my father & husbent submitted the required document to purchase idea prepaid sim but they don't know about the sim is register on which one name so please help them.

I have purchased Idea second sim card (No. [protected]), I am working Technical Officer in Defence. My first Idea Sim card No. is [protected]. My second Sim card is not activated. I have given complaits to cusmer care on 12345 but still not activated. Please clearify
I have purchased second Idea sim card No. [protected], but not yet cativated. stating that your service is temporarly stopped. I have submitted all required document. I already using Idea sim card No. [protected]. I working in defence office as Technical Officer.

      This is regarding my aunt Sushila John's mobile number. She is a prepaid IDEA customer, a very basic customer. She has been receiving smses and calls asking her to enable services. Even tho she says she doesn't want these services, these calls are logged as 'requested', and the services are activated on her phone, and then she is charged monthly rentals on all these services. She deactivates one, they call and activate another.

      Also, when we requested that they deactivate the caller tune service, they gave us details to suspend it. Then they made us pay 30 rental + 15 song selection to re-activate the service from suspended state, and then are not confirming if the deactivation request has been processed.

      I made a complaint by email, and they keep responding with rubbish like "we would like to inform you that all the necessary information related to the below mentioned concerns for your Idea mobile number [protected] has been provided to you", whereas I have received no email, no calls, no information to answer my queries.

      Can someone help me resolve this with IDEA, and prove to others that these guys are cheats?

        mene 3-7-10 ko 180 Rs. se recharge kiya tha jispar 180 Rs balance milna tha. par mujhe 163 Rs. mila remained balance mujhe abhi tak nahi mila.100% balance ki news mujhe 50505 par call karne se mili thi.mene customer care par call karke cumplain ki thi jiska no-[protected] hai.abhi mujhe customer care se call aaya ki apke no par 100 % balance ki subidha nahi hai.
        pls.solve this matter and give me my remained balance.

        Your custormer executives are activating services on mobile even after my denial. Today I talked to Mr.Sonu at 11:55am about this but he didn't talked proerly and told, you can complain to my MD, thereafter disconnected my call. This compelled me to complain . Secondly at night my balance was was Rs. 39/- and in the morning after talking for 3min 20Sec my balance became 0. The reason was not clarified by above said executive. Hence it may pl. be clarified to me. Also requested to take necessary action in this regard and intimate me please the action taken.

        My mobile no is [protected] im from Bangalore, weekly thrice 5 Rs is getting deducted, some message is coming from TD1 Ch-99 and immediately 5 Rs is getting deducted, i have no idea what it is, whenever i call customer care there reply is im downloading pictures but the fact is i have not activated GPRS and im not dowloading anything without using simply amount is getting deducted, several times i called customer care and gave compliant but no action taken till today.

        several times i called customer care they connected me to GPRS section they clearly told im not downloading anything, so we cannot do any thing again you speak to customer care executives, without activating simply im losing my money, pls find an solution for it, take some immediate action against it.

        I have been using this service from the last 6 years now..My number is [protected]. I am so sick and tired of talking to your uneducated customer care agent who does not know what they are talking about..I am very much furious about this matter. I want some one higher superior to call to me urgently or else i have to go to consumer court stating everything. I have all the reference numbers and agents name whom i have spoken with..

        1) I have recharged my account for 150.00 an hour ago and till now the balance has not come to my account.

        2) I had a balance for 147.00 and i activated caller tune which had cost me 45 rs (15 rs for song + 30 rs for the monthly rental), but the next day morning i notice that from 147.00 my account has gone to 80.00.. Do you guys know something called a subject (147-45 =102) and not 80.00.

        But i am not uneducated and i keep checking my balance after every call i make or before activating any service. This is cheat which your company is doing it. If you have to rob money like this, , ask the customer they donate you..Please do not rob like this. I want my balance from 102-80 = 22.00. I want this refund immediately. Your agent named Sushma who promised me on 15/06/2011 that she will refund that amount. It does not happen till date..

