Good morning to you, I idea Customer. I bought a prepaid Sim( number is-[protected] and [protected]) for retailer from pune. He is authorized ideal retailer. I submitted all original documents at time. The Sim was activated under 24 hour but i got a sms after the few days that your id is not submitted.OK no problem I went to My idea office and I had submitted copy of Voter card,copy of pan card,copy of passport,and recent colour photo. The Sim will run continuously but after some time we had heard same sms and call on my mobile again i followed same path again. I have submitted my documents copy original in your office 5-time. first of all kindly looking into the matter and you please gave me explains-ion where is gone my id copy.

Idea — Mobile service stop

    I have bought an idea sim card, something around two months ago. Now when i am entering my sim card number for the facebook notifications to gt started on my sim number the reply i am getting is that the sim card is not valid.

      i was informed that international roaming is pre activated but i am sorry to say , it was all bull , i roaming is not activated and i am not able to use my phone , and now i am depending on internet (wifi) as my brother call them back in india , they were not able to saluve the problem . we guys make sure those who all are using idea connections plz change your operator soon .

      Is NOT able to provide required information for international roaming in Prepaid.

      I am about to leave from India but Idea CCC Noida and Customer Care is NOT providing the details to activate International Romaing.

      I had good exp. in past with Airtel but I will never prefer the Idea Prepaid.

        I have mobile having two prepaid sim card of company Idea Cellular having no.[protected] and [protected]. Both mobile no. are prepaid. Company started paid services like news and jokes without my prior permission and deducted charges directly from my account. These services disturb me frequently and its costs me also. As I also complaint online website of the Idea Company for activate Do Not Disturb service to my above no.

        So kindly please take necessary action and relief me from above problems.

          I opt prepaid sim under portability scheme.My mobile No.is [protected].From last 6 months Idea sends jokes by their No.,54300. charging Rs, 30/- and 24/- per month.I tried to deactivate such jokes but failed.
          Sir I am running 74 years of age , as such unable to bear such jokes.I took mobile to remain in contact with my sons only.
          I therefore request you to please instruct deactivate all these at least to my mobile.
          If no positive result comes I shall stop to use this Idea Sim and will go for another.

            IDEA DEDUCTING BALANCE FOR NOT USING ANY DOWNLOADS
            CHEATING WITH PUBLIC – REFUND BALANCE IMMEDIATELY
            I got recharged on my mobile # [protected], on[protected] for Rs. 201/- and immediately after recharge got an SMS saying MRP: Rs. 201 credited balance Rs. 200 final balance 209.98, at 7.08 p.m, actually old balance was in phone of Rs. 9.98, suddenly I got an SMS saying (“Dear Customer, thank you for downloading The Avengers from India Games, You have been charged Rs. 50) and balance has suddenly decreased and again a SMS Came saying your balance is Rs. 60. 98, I called to customer care # 198, at 10.35 p.m, and no staff gave proper response, I told him to transfer the call to some higher official, and one supervisor spoke and said he cannot do anything for this, I said I have not downloaded several times, but in vain, already I got my internet also activated in my mobile, and I said him to send my balance back but no response from him.
            Cheating with customers and deducting balance for not using the said services, kindly see in this matter and replace the balance immediately, as I am using this mobile Number since 2007.

                  Hello Sir/Madam,

                  I'm one among the lakhs of idea customers who are cheated by the idea cellular services.Without my knowledge they have activated some Value added services from 28th May,2012.Rs.5/day is deducted from my mobile.I contacted the customer care(12345) but they are not redirecting me to the operator and our complaints are also not yet registered.I don't know which VAS they have activated?I'm losing my money.I am not able to deactivate the service which is activated without my knowledge by them. I got really frustrated by this type of service from idea. Actually i got influenced by the Idea and changed my network from Airtel to Idea..But i think i did a wrong decision on that day to get this type of worst service from Idea Network.

                  Whenever i am contacting customer care, they are not redirecting the call to operator to talk about this activation in detail..Instead each time iam getting response like " Our operator is busy in attending some other call so please try again later"..

                  I lost 35 Rs.. because of this activation..After losing passion of calling Customer care, I tried to deactivate VAS by sending DEACT to 12345.
                  For that i got reply msg like "please provide the service which you want to deactivate". with some codes of services available in idea. How do i know which service is activated(without my knowledge).They need to say what are the services activated in my mobile. That route to solve the issue also failed.

                  My mobile number is [protected] (Prepaid no). I don't know whether this approach will work or not..(i lose my trust on idea). Could you please tell me which service is activated and also deactivate the respective service today itself and also i want my money to refund back to my mobile number soon. How can i pay for something which is actually not known /not needed for me?

