An executive from Vriti Info Com Visited me to collect all the required documents to process my request apart from that he also charged processing fees of Rs 275/- .


Now its has been almost one week, my connection has not yet been changed in fact they...

please note that above mentioned sim had been taken from idea company on 5/4/2012 from The Mobile Store, Bhawanipur, Kolkata and had been registered in the name of Vijay Patel. But this sim had been unregistered by the said company .on inquiry for the same the number has been allotted to the third party.

I am using Idea prepaid chitchat connection since 2006. Now I am in abroad so I can't use the Sim properly. When I put Sim in to my mobile and it shows Sim card registration failed.

I purchased Idea NetSetter device around 2 months back and now suddenly device asks me for PUK and PIN. I got the information from customer care and entered it. It told me that the method is not allowed and i need to user System's WWAN UI to unblock the pin. I have a Idea net setter with prepaid plan. last time i got regrche with 150/- RS. but then from last 06 to 07 days i cant get connectivity for the same. Past 15 days there is not enough speed through Idea 3G connection. Previously I had recharged for 595 - 2GB data and after around 1.4GB data usage the speed dropped. I wonder if in 3G band also they have the funny fair usage policy. Anyway this time I have recharged for 750 - 4GB data plan and still the speed is not there. It fluctuates to as low as 10 kbps!!!

Please tell me the direct customer care number, so I can speak...
