I am getting a message that Rs 10 has been deducted from my account for using telsync games. But I never used any game of that sort nor does my phone have any game. This is fraud and should be stopped immediately else legal proceedings will be undertaken.

    Since the last month network speed is really poor . I am not even able to access content on instagram and youtube. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and provide me high speed internet.

      My sim is from Madhya Pradesh, and my sim card shows "no service" for last 3 days.
      I tried all these things
      1. Manual select network
      2. Two to three times restart the phone
      3. Pull sim out and place it again and different slot

      But same result is there.
      Please help me to sort out this.
      As i have only one sim with me so i couldnot call to anyone.

        Dear sir,

        This is jeyaprakash Paulraj currently working in Qatar and won’t be able to come to mumbai as off now. Due to some circumstances I was not able to pay the monthly bill, since I was inside the offshore and was not connect to
        Network couple of months.

        I sincerely apologize for the same and I request you to keep the sim under activation and active the same as soon as possible. Also for your information we have paid 5000inr as a deposit so that, the number will not be placed to others in case of emergency.

        I request you, one more time to activate the sim and we have paid the bill too.

          When I send message for UPC code, it reply that UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for change of ownership for this number.
          My sim is currently in vi.

            I have been using idea number for 8 years now and one fine day suddenly it stopped working with no network service at all.
            I tried resetting and connecting to customer care executives, but no helped, they said they can't fetch any details.
            I visited Idea Store, and they are asking 5k to issue a new SIM with same number.
            This number is linked to my bank accounts, and other places too, for which I am unable to access any of them as I am not getting OTP anymore.
            This is very frustrating and feeling helpless now.

                      I was sent some sms that some details are to be submitted to nearest vi store for verification . I am a final year student and my number is linked to all bank accounts. That is why i didnnt read those sms and they just deactivated my Sim card without calling/informing. And now they say that if the number is not sold to somebody else then only i will get it back and that also will be postpaid for 4 months each 400 +taxes(80) and 300 some other fee
                      The shop keepers arent coordinting properly and not giving one single response on the issue.
                      They keep changing their statements some day they say that it will just be billing some day they say that if it isnt sold to somebody then i will get it back
                      How can you sell my number to somebody else within 5 days?

                                I used your [protected] mobile number for 3 years in postpaid connection and before 2 month i contact to your store for more than 3 times to change my connection into prepaid but they will not change my connection into prepaid because of your server fault and at last your executive told me to change my sim address to another address because of lack of time for me. After i changed my sim address into my cousin's address and he activate the sim through vi app and after he tried to contact with your service executives for his address verify but at that time your executives are telling the same reason "server fault" and now my sim is completely disconnected by the reason of address verification fault, so now i kindly request you sir to give back my sim
