my no is [protected].poor message service by idea on the sms card of 57 rupees.so please help me and provide good message service

Idea — msg service

at night when i message to some one it doesn't reaches to opposite person at all it doesn't reach afterwords also n amont for same will be deducted on the spot
All complaints to telecom operators be reflected in the bills.
E-Complaints are answered with only an auto e-reply without any complaint number by mobile operators Idea / Vodafone etc.
Are they not supposed to generate a complaint number for reference?
Require Consumer Organizations / NGO / Telecom Regulatory Authority of India / Consumer groups to check this.
Steady & Strong Network signal for uninterupted communication is the need of day in the wake of regular traffic jams / long distances to cover.

    Ihave sim No [protected], allotted by ROCKLINE CONSTRUCTION AURANGABAD, a construction company.Net connection is activated on 5/10/12.My use started on 12/10/12.On 15/10/12 @12:24:39 the usage charge shown in the bill is Rs.686.22.The total Inet use shown is Rs.1338.12 for a period from 12/10/12 to 18/10/12.
    It looks from the figures above not to use NET facility.
    It is requested you to pl. mail the MICRO DETAILS of Rs.686.22 used on 15/10/12

      Hi,
      I am getting calls from this number - [protected]. I recently got a forward mail saying that calls from certain numbers can be dangerous (Anti-national agencies may use such calls to get access to our mobile phones).
      Please let me know whether there is any space for worry in my case.

      Hi,
      Begining this morning I am receving calls from 2 differenty numbes where in some is stating to be Nikhil's frnd..One of the no. is available with me which is [protected], on checking the details from internet I came to know that this is a Delhi based no. and the GSM connection is fro Idea.

      Iam ready to file for a legal action on the number.Please let me knw what best can be done in this case...Yo can reah me at [protected]@gmail.com regarding the same.

        i have recieve a mms on 20/2/2010..but my cell not able to open it..i go thru link www.ideacellular.co/webmms..but there is loging problem..it show invelid massege id and password..i try it number of time..but i fail to veiw it..so plz help me as soon as possible..

        Idea — mms retrieval problem

        cant retrive mms.. got from idea no. and i'm a reliance user.
        the username and password given through msg is not valid when i login the website into htttp://www.ideacellular.com/webmms.

          Hi,

          Idea number: [protected], [protected]
          This is to inform you that my idea sim activated on 19th Nov but when I received a bill, I found discrepancy in that but till I have paid my bill. I have intimated to Idea customer care first time on 23rd Dec but they have forwarded th request only.

          The request is related to the adjustment of Cric5 service and 100 SMS free as per plan. Previously who had used the sim, they have no idea and imposed charge on me.

          As time passing I received second bill and same charges have been imposed on me. Still the request is on stand, no any assurance have been given that you will be getting, only saying we have already forwarded your request.

          Still the last due date for payment is 28feb and no one called me.

          Hi,

          Idea number: [protected], [protected].

          This is to inform you that my idea bill is generated on 19th of everymonth but when I received a bill, I found discrepancy in that. I have intimated to Idea customer care on 21st but they have forwarded the request only. The request id provided by customer care engginer to me is "[protected]"

          The request is related to the adjustment of Cric5 service and 200 SMS free as per plan.

          Need a solution on this. Should i proceed with the payment or not. But if i will not pay my outgoing services will bumbard with saying i havent paid the bills.

          Some one please suggest what to do on the same.

            Respected sir,
            I was having a mobile phone connection of the above said company to use internet on my laptop having mobile no. [protected] and have opted for a bill plan of 399/- per month as rentals in CAF. But when i received my bills it reflected a monthly rentals of Rs. 600/-. I contacted the authorities at the local office of the cellular service provider and was assured that in the next billing cycle it will be modified, but in vain.
            Now after too many follow-up and personal visits to the Idea office in our city they are not taking it seriously.
            Hence please take up this matter seriously and direct the Idea cellular Ltd. to resolve this issue at the ealiest.

