i have puchase idea netsetter on 2nd feb '2010..
they assure me that speed will be aprox 320kbps,, but till now its speed is 100kbps.. i complain many time but not a singlie positive result i am getting from them..
so sir plase take a relevent step regading my problem.

Last 1irst march 2010 i purchased idea data card from idea center near by sector - 14 Gurgaon but till date didn't started so that i am very depressed idea customer service and idea service provider these people didn't give me any statisfication ans.

So that i want refund my money and don't want to paying these 15 days bill. Because i have postpaid plain of 849.

Plz guide me how to refund my money form idea center.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchase this new Idea GSM number on 03.03.2010, tye number is [protected], I was told that this is a premium paid number and I will have to pay Rs 4000/- for the same. The scanned copy of the receipt is attached with this message.

I agreed and paid the Rs 4000/- and my phone was activated however on 07.03.2010 I received a sms that my total outstanding is Rs 3800/- and my services were barred.

I again paid Rs 2000/- cash at an Idea outlet in Faridabad on 09.03.2010, the receipt number for the same is RMN[protected]. The services were activated only after 48 hours form the time of deposit.

On 10.03.2010 again the company sent me a sms that my outstanding is still Rs 1838/- and my services were again barred on 10.03.2010 evening.

I have sent mails, called the customer care but there is no response, I have attached the copy of mails written to Idea with this message. I have also send them a written complait via registered post on the following address:

There is poblem of no network coverage in area for Idea Mobile user. I am living in Igatpuri Dist Nashik. I had given complaints for this problem to Idea customer care for five to six times till this date. I am giving this complaint on consumer forum on dt 12/03/2010 time 11.00pm. At this also there is no network coverage from last 2 hours. This is worst case i had seen on Idea network. We are paying for the service and not getting it at the right time. This problem is happening 4-5 times in a month from last three month. Kindly take strict action against IDEA CELLULAR LTD who is not at all customer centric.

Tomorrow (19-Feb-2010) i received a call from [protected] some lady can spoke to me" Gud Afterter noon Ajay Jain, i am calling from On Dot Courier. i have some courier from icici bank and pls confirm ur address so where can i deleivered this courier". I had confirm all my details regarding this courier.. She forced me again & again for my official address but i told her deleivered this courier only my residential address.

After that she called up my Resi num and asking to my mother for my official address but my mother told her "for any query contact only to Mr AJAY JAIN"

After that she called up my Friend (MAHENDER) and asking for my personal information and mahender told her call only to Mr AJAY for any query..

After that she called up to Mrs Meenu Singh and asking my details

from Since to Now she is not picking my call..
Why She give Harrashment Calls to Me and my family persons and my friends..

after long serching on this num. i identify she is calling from Idea call center regarding My Mobile No:-[protected]


ANY ANSWER?????

Pls resticate this lady caller ASAP...

This is balraj ganji from pune-maharashtra and my mobile no. is [protected].
I have recharged my idea mobile phone with 100rs on[protected] at 4.00pm. I have recharged it with online payment using my SBI net banking facility. The 100 rs has been deducted from my SBI account balance and I got confirmation from Idea Center about recharge but I did not received my balance yet. I have called customer care 12345 and 198 also and they told me that nothing they can do.
My query is where I can complaint about the recharge as both customer care support are unable to resolve my problem.
Help me out for this query.

Dial 55019 " )then i complained to the IDEA Customer Care on 11/10/2010,compliant no[protected].But till now i didn’t get any reply from IDEA or DND

My name is Ravi Sachdeva I m Using idea prepaid connection from last 5.5 years no doubt very good services I was very happy with keeping relationship idea....
I also used around rs 300 to 400 in a month.
Now on 10 Mar2010 I received an amazing sms from idea it was ' IZ-55456
Congrats you have activated for baba ramdev on ussd daily pack for just rs. 2 for 1 days to deacti. Dial toll free 1555223
Called on same no. no any baba ramdev was found in ivr....
I was shocked also feel bad because they already charged me 3 times no issue for activated services but if I have called in Customer care they put my comp. no.SR no 1-[protected] on 10 March also have word with senior of name sindhant singh said baba ramdev services will get deactivated in ASAP ..

But not any resolution received PLZ let me know can possible anything...????

I Have a postpaid mobile sim (NO. - [protected]) of IDIA Cellular service provider. This sim was issued on my brothers ID in Oct 2006. Now my brothers gave his sim to me and I have applied for change of Ownership name in Dec 2009 and give the ownership change fees of Rs 250.

Its a long time since I applied for change of ownership name but till now there is no progress in this matter from IDEA services. my communication with customer care

i m idea cellular customer having no. [protected] and was using net services for long time bt in between i unsubscribed my net plan for some time. now on 27/2/10 i submitted a request for activation of net 20 plan bt unfortunately idea activated Rs 89 plan.since the very inception i m calling to customer care for the rectification of this error all proved fruitless. i have to suffer a lot because of this negligence on the part of the co.and has caused lot of harassment and tension as no satisfactory reply is given even by a person of managerial level.pls do something and get my net 20 plan activated as requested at the earliest.

