i had recharged my idea netsetter no. with 6gb of data worth rs 950. And just after 4 gb the connection speed went down to 125 kbps while surfing and i can hardly download anything. The !dea people are making fool o[censored]s and giving all our money to abhishek bacchan for the ads.

    Dear sir,

    Every few months on my Mobile some weird packs get activated and money get deducted from account for no reason.

    Today Your MITTI KE RANG got activated and 30/- rs have been charged for it for 1 month and best part is for this plans there is no option to deactivate it after 1 month instead these plans ask us to deactivate by sending message to particular no. and when we activate good plans like Messaging or Internet then we have to go to shop and activate it every month isn't it hypocrisy by Mobile Service Provider ?

    And when I'm trying to call Customer Care on 12345 & [protected] I can't get myself connected to Cust Care Executive it either get's disconnected or says check no. you have dialed !!

    I'm really fed up with this only on my Mobile I've to face this problem. Looting by activating stupid packs that has nothing to do with me.

    Please Deactivate it and I need my 30/- rs back with apology and with assurance that this will never happen again or I'll Straight away leave Idea.

        Dear sir, I am Tushar Borsare consumer of IDEA cellular , Register a rqeuts for Detail Bill for the month of July 2012 on 11/08/2012 in IDEA cellular with the help of IDEA custmer care Executive on chargebal basis RS 25/. Registration no. SR No. 1- [protected] . As per cummonication with Executive it will deliver to my Email address i.e. [protected]@gmail.com by 7.22 PM on 14/08/2012 but yet ( 15/08/2012 time 1 pm ) I dont get bill details.

        I have Conformation massage for the on Cell Phone.

        Idea — Non delivery of bill

        I am a customer of IDEA Cellular since the past many years. I had taken a new connection and the bill is due for payment today. However, the bill was not even sent nor any email was issued by IDEA. On the last day of the bill due date after calling them they say that the email has to be verified by the customer by sending a sms which will take 7 days for verification. This is utter harassment and nonsense these people it seems are taking the customer for a ride !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
        I already contacted to Idea Customer care 3 times for & get same from Executive that the Bill deliver to my email ID.
        I am happy to say that the Email (Bill) deliver by Idea is Invisible, I think it is very Strainge.
        I login to my ID daily & the Email steel Invisible.
        I am Idea user of both Post Paid & Prepaid but now I am thinking to take change due to service by IDEA in last couple of months.
        It was great pleasure that I am consumer of IDEA Cellular.
        The great Organisation who has sleeping staff.

          i had recived an msg from idea cellular that today is the last day for the net recharge in which u will get 6 GB data free for 60 days and in just rs 148 .

          and when i recharged it i got only 2 GB data free for 30 days when i called idea care they told me that the plan has been changed .!

          i mean what is that before night 12 pm i recharged it at night 10 pm ..

          and my 131.72 rs were considered and processing fees what is this ....
          fraud done by idea cellular and they tell me now nothing could be done ,,,,
          what about my 131 rs i lost it..

            I am a student of BITS Pilani. I am in the first year. I am not yet 18 and will be in November. I took an idea sim on reaching Pilani from the idea stall set up in the campus. I informed them that I was not yet 18 and was told that it was all right and all they needed was a xerox copy of my passport. I was told that it would be activated in 15 minutes, but it wasn't. I had to go all the way back and was informed that it would be activated in 24 hours. As expected, it wasn't. I went again and was told that it would take another 48 hours. Well, it wasn't activated. So, after I went again and warned him that I would complain, and the sim was activated. After 2 days, I received an sms stating that my services would be terminated if I didn't submit the necessary documents. So, I rushed to the stall and was told that since I was not yet 18, I had to fill another form altogether. I filled a new form. As I returned to my hostel, I got a call from the stall person telling me that I wrote the wrong date. So,I had to go and fill another form once again. Now, since the last 2 days, my sim's services are terminated, even though I have done everything I was asked to do. When I went to the stall yesterday, it was not open. I went today and was made to fill the form all over again. I am not given the assurance that my sim will be activated. I am only told that I have to call him tomorrow to know further details. My sim has a balance of 80.50 rupees and still, after submitting every document I am asked of, I still am facing the problem. I have lost a lot of my valuable time roaming around and fulfilling the necessary conditions. I am very upset with the services and demand retruibution for the troubles that I had to face.

