For the past 10-12 days, i have issue in making / receiving calls. When we make a call, its showing "server unreachable" and for an incoming call "call disconnects immediately and shows as a missed call/call disconnects after few seconds of speaking". While this whole time, internet data is working absolutely fine. This issue is specifically happening in 2 locations adn whenever i am out f these areas, network works fine again.

    I had idea postpaid connection almost for past 9 years for my number [protected].
    I have requested idea to return my deposit of 7000 on 30:11:2019 as i wanted to port out of idea because of poor network and customer care service. After multiple redirection from one idea store to another, i gave my request at bhandarkar road idea care center.
    After 60 days i have not received the refund.
    The customer care people harass with phone calls which are more than 60 to 90 calls as soon as one gives port out request.

      I am customer of idea amd my number is [protected]. I have a plan 399/- my number is postpaid. But the network is too bad and i am getting bill 588/- last month i losed my network & still i can't call anyone and i am getting a bill withouth any network without using any facility. Idea is a fraud network provider.
      I paid bill of 2 months 1167/- but i can't of last month because they barred my number without giving me any infirmation.

        On recharge idea showing 13.85 primary balance while secondary balance is 159.30. every time secondary balance is increasing. Today i charged with 79 rs as validity is getting expired on 09 Feb. But balance recieved is only 13.00. by this way Aditya birla group stealing money from consumer pocket

          I got the message from idea to update from 3g to 4g.

          Issues are,

          1. No service provider or idea outlet near / around kasba peth.

          2. After going through so many problems finally updated to 4g in mitra mandal chowk.

          3. Forget the speed or 4g even 3g connectivity is gone.

          In my house all mobiles are having idea network. Because of the poor response i'm thinking to change other network.

          Hope idea will upgrade their towers in or around kasba peth. Otherwise,
          For sure, you will be losing your valuable customers.

            Idea cellular is the worst network and lots of call drops no network.. and the worst services at all. Unnecessary they have charged me WAP download charges. Each and every call gets drop. Idea should be thrown out of India.

            For sim replacement idea authorized service center in palakollu, West Godavari dist is charging 200.Actual cost 25 for other network operators.
            Please take necessary action if they are looting people by collecting more money.

              After a long time, again they started
              Deducting balance and telling its for activating or downloading but actually I dnt even download anything ...yesterday I got this msg

              I have done the recharge on idea phone via free charge and received successful recharge message from both idea and freecharge but still when someone calls on that number, it gives error as "service is on hold". Very irritating this is. Unable to receive call on this number.

              My idea sim is 4g but it's internet is like 2g.it have a totally network problems in calling and using with internet.everyday I have to do important work on my phone but this issues distract, irritate me.if you not be able to help me then I will take my decision to change the network (sim)

                I want to port idea number because of coverage problem. So i tried to port my mobile number [protected]. So i send sent sms to 1900 as port [protected] but failed to deliver. But to other numbers i am able to send messages. Only sending messages to that number blocked. I am in unlimited plan in idea.
                Only to 1900 only i am unable to send port message. Maybe they blocked to send messages to that number.

                  Dear sir,
                  I had a travel to Muscat on 27th December 2019. To access international roaming (IR) facility, I used "MyIdea" app where there was an ACTIVATION button. Since there was no option for date of travel, I pressed it thinking that the next screen will show "date of travel"- from & to. But it was not there. I realised that IR has been activated. Within the hour, I called up customer care requesting for cancellation & need for activation on 27th. They told me that it was Ok & a waiver can be done when the bill arises. They told me that on 27th I can activate again. I activated roaming facility on 27th Dec. The request was failing despite attempts. Just prior to travel, I saw that in the MyIdea app, the feature activation was done. After returning from Muscat, my bill was 7779/. The Idea office said that the activation on 20th was not cancelled & hence billed. Moreover, the activation request on 27th did not happen. The staff explained that since the activation of IR was not over, the new activation was not done. Hence in addition to the wrong billing of IR from 20th, there was charges of data & sms use etc at the rate without IR pack.
                  I am a doctor & it is difficult to leave my OPD & meet the office staff. I met a Mr Shalim first. He said since the activation is by app, the waiver has to be done by the manager Mr Dovin, who had left early. He was expected to come in the few days (by a thursday). I was told to contact Shalim before coming. I sent him multiple messages on the expected date but no response. I decided to go & meet the manager, lest the late payment fee is levied. On reaching there, there was no manager in the forenoon. The staff was looking unfamiliar with the process & told me that IDEA staff are not there & that they are from VODAFONE.
                  I had loaded my account with money (about 6000/ to increase my credit limit, since there could be exigencies. The manager is expected to return after a week, there is no one else to handle matters there.
                  In frustration I wanted to know how I could discontinue my connection, they told me the entire pending amount needs to be paid, but they did not know how the balance money in the credit enhancement will come. Please help

                  IDEA had agreed to waive of the charges accidental activation of roaming on 20th Dec but not for the inflated bill of charges which i incurred since IDEA did not convey that activation of the roaming on 27th did not happen. I had requested a concession on that amount too, since it was not due to my mistake. Since they have flatly declined to do this, I have decided to discontinue this connection that is 14 years old ( I have 2 other connections too, which I hope to continue).
                  I recently went to Idea Store located in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi 110096. There was an employee namely "Vishweshwar Tyagi" who was talking in a very rude manner, When I asked him to do my work he told me to come later "When He'll get Free". Therefore I request you to please take strict action against him

                    I was using three nos from idea

                    [protected]- was my no from day one, idea team offered me to take additional nos at 199 each with untlimited benefits...