                      I have paid my idea mobile service bills on 01.06.2012 at 8.30 morning.The outgoing calls were barred by idea on 01.06.2012 at 11.45 around morning.Till now the outgoing calls are not activated by idea.I faced a poor response from idea customer executive.
                      They confirmed that it takes 24 hours to get reactivated.
                      While i try to call the customer cell no. [protected] them they are disconnecting my call.
                      I facing problem in calling my friends & relatives.

                          Hi,

                          From Past few months, I have been facing Signal/Network Issues with IDEA.

                          We work at one of the MNC's located in the SIRUSERI IT park in OMR Road.

                          Although this place is the destination for IT Hub, We dont find sufficient signal in the indoors. We have to reach outdoors inorder to receive the signal.

                          We have had a couple of talks with the Customer care, But the Result is Waste.

                          Providing Enough coverage for the Customer is the First and Foremost Policy of the Telecom Operators.

                          We see only a Decent Signal is available for Vodafone and Reliance.

                          Please look into this issue ASAP. My contact No is [protected]

                            Hello Team,

                            My name is Hemant Bagal. I am the customer for the Idea mobile postpaid connection. I am using this connection from past 24 months.
                            I was happy about this service. But now i ma really very disappointed.
                            the reason behind this is discrepancies in the postpaid bill from past two months. I am getting charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges.
                            This month i got charge of 80 rs. last month i was charged with 60 rs.
                            this SMS has sent on every sunday evening 9-10 PM.
                            I have no inetnsion to send such message which is costing me 20 rs per SMS.
                            Hence i am expecting the necessary amount or waver has to be given or adjusted in my next bill as this bill is already paid by me.
                            My mobile number [protected].
                            I called up customer care so many times with no joy.
                            Customer service was not at all co-operative.
                            Hence as i have never sent such messages for which i am getting charged.
                            Please look after this issue.
                            If this issue resolves then only i will continue with this service. other wise i have to switch to another operator.
                            Quick reply or action is expected.

                            Idea Cellular — charged unnecessary mobile bill

                            hi,

                            my name is rahul rajput my no [protected] idea cellular no . it has been charged un nessary internet charges on my account. kindly do the needfull.

                            I have also charged the same way, I think this is cheap trick from Idea to cheat customers ... When you post a reply saying a case is created we expect to see root cause of an issue also.

                            If it is a technical problem, how can this happen after 3 months to me ...

                            I am the Idea mobile postpaid customer. My postpaid number is [protected].
                            I am really disappointed with the way the customer service people handled the calls regarding the discrepancies on my bill and the responses that I have recd. from them are really unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

                            I have been unnecessarily charged Rs. 149 (under "usage charge" section) for something called "SMS - MT" for 1 SMS (Volume) which I have not even sent. I rarely use this mobile number to send/receive calls or SMS and I am wondering where this SMS came from as I do not recollect sending any such message.

                            I hope that someone takes notice of this and looks into this issue. If this issue is resolved only then I will continue with this service else I plan on switching to another operator.
                            I hope to get a quick response and action on this issue.

[protected] have been using idea post paid services for more than 2 years, what i found in this bill is a SMS -MT charges of 214 for no reason, i find this happening with other customers, this is a kind of cheap trick played by your renowed service, please correct the same and issue the fare bill..if no action is taken by you the trust on you will be dissolved and i prefer switching to other network in no time...

Some one should teach a lesson to these service providers, than only they will change. Hoping Idea will not do such cheap Ideas to generate revenue

                            Re: Excess Bill of Rs.3700/- consumed by utilising Internet on 10th January, 2015 during the period 15:18:13 to 18:05:46 (within 2 hours)

                            I had received bill for the period 7th January to 8th February, 2015 for Rs. 5057.29/- - Rs. 3600/- already paid so remaining Rs. 1427.29/-. I have objection for volume consumed of Internet of Rs. 3700/- on 10th January, 2015

                            Kindly rectify and give the credit along with service tax for Rs. 3700 + service tax and inform me urgently and also reduce my credit limit to Rs. 3000/- only which now you have raised to Rs. 22000/-

                            You have also charged SMS- MT on 3rd February of content description 09BAN045 of Rs. 45/- of which no sufficient information given for what has it been deducted.

                            For all the queries raised by me give me full detail of the same along with explanation and give me credit of Rs. 3600/-(for GPRS (volume) usage + Rs. 45/- of SMS -MT and inform me urgently for any action taken by you.
                            My Idea Account no is[protected] and I have been charged Rs 80 on 23-Feb bill, Rs 100 on 23-Jan Bill, Rs 80 on 23-Dec Bill, Rs 100 on 23-Nov bill and Rs. 20 on 23-OCT bill.

                            Total is Rs 380. Idea is using unfair trade practice to generate revenue as people do not check the bill details regularly.

