My idea net-setter number is [protected].They are offering a speed0f 7.2 mb/S.But for the last 1 week I am not getting a speed of 7kb/S.My plan is a post paid plan which is 750 per month for that plan 3gb is download limit.After 3gb they offer a speed of 128 kb/S. I made the complaint in their outlet and customer care . I went the idea office at Haripad 3 times but they are simply wasting my time. The idea customer care din't response yet .A positive approach is humbly requested in this matter.

I want all call incoming and outgoing and SMS with full details from January 2011 to January 2012. She Cheated with me, and now she ran away from this address to some other place. She is taken 150000/-Rs from me and now she is not living at this above mentioned address and she closed this Number also. So i can't tress her and which card she is using now i don't know. I am very much in trouble. I want this statement for proof. What ever SMS she sended and makes a call to me i want all the SMS details and voice call details. I am using idea mobile no [protected] it is a golden no . On one day suddenly closed my sim i went to the idea office the replaced my sim without any reason and next day tell me that your no is closed
They are calling for skims and callertunes then they cant call that pls recharge your account
Now my no is closed and i dont have that golden words to tell 555545.........

All complaints to telecom operators be reflected in the bills.
E-Complaints are answered with only an auto e-reply without any complaint number by mobile operators Idea / Vodafone etc.
Are they not supposed to generate a complaint number for reference?
Require Consumer Organizations / NGO / Telecom Regulatory Authority of India / Consumer groups to check this.
Steady & Strong Network signal for uninterupted communication is the need of day in the wake of regular traffic jams / long distances to cover.

i buy a idea net setter worth rs1900.the dealer said that i got download speed 7.2mb/s..but i got speed only 10kb/s...i really get so confusion because of this.........i cant browse very well.and i cant download anything...my money lost due 2 this.......please take action against this.......

i have a complaint against idea company, i have a mobile prepaid connection of idea company..they r daily charges 5 rs par day for past 2 month without any reason when i complaint on there customer care they said that we have activated any internet sceam bt in my mobile handset we cant activate internet because we have basic model 1661, and till date i have not get any massages related to that scheam . they said they will definitely refund my money but till date i have not recieved my amount... please take an action against that if possible...my mobile no is [protected]

When i bought this new smartphone from My Idea Gallery situated @ Pune-Satara Road, next to city pride, i was told that this 3 g Plan will be applicable to only IDEA card holders. So i purchased a New IDEA Sim Card from the same gallery for which they took 203 Rs. for this sim card.

Further i was asked to pay Rs.259/- towards Re-charge so that this 3G plan ( 2GB per month for 3 months + Idea TV 150 Pack ) can be activated on my smartphone.I paid the amount towards it.

But even after 7 days, i have not received this offer on my sim.

Idea Executive came to my company (Aptara Inc). The guy told me that he will convert my Idea Prepaid No ([protected]) to the Post paid no. with a good plan. And my same no. (Post paid) will be activated after the verification. But after verification my no. didnt got activated. The guy told me that there are some issues and your Idea Prepaid No ([protected]) cannot be converted to Postpaid due to some issues. He told me that I can get my Prepaid no. again activated from any MY IDEA showroom. When I reached the showroom they said that Idea call centers have deleted all your prepaid records and we cannot activate your no. again.

I have been using this no. since last 6 years and I want that no. to be activated again.

Please resolve my concern asap.

My name is Jeetendra Patel from Jabalpur.
I need to register a complaint against Idea Telecom. I have pyrchased a SIM on Dec 2006. I have been using the SIM Card since past seven years; but recently I wasn’t using it and my phone was switched off for around 2 months. When I tried to start the SIM; I found it has been deactivated and assigned to some other customer, without giving any prior notification regarding deactivation.
I tried to work out on this with Idea, but nobody assisted me or guided me on the procedure.
Even I reported this to consumer forum and no one took even interest to listen to my case and give proper suggestions.
Please guide me and advise the process for retaining my SIM back.

Co. Cutted Rs.45on the name caller tune without any prior infortion on 07/07/2012 at 11:56a.m.
I called them for deactivation on 07/07/2012 at 12:02 p.m. and it deactivated but they do not refund my money back. Govt. Should penalize this co. then only they will get a lession.

Dear all,

I am not sure how many of you're facing this problem but nowadays I am receiving calls from international numbers -

I don't understand why these callers cant be blocked for my cell number. I informed this nuisance to IDEA call center and I don't know what action are taken. The above numbers call during any time of the day or the night, sometimes 10 am, 12:30 pm, 1 pm, at times even in the late night like 3 am.

I want to know if any other people are facing this problem. The numbers call and immediately disconnect; expecting us to call back. I once called back, a lady picked up and said "Mera naam Zeba hai, Main aapse baatein karna chahti hoo.." I immediately hung up sensing something vicious, it costed me 30Rs for speaking for single call. I thought some international job consultant might have called me.

Now this has become as frequent as daily 3-4 calls.

Can IDEA people please block this? What is the way out of this nuisance, else I will have to change my number; I am going to throw this IDEA number and take some other number if this sustains. Any others who are disturbed with such unknown international callers please step forward.