        I am very much concerned about the top up of 150.00 which i have done today and till now the account is not yet credited to my account..We do not earn for you people to pay unnecessary.

Today I talked to Rupali & day before yesterday i talked to Mr. Arun & Dinesh about this but he told, that your service has been deactivated now & again this mistake will not happen from our side but today you did a same thing with my No. & activate SMS plan & again deduct an amount from my balance, after that Rupali said that there is no issue you can complaint in wriiten also & in Google. It doesn't matter because thereafter she disconnected my call. This compelled me to complain . Secondly at yesterday evening my balance was was Rs. 24/- and aftersome time i called someone & find my balance was Rs4/- . The reason was not clarified by above said executive. Hence it may pl. be clarified to me. Also requested to take necessary action in this regard and intimate me please the action taken.

          PLS HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS
          Sir, on date 10 March 2010 I got a call from the number [protected] by 11:36 AM on my cell no-[protected] that from IDEA we are providing a plan on existing pre-paid no that on by paying Rs500/- we are providing 1800 minutes talk time in local/std and sms 400 numbers national and local .
          By listening this plan I agreed to activate the plan ,the person said I have to provide one id proof and photo and Rs 500 for this plan then he said you will got a call from his officer for conformation and after I got a call from number [protected] & [protected] regarding the plan and the address for collecting the amount I provide the details then he said our executive will come from nodia & ask for the root to reach to me and executive will come by today i.e 10/3/2010 before 5pm to my office and again after 4:30pm I got a call that our executive will come tomorrow i.e 11/3/2010 by 4 o’clock, in between that I got a call from this number [protected],five times that our executive will come by 4 o’clock on 11/03/2010 again conforming the address ,root, and plan and said for any further help contact with idea customer care number and the plan will activate within 6 to 12 hours after receiving the payment.
          By 3.30 PM on date 11/03/2010 one person name by Dilip panday came to my office to collect the amount and one photo and id proof, I have provide the cash Rs500,photo and my photo copy of license copy no-DL[protected]P),with self signature and hand over a recipt sl no-1904834 of idea ,and also I have checked his I card I wait till 13/3/2010 but my number was not activated as per the plan then I spoke to the help line numbers on date 13/3/2010 they said they have no such plan and then the help line executive gave me a number of idea grievance cell number [protected] ext 6888 Nodal officer name Miss Nidhi sagar .around 12:30 pm I rang on that number I lady pick the phone I explain the total incidence then she said please hold the line to talk with his officer then the phone disconnected.(coversation attached in real player)
          Again I got call on dated 26/3/2010 from the number [protected] on 5:40pm and the person said that the amount I have given has been deposited on post paid depts. you have to take a post paid number ,I denied to take another post paid number as I am having post paid number, and I said to transfer this amount to my existing post paid bill he said its not possible to transfer or return so he is send a post paid number through courier and disconnected the call. Whent I tried this number a person picked and said it a call center number of idea a roughly he speak .
          NO BODY IS TAKING RESPONSE OF MY GRIEVANCES PLS TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUES. AND REPLY SOON I AM WAITING

          I have recharged my idea number [protected] an amount of Rs.350.00 on dated:-07/07/2012.Most provable in my memory an amount of Rs.250.00 or more was balanced as on 15/07/2012 & there after i am on roaming and calling including roaming chargees from 15/07/2012 to 19/07/2012 only Rs.15.50 as per available record with you which was send to me. Now at present you have saying that only Rs. 0.10 remaining ballance. So i want to Know that the my ballance amounts how you dedited, please inform me in details and as well as refund the same amount as early as possible.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            i want to inform u that i am using idea connection for 6Months . In last 2 month few services are activated on my mobile phone [protected], which even I'm not aware of and there they deduct Ten rupees per day when my account balance was about Rs 150. Then a recharge of Rs 100 was exhausted similarly. i come to know about these deductions on 28/02/2010 through an Idea executive. Then I deactivated all the services and confirmed the same for next 3 consecutive days. Then again 2 recharges of Rs 25 were exhausted on the same day by activating a new VAS service (Rs 30 deducted).