2 months ago i got a cal on my personl no....
It was from idea branch sec-7 rohini..They told me sir our
new convergible of connection scheme is launched and u can convert your no. into idea..I told them i dont want this seheme.
they told me a very good Rs.199 plan...I told them i dont want your
scheme in my vodafone no. but i can take it in my reliance gsm no.
u can convert that no. into idea...they told me that there is a secutity of 500rs which will be refundable withih 15 days o[censored]sage of the no.
they send their field boy to me and he took the id and the money and promissed that the no. will start till the evening...till 1 month the no. didnt started and every time wen i called them for the no. they scold and abused me....angrily i did'nt called them again..before taking the no. they always talked to me politely and always helped me in understanding the scheme....now before 15 days i suddenly knew that the no. was started...i calld up coustmer care to know my plan again?the plan they promised me to give was not the same plan on which my no.was working and they gave me a new no. on that plan....they didnt started the original plan on my reliance no.
I never wanted a new no. if they didnt lied about convergable scheme...please help in refunding my money because its a hard earning of my father...plz talk to me on [protected] the same no. of idea.......

Cell number -[protected]-This mobile has been registered for NDNC on 19th jan.REF[protected].Even till date I am getting Unsolicited Commercial Communnication (UCC) FROM IDEA itself.This was brought in notice of the Idea customer care and the nodal in charge of the TRAI.
After 45 days I had send the complaint,but even after a week of sending this complaint I am still getting the Unsolicited Commercial Communnication (UCC) which is only from IDEA AND CAN BE STOPPED IN A MINUTES NOTICE IF THE COMPANY REALLY WANTS TO.
sHOULD i GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM FOR THIS MATTER WHICH SEEMS PETTY BUT HAS GIVEN ME A LOT OF Head Ache causing mental agony any disturbing peace of mind.

I've submitted requested for DND (Do not Disturbe) service request on 17th Jan, 2010. As per TRAI, service provider should stop all the promotion call and messages after complete the 45 days but i'm still receiving promotion call from IDEA Cellular. When i was told to customer care, they are not given satisfactory replay.

I tried to activate national wide call rate 50ps offer(cost Rs.104) through www.ideacellular.com by internet banking(ICICI Bank), and the amount was deducted from my bank account . But i received a message to my mobile stating that the transaction has failed and the money will be reverted back in 7 working days and till now the money is not credited back. I called Customer care nearly 20 times and every time they give me a new deadline . My IDEA mobile number is [protected]

I have been a customer for the last 5 years and have been living the location for the last 3 years. Till about mid of January the Idea network connection in my society was pretty good. Then suddenly one fine day the quality of the network reception dropped and I started experiencing call drops, very poor voice quality and extremely slow GPRS connection. I have raised numerous complaints with regarding the poor network in my society. The dates have been mentioned below when I raised a complaint with Idea cellular Ltd.

In January they told me that there is a temporary network problem which will get solved. Then their network engineer called me and told that it has been solved and I should check my network connection now. But when I checked after reaching home there was no improvement in the services.

Since then Idea customer care always raises a compliant and most of the times the complaint is closed, without even talking to me, by their network engineers saying that there is no ongoing issue in the area. Then I have to raise another complaint. This process has been going on for more than 1.5 months and now finally I have to knock the doors of the consumer court for a solution on this issue.

The only reason I am not changing my service provider is because I will have to lose my mobile number which is with numerous people and websites and my business cards as well.

I really hope that my voice is heard and a speedy resolution is met.

Hi Sir/Mam,

I want to file a complaint against your customer service. I had your mobile connection(number - [protected], with the name of Kanwarjeet Singh, add - B-1/198 Yamuna Vihar delhi-53). Due to loss of my cell phone in October-09, I blocked my SIM and closed my number by calling at your customer service department. They closed my number within two days. After few days I got a call from your customer service for replacement of the SIM. I Refused them to accept a replcement SIM so they forcefully delivered the SIM at my address. Now I am getting Bills everymonth for not using your services. Then I went to your customer service store at Yamuna Vihar and met with your Rep. Tarun Gulati. I Explained him scenario, he filed my complaint but did not give any complaint number. I went to him seven to eight times to know the status of my complaint but every time Mr. tarun was giving axcuses and did not resolve this issue. Now I am writing this letter to you and forwarding one copy to Consumer Forum. Its being more than four months, I am still waiting for the resolution. I would be highly obliged if you will resolve this issue and answe my e-mail.

I subscribed for INTERNET one day plan to use through my mobile.While announcing the plan it stated that the plan will get activated in 24 hours.But i got no activation till 24 hours.After 24 hours i enquired the problem through customer care executive.The reply was "you are able to use the plan after 4 days".But it wasted my time ie.24hrs.This is very poor network service.Please consider my complaint and help me to get out of this.

I have been using an Idea number for the past 6 years and I am a gold member. I had travelled to the U.S for a month and was on international roaming. Now while I was on roaming, I used the GPRS on the phone and made a few calls and apparently my bill amounted to Rs. 32000. Again, I am not sure if they have billed me correctly, but thats not the complaint here. My complaint is that Idea had sent me a message asking me to pay Rs 10,000 as interim payment since I had exceeded my credit limit which was Rs 8000 and it reached to Rs 32000. So when I returned to India, withing two days my number was barred completely including incoming and outgoing and hence I immediately paid all the outstanding amount but still my phone was not started for one day and I had to make multiple calls to the call center and I was really really hassled and stressed and I lost business because my phone number was barred. I am really unhappy with the customer service and I want some action to be taken against this bad customer service.