                            Please revert the charges immediately.

                              I'm Mohit and I'm Unable to deacivate my Idea Mobile TV service

                              i talked to the customer care but they are not telling me the correct method of deactivation.
                              the told me to call on 155223. but there is no option to deactivate mobile TV there. I asked for any other way of deactivation but the told me that there is no other way to deactivate this service. I can't recharge my account due to this service in ffear of that they will deduct my money from my account.

                                Hello,
                                On[protected], I got SMS from Idea Cellular about free 100(Local + National) SMS everyday for 10 Days. But On[protected], when I have sent 4 SMS and I found that Rs.6 has been deducted from my account balance.

                                When I have called in Customer Care about this issue, they have denied to accept that they have not sent any SMS about Free 100 SMS for 10 days and refused to give me my balance back.

                                So, Here I come to register my complain about inappropriate service by Idea. Hope I will get quick reply soon.

                                I was charged with an amount of rs. 5 and rs 30 on the account of some game service and video pack respectively by the idea cellular network for which i did no activity. When i called customer care there was no satisfactory response and also they said that they don’t have any such information. after that i tried to call customer care a lot but nobody responded. Please help me with this issue otherwise idea cellular would keep on deducting further amounts on no grounds.

                                  I am holding corporate offer Plan 249 Rs. and also activated 99Rs. GPRS plan. [Credit Limit is: 1000/- Rs]
                                  Yesterday they barred all services without any prior notice, as my unbilled amount reached >2200Rs, in that max of 175MB I have used under GPRS plan.

                                  From the above situation, I got to know that for using 1GB GPRS plan,
                                  I can’t use more than 200MB of total 1GB or I need to credit the amount at the rate of 10Paise/10KB in advance which will be in thousands of Rupees.

                                  This looks IDEA bluffing their POSTPAID customers, by charging money without providing full services....

I just want to told you that in 29/05/2012 I have received a call from [protected] for the services of Idea Talkies and they told me all details of this services and activated this services without my confirmation. For this issue I have call to customer care 198 and talk to Mr. Manish and told him that I am not told to her to activate this services in my mobile than Mr. Manish has told that this service is not activated in your mobile. This is for your kind information that on 29/05/2012 at 2.11pm I have received a message from 54300 that Your IDEA Talkies has been activated and Amount Charged Rs. 100. Then I immediately call to customer care 198 for given information that I have not given any order to activate this service to my mobile. Then the customer care officer has told me that their system has been up gradation so call next day. Sir I have not yet given any confirmation for this services. This services has been activated from your side without my confirmation. So I request you to please Deactivate this service from my mobile and Refund my balance of Rs. 100 as soon as possible.

                                        This is regarding my online recharge through HDFC BANK Credit Card. I got my Idea Mobile No.[protected] recharged on https://www.justrechargeit.com for Rs. 49/- the said amount has been debited from my HDFC Bank Credit Card A/c, after that I received an SMS from Idea No. which is +91-[protected] which says: MRP Rs. 49.00 nat sms 750 Final NAT SMS 750 Expiry date 27/06/2012, Serv-tax 5.390, Proc_fee 43.610 Recg Cat STV. But I have not got a single penny into my mobile no. When I Complaint in your customer care centre, the tele executive says that amount will be credited into your mobile within 3-4 hours compalint no.: 1.[protected], one says that amount will be credited into your mobile witin 24 hours, one says that this service has been closed, so you won't be received any amount into your mobile no. If that service has been closed then why the amount has been debited from my credit card A/C. I have made several calls in your customer care centre but nothing has been done so far.
                                        You are requested to do the needful at the earliest and reimburse my amount which is Rs. 49/-

                                        I have done a recharge of Rs 111 using idea cellular online recharge on 11/12/12 (6:45 pm).But my mobile did not get recharged.Even I dont receive any message.the reference no. is MHDF[protected].

                                        Every time I recharge my number ([protected]) online the recharge gets failed. I m trying to recharge my mobile since 1 month then to the recharge gets failed. I can recharge my mobile from shops nearby but if I m trying to recharge online but I get problem and it says that "Idea has declined order as you seem to have selected incorrect operator or incorrect billing type (prepaid / post paid) Your money has been refunded to your Account. I don't understand what's the problem..??? So can u plaza help me??????
                                        On 10 Sep 2015, at 1.18PM i made a recharge on my idea number [protected] for Rs 330 through your website www.ideacellular.com. I choose the online payment option and directed to my bank site. After completing all the formalities website is redirected to your website( i.e. Idea cellular) and your website shows that " Successful Transaction". But i have not received any message from idea.

                                        After few hour when i contact customer care and told him about my problem but they told me that they are unable to solve my problem.
