I am Vinod shastri. I am customer of Idea cellular by last 7 year. I live in Fatehpur shekhawati district sikar (Rajasthan Circle). I trust your network and services a lot. Last month I lost my cell phone along with the sim card ([protected]). I made a complaint against to issue a new sim card with the same phone number([protected]) with the local Idea service center here in fatehpur shekhawati.
The owner of the shop (customer care) charged 100 rupees against the new sim card at 19 june 2012. On the date 2nd july 2012 suddenly I felt my sim card was not working, no tower in it, the sim card registration failed this message was shown to me. Today itself at 5th july I went to the local customer care shop again for the problem. He again asked me 100 rupees and gave me another sim card. The problem was continue with the current sim. I went to the person (local customer care ) and asked about.
He told me that he cant do anything regarding this problem. His behavior was also not proper. I was very disappointed with the service provided by the customer.
I trust you and hope a good response from your side. I hope you would not let me go for another componey’s services. Waiting your response.

Idea Cellular — Deduction of Rs. 30/- from Account
I have purchased prepaid Mobile of Idea Cellular for Rs. 77/- from Sector 23 shop in which i got Rs. 40.03/- in my prepaid account. In the user manual there was a Dialler tones card of idea which states that 1 month of dialler tone was free and I activated it by scratching the number on the card but i was astonished to see that after activating Rs. 30/- was automatically deducted from prepaid account. I contacted the Idea Cellular customer care office in Sector 35 and describe my problem but the dealing there told me to contact the dealer from where I purchased the prepaid number. When I contacted the shop from where I purchased the number and he said that he will look into the matter and told me to leave my cell number with him, but it has been a week and I heard no reply from him. Very poor customer care from Idea and I just don't have any words to express my feelings because I am very angry right now and I want some help.Kindly guide me further what to do ?
