Rs.49 got deducted from my Idea account today(18 jan, 2014) saying' Thank you for downloading ALL channels 15 days from APALYA, You have been charged rs.49.' i have NOT downloaded any such thing. i request the APALYA team to reimburse me with the money immediately.Please stop this malpractise and learn some decency if possible! they took Rs.23 with in 3 hours of topup after i did for Rs.30

    My name is Lalit Singh Kamboj. On 10/01/2014, Idea charged Rs.10 for some downloading charges from my Idea mobile no. [protected]. Again next day Idea charged Rs.50 for some downloading charges and again very next day Idea charged Rs.30 for some downloading charges. God know why they are doing this type of fraud but i am a victim of this fraud company. Not only one time but 3 times they charged and when my balance become low then they stopped doing this type of fraud. So please help me to get my money back and punish or panelty Idea for doing this type of Fraud. Because they are collecting money from their customers and getting a very big amount in crores in total amount. Please help everyone and say to everyone to stop using their sim cards.

      [protected]Idea cellular is now a days involved in pick pocketting. Idea cellular is directly looting balance from its consumers account. Today just before 20 minutes of posting this complaint i was sitting at my house. And surfing web. I am 100% confident that i did not opt for any download of any software or thing. Suddenly i got sms that rs.49 has been deducted from my account...then i got sms that rs.15 has been deducted... I was astonished and called idea call centre 198 ...there the executive told me that i can go to court of it is near by my house. Then he misbehaved with me and refused for any assistence anf asked me to call after 4 hrs. He used a foul language. Idea cellular was my monile operator ad i wanted to be with an indian co. But i am really sorry for group like aditya birla who is now doing loot on consumers acc. And have set abusive telecallers to abuse and shut the mouth of those consumers whose accounts are illegally. Debited. Idea is looting its consumers and enjoying crores of revenue i hope...because its not only one case there must be many others. I will switch to airtel, airtel is best and authentic operator from past beginning of mobile era. Idea telecaller even refused to generate a complaint no for me...all this clearly teveals the conspiracy that idea cellular is cutting balance illegally and then have made the complaint process abusing as welll ad unfriendly so that the agrieved party keep silence

        The possessor of the following idea number [protected]( Assam) is making unwanted calls to my fiancees number starting from 16.01.2014 continuously. He has ringed some 50 times and this has become a serious irritating issue now. HOw to get rid of it. ca i have the complete detail of this person

          I am using idea postpaid connection, my number is [protected], my bill plan is 499 royal (second), and a gprs plan of 200 and after this they generated bill of Rs 19180, in one month that is of November 2013. this is disgusting, when i asked them they gave the reason that i used internet service. I request to idea postpaid users please change service provider as soon as possible. because they dont have any reason to create your bill, and you have to pay that.
          really it is a worst service provider i have seen. and i am going to through my number and i will make 50 postpaid connection to switch from idea.

            This is to inform you that For the last two months I have been facing a lot of problems from your Website. My mobile number is [protected]. If you can refer to my bill payment history, I have always paid my bill before the last date. I am sure you will have these details on your system too. Now My problem starts last month when I have to pay my bill of my payment cycle with Oct 26 to Nov 26th 2013. I tried going to the site and pay my bill thru debit card as I have been using my debit card. I click on the Pay Bill Option of your website as always and put the amount I have to pay, your website gives me a reply saying the System Is under maintenance. For the First fifteen days evry morng I try to pay the Bill and My bill remains unpaid due to your website, I sent a complaint thru the Website and you provided me with my ebill two times again without any response on the Online payment. I spoke to the CCare and they took my complaint and informd that the system was under maintenance and that the same would be proper within 5 days, after 5 days I try again the same result” system under maintenance”. I give a complaint again to the CCare with the same problem and I was informed that the late payment would not be generated due to the system problem. But the system problem was not solved and My phone outgoing calls were blocked due to non-payment of bill, and this too because of your system Failure. Now I was without out going calls and I had to travel to Bangalore urgently. Customre care tells me to find the nearest showroom and pay with the confirmation that the late fee would not be added. WHAT AN IDEA! I was forced to find a showroom and pay my bill to unblock my phone. This is Customer service. I expected This problem would be solved, But to my Utter Surprise the Website still shows SYSTEM MAINTENCE.WHAT KIND OF MAINTENANCE ARE YOU GUYS DOING! AND EVRYTYM I HAVE TO PAY LATE FEES FOR YOUR PROBLEM IN THE SITE> THEN WHY ARE U TELLING ME TO PAY ONLINE, if i have to pay through the showroom. I stopped going to the showroom due to the illtreatment that I have to face at the showroom in Thiruvalla Kerala. Ever since I have been paying online. Now I guess this is Our NEW YEAR GIFT FROM IDEA. WHAT AN IDEA!               On 12/26/2013 received a sms for an outstanding amout of 1081.53. Since then till date i.e. 01/13/2014 I havent received the clarification/details on this outstanding amount elegation. Since 12/26/2013 constant follow ups have not resulted in any help from customer care.
              Today i.e. 1/13/2014, my outgoing, sms and internet connected has been barred !
              This is the kind of service a so called 6 years old esteemed customer gets from IDEA.
              Not only this -
              Online portal is under maintenance from past 2 months. Neither I can view my bill nor I can pay the bill.
              *147# is reflecting 0 amount due towards payment
              Ebills are not despatched to my mail id