              Hi,

              I am Amar Bhardwaj using a idea number with a corporate connection. My mobile bill expenses is beard by my company (Birla sunlife insurance - Aditya birla group) so we need to claim our mobile expenses send it the our account department along with the original bill (Colored copy) of the month. I have not received the original bill for the month of December. For which I have complaint at the toll free number also but they said bill was delivered and received by some - Anil with a 9 digit phone number[protected], A person with this name doesn't belong to my my address, Bill was delivered somewhere else and I requested two times after that for the duplicate color copy of my bill which I got also but both the times got duplicate (black & white) copies. My company didn't consider the duplicate (black & white copy) and my reimbursement is got stacked due to this reason.

              When I requested third time and asked to send the original again then your executive (Deepak Kumar) clearly says "NO" for the color copy he said if you want then you can collect from A-6, Sec-64, Noida, after paying Rs.49 from your pocket. Why should customer pay any charges when he didn't get his own bill.....?? Moreover today I have visit the aforesaid address to get a copy of bill irrespective to pay because idea make me helpless and I am left with the only option to pay because nobody is listening even they also say "NO" the bill in color copy.

              This is the height of harassment by idea, a customer who didnt get his bill ready to pay his dues but he is not getting bill copy and if he want a copy then he need to pay from his pocket even when he was not at fault. If company is doing such mistakes then why should customer suffer....???

              I am working as a Sr Manager within the Aditya Birla Group if this happen with me then I can easily figure out what is provided to other people.

              Requesting to resolve this problem at the earliest.

              Waiting for a hearing.............!!

                I am writing this complaint against idea cellular.On 26 th january masti fundoo pack was activated on my phone.i did not activate it.I messaged idea customer to get it deactivated, but no action was taken.one week later again money from my account was deducted on lieu of masti fundoo pack.This time i called up customer service and they told me that the service will be deactivated within 11 hours and also gave me a complaint number.i waited for 11 hours,all in vain , and then next day i again called up and they again gave me a new complaint number.i have been repeating this procedure for the last 10-15 days now.i have approximately 7-8 complaint numbers but no action has been taken as of now.i also personally visited idea customer care at adchini(new delhi) there also i was issued a complaint number.
                now every week my balance is cut but no action is taken by the employees.when ever i talk to them they say that sorry mam our system is slow..i would like to know.excuse me...is this my fault.
                please help me out..changing the number wont be very easy for me..please take some action.I am totally pissed off..

                  dear sir ,
                  1. I have already initiated a complaint against my idea cellular customer care and services.
                  2. To futher add to the complaints i would like to fwd in breif the incidences which took place.
                  3. Few days back i realised that idea cellular is deducting some amount from my prepaid connection a . So immediately i contacted their customer care no 4444.To my surprise I was informed that he Time Zodiac Service is activated on my number for which I never made a request.

                  4. I made a request immediately for deactivation of the service on 18th Feb.'10 but to my surprise the deductions continued, I once again called customer care executive but was told that due to technical reasons the process of deactivation couldnt be materailised.Meanwhile the deductions contd.

                  5. Once agin on 23rd Feb morning I made a compliant and was assured deactivation within 6 hrs vide Sr. No [protected] but to my utter dismay deductions were made from my account in the evening. I called customer care and my call was connected to supervisor who couldnt give me convincing reply and threatened to cancel my request for deactivation.

                  If this is the only method of making profits by forceful deductions followed by service provider IDEA then I am sorry to say that doomsday is not far waay for IDEA CELLULAR .