            Due to this i suffered very heavy losses due to lack of communication.

            When i call to customer care , executive told me that this service was activated by me.but in really it is not so. i was totally unaware about it.executive put me on too long hold to irritate. finally he disconnect the call . i do call again .and same thing repeated by second agent. so plz take a action again this .Idea Cellular Ltd company use to deduct money from people' s account . and when asked about it ,they directly blame customer for it, stating that these are activated by ourselves, knowingly. these companies sends IVR calls to customer. some of customer are aware about it while other don't.

            Please take appropriate actions against the company, and help me resolve my problem. In the process, I had to suffer monetary and personal losses. My mother was hospitalized and every time i make a recharge my balance reaches zero very soon due to activation of VAS services which we have not requested for.

            Kindly help and take this matter seriously. This problem must be faced not only by one but by many.

            Idea — Unknowingly deduction of balance from my account

            Dear sir,
            It is quite rediculous that first time in my life i trusted idea for day to day calls, but it went into the drain. I can say it is the worst compared to other networks, unknowingly they are deducting my balance of almost 110 or 120 RS every month.

            On complaining there is no response from customer care side, making some funny reasons that data is not available or some bull .

            Its a waste of money, if anyone chooses or goes for IDEA, it will really change ur life, and will take u to hell.

            I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS NETWORK CONNECTION TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS

            dear sir,
            i want to inform u that i am using idea connection for three yrs . last month a service activated on my mobile phone [protected].that is a contest in which there a deduction of five rupees per day. i come to know about this deduction on 25/03/2010. the service was activated on 18/02/2010( as i come to know frm executive).when i call to customer care , executive told me that this service was activated by me.but in really it is not so. i was totally unaware about it.executive put me on too long hold to irritate. finally he disconnect the call . i do call again .and same thing repeated by second agent. so plz take a action again this . these mobile companies use to deduct money from people' s account . and when assked about it ,they direct-ally bl-aim customer for it. as u activated selfly ,knowingly .these companies sends ivr calls to cust. some of cust awaires about it while other don't.

            so plz so many types of deduction are being made from cust accounts.and companies are doing misuse of their service.

              I'm putting mail below sent to Idea cellular support mail ids:

              I hope someone reads these mails and take some action.
              My Name is ABC and mobile number is nnnn.

              your ppl disconnect my service every month around 24th to 27th. The reason is given as outstanding amount.
              No one was able to clarify why it is till last month. Sometimes they were telling it was a technical problem and won't occur again.
              However, same story continued next month. Now your ppl started saying, I have outstanding amount. But, they couldn't tell any details as I was making very timely payments.

              Next Month (24th Feb 10), I escalated and spoke with Manager named Rupesh. He told me they was some outstanding/carried forward amount on August 09 bill.
              I was surprised to hear this as nothing is getting shown on my bills. My service was reconnected.

              Again, you frustrated me today (27th Mar 10) by disconnecting my services.
              I against spoke this Mr Rupesh and heard same stuff on August 09 bill. Now on the call I checked the bill and surprised to see there was no any such outstanding balance.

              Your ppl just lie. I can't believe this.

              Then I spoke with his Manager Mr. Vikas a new story about converting my individual account to corporate account. He is going to check all records again.


              I'm expecting that, you pay for wasting my time and service interuptions. I discussed with Mr vikas and mentioned that, I'm expecting a discount or delayed payment term.

              I would like to quatify this further here. I expect discount/credit of Rs 500 to my account or accepted delays in payment till next 6 months.
              If this gets unsettled here, I've to take the matter to consumer court.

