i buy a idea net setter worth rs1900.the dealer said that i got download speed 7.2mb/s..but i got speed only 10kb/s...i really get so confusion because of this.........i cant browse very well.and i cant download anything...my money lost due 2 this.......please take action against this..........

this is to bring the kind notice of false deductions from my account of idea cellular service. On 4 Jul 12 , i got a message that the jobs alets service will be newed on 7 jul12 and will be charged rs 30/-. it was also mentioned that to deactivate sms UNSUB regjob to 50789. even after my sms on the said nos twicw on 4 & 6jul 12, the service has not stopped and teh charge of Rs 30 has been deducted on 7 Jul 12. even my call has not been...
