I am from kerala state and since last 4 days am experiencing problems with my idea prepaid connection. i can't making and receiving calls on my idea number. I cant make any calls and i will get a "network busy" meassage everytime..what i will do?...

My mother is using idea number [protected]. I did following recharge on her mobile.

RECHARGE DETAILS :
1. Recharge on 04-Apr-12 with 200 Rs.
2. Recharge on 29-May-12 with 200 Rs.

and idea people deducted her balance twice of 150 Rs. as following details:

After giving the amount this donggle worked only one day and till date is not working. They said like 'congralulation we provided a loan of 3 rupees'. But i didnt get 3 rupess for some more time. I had received missed call from a number outside India. The number is +[protected]. First on 17/06/2012 18:59 again at 19:00 then at third time I received this call at 19:00 for 4 seconds. It was a mute call. on the same day. After checking this number in Google I found that this number is from Egypt. I don't Know who this person is ?...

It was intimated vide email dated 07.06.2012 by me to Service Provider to discontinue my mobile No.[protected] as I have been transferred in other place from their.

The Service Provider replied on my request to deposit for dues against this no. before applying for disconnection. After that I was again requested after clearing all dues for the same on 08.06.2012 through e-mail dated 08.06.2012 which was not disconnected and...

On My idea no. [protected] today the company deducted Rs 60 for some radio services second time they have done that 45 days before but i didn't started that service, and never used that once also. my no also has do not disturb started.I am very disappointed with this type of service by IDEA cellular.I want my balance back please take some necessary steps....

As we are having PCO of idea, provided by company Idea of Aditya Birla group, the pco worked only 3-4 months and then it is not connecting to any number.....The pco telephone no. is [protected] booked by name Mrs. Jyoti Prakash Sondkar as we have already paid Rs.3000/- for connection and Rs.1000/- for re-charge the same phone but all is lost and PCO is not working showing the massage Net ...

I recently saw Idea 3g services, having very, very high speeds. I was using Bsnl 3g services then. I decided to switch over to Idea using Mobile Number Portability, and this Tuesday (Date 25/June/2012) my new idea card started to operate.

I activated 3g services, but was shocked to see the speeds. They were almost 10-15Kbps, even slower than 2g. I called up the customer care center, and was told to re-install...