              Idea Cellular — Send bills for disconnected post paid service

              I have chosen post paid service from IDEA cellular as they claim to offer many service but those offers are not at all available. Later I found them as filth service provider in chennai and disconnected the service by paying the due amounts. But they never disconnected the service it seems and thereby sending bills for every month. When I contacted the customer care they told there are due amount to be paid for disconnection. Actually the amount I paid while giving the disconnection request was given by the customer care representative.

              The worst post paid service provider I found on earth.
              Idea sucks. They don't have good clarity within city areas. forget about remote ones.
              Idea customer care is full of foollish people.

              Anyone can tell any good service provider? I guess, all these companies are becoming thieves due to high competition. On the face, they show some small amounts and make holes in your pocket by wrong means.
              I have lost my mobile phone with [protected] idea postpaid sim.
              Can you block the sim immediately andour office shall pursue with you for restoring a new connection on10.10.200 as tomarrow and day after are our weekly holidays.

              Idea Cellular — Disconnection of service

              I have been troubled by Idea cellular customer care services. I have a postpaid connection and i have been making my bill payments regularly. Unfortunaterly for last month of february 2012 i inadvertently made a partial payment of Rs 500 towards the Rs854 bill.

              I received a message on the 4th of march 2012 stating that the amount is due and I promptly made the payment on 5th of march 2012. Inspite of that they have not activated my connection inspite of having shared the payment details over email.

              The customer care is too dumb to understand the urgency of the issue. I am have recently shifted to mumbai and my parents are facing a tough time in contacting me.

              Its just not important to hire big film stars to promote this product. please improve your service.

                Idea postpaid (No. [protected] recharged through ICICI Net-banking (Rs. 350.00, date 9th March 2010, ICICI Bank payment transaction ID[protected]. But both the service provider refuse to recharge and refund the same.

                As per Idea Mobile, they did'nt received any such payment on 9th March 2010

                As per ICICI Bank they made payment to the Idea Company.

                  I had taken an idea plug.n.surf after paying Rs.3000/- for the set.

                  Complaints:
                  1) Did not get purchase receipt.
                  2) I was not given the facility guaranted ie. IGB free for first 3 month.
                  3) Disconnected connections several times for non payment of extra bills issued by them.
                  4) Billing continued and issued eventhough the facility was disconnected by them.
                  5) No signals message given to them was unattended till date.
                  6) Based on their accumulated bills for my disconnected facility a notice from their advocate was sent ,
                  thereby insulting me.

                  Copies of all the emails sent to them regarding this is readily available with me.

                    and mrs.mamta for the same even rest of your idea office staff members ,but everyone replied that both of them are o9nleave from last one mont or so, not even that i followed them telephonically as well as in person till one and a half month or so but they didn`t do any thing for the same ,and sethey se barred my connection with the word said that i used the connection over the limit i`have got,
                    kindly tell me if i was not able to use your idea internet with the plan i`had taken and doesn`t make paid calls then haow shall my usage was high and above of all you barred my connection without accepting or rectifying your idea cellular customer queries.
                    and for rest of the two numbers i.e. [protected],[protected] i pay it with late payment every month for the same and never asked for any waiver for the same, but when Mr.surendea singh and Mr.Himanshu singh Misbehaved with me and Barred my other Two Numbers whose full payments was always on time the No.s are:- [protected] & [protected],
                    only then i`had no option to also stopped the payments for the above two numbers [protected] / 317.
                    also, Kindly tell me what actions you had taken against Mr.surendra singh and Mr.Himanshu singh for harrassing and mis-behaving with me, apart of that,what you are going to do about the problems / trouble i`have faced from last two months due to unneccessary barring of my two connections i.e. [protected] & [protected] and got loss in the business due to loss of communication.
                    and kindly tell me what about the bills you had generated for the same of last two months , as i`was unable to use your services , therfore ,it was needless to pay you any amount for any of the connections without getting any permanent solution from your side.

                      my number is [protected],On 20 march 2:41pm automatically without my permission or request a partial amount of Rs= 11 is reduced from my account for Dialer Tone and validity is extended accordingly but i do not subscribe or activated Dialer tone and Idea customer care is not reachable,,so therefore i want you to check this matter at your level and take necessary step and give me back my account balance as possible

                          I am saddened with the fact that idea has a worst customer service I have ever encountered for any company. Despite the complaint over the phone and through the email, and assurance by your customer service executive that the night service that had been activated without my consent will be discontinued by the 3rd of march it, took more than 10 days and more than 20 phone calls to get the particular service dis-activated.

