In first month you have lot of problem in plan, we try to call Mr. Harbinder Singh but we have not rec’d any response then we have email to you and also TFR366.
In mid I have rec’d a call from Mr. Sachin Goel and he is offering us.

Then we bought more than 25 nos. under CUG scheme of Rs 99 PM (Plan PSB 10K) from Mr. Sachin Goel his # [protected] Idea Sales Executive.
But we have in lose the commitment is wrong.
We don’t have any benefit as committed by IDEA Sales Executive Mr. Sachin Goel.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

Guys Alert!!
Hmm here is the climax of above issue...
after 23rd july conversation, I tried to call customer care back on 24th evening exactly after 24hr of my last conversation and with out any doubt my calls not connected to customer care and i attempted approxmatly 5-6 times in 1hr and still i didn't
able to connect to customer care so i decided to try again later. This time i made call to customer care on 25th July morning around 10 Am and luckly one of customer support pick my call and asked if he can help me then i told whole story back to new
guy and he said he will check for the status of that past converstion and said you can raise a complaint on this issue so we try to solve it, I raised complaint again and I received message like " Dear Customer, Your concern for Recharge benefits is registered and would be
actioned by 07/26/12 5:02:00 PM. SR No.1-[protected]. To Know the status of this SR kindly sms ST 1-[protected] to 12345. Thank you."
On 26th July 2012 around 10:46 Am i received one more message like " Dear Subscriber, your request is in process and expected completion Date and time is 26/07/2012 17:02:00 "
And you know guys i received one more message on 26th July 2012 around 01:14 PM like "Dear Customer, Your Concern for Recharge benefits is registered and would be actioned by 07/27/12 7:15:00 PM. SR No. 1-[protected]. To know the status of this SR Kindly sms ST 1-[protected] to 12345. Thank you "
On 26th July 2012 around 07:34Pm I received Final 2 Messages that " Dear Customer, Your Concern for Recharge benefits not received has been resolved succefully with adjustments posted. SR No.1-[protected] "
"your Complaint no1-[protected] has been resolved. You interacted with VENKATESH_G01. If satisfied, please type Y Else N "
Then I replied to same number with "Y" sent to "[protected]"
Thank you Idea Customer Support who all helped me to recover my Recharge benefits back with talk time from 3G Plan.