              When I didn't subscribe for data usage initially, they deduct Rs200 in one day and when I had data pack(unlimited as advertised BY Idea)but only got 1 GIG data, I only made short call where I was on video call(Skype), not only I lost more than 100MB of data but also about Rs 70 for same call. I complained on both occasions, but customer service rep, nor his supervisor(Prashant, Kiran, Raju, They don't even give proper names) were in position to listen or resolve my issue though I've been paying for my complaint call as well, at the end without resolving anything supervisor hung up on me. I was pretty pissed off with the service I got.i could easily forget about Rs 350 if they would have spoken to me professionally and resolve this issue in a professional and efficient manner. I will never suggest anyone to go Idea network as this is wholly service. Its a BAD idea going on this as this piece of .

                I had call to Idea call center today means 11 Aug 2012 7:15 Pm. For Purpose of deducted some balance from my Idea prepaid. but one executive (Harpal) he using bad word to me and very Cheap Language to me u can Liston ur Call Record Data when i was asking for his details like why u activated all this useless services then he was asking question to me u know what is msg ???? ahh its very same to idea services he abusing to me in very cheap language.... its proof of idea services they have very Literate or we can sad totally Anpad Gawar Zaahil Executive in there Call centers.
                That is not correct way to talk with any kind of customer. we are not fool call to customer care we want some help from call center if they executive talking in bad way to customer that's not right.i m using Idea from last 5Moths . i had many times suffering this problems form Idea customer care they are help to customer's, they are miss guide to us but now it is in-off.

                Prepaid Idea card — Customer care exicutive abuses me.

                Customer care exicutive abuses me. He is using very shaby language with me. His name is Param. He is not reddy to give his ID when i demand.
                My Complaint is that Param when i call to costomer care for my complaint solve Ashpakh talk with me, and when he unable to solve complaint. Param talk with me. Param is not give me proper answer.
                When i demant him my coplaint no. he is not reddy to give and using very shabby laguage. After i dis-conect that call. He call me by mob. no. then uses very durty laguage with me.
                Costomer Care Ex, using wrong word with costomer, is it ok?

                Pls. solve this on urgent basis, otherwise no one belive on Idia and costomer care ex.
                i am not satisfy your sevice.

                  according to idea my inernet pack is end on 8 august 2012,i enter a new pack of 60 rupees with usage of 500mb on 10 august at 11:30 am,i received a message from idea ur service is start at 11:31 am ..i used internet at 1 pm but my charges is cut 150 rupees . on next day my charges is cut also 125 rupees,i cal many times. idea customer care but they didnt respond properly..one of the customer care said aapke accounts mein unwanted cutting hui hai,apko rebate mil jayega,but next day nahi mila ..on next when i trying customer care executive unhone mera numbber reject list mein laga diya...plz give me a valuable feedback and help me properly,,this is not fare by ide care centre,,i want refund of my money,plz help me...rupesh jindal.my idea number is [protected]....[protected]

                  Idea — Unauthorised money cuts

                  Company has cut RS 30 twice from my prepaid account In name of Bejan daruwala sheme!!!
                  And thy told me that I will get sms from them about my future. when i called customer care they cant help me either instead they misguided me by saying that it is non renewable. so dont worry it wont get renewed, but today they again send me sms saying the scheme is renewed. This is the ploy of the company to rob its customer by unlawful means.

                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                      My No. [protected] using IDEA Sim.

                      I am a B.Tech Working. I know what call comes & sms comes.. I didn't followed any call instructions and not replied any sms. But Two times already they activated some plans without my knowledge and deducted amount from my balance..After I contacted customer care they just deactivated I lost money.

                      Again this month Idea provider activated two plans named "amazing fact plan, and livearti plans without my request. Today I contacted customer care they said because my request they activated..Then I asked all details how it activated but they said system has some problem unfortunately these plans activated to my mobile number and action taken like "deactivate and credit the amount to ur balance". I asked how long will it take to add to my account. they said in 45mins.

                      I was waited more than 3 hrs..nothing happened, again contacted they again 45mins. Please suggest me how to avoid these cheating.

                          I have been a subscriber of IDEA Celluar since([protected]) 4 years, I have been quite satisfied with its coverage and Service until recently, I was forced to pay Rs: 150.00 towards the IDEATV Subscription charges which I have never requested.
                          Upon calling the customer care I was informed that possibly I might have download some chargable application, I told the rep. that I know English and I am conveying the message(SMS) which I got on my Mobile, "Your MOBILE TV subscription has been renewed;Rs 150.0/- valid for 1 Month."
                          Just yesterday I have personally visited the IDEA Office and cancelled this service.
                          I request the concerned authorities to refund back the amount debited for the Service which I never requested, alternatively we may try changing the Service provider.