                        I HARISH NAGPAL ,USER OF IDEA #[protected] FOR OVER 8-9 MONTHS FOR DIS PARTICULAR NUMBER .I HAVE ALREADY ADDRESSED MY ISSUE WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. BUT I AM GETTING ONLY FALSE COMMITMENTS .MY ISSUE IS THAT SINCE 4TH FEB 2010 -MY ACCOUNT IS GIVEN A CONTEST SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT ME OPTING FOR THE SAME AND RS 5/DAY HAS BEEN DEBITED ON A DAILY BASIS AND WE MADE OUR FIRST COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE UNIT ON A TELEPHONIC CALL ON 12TH FEB 2010 AND REQUESTED FOR CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND THE MONEY TILL THAT DATE AND EVEN THE EXECUTIVES CONFIRMED THAT SHALL BE TAKEN CARE OFF IN 24 HOURS BUT THAT WAS A FALSE COMMITMENT .

                        JUST IT WAS NOT ADDRESSED THAT ONE MORE SAME SUBSCRIPTION WAS AGAIN ALLOTTED TO MY ACCOUNT AND SIMILAR DEBIT HAPPENED NEXT DAY AS WELL .AS WE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE UNIT AGAIN -WE WERE CONFIRMED THAT SUBSCIPTION HAS BEEN CANCELD BUT FOR REFUND OF BOTH SHALL BE GIVEN IN A FEW COUPLE OF HOURS BUT EVEN THE SAME WAS NOT HONOURED SAYING THAT ITS A TECHNICAL ERROR .

                        I HAVE GONE THROUGH PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL HARASSMENT AND EMBARRASSMENT-WE HAVE TOLD THEM TO TAKE AN IMMEDIATE STEP BUT TILL DATE ITS PENDING.JUST TO NAME A FEW EXECUTIVES AND THEIR SENIORS WHO HAVE GIVEN A FALSE COMMITMENTS AND MISLED US- THE NAMES OF A FEW EXECUTIVES ARE -SWAPNIL,PALAK,KULDEEP ,JAI,DHARMENDER ,MAYANK ,KAPIL -THE SENIORS AS MR. IRSHAD, ,RAMAN,VISHAL AND MR. KRISHNA KUMAR AND MISS LAKSHMI.

                        I HAVE TODAY SPOKEN TO A SNR.EXECUTIVE AS MR. KRISHNA AND HE CONFIRMED TO WAIT TILL TOMORROW i.e. 22ND FEB 2010 TILL 6 PM.BUT TODAY i.e. 22nd FEB 2010 WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE REFUND AS PER COMITMENT . ALSO WHEN I TOLD THEM I WANT AN APOLOGY LETTER FOR THE INCONVENIENCE I HAVE GONE THROUGH HE SAID PLEASE MAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE WITH A LOT OF EASE.. SO I HEREBY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND PROVIDE ME AN APOLOGY LETTER FOR THE SAME .....AND RESOLVE MY CONCERN ON AN URGENT BASIS ....

                          I have been calling to customer care and raised complaint stating I am not able to use the internet connection and there was no response from idea regarding the same. If you check the data usage it will be clear this connection was not working. I had informed your team when ever I receive a call for payment.

                          As a customer I am disappointed with the connection and the service provided.

                          And the worst part is that idea has sent me a legal notice to pay the outstanding with checking any details as this connection is working or not.

                          Idea — Net Setter

                          Promising a speed of 238kbps and delivering only 0 to 2 kbps. What an Idea sirji :|
                          And the sad thing, the speed fluctuates all the time, from 0 to 15kbps. It rarely goes to 15, and almost all the time its around 1kbps. This is seriously frustrating.

                          Idea Net Setter — error in network

                          connecting time error.619 is coming . last 10 days in this complaint.so, no responce. my net setter no is [protected] in madhya pradeh.
                          yes it is 100% true that idea net setter speed is ver-2 slow and error 619 problem also found in the net setter.cutomer care is not any reply after complain.WHAT A BAD IDEA SIR G.speed claim 236 kbps but only 30-50 kbps available.
                          I can't able to use idea net as it is giving Error 720 : the connection to remote computer could not exist.you have to change network seeting

                          Dear Friends, I am also facing the same problem. when I prefer to talk in English with customer care center, they also speaks in Hindi. Idea customer care is a useless. Ultimately no solution to our queries. better to opt for other service provider.