                    Hence i went to idea store and got additional nos

                    At the time of first billing cycle i got seperate bills i called up customer care and they told me dob was not matching hence, i need to go t store again. I was surprised and dismayed as i had submitted same documents for both nos.. Anyways in time i just accepted it and started making payments seperately.

                    Somewhere over past 6 months i started having network connection issues and started complaining, the issue remained unresolved.
                    As a result i literally stopped using [protected]

                    On 23/12/2019 or 24/12/2019- i called up idea to check on reason of my bill increase and to subsequently pay my bill. I then got into the conversation on nirvana plan and putting this into one bill that is when i was again asked to visit neraest idea store with documentation.
                    I took on t the road went two three locations all nearby stores were closed, i was all the time on idea phone soon i realised that the closest service station was minimum 10 kms away. Dismayed i called up idea again and requested to allow me to load documents or offered they be collected. I was refused.
                    Frustated i said i will port the no.

                    I contacted airtel i was offered to club all 4nos (I have another no from airtel) under one bill of 999/- that meant a saving of nearly 700 rs to me. On 25/12 i cleared all my dues after contacting idea customer care are initiated portal request for first two nos on 24/12

                    I was flooded with calls... I repeated my reason for porting t don't know how many people i got literally fed up!!!

                    [protected]- primary no became operational on 28/12
                    [protected] despite my request and phone call confirmations. Upc code generation.. Porting request was not adheared to and i reraised a request 0n 31/12..
                    Finally 3/01/2020- my phone no got ported

                    [protected] port request raised on 3/01/2020 — upc code offered till 8/012020
                    Again i was flooded with calls, my answer was i need to port. That is final.. I was forced to reply the reason over an over again. I stopped picking up calls
                    Subsequently i received an email and message from idea welcoming me back to idea, and a regret message from airtel i was shocked and dismayed.
                    I raised another request on 9/01/2020... Upc code was valid till 13/1/2020 i patiently waited …. Again it was not ported. Airtel told me idea is not releasing the no.
                    I got a message i am unreachable!!!
                    Again i raised a port request on 17/01/2020... Upc code was valid till 21/01/2020...
                    Worried i called up 198 (Of idea)... On 20/01/2020 — i was told... It is a government led issue and porting is not allowed. I said ok cancel the connection.. I was told i cannot and i have to visit the idea showrooom. Exactly the reason i left idea.!!!

                    I was advised by airtel team to visit vodaphone store... There i was told i need to pay my bill!!! Whatttt

                    Now i don't understand../
                    1. Why was my porting request denied before on 3/01-13/01 — obviously not bill payment. As i promptly made as advised and per mandate.
                    2. Why should i pay bill for a no not used that i clearly wanted to save rental by porting
                    3. Why customer care on 198-on 20/01/202 tell me misleading information?!!!
                    4. I have raised the complaint to appellate. Vodafone since past 12 days and i am continuously being advised to pay the bill. And alos being told it is airtel fault.

                    I obviously don't want to pay as i migrated to airtel from idea to save this bill.

                      idea cellular how to remove my saved card details from recharge

                      Hi,

                      While i was recharging the idea number with idea web portal and my idea app, the save card for future transactions option was enabled.

                      Now i wanted to remove the saved cards, but i didn't find any option.

                      When i called idea customer care, they are saying there is no option for that.
                      If we didn't login also, the saved cards will show on payment page.

                      Please help....

                      sim card not showing any network and showing no service

                      My idea sim card suddenly stopped showing any network. It has been 2 days already and have tried everything from rebooting, changing sim slots to all manual setting and resetting settings but nothing works.

                        I want to change to other network operator from vodafone idea.
                        Instead of getting upc code, i got message that upc cannot be generated because of "subsisting contractual obligations".in idea store, i was told to pay more money to get upc code.
                        As it is postpaid connections, i paid ₹1, 500 in advance.
                        Its been 2 days that i am trying to get upc code.

                        Customer care told me that it is technical issue.
                        Also, it told me to restart my phone, nothing worked.
                        What the hell.

                          I requested for port out from maharashtra to karnataka circle for number [protected]
                          I received mail from idea that port out has been successfully completed.
                          Network of my mh sim card has been deactivated from 30th jan 10 pm.

                          When i inserted new karnataka sim card, still my network has been deactivated.

                          I went to idea store, they also don't know the issue.
                          Idea store no 92/3 shop,
                          Outer ring road, marathalli bengaluru,
                          Karnataka 560037.

                          Please help me into this issue asap as i don't have any alternate number.

                          Idea store and customer care both are not aware of this.
                          Customer care told me that documents are invalid, but i submitted documents twice to same store.

                            I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. The same happend on27/01/2020 and i get refund after my complaint. The same happens today.. 2 i didn't purchased any game. Kindly stop this and refund the amount

                              I have been facing a lot of trouble while placing calls on my idea mobile over the past few months. There are frequent call drops, disturbances in the line and network issues. At times, i am not able to make or receive any calls at all and a message is displayed, saying 'network busy'.
                              Even restarting my mobile and inserting the sim in other mobiles has no effect on this problem - which is indicative of the problem being solely with the sim or idea network.

                                Hi idea,
                                I have bought new idea sim [[protected]] on 28 jan 2020 and in evening i got sms on my alternate number to activate sim by calling 59059. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

                                When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059. I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single line and don't give logical answer nor try to help.

                                  recharge not activated yet

                                  I had recharged for an amount of rs.459 on 30.01.2020 at 5:34am. The amount has been deducted from my account but the recharge has not been activated yet. I have been trying to check the balance and recharge details since then but has been in vain. Either activate the package or refund the amount. Kindly do the needful for the same immediately. If possible before 9am....
