint is closed and i must pay the bill.

                          Now, for last 1 week (Week 2 of Feb 2014), I am getting fake calls from Cellular Recovery agents, who call from [protected], [protected] and tell me that they are calling from Pune Lok Adalat. They ask me to either pay Rs. 5, 000 of Idea bill or appear in court in 1 hour. These recovery agents have even started calling my friends mobile no. But I have not succumbed to these pressure tactics and will file a police complaint against these recovery agent and Idea Cellular as well now.

Number was never been used . and there was no mail to me regarding its bill now after 1 year i am geting a call from some lady that tere is a case from idea on my name regarding this number that also of Rs. 3000 something . and if i am not paying there will be a case against me from idea.                                   sir, I'm using my nokia lumia 710 model mobile phone with an idea sim card( [protected]). I was enjoing nokia store browsing for about one year. Now idea blocked that facility for me. As I called them they said that they cant do anythin g, it is problem regarding my mobile phone. But still I can browse nokia store using any other network's sim card. Also nokia said that it's due to the problem of my network. .                                     I have recently migrated to idea thinking that the service would be better. But i was wrong; they have barred outgoing calls a month ago. When i asked about it then they said that address verification was not done and i have to re-visit the showroom and submit the documents. This was really frustrating- this was basically idea's fault. There was no one who contacted me for verifying the address, if they don't know how to search the home then they would have called on my cell which they never did. After so many follow-ups they have re-activated the connection. Again the history repeats... today they have blocked it again and they put the remark as "door locked" ha... this is the second time where i have not got any mail communication nor a call from idea saying that there will be person visiting the address, if they would have told us well in advance we would have made sure that someone is at the home. Idea expects us to stay in home 24hrs so that we could welcome the executive who visit's the home. Fair enough.. we would have waited if there was any communication made on this part... but there was no such communication... I am seriously regretting for getting an idea connection and would not suggest any one to migrate in to idea. Yes... your punch line "An idea can change your life" has come true in my scenario... you have spoiled my peaceful life by baring my outgoing calls.                                       Dear, i am chirag sareen, earlier i requested my idea no.([protected]) to migrate from prepaid to postpaid, oen of idea agent come to my office and take my documents and fee, then give me new SIM card (for postpaid). He also said your number will migrate in 4 days, on 7thfeb one person come for verification too, and its done properly, now its 6th day i.e 10feb my old prepaid no is barred by them and also they didnt ON my new SIM postpaid no. SO my connection is totally barred without telling me, AND costumer care are also not helping although. I complaint everywhere.                                       I want to inform you, You activated my number i accept that, but i think your company forget to activate my Internet from your end. As since yesterday i am trying to contact your seniors and CCS, both have different words. GPRS experts say your gprs is not activated in our system and customer care say sir its activated. so terrific replies and your managment, so today atlast i get my complaint register at 198.
                                      But i request you pls see my issue, and make my all services activated.

Money also debited 248 INR from my account but not got recharged my IDEA NETSETTER mobile No .                                         As per customer care reports it will take 7 days for getting the refunding to the bank. Thus there is no reason for making the complaint jus after 1 day from the reacharged date