                          I was sent a msg on the 6th march 2010, saying that my complaint is under process.
                          Ironicallly on the 5th i got a msg ID IZ-51932 that there is currently no rental and other deductions for my mobile no. Howeveer, afeter midnight, again Rs.10 were deducted from my phone, as a result i had to call up again and complain.
                          These are the complaint nos:

                          Ironicallly each of these cpomplant msg sent to me, sd that my complaint will be resolved within 11 hours.

                          Whats more distressing is that, after spending hours and hours on phone with ur customer care executives finnaly I got the service disactivated from, 6th march. And unfortunately another subscription called astro serivice was activated without my knowledge.

                          As a result, when i again got my ph recharged on the 08th march 2010, for rs. 100, for which i recived tlk time of 88.73. However out of this 88.73, Rs. 30 was deducted. When i saw that there was another deduction, i was forced to calll the customer service back and i was told, my earlier service has been disactivated, but now another service called astro subscription has been activated by me. I was told for the particular service, i recieved an automated call, and i choose to activate it.

                          As per my knowledge i nver recived any call. But anyways I asked the customer care rep, to dis-continue the service. Again I was told that it will take 12 hours for the service to be dis-activated, and I was smsed the complaint no - SR No 1-[protected], saying that the service will be disactivated with 11 hours from my complaint. I recieved this msg on 08/march/2010 at 10:37 pm.

                          I waited patiently for 11 hours, and called back the customer care service, to confirm that whether the service has been discontinued. However again I was told, it hasnt and that nothing has been done till yet. So I was given again a assurance that it will be disactivated in another 12 hours. After I ended the call, duely, i was again sent a complaint no, 1-[protected], saying my request is under process and the service will be dis-continued within 11 hours. I recieved this msg,at 11:19 pm on the 09/march/2010.

                          To add up to my distress, and to proove, that ur customer service cell give no bother to complaints, and all your company wants is to milk money from your customers, i recieved a msg saying with ID as IZ-8888. The msg reads as "Congrats you have activated for Times Zodiac-Leo pack for just Rs 30 for 31 days. To-deact dial Toll-Free no 155223". I recieved this msg on 11/03/2010 at 9:02 am.

                          One can imagine the distress i got, on seeing this msg. This msg, prooved that nothing has been done about my repeated complaints. To add to my worries the toll free no, mentioned in the msg to de-activate the service is not reachable. Whenever, I tried dialing the no, it said pls check the no that u hve dialed. Also why i recieved a message informing me abt the serivice, three days after the service was activated and money being deducted.

                          Now I dont hve neither energy nor the will to spend hours with your customer service rep.

                          I am now forced to take a new phone no. with an alternate service provider. I have been using this ph no. for past seven yrs, and my if I change my no, I will be loosing contact with many friends and family members, who hve been having my no for years
                          I sent a complaint e-mail abt the same to idea, i got a reply that issue will be resolved. However today is the 25th march 2010 and till now nothinh has been done. And all what has happened is that i was forced to write another e-mail to Idea customer service, which i hve pasted below.

                          with reference to my previous mail, i would still like to retiarte that Idea has a most horrible and un-opperative customer care department. The best way for them to deal with the customer query is to hang up on customer, when they know that they would not be able to solve it. Wh at they do is that the y ask the customer whether they can place their call on hold, when the customer says yes, they use mute buton, and by pressing and unpressing mute they say hello hello and then hung up on a pretence of customer not being able to hear them. The call was made on 25th march 2010 at 4.00 pm.

