11th Jan-2010 - Requested for my Bill Plan to be changed against the Communication Id : 94496450, from Corp 100/- p.m. to Economy 199/- p.m.+. This was to be done in the next 24 Hrs as per your executive.
20th Jan 2010 - Bill Recieved. No Plan Changed. Called up the Customer Care and your executive promised to change the Plan. Also, your executive requested the bill to be paid as the amendments will be done innext Bill. Bill Amount Paid.
1st Feb 2010 - Called up Customer Care and requested for Plan Change Again.
3rd Feb 2010 - Called up Customer Care and plan changed confirmed by your executive.
7th Feb 2010 - Purchased an Add-On Connection and requested the plan of Econonmy 199+ on the same.
8th Feb 2010 - Number got activated on Corp 100 plan and your executive confirmed that Bill Plan is Corp 199 on both the numbers.
17th Feb 2010 - Got a response from Idea against a mail that my plan on both the numbers is Economy 199+ and my Add On Connection is a Seperated number now. Call Charge between the two numbers is not 10paise per min as promised.
20th Feb 2010 - Bill Generated with plan Changed but no reversal of charges. Called up your Customer Care and they requested the bill to be paid and amendments will be done in the next bill.
24th March 2010 - I requested the Bill to be forwarded to my mail ID and again Complained about the Bill Issue. Exectuvie from your customer Care confirmed I will get a response by 26th March.
26th March - Recieved a Call from your Executive to Confirm that Something in being done by Higher Deprtment about my bill and I will get a response by 30th March.
30th March - I called up your Customer Care and was informed that proceedings are on. I will get a call by 1st April. My number was barred due to non-payments of Bill.
3rd April - I called up your Customer Care and your 1st executive confirmed that Charges of 114/- were revrsed but he was not able to clarify wether it was the bill Amendment or charges against Advance I had paid to purchase an Add-On Connection. The Call was transfered to a Supervisor who gave a blunt response and Said that I can write the Ids I am writing to, to register my complaint.

NOW, I am a customer to Idea from last 2+ years with same number, you people had also created a mess eith my account in Nov. 2008 that was ultimately cleared after Several Mails in Feb 2009. Your people at Customer Care hangup the phone or put us on hold and never Come back.
1. I will never pay the bill until it is amended from 11th Jan and explained to me. Also, the charges to be waived for the month from 11th Jan'10 to 28th Feb'10.
2. I want an apology in writing for your behaviour and all the time I have wasted and Calling you.
3. This is my last and Final correspondence/communication to Idea. After this, Its your call on it.
4. If this matter remains unresolved and thebill unpaid, then DARE YOU GIVEMY DETAILS TO THIRD PARTY FOR MONEY EXTRACTION. I WILL SUE FOR MENTAL HARRASMENT.
You have two week's time to revert to me from today's date.
