i need the address of this idea mobile number [protected], i borrowed Rs.15 lakhs from me. it will be returned.

TODAY I TRIED TO PAY MY IDEA MOBILE NO [protected] BILL ONLINE.BUT IT WAS FAILED & DIRECTED TO CONTACT [protected]@billdesk.com.KINDLY GUIDE ME IN THIS MATTER AS MY DUE DATE IS 08.08.2012.

I am Amrish Singh . I was using Idea Post paid no. [protected]. I have forwarded a request to close this number after pay the due amount of this number. But i was charged 200Rs. more and i dont know for what. I was confirmed twice before making the payment. I have also tried to gt information from the idea customer care but the agent named Sangeeta rudely behave to me.

I received Idea 3G data card 3 days back and they said Internet will connect with in 3 hrs. since it is 3 days, it is not connected and I am keep on continuously calling customer care and sales person but no response from them. I have done a great mistake in taking Idea 3G where service is absolutely worst. And they are saying that they forgot to activate it seems. I am continuously getting problem like No data connection and signal strength 0%. No one is there is listen and take care of customer

Really I do not why these companies like Idea are targeting customers to suffer. I am loosing my Internet service. I am almost frustrated in taking Idea 3G data card

Today I got a call from number +[protected] and a girl named herself Priya from Idea told me that I have won lucky draw of Rs. 15 Lac and asked me to press 10 and I did the same and then a man talked to me who named himself Mr. Hardeep, manager SBI asked me to deposit Rs. 15200 in some ICICI account and then he ll deposit Rs. 15 Lac in my account within 10 min, and connected my phone to Priya again and she gave me one more number of Mr. Hardeep to contact tomorrow when he ll give me an account number of ICICI to deposit the due amount of money as I denied him to deposit today. Number given by her is [protected]. I know they are fake persons with fake numbers. I dont know what to do now.

I have a pre paid IDEA and i did a 3g recharge of 595 for a 2GB 3g recharge valid for 60 days.
Reference number MSBT[protected].
But the validity expired in 30 days!!!
What am i supposed to do?

I have activated 3G data plan of Rs.21/- and I got 500 MB free, but Company deducted charges as per rule however I subscribed internet package.I get internet access Speed UPTO 50 Kbps and 2KB/s (Transfer Rate). I went to Customer Care office to solve this problem and they did not able solve this problem, They gave e-mail Id of technical support of Company but no reply or callback or feedback from him/his.
WHAT AN IDEA 3G!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi My name is Siddharth Sharma,i have a Idea Cellular No. [protected],i am using it since 2010, Today Without per information Idea stopped my Outgoing services as i am in My work in office, when i tried to make outgoing call then only i know that it's stopped, for that i call to Customer care they told that i have to resubmit the document, in Last 2 year i submitted the document 4-5 time's in in the Idea Cellular main office (Law collage road ) when i told them that without giving me prior information how can my service is stopped they have not given the answer.

My complaint is that when last time i submitted the document the person in the main office told it correct. and how can company stopped the service without giving the time to customer,as My office timing is 10 AM - 8 Pm and today is Wednesday how can it be possible to me to left office and go to the idea office .

they are not given any time to submit the doc's and stopped the service.
Please take the Serious action against the company this is not 1st time i am facing the issue, its ridiculous.

I have a complain against Idea Cellular Limited- Ahmedabad I have a Mobile Postpaid connection with M.No.[protected] in the name of my Husband Dharmesh Panagar after death of My husband this mobile phone is used by me.
I had given an application for my Excess Bill charges against WAP charges , before a year (24/8/2011)
I had visted so many times to its customer care center located at Ankur Cross Road-Naranpura Ahmedabad .they told me that the we will reverse this charges half yearly till date i have not received the credit for the same the amount of reversal is approx. Rs.675/- till date .again I call back to remind my application i found that the WAP connection was cancel on 24/7/11 in their system
They didn't reply even after 1 year
Now My problem is that what is this phenomenon to attain the customer. After giving application I am still waiting for result.

Now tell me what should I do in this case.

IDEA cellular, mobile phone department do not no how to handel there customer after he is using there service since 2009, on a single dely in paymnet they call 10 times a day and ask question if you can capable of paying IDEA bill, a customer is also working and many time he cannot answers calls..when picking up the next call the collection guys from IDEA become abusive saying"Phone kun nahi utha raha, paisa jama nahi kar sakta hai". These kind of people handling brand is hopeless and i want serious action on it.