                          In past one month its has happened with me too many times. However, today just before typing this mail the same thing happened. I re-dialed and agan when rep asked me whether he can place my call on hold, i told him not to hung up.

                          He sd okey and after coming online, told me that u wont get the refund. it takes 6 days for us to refund the money. And since u hve not recieved it by now, u r not entitled for the same. When I told him abt the e-mail i recieved from Idea customer service that i will get my refund, he in a jiffy transffered the calll, without borhering to tell me where he is transfering..and just out of curiousity, i waited for more than 30 mints for someone to answer. However, clearly the rep had purposely transffered the calll to some non-working extention.

                          After recieving the mail from the Idea customer service, I waited tilll the 21st for my refund to come through. However, again I was forced to call the customer service, for the refund. Again I was given a assurance that i will get my refund in 12 nos. I recieved a sms with a complaint no of SR No-1-[protected]. After waiting for 24 hours, i again called the customer service department, again i was told that my issue will be resolved and was given a complaint no. 1-[protected] on the 23rd March 2010 at 10:25 pm.

                          And on the 25th Mrach when i again called up, one was bluntly told that i am not entiltled for a refund and then when i told the rep that i did recieved a e-mail conforming the same, one rep hung up and the other one transfered the line to an unfuntional no, where its been more than a hour now that I am waiting some one to answer. Unfortunately I did not took names of both the reps, but i know that each and conversation with the customer is documented and under the Right To Information Act, I am entitled to get all the notes documentated on my account and also that its possible for the managers to locate the reps by their IDs.
                          Though I am not sure whether in Idea, reps r punished or awarded for harrasing the customers.

                            i am rajiv kumar , a customer of idea cellular services , i had registered my cell phone no. [protected] with the idea company under dnd list on 5th feb , but still after 45 days the calls have not stoped . further the company has charged me so many times for hearing promotional calls and started , promotional services like caller tunes, jokes on demand involuntarily , just because i answered the call. the idea customer care has not been of much use either.
                            i hope that you will kindly look into the matter.

                            I have registered for the DND service on 1 Sept 2009. My reference no. is [protected].
                            It says the your mobile no. would be listed on NDNC within 45 days and still after 45 days I am receiving unwanted sms's and telemarketing calls. This is unacceptable and poor customer service by Idea cellular.

                              On 23.03.2010 at 15:45 (approx.) I have been received a message from Idea that " As requested by you the Dialer Tone has been activated on your number" and Rs.15.00 has been deducted by Idea from my prepaid balances. While, I have not made any request to Idea regarding activation of Dialer tone. I was travelling at that time , Then , I have started to call Idea Customer care on same date at 16:00 but many times my call has been break in between. Then I have chosen IVRS option on Idea helpline and deactivate the Dialer Tone. After that I again tried to contact to Idea Customer care this time 17:45 I have talked many people Mr. Pradeep, Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Summet and their Senior Person regarding that automatic activation of Dialer tone and deduction of Rs. 15.00 from my balance. I requested them that I have not sent any request to Activate the Dialer tone so please refund me my Rs.15.00 but they every body repeating that you have dialed code to activate the dialer tone while I have not dialed any code and not asked about activation of any Dialer tone and thus Idea has neither taken my compliant nor refund my Rs. 15.00. On 24.03.2010 at 17:15 I again contacted to Idea Customer care and talked to Ms. Priyanka and Sr. fellow Mr. Rajnish, they told me that you have deactivated the dialer tone so we can’t refund the money.
                              Therefore, I request you to kindly do needful to stop this type of cheating by Idea to pre paid customer.

                              Idea Prepaid — deducting balance for DT without any request

                              I have not requested for DT & not made any call & sms for it but idea has deducted 50 rs for it
                              what the hell your service is...
                              I am using this number since last 3 year.
                              I did not request for any service, even then 30 rupees has been deducted today for nothing...
                              Now I don't want to use your Idea service and I am going for another services and offers.