                            Dear sir,
                            I am using services of Idea cellular for more than five years.My mobile no.is [protected].When I registered with company I provided all the necessary documents to the company .ON 12/2/2010, I received sms from the company saying that "Aapke form kesath di gaye documents mein vibhed hai- krupya form & documents Idea company ne bhege hui executive ke pass jama kare".No executive turned up or called me and my outgoing calls were kept on hold from the same day ie.from 12/2/2010.On 15/2/2010 I went to Idea cellular office on Bhandarkar road office,Pune-411004 and submitted the required documents.I was told that my outgoing calls will be activated by eveningwhich did not happened.On same evening some agency called me & asked me to resubmit the documents to them. I had already submitted the documents in the morning,so I refused to submit them in the evening.I registered the complaint to 4444 and asked them to start outgoing calls which were kept on hold.I was asked to register with 198 but could not do so since calls to 198 were also on hold.I regieter the complaint with 12345 and I was told that reactivation of calls may take 24 hours.On 16/2/2010 I went to Idea cellular office on BHANDARKAR ROAD,PUNE-411004 AND COMPLAINED TO THEM ABOUT KEEPING OUTGOING CALLS ON HOLD.i WAS AGAIN TOLD THAT REACTIVATION MAY TAKE 48 HOURS.On 18/2/2010 I called 12345 and complained about keeping my outgoing calls on hold.I did the same but it was of no use,Then I sent complaint to [protected]@aditya birla.com by e-mail.I received e-mail from them asking me to resubmit the form and the documents.I again sent sms to them saying that the documents were already submitted on 15/2/2010.Again I received e-mail asking to submt the documents.Till now my outgoing calls were kept on hold.This is nothing but harrasment .I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ASKED THE COMPANY TO REACTIVATE MY OUTGOING CALLS AT EARLIEST,

                            Same thing is happening with me. I was asked to resubmit my doc which I did. My number is deactivated from last 3 days and Customers Executives keep on asking to wait. I walked to Idea office but they are working like goverment people and dont hesitate to be rude.

                            Nobody take it seriously. They have 1000 of people to make unnecessary call for promotion offers but nobody to inform and take care of such things.
                            We think to continue same number So try hardly to get it activated. When you apply for Number portability, So many people will call you and will give many offers. Ridiculous.

                            This is Vijay & Using your Idea service more than 10 years . Some day back I took one prepaid mobile no [protected] but I was not happy with their services so I decided to switch Idea Cellular because I thought I am genuine, loyal customer of Idea & did so. While porting mobile no [protected] I submitted my pass-port & photograph to Bhandarkar Road branch on 11/07/2012 but week latter I received SMS from the company saying that "Aapke form kesath di gaye documents mein avibhed hai- krupya form & documents Idea company ne bhege hui executive ke pass jama kare".No executive turned up or called me. I resubmitted documents on 23/7/2012 to same branch & the counter officer assured me your services will not on hold. But on 24/7/2012 my services was on hold.

                            When call to 12345, 198, & [protected] in morning first it wasn't connected for more than one hour but when it connected by 12345 the executive the lady officer wasn't in good mood & she hanged up my call, after long time I got connected again but your lady officer given foolish explanation for security purpose we are asking you the same documents so you need resubmit the documents. When I said I already submitted she replied Sir I am sorry but my server is down so I couldn't check the status so call back on same no again . I was fed-Up & went to Aundh branch but experience was surprising the officer said you need to go to Bhandarkar office only because you submitted documents to that branch. I call to 4999 but officer said it post-paid so we couldn't help you. (FIRST OF ALL IF YOU ARE LUCKY THEN YOUR CALL WILL CONNECTED TO EXECUTIVE & IF YOU ARE EXTRA LUCKY & YOUR EXECUTIVE IN GOOD MOOD THEN only he/ she will listen your problem. THIS IS THE MY EXPERIENCE WITH PREPAID DIVISION )

                            Also I already given the complaint for low network and poor internet speed to my iPhone [protected] but no action where as my other two numbers has good network coverage.