              All I am getting is constant appologies for the inconvenience caused !
              Neither I have any IDEA showroom close by nor I have time to visit in person So, finally today I've initiated the process to get an Airtel connection.

                    Received a msg from IZ-IdeaCMS on 5th and 11th Jan 2014 , The msg is as follows : "Dear Customer, thank you for downloading Game Zone from Handygo. You have been charged Rs. 50." . This is not professional and I request Idea ppl to credit me with the amount deducted.Your customer care officials say "You downloaded it so it is deducted" but i dont even know this site.At total my Rs 100 were deducted.My no. is [protected] pls refund it

I had downloaded one videi clip using internet browser. then I got a message for balance deduction of rs 40. and also a one more deduction of activation of channels on apalya for 15 days with deduction of 49 rs without my any acceptance or prior information. this is very bad experience with idea company. Now I want my balance back soon. Otherwise I will complaint. plz solve the matter soon. Before I downloaded so many videos from my 2G data, no such balance is deduced. when I hv 2G unlimited data then why idea is reducing my account by 89 rs..

                        My balance has deducted .idon't know how but my 128 rupees has deducted. I was using Facebook suddenly I received a message of balance deduction
                        Idea has deducted 200 balance from my account main balance.They have said that this deduction is due to over usage of net pack.But this is not right as i have not received any message regarding validity expiration from them.They used to notify me always and then i used to recharge my number.But they had not notified me so its their fault also.I want my money back.

                          Seems like this happens every month to Idea Netsetter. Somehow caps my speed at 100kbps with just sometimes over 500 kbps. Seriously, tired of their speed issue. They work for a few days after a complaint is lodged but then back to square one with the same issue of crawling speed. This is the fourth time this has happened to my 3G connection speed just being capped at 100kbps inspite of paying my bills well before time. My idea 3G number is [protected] and brought their 10GB pack for Rs. 1500/- and sick and tired of calling their support to be transferred 20 times in a loop and finally no call from their side.

                          If anyone thinking about getting Idea 3G nesetter with the plan, i would strongly advise against getting it. They have one of the worst support with low level communication skills and stick to the script A even if the issue described is Z problem. It's so bad, it's not even funny anymore ...

I brought a Idea new postpaid connection ([protected]) with plan (699), they told me you will get unlimited local & std for first three months. But I dnt get the benefit. I communicate with store manager (Idea Sodpur Kolkata), but they are not entertain me regarding that, and they are sending me the bill every month . Please Help me to solve this issue. I am waiting for ur positive response ASAP.

                                you can try idea 3g which gives 1GB for rs. 246 or DOCOMO which provides cheapest plans in prepaid like 60 mins free 3G in Rs.11 / 600 MB in Rs. 89 / 3GB in Rs.351 and many more

                                    Dear Sir, I was consumer of idea cellular bearing mobile no.[protected]. Due to temporary withdrawn the incoming/outgoing facilities on my mobile phone. I have not paid the outstanding dues of idea cellular mobile bill. On dated 03/01/2013 about 11.29 AM and 11.30 AM twice time call a personal of idea cellular company on my alternative mobile no. [protected] and started with very dirty-dirty abused with me from mobile no. [protected]. Request look into the matter personally and suitable directions may be issued to company for misbehaving with customer.

                                      Idea Cellular's network is pathetic. Despite such pathetic services, by not providing satisfactory network at no place be it home or be it while traveling. To top it all, they have the audacity to irritate customers by sending SMS messages to its subscribers about missed call alerts and asking them to pay Rs3 to know the missed call number. How dare does Idea Cellular network have the effrontery to irritate its customers when they are sure of their idiotic services. At every place I dont have network of Idea cellular and even if I do get network, I still keep receiving sms's from idea asking me to send an sms to know the missed call number. Is this a tactic to extract money from its subscibers without providing proper network. If you arent able to provide network at all places, YOU dare not harass customers by sending SMS's to them to earn 3 rs for stupid messages. Also it is your duty to provide network and if not, send the mobile caller number incase of a missed call due to bad network provision.

                                        Dear sir, My cell number is [protected], I m porting from Tata docomo to idea on 25.12.2013 (My port number is -TX948847) and previous company will take back network on 31.12.2013 at 10.30 pm.
