I WENT TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE AT HYDERABADON 23/06/2012 AND PRODUCED KYC(PAN CARD,REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY RTA) DOCUMENTS.I HAVE AGAIN VISITED ON 25/06/2012 FOR REACTIVATION OF THE SIM([protected] OWNING SINCE 2007),GOT ACTIVATED BY 12.29PM ,CONFIRMED BY THE PERSONNEL OF THE OFFICE MR.VENKATESH VIDE PHONE NO[protected] AT 12.29PM .BUT ALL OF SUDDEN INCOMMING/OUT GOING CALLS STOPPED.I HAVE APPROACHED THE OFFICE AGAIN ON TODAY AT 4.55PM AND CAME TO KNOW THAT THEKYC SUBMITTED BY ME REJECTED.SO CALLED THE AADHAR WHICH GOVT IS DISTRIBUTING RATION AND OTHER CONSUMER ITEMS HAS NO VALUE IN THE TELECOM FIELD.THEY ARE NOT READY TO PART THE REJECTED DOCUMENTS.RESPONSIBILITY CASTS ON THE STAFF PERSONNEL TO HANDOVER THE REJECTED KYC OF THE CUSTOMER .THERE ARE SO MANY CUSTOMERS LIKE ME ARE PENALISED TO PRODUCE THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN AND AGAIN .ONE THING IS THAT NO PUNISHMENTS ARE AWARDED FOR BLOKING/STOPPING CALLS .IT IS SHAME ON THE PART OF THE IDEA CELLUAR INSPITE OF MY REPEATED COMPALINTS ARE NOT AWAKENED.I AM BORN IN INDIA AND CITIZEN HOLDING RESPONSIBILITY POSITION NOT FROM ANY OTHER COUNTRY.HOPE MISCREANTS ARE CREATING USE OF YOUR OFFICE WITHOUT PROOF.YOUR CAN WELL ENQUIRE EVERYTHING AT ANY POINT OF TIME.

        I renued my BlackBerry survices 399 plan on Date 24/06/2011. after cutting Rs.399/- Subscription charges my Balance was Rs.150/- + in just 4 days the companey has been diducted every day approximatly Rs. 10 or more per day under deta charges. When i called on Companeys complaint no 198 no budy taken my complaint saying ur balance has been diducted for ur downloading but i dident downloaded any thing and dident used any kind deta survice other than BlackBerry Survices provided by The Companey. in addition to that i wd like to tell u that when i sleep in night while no use of phone and it was on standby mode and when i check balance at morning some amount of deta charge has been diducted by the companey. kindly take strict action against such things against mobile companey.           I am noticed that from past few days my balance is being deducted continously, I asked about it to customer care, they repeatedly said that they had no information ragard the deduction and said to call at 20:00 hrs .Iagain called there at 20:00 but got the same answer.The same things is happening regularly and also asking about deduction in customer care i get same answer that "we are not getting this information right now"
          If this compaint is read by any IDEA CELLULAR Executive, I want to suggest them that instead of promoting "idea" by any Celebrities, please take care to improve there customer care service.I also want to tell them that my many friend had change to other Cellular company .

          Idea — Deduct the balance

          They have deduct balance from my account for GPRS25 pack which is activated on my number, out of my knowledge, even i am on only 25 paisa balance, they have cut two days rental from my account & make it -50 rupees, when i ask for refund they tell refund is not given back in rent, when there is no balance nobody can use any paid service and they have make my balance in negetive, I WANT REFUND, This is not first time.

          I am a Prepaid idea mob user since last 3 yrs, but i don't know how this company is in industry with so many complaints against it?

          Several times i registered with DND but still A LOT o[censored]NWANTED CALLS AND MGS i m getting.

          Whenever company like deduct my prepaid balanace, and when we aks customer care, they always REPEATE TELE STORY you activated so and so services.

          But I don't know when I did this?