                            Here after paying lot of money I am not getting any service but I am getting tourchrd by Idea employees.

                            The samething is happening to me currently. Even after submitting docs my service is still on hold...I can't keep going there every now and than. Their customer service is worse beyond words, even pathetic is a small word for them. I was told I would get credit of 55 arms, but nothing has come through yet. Don't know what to do...

                              Idea is a rotten phone company. there customer care numbers never work. My phone is lost and i want to get it blocked but there is no response from Idea. What a idea sir jee!

                              I am Jalal from bangalore, i have a prepaid connection of Idea.

                              I got deducted Rs. 68 on 19.06.11 for which i complained to customer care and they were not able to solve nor they were ready to take any complaint, they just disconnected the call by saying some unwanted reasons as the data is not updated in their system to know why it was deducted, this happened many times.

                              Idea provides the vast customer care services, i went to idea service outlet in richmond road, were have just taken the complaint but not resolved any issues, they just gave me false statments and wasted my time.


                              I just needed my deducted amount to be credited to my mobile.

                                I came to mumbai and thought of availing IDEA mobile services. I just heard that they have good customer care services. I bought a prepaid card on 4th or 5th of jan 2010 and soon realized that my thinking was wrong. Within one and half month of stay in mumbai tells me that IDEA cannt be a good customer care service provider and the reasons and experience i wanted you to look at for improvement

                                This is my 2nd worst experience with IDEA service and customer care services. Services to my mobile no. [protected] is been hold for 2nd time. I was told by customer care every time that after submitting the documents to nearest idea showroom/gallary your services will be active within in 4 hrs and it took 2 days for activate my services even with the lot of follows with customer care people.
                                This time since 16.02.10 afternoon my mobile services is kept on hold and reason is that documents verification not done. I didnot understand, when i resubmitted the documents on 08.01.2010, why the question of verification arises after ~1 and half month. Anyway then i realize that is what IDEA is!!!
                                I resubmitted all the necessary photocopy of the documents namely, driving licence,passport, college ID card, PAN card on 17.02.2010 at 4pm at Samvene Telecommunication in andheri. Customer care told me that services will be reactivated within next 4 hrs, but it didnt happened. Then I called to customer care and the new story arises that this card is registered with some other name. When i confirmed earlier it was in my name now what happened suddenly that change my name. And after that I talk several times to customer care executives like Vanita, Sandip, Chetan, Nilam and so many. Every time i got the different answers that your services will be active in next 2 hrs or 4 hrs. Each time they took a request and says the request no. will be message to my mobile, i also convey them that i am not receiveing the message but nobody cares for it. Then i started writing the no. couple of request nos are [protected] (dated 18.02 at 1.30pm by vanita where i was informed that in next 2 hrs services will be active);then at 5pm i was told by chetan that in next 2 hrs you will receive a call and your services will be activated (I realized the poor nework of IDEA after coming to mumbai. I dont get a nework in IIT BOmbay hostels so i thought of being in the network and walk out to the place where i can attend the call. i waited for ~3 hrs but no call came.); then at ~8.30pm i again called to CC and one more request has been taken up by sandip [protected] saying that this time whether you receive a call or not your services will be activated in next 2 hrs.
                                Now i dont know what is mean by 2 hrs to the IDEA customer care centres, I will be happy if you could tell me that??
                                The next day 19.02.2010 again i talked to CCE (customer care executive) yogita and su
                                pervisor nilam and i got the another commitment that your no. will be reactivated in next 24 hrs.
                                In the today’s hightech world what is this going on. Why the reactivation should take this much time, then i realized if i am getting different answer all the time there is no customer care only customer harrasement is going on.
                                1. There is no synchonization among the customer care and the people sitting in idea showroom/gallary.
                                2. Defination of services activation time vary from executive to executive some says 8hrs and some says 24hrs and then there is condition apply to it like working hrs non holiday hrs etc etc.
                                3. I think customer care centre of IDEA is not for the care it is for harrasing the customer who avails their services.
                                4.When i reach to idea showroom/gallary i found that there are many people with the same complaints, the problem is that IDEA will make you live with service problem.
                                5.I am investor in IDEA company also now i understand the reason why its share is not increasing.
                                I must say IDEA has change my view about IDEA.