                            Sir my idea no [protected] I have just port this no from airtel 3 months ago and submit the entire document related to this new port no. But every time I have received a message to submit the document, or we will stop the service. This the 8 th time I have submit the document I have received the same message. What is the problem I don’t understand? even your people don’t inform me the reason?
                            I have already 2 idea connection on my name with the same document my other idea no is [protected] and [protected] this two no is working fine, but why my personal number haveing the problem with the same documents? how much time I have to submit the document? shall I submit attested copy of document? or should I submit affidavit for the same? as I have a prepaid connection why not you send some verifying person to my home to verify my document? as you send in case of post paid connection. This is very apathetic lazyness on idea cellulars behalf. Sir for your kind information I am a govt servant and not a terrorist.                               on[protected] i received a message from idea cellular regarding idea talkies subscription renewal and deduction of 30 Rs.I am not availing this service.So deactivate idea talkies service and refund money.

                              Idea — unwanted activation of service

                              On 10-6-11 I received two sms from IDEA informing that service to Tic Tac Toe monthly is activated @ Rs 30 PM and service to games monthly activate @ Rs. 3 a day. When contacted customer care they replied that i have used GPRS service and downloaded a gave its why this service has been activated in my number where as I did not download any game . Even if one downloads a game it did not mean you start certain unwanted service .
                              I've a IDEA cellular mobile number[protected], on this number my cellular operator has activated unwanted services automatically. I've registered with them many times and when I complaint them they just deactivate service but didn't return deducted amount. This happens to me around 5-6 times since I purchased this number in last year.
                              So I must suggest don't use IDEA as your operator

                              Hi, there is an unnecessary activation of a service named idea talkies on my number [protected] alongwith a balance deduction of rs. 30. When told by the customer representative that it was downloaded by me on my device, i checked for the same, but I never did so.
                              Therefore I expect a refund of the above denomination.

                                  My Idea Data Card No. [protected] I have purchased 2 months back and my July 2012 bill is very high and fact is that I have not used it that much. I am using another data card for unlimited download so how come this bill is above 2000/-. and I requested them to close the data card but they are not doing that also. They say that u cannot close before 4 months. but when I purchased Idea man didnot say like that. they are not reducing credit limit also. I am in a big problem pl solve my problem. My plan is 599/- and they have given credit limit 2000 I have told them to reduce my credit limit that also they are not doing I dont know what to do they are not cooperating. please help me in this matter.                                     I am an Idea user,i recharged in my idea no([protected]) before some days......But my balance was deducted without any reason,it was not a big amount,it was nly 15 Rs,but it was a lot for me.On deducing my balance,when i checked my mobile at next day morning,and call to customer care,then they received the call after 3 0r 4 tries,it may be due to large traffic on network.But when i talked to them Customer Care Helpline members..they advised me to call in evening,because he said that there system is in update mode,so they cant process any request,so i disconnected then.....I again called back in evening then also they said call us on tomorrow,we cant help you......I said him to connect my call to his supervisors,he connected,and he said that the amount will be returned to me as soon as possible(24 hrs)......But i did not get any balance.......Thn i again called next day,but there was no effect,they started to diconnect and avoid my call........But i didnt leave the hope,i called again and again........but no response,during the 15 days i called them many times,but there system was only in update mode......When i called them on 16th day,they said...."sorry sir u r late,we can refund the amount only within 15 days".I also said many times that i m calling you,since last 15 days..........But there were no one who might be interested in that......Then finally i said i will go to consumer court only for 15 days,and i will show you............
                                    Sir pls,you should try to understand the problems of common people,we are not mad,we are calling again and again only when we face any problems....Why there is customer care centers,for helping people or for fooling them?????......If any senior authority from idea can see this text.....then i want full respose to this report please...

                                      today i have activated Rs 148 GPRS plan on my idea number [protected] ( karnataka) by dailing *369*148# after that still i got some balance on my main account of about Rs 9.
                                      so the activation was successful for that i checked my data balance of 6gb and my main balance by dailing *457# and i used internet for about 10 min but after that both of my data balance and main balance became 0 (zero).
                                      as this was an unfair deduction done to my number.
                                      please refund me both my data and main balance.

                                        I recharge my mobile no. [protected] Through SBI online banking on dated 04.08.2012 by amount Rs. 55 and Rs. 10,SBI reference no are IGC0466809 and IGC0469816 respectively. But my mobile is not recharged till now. I contact IDEA custmor care but they are not responding properly. Sir Please do needful for it. Thanking you.