          Sometime I used GPRS service to connect my PC with internet BUT they didn't activate this in more than 24 hrs while their customer care tells it will be activated within 24 hrs, But without activated the service THEY NEVER FORGET TO DEDUCT the balance, even when you Deactivated the service.

          Pls advise me how should i tackle all these problems.

          I have a idea connection. yesterday my account balance is More than 190 rs. but today it is 90 rs. only I call customer care , why 100 rs is deduct from my account they reply that you have download a game cost rs. 100. but i do not download it.
          I do ask to register my complaint but they dine it.

          I am a holder of prepaid idea connection with mobile No.[protected] since Six months but the existing balances being deduct without my consent.           dear Sir,

          this is my kind duty to inform you that I am an IDEA customer and my mobile no. is [protected].
          today (26/06/2011) I activated Rs 15 internet pack (valid upto 72 hours with 500 MB downloading).
          but after using internet just for 5 to 10 minutes my account balance was Rs 0.014 which was Rs 78
          before internet usage. I talked to the customer care executive but he didn't entertained my problem.

          Idea — Deduction in balance

          Sir,
          I have mobile no.[protected], which is prepaid.I have submitted request for stopping unnecessary sms and calls 3-4 times but still the sms and calls are coming to me and balance is automatically deducted.I have twice rechrged for Rs.200/- but the balance reduced suddenly.
          Provider may be instructed to stop the sms and calls and reducing balances. I lost about Rs. 150/- without doing any calls.

First charge 20 rs for Internet pack at time 1511 hrs from (51985). Second Time charge 75 rs for Mobile box office At time 1851 from (ID-IDEA). When I call to Customer care center, there is no positive response & representative Mr. salman misbehave with me.Its me who knows abut your web address so i complaint it but there is a poor people who don't know what is the process after grievance.             On 12th June 2012, one call from idea customer care came on mother’s phone ([protected]) after I have recharged for 500 Rupees. My father has picked up a call as my mother was busy. The call attender from idea has given some wrong instruction about some facilities to my father and asked for confirmation. As my father is farmer and he didn’t understand the wrong intension he did as instructed by idea customer service man. And by doing that 300 rupees was charged and it was deducted from account. Later on when I contact to idea customer service provider they told me that you have activated some music application to your phone and that’s why money was deducted. My father or mother don’t even know how to use this application.

I want 30/- Rs of this subscription to be credited my account at earliest, otherwise i am going to the consumer court as i am a lawyer in Delhi High Court.I contacted tour customer care center which charhes 50 paisa per minute thrice and the Agents name werePrabha, Wssim and i was on hold for 13 minutes with Prabha( charging me money and the real apathy is that she disconnected the phone when i asked to speak to her Supervisor/team leader.)

I had already called to customer care executive regarding the same, I came to know with the provided detail from ur executive that I had subscribed a VAS name comedy junction. But I am totally disagreeing with this commit bcoz till now I didn’t have any message or notification about the same.



            I am fully confirmed and ensure you that are some technical mistake. I don't have any VAS or dialer tones etc. I am requested you to refund my deduction.

            Idea / Mobile — Regarding deduction of Rs 30/- for music

            It is for your information and action that You have deducted Rs 30/- from my balance as service of Idea Music Station without my permission. You are requested to immediately return the amount and credit my balance. As it has been seen that mobile service provider are doing this type of illegal activities with the lay man / customers.

            This matter is highly objectionable and it has been seen that Mobile service provider are regularly duducting this type of service charges from customers without any prior intimation to the customer. TRAI should look and urgently take action with the service provider in India.

            I have recharge my phone by rs.98.00 for internet and rs.50.00 for talk time on 1 june 2011. After recharged my internet has not working and my talk time rupees also deducted by rs.35.00 for gprs rental. I have called many times to call centre. They said this is server problem and money will be credited to your account with in 24 hours. But after credited, money has deducted again. Today I called to customer care centre and said about this. But they said that yester day I have recharged by rs.13 for new internet therfor your previous plan has been collaps. But tue is that I have no recharge any amount or plan from last 8 days (I have recharged my cell by rs.50.00 dt.01.06.2011)

            I fill I should change my service provider. If they will not solve my problem immediatly. Today my balance was rs.70.00 but after one hour my balace is 3.00 only. Now I am in out of delhi there is no dealer of idea recharge.