I have Activated my No not Disturb Long back, since Last 8-10 Days I am getting Promotional SMS form my Service Provider (!dea) , I called up their Customer Support 4-5 Days Ago, they Promised me that It Will not Happen Again, But....... The Saga Continues Till today... When I Called Again(Today), They Tell me Sir u Have Partially Activated NDNC... that is why u r getting promo SMS (I have Activated options 1-5, leaving Option '0', which is for Banking) , If that Would Have been the Case, then Why was I not Getting Promo SMS's before 8-10 Days, If I Ignore Their Next Step Would be.. To Start Activating Different Kind of Services... and When I will Call... They will have the Ready-made answer..."Sir You Only Pressed the Button to Activate after U got the SMS"....

Just started using idea number [protected] (MH and Goa). I recharged my number with GPRS pack and after coming in mumbai the deduction is from main balance so my GPRS pack is not working. Where for all other companies the GPRS pack works for all India the Idea don't follow that.

my number is [protected] and i have recharge my number in last thirsday (26/07/2012) amount for rs 18/- (message card recharge) but when i have send message to my friend that messsage was failed and when i tryed to get information from Idea customer care they tell me our server down again and again.
i have tryed Idea customer care minimum 4 times but i have find nothing from there.

Resolve my issues that will be so much helpfull for me.

Dari..this is my new idea number [protected] that i have purchased on 23th july 2012 .and i have activated 1gb 3gb Rs.245 data plan on my number at 2:45 pm on 23th july 2012 ..and i got msg form idea cellular that your 1gb data plan activated on your number..after that in evening around 7:30pm i got another msg from idea cellular that your 3g services activated on your number and enjoy 100 mb free for 15 days with speed upto 21.1 mbps ..this plan was activated on my number without my knowledge..and they didnt notify me that if i used this 100 mb plan then my original 1gb plan will be collapsed..i have used my 100mb within 3 days after that my balanced totally cutoff to zero ..so called to idea costumer care 198 nd i have talked wid its senior officer Mr.Kamlesh Makawana ..first he told me that 1gb plan was not activated on your number but with in few conversation he changed his word and told me that you have used your 1gb data plan..so i asked give me detail usage of my plan...he told me that for detail usage u have to visit our idea office near by you..so i have visited one of the idea office that was situated near to government hospital veraval nd told me complain to one of young lady consumer executive ..she told me that your 1 gb data plan was collapsed because of you have activated 100 mb plan ..actually 100 mb plan was not activated by me...i have told her detail about this problem and she gave me 2 days period for solve out this problem..within this period of time i have also concern this topic with one of the senior officer of idea cellular of veraval branch Mr.Alpeshbhai..he also told me that this is big mistake that was done by idea to many costumers..and he told me to wait till monday moringn..i have waited till monday morning..till date they didnt gave me my 1gb data plan and again i called to idea costumer care service this time they told me that your 1 gb plan was used ..so u didnt get any reward ..
i believed Indian Consumer court..i m submitting this case because idea cellular cheating lots of consumer by providing stupid promotional skim and deactivating original skim ..so please take serious step against them and save costumers money..

I bought an Idea Post Paid connection - [protected]. After two years I submitted the connection closing request 6 months ago in the mobile store and cleared all dues. I confirmed from customer care and got the answer that the connection is closed. I also wrote a mail to idea customer service that I have submitted the connection closing request and I don't need the connection any more. But Still I am getting plan renewal calls from Idea. I agian informed Idea customer service that I don't need the connection and stop calling me. But it seems that the company is not taking any action against my complaing. Please suggest what should I need to do.

I am regularly receiving incoming call and vulgar sms from number [protected] and [protected] on my cell no [protected] kindly provide me the detail of the above two number. Fine the NC number registered in vishnu nagar police station dombivali as 968/12 dated 30 jul 2012.

Its kind request you to provide me the details so i can able to help the police to get arrested the criminal person

I am an IDEA Cellular prepaid customer. On 29th June 2012 I activated 2G on my number[protected]X using the 98 rupees v-coupon. The validity of this coupon is 30 days and was due to expire on 29th July 2012. On 30th July 2012, I received absolutely no intimidation from IDEA that this coupon has expired and approx. Rs. 82 were unfairly deducted from my top up balance for usage of 4MB data. This is a gross negligence from a company of this stature. According to TRAI regulations, the customer must be given due notice of service expiry or the service should be disconnected. IDEA cellular has fraudulently charged for the service in violation of TRAI guidelines. I demand immediate action, failing which I will lodge a complaint with the appropriate authorities for the illegal deduction on my account.