                                dear sir /madam, This is my first and last mail to you.I am mohit sharma from jaipur and my MSISDN is [protected] I have recharged my mobile through my ICICI master credit card from Idea cellular website on 30 march 2010 at 14:29:34 PM with the amount of Rs. 310. I got a sms from IZ-Idea on my mobile phone ([protected]) containig a code which was 77045858.after completing all payment process of icici master credit card, again I got a sms from IZ-Idea regarding thanks for making a payment of Rs. 310 on Idea cellular website . I have checked my Icici credit card account it is showing that the process of making the payment from credit card was successful but I haven't got my recharge amount of Rs.310 yet, after making a successful payment payment.I got a confirmation sms from IZ-Idea regarding payment receiving from Idea cellular website. I talked to mr Koushal who is the supervisor of customer care but he didn't give me setisfaction thats why I am sending this mail.I want my recharge amount now else I have to go to consumers court.

                                i m using ur idea mobile no [protected] for almost 1 year.i was very happy to join ur esteemed service provided by ur organisation.but it is very regretting to inform u that ur customer care excutive are doing so much nuisance that i m not interested to continue my joining with u reason being that from ur end the facility of voice chat had been activeted to my no on 19th july and on 5 th of aug.idea music station had been activated without any request from my side and even i did not get any msg regarding such activation when my account got reduced for above mentioned service i dialled ur customer care no on 1st oct the attending person told me that it was activated on ur request so it can not be entertained.it was very shocking for me that without listenint my exact problem he disconnected my line.As far as i understand it is nothing but to fulfill their own set target by ur system, why i should get sufferer for all this, kindly take appropriate and adequate action wherever fault is existing.seeking quick and positive action from ur side.

I contacted customer care but even they are not willing to help. I must say its a Bad IDEA...:(

                                      Its my duty to draw your notice to the way your people are handling the Idea Cellular System, which is supposed to be the India's most user concerned system.

                                      Myself Gagan Dhingra- working in Tech Mahindra. We provide support to Idea Cellular and also your guys come and sit inside our campus to get more corporate customers, BUT FAIL TO HOLD THE SATISFACTION OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS (CORPORATE CUSTOMERS).
                                      I took a Corporate SIM from Chetan sitting in our campus in Pune- Sharda Campus
                                      Cell# +[protected] on my name- Gagan Dhingra.

                                      After 2 days, I got a call from Abhishek (3rd party verification person) for address verification, when I was in meeting and was not able to come out, and requested him to come after 1 hour OR the next day.

                                      THEN WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE, MY SIM WAS MOVED TO DEACTIVATED STATE AND THERE IS NO-ONE TO SOLVE THIS QUERY !!!

                                      There was no REPLY over than, even after writing 2 e-mail's to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com expecting a resolution, wherein I provided 2 options: Either re-verify my address or de-activate my sim.
                                      AFTER 7 DAYS AND a REMINDER, I GOT A REPLY THAT YOUR SIM IS BEING DE-ACTIVATED. (pls see chain mail below).

                                      1. Do you believe in removing customers than sustaining them? If YES, how far will the business move ahead ??
                                      2. What is customer support doing?
                                      3. Whom should I voice-out ?
                                      a. The guy who provided me sim ? He sounds help-less
                                      b. Customer support ?? They are ready to close connection, than to re-verify it.
                                      c. EXPECTING A PROMPT ACTION FROM YOUR END.

                                      PS: Please find below chain mails providing more clarity on what exactly happened over the entire scenario.

                                      After 2 days o[censored]sage, I got a call regarding verification where-in Abhishek- verification guy, called me up for address verification, when I was in-mid of a meeting. I asked Abhishek to come after 1 hour, but there was no responce ahead.

                                      Further, based on this 1 call my SIM WAS DE-ACTIVATED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.



                                      Kindly:

                                      1. Actiavte the SIM immediately and then you can parallely have a verification.

                                      2. Kindly let me know how do I apply for SIM permanent dis-activation.