Today this accident happened again in my life so when i make a call in customer care department then they logged a complain regarding wrong deduction provided me a complain no 1-[protected] date-31/08/2012 time 1:30 pm and in the evening time i got a call from idea that sir that was a right deduction from ur idea no and this balance is not refundable and call was didconnected and after few minutes i got a message from idea "dear Customer, Your concern for wrong charging could not be resolved.Kindly contact to customer care SR 1-[protected]" so again i make a call in customer care department for right resolvation but customer care excutive finally refused to log and provide me my balance sir plz think about us and do something i will realy be greatful o[censored],

            I buy new two sims of idea [protected] and [protected] on 3-jan-15. I paid Rs 90 and get Rs 103 + 50 mob data. I connect net on this no. On 5 and 6 jan-15. On 6-jan-15 in the evening I check my balance and I found it zero.
            Today I.e. 9-jan-15 at 2 pm I checked the data balance on both the nos. It is showing 0.88 mb and 0.91 mb . If I used the data more than the 50 mb it should be zero first. As idea people replying that you used data more than 50 mb. it is totally false. They are not replying technically. They are making foolish to the customers. They did wrong thing on my both the nos.
            Why it happened.

            I am saying why you did not disconnect the net after 50 mb. Why you cut money from my balance. Please return my money in my account.
            Idea did same thing on my both nos. It means Idea company making money by making foolish to customers.

              I have Idea Number [protected] from Last 4 years and from last 1 year I am getting it recharge with RCV16 where I got Rs. 1/- call rate for 3 mins for all over India for 90 days, last time I recharged it on 24.04.12 and got confirmation that the same tariff is given for 90 days to me (massage saved in my mobile and photo attached), but when I try to make a call on 24.06.12 tariff was converted to per second, when I called to costumer care complaint number they communicated to me that tariff is available for 60 days only, I recharged on 24.06.12 with Rs. 16/- which was successful but still rates are same (per second).
              I have sent mail to ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com, appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com and grievance.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com also but still there is no proper response from them. Pls help me to resolve this issue and refund my wrongly deducted amount, I will port my number to other company after utilizing my current balance as I have done my other Mobile Number [protected] also.

              I heard a Good reply from your side that IDEA has not sent any massage and never provided 90 days facility and aid me to visit nearest showroom and show this massage to them.

              I just want to tell you and ask you if this massage is sent from IDEA and the same services are provided by you earlier also then will you provide me this facility for lifetime without any charges?????????

              Or you are just trying to fool costumers by giving them time limits so we can not submit documents for porting number also as you have done with me????

                    It is stated that I have booked complaint regarding network problem on my said mobile no. at 7:45 pm dated 25/06/12, Sr. customer care officer has told me that a SMS bearing complaint number immediately received by you, but it is regretted to say that I have not received any SMS from Idea customer care till date.
                    My problem: Mob. [protected] not functioning properly due to “congestion in network” “Net work busy” messages are reflected on mobile screen. The problem is available in both i.e incoming and outgoing calls till one week ago. I have used a large number of mobile with the above sim but the problem is still running. Only one or two times calls connected in a whole day.
                    I call to 198 at 10am to 10:45 am today but the message comes to me that all the customer care executive are busy in other calls.