                                Hence i decided not to the part of customer of such pthatic service provider who harrase the customers and troubles.
                                I kindly request you to disconnect my no and please return the documents submitted and balance money in my account (Rs 39.01) by DD in the name of Atul Wankhade at the following address

                                i had purched i68 mobile from homeshop18, after 1 year mobile charging problem and battery got dmaged, so i ad complain for the same for several time and they are giving direct phne number of imedi bombay office but since last six month nobody had receaved phone call .my mobile is in stopped condition .executive of homeshop18 is always sudgest to repaire it from local market but it is not repaired in local market.Homeshop is big fake company who cheat to people

                                  Respected Sir / Madam,

                                  I Pushkara Nair one of your old customer. My cell no. is [protected] . From last few days he is having problem with your service. The problem is of reduction of balance without any subscription or activation of service.

                                  From the day i top up my card with the 32 rs recharge voucher I have been recieving message that 5 rs have been deducted from your account on a daily basis.

                                  My balance is been deducted everyday of Rs 5 though I didn’t activate any service on my mobile. Today I discussed this matter with your customer executive but satisfactory reply not given by them.

                                  This was the worst experience as the customer care executive first of all dint provide me proper details and then I was requested to call at 198 and then 12345. This was just a crap without any proper resolution.

                                  So I kindly request you to stop autoactivation service if any you have started like other mob. companies & refund me my balance of daily rs 5 which has been deducted for the past 10-12 days.

                                  Your co-operation is expected.

                                  Also take this matter on priority as this is not any kind of JOKE!!!

                                  PLEASE PROVIDE ME THE ENTIRE DETAILS AS THIS IS A MATTER O[censored]RGENCY.

                                  I would request you first to contact the customer if you people are activating any service the money does not come from trees. This is the worst customer experience I ever had.

                                  I want my balance to be reimbursed at the earliest and if any kind of service activation done needs to be deactivated at the earliest.

                                  I, Pushkara Nair having idea Prepeid connection ([protected]) was promised by the Idea customer care executive that the 50 rs which had been wrongly deducted from my account due to VAS activation would be reimbursed within 17 hours and now it has been 3 days since my account has not been still credited with the 50 rs.

                                  IS this the kind of service provided by one of the largest service providers.?

                                  Please look into the matter at the earliest and have the money reimbursed or else never make false promises to the customer or ditch them.

Since then they told me that they will refund the money back after 3 months ie in NOV but till now no money has been refunded. While buying these numbers i got a commitment from Idea end that in my New Super 99 plan the calls between both numbers would not be charged (CUG activated). I went to IDEA showroom (Noida Sec- 63)also to confirm the same and the lady named Alka was sitting there and said, that CUG on both numbers is activated. But now when I received my both numbers bill it says that the calls made between both numbers are being charged.


                                      Request you to look into this on urgent basis. And revert. And also waive off the amount charged between calling of both numbers.

                                        Few months back, I activated Idea's All India 105 plan,where i got the offer of 5opaise per minute for all local and std calls and messages. After this I got Idea, message offer of Rs 36=2oo sms for 1 month. But I found that my sms offer wasn,t activated. My messages were still charged. I called the customer care and they told me that, i won,t get my free messages as i had activated the All India 105 plan.But let me tell you they never mentioned about such a thing in their offer when it was publicized. As a result I took the 11 Rs 1 second plan. But still my message offer was not activated.

                                        I want my money back. They are fooling customers like anything. While other telecom companies are offering so many free schemes, they are in turn looting money from their existing customers. Please do something against them.