                        I have purchased recharge coupon from General store where I was frequently visiting and purchasing idea coupon and BSNL coupon. I was using idea coupon frequently and I am having idea number [protected] for the period of more than 8 years. One month before I purchased recharge coupon from the same shop for rupees FIFTY and scratched the coupon for dialing recharge number. But the serial number was not visible and I cant make recharge of Rs.50. I have attended the shop and told them that the numbers are not visible. The shop owner told me that this is not the responsibility of the coupon seller as the Dealer and Stockist are not giving reimbursement for these type of coupons. And he told me to leave the coupon duly signed by me and he will try to get new coupon from the representative of IDEA Cellular Ltd. But till date no fruitful action taken. The shop keeper told that the Idea Company or any other Company not giving reimbursement for this type of coupons. You can imagine how the telecom.companies are EARNING from the public. The telecom.company earning without giving any services the purchaser of the recharge coupon and also with the partner ship of the coupon making company and dealers. PUBLIC WILL GET LOSS of lakhs of ruppes and the telecom company in gain always. So public should stop purchasing the recharge coupons in future and make recharge from mobiles as several shop keepers are giving this facilities. Recharging from mobile will giving us to check the recarge made or not ? Instead of bearing loss of recharge of coupon amount. I am awaiting for refund of Rs.50 from the shop keeper who is trying to get net coupon from the Representative of IDEA CELLULAR LTD. This type of activities shows that Idea Co. is only interested in earning but not showing interest in customers loss.

My mobile outgoing services are currently on hold due to nonpayment of mobile no. [protected]of Rs. 945/- as per IDEA customer care executive & IDEA outlet. But i have never apply / taken this mobile no. [protected]. As per IDEA outlet this no. is allotted to Manoj kumar name on 31/06/2011 & billing address is same(ARCIS E Services Pvt Ltd. 415, Udyog Vihar Ph-3, Gurgaon (Hr).) with my mobile no. As per details of Mobile No. [protected] from IDEA outlet they show me the details Date of Birth of this person is 21/06/1985 & alleternate Mobile no. is [protected]. But these details are not mine. My date of Birth is 06/09/1980, my alternate mobile no. is [protected] & I have migrated my mobile no. [protected] from Vodafone to IDEA in Sept 2011. So I request you to please provide me the best solution as soon as possible.

                            i received a MMS continuously but cannot open bcouse when i open it then during downloading messge occures " GPRS Not Subscribed" So please Subscribed on this number My Idea no- [protected]

                            since last 2 months Gprs service is not working in all(new connection) mobile even successful activation. They deduct money and send send the settings and successful activation message. but every time go for gprs connection it gives "authentication error". Its very loss to all customer. and when we called to customer care they are not responding. There is only 2 chance to call customer care in a day. so what we have to do?
                            i activate Rs. 20 unlimited plan per day, but they din't give me the option to deactivate it. everyday I am cut off to Rs0.0...... even the costumer care does not exist, or they never pick up. My area is chennai Tamil Nadu no.[protected]
                            There is hectic problem with idea cellular, my problem is with gprs, my no is under gprs activation between the period, with out knowing me there is an 3g services was activated and my balance got deducted for that, apart from this my gprs was deactivated, giving many complaints and mails no body is least bother about this.

                            Again i was recharged my gprs in this month i.e 4th may agian it got deactivated on 6th may, there is no proper response from these fellows,

                            Kindly do the needful in this regard

                              Hello, I just want to know, that I successfully changed my old operator to new operator on around march 2011. my new operator provide my A Postpaid connection (MNP) to me. But i require PREPAID. Dealer tell me after 3 month you can easily change your plan according to your or switch to prepaid in anytime. So I call customer care (IDEA) my current operator for converting my postpaid MNP connection to PREPAID connection. they say's it is not possible, bcas you all ready MNP customer. you can migrate to prepaid services.
                              So please tell me how I do for the same.

                                My idea mobile no [protected](gujarat circle) is a prepaid one and I recently (10 days before) activated(earlier it was a postpaid in idea).I found that every day they are deducting Rs5/- from my balance.I noticed this and complained to them but they replied that I am surfing the net.This is not at all possible because whenever I am surfing the net I am getting the message that this much kb you downloaded for this much time and this much amount deducted.In addition to this they are deducting the amountRs5/- every night after 12'O clock because when I am going for sleep I am checking the balance.In the morning I can see that five rupees is deducted from my aaccount.For the last 10 days they deducted Rs 50 from my account.Please take necessary action to refund my amount

                                  I am writing to get the justice after being harrased by Idea cellular since December 2011, My Name is Amit Kumar Srivastava and my Idea Post paid number was

                                  [protected]. I have paid 100% amount of my bill on 24/12/2011 on Idea store (Address : G-3, PANKAJ PLAZA NIRMAN VIHAR, DELHI)1012.00 Rs. and requested them to

                                  unsubscribe me from the idea cellular permanently. I believe they did the same, but again I have started receiving the bill on my mail id amit786.[protected]@gmail.com and

                                  call from recovery department of Idea Celluar asking to make the payment I said that I already made the payment and requested to unsubscribe from idea permanently but

                                  instead of hearing my request they started abusing me, sometimes they called my relatives and harrassed them too for payment. I didn't repsonded rudely, I called Vinay

                                  Saxena Applet officer of delhi ([protected]) he said that it will get resolved shortly but I didn't get any result.As I have many responsiblities so I made the payment

                                  again of 557.00 Rs on[protected] and did the full and final through submitting my id proof (PAN Card) on same venue, This time they said that I won't receive any bill

                                  again and they lodged my complaint (Request Number :[protected]. I did the full and final and mailed [protected]@ideacellular describing all details of my full and final

                                  keeping grievance officers in loop.

                                  But Again I have received the bill of amount 27th May 2012 of 347.92 Rs. and started receiving the calls to make the payment. I am very much harrased due this rude

                                  behavior of Idea Cellular After making payment three times I am still receiving the bill from Idea. Its kind of mentally torchar they are doing with their customer.

                                  have all the bills and request number and that will be provided if demand.

                                  I am requesting honorable court to get the justice and to get rid of this kind of harrasment. I won't pay the bill again until I get Justice.

                                    One Idea Subscriber(Cell No.[protected]) keep calling my fiance from last night and manipulating identity as my brother(bubai) to gather information and disturbing her continuously.The guy reluctant to listen anything thing and not repented whatever he did.This only prompt me to write a complain against him sothat he should be treated with a lesson.We have to take the courage and come forward to dampen this type of phone crime.

                                      IDEA CHEATS YOU BETTER THAN ANYONE!

                                      Idea is the worst serviced provider I have ever known. Today they deducted my 55 Rs. balance without having any cause. When I called customer care they told me that 2G data pack has been expired, moreover they are saying that they have reduced the pack offer of 500 MB to 250 MB. But there is no information or notification send to me (they sends lot of marketing sms everyday, but no info about a plan change) - May be the authority only knows this change.

                                      I wonder how my whole balance is deducted in a glance because I had already recharged 2G pack of INR 15, on 21st June, which is valid till 24th June (3 days). And now Idea says it is expired on today , but its just (23rd) 2nd day of this offer activated. The sad thing is that they are not sending any notice about this termination or plan changes. Since I am always online because of my android phone (which will not work without net connection), I suffered really - it happened on night - now i am not even able to check email.

                                      I called customer care 3 times, finally they promised me refund within 1 hour - and after 1 hour I see nothing refunded. I called customer care again, but from this time onwards they are disconnecting my calls. Now I got it clear that they are cheating me. I dont care about this 55 Rs. since I am an IT professional. But we should not forget that in our country, people are there who strive to survive with such a small amount. If any telecom company is cutting their balance without reason, what is the logic in such hell of companies in this country.

                                      I AM QUITTING THEIR CONNECTION FOREVER.

                                      I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING IDEA OR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. WHAT A (WORST) IDEA SIRJI!!

                                      Idea — deducting balance without notice

                                      i had owned idea mob# [protected]; and i had actiiveted gprs for one month(97 rs) and two days before idea deducted around 40 rs from my account for the usage of web. And this is not noticed me.when i contacted the coustmer care they are telling the max usage of web is only 69 mb/day.this is not mentioned any were and i am in the assumbsion that i can use 2 gb free.
                                      This is purely a worest serive which given offers with hidden conditionS.
                                      I am going to disconnect the idea serive and going to switch to aicel which have a better serivce.
