Since idea is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit idea showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

Idea service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with vodafone.

Please help me to get out of idea network.

I am not subscribed to any vas services and still my money is deducted every day by 10 rupees, i simply don't understand why there's a need to deduct money against my wish, i am utterly mot interested in any of your services and neither your offers, we recharge just for calling and not for some random messages or offers, i have tried 100 times on your costumer complaint number but you guys not even bother to send any feedback message or atleast provide a substantial number where we can just call your executive. Shelling out 10 rupees for unesessary reason is seriously unexpected from you guys.

Why i have been charged 10 rupees for nothing 53010. I have already asked for a porting, its a humble request kindly solve my problem.

We got a call regarding idea cell tower installation. They said that they'll give 20 lakhs plus 25k rent and job to 1 person. Please do contact me.. I have no idea if this is a fraud or genuine one.

They are asking us to deposit an amount of 2600 rs as agreement fee. Some one please reach out to me and help me in resolving this issue.

I recharge for talk time as i use this number for emergency.
But since i m recharging the whole amount goes to secondary balance whereas i want it as my primary/main balance.
What kind of service is this. My money has been snatched openly.
Now my secondary balance is 65 and main balance is 0.78.

Asking to deposit 5200 for agreement bond, after depositing money i will get 10 lakh at the end of the day

Post paid bill of amount rs.555/-was paid on[protected] in respect of january month of 2020for the telephone no.[protected]. My phone connection was disconnected on[protected]. The bill for the month of february, 2020 is shown as rs.1133/-, though i have paid the bill for january, 2020. I therefore request for restoration of my connection immediately otherwise i will knock the doors of justice.

I am user of idea service in delhi ncr circle.

I am trying to port out from idea, i tried many times, but i receive message
"upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

I have already being struggling with bad service by idea on quality of network availability and also addressing customer request.
I am travelling various locations in west india and struggle with poor network in city like mumbai, pune surat ahmedabad etc and network is very poor. I tried to generate upc since past 3 days and after getting call from idea they as sure that they will generate upc in next 24 hours but not getting any upc.
Kindly help.

Its been more than 4 yrs, since i am using idea cellular services. There is always some network issue. Many a times, complaint has been raised but in actually been never resolved.
As a consumer, i pay full amount for the respective plan for services for which they never provided actually sufficiently.
The company must be responsible for providing the services for which service charge is paid.

Deduction of recharge
Idea company call me i receive the call after ivr start but i am immediately cut the phone but company charge me 5 rs, than i call customer care thay are say you will give the permission by a popup but i naver give any permission, i ask the lady you will provide me the details on my mail she say i cant provide you but can raise a complaint regarding this matter. It means idea company charge the amount without any permission for customer. Detuct the amount from many people it is fraud done by idea company.

I got a call from +[protected]. It was a recording so i cancelled the call.
I immediately got an sms saying "thanks for downloading sports from one97, your account has been charged rs 15"
I have never downloaded anything on my number [protected] or signed up for any value added services (Vas).

Horrible customer care from idea:
When i called idea customer service, they tried to divert me from the topic by saying that i must have signed up for vas so i got charged.
They are lying. One of their supervisors admitted that they are aware of this issue and have reported it but cannot refund.

Zero network available and experiencing total blackout (No internet or calling) since saturday 16th february 2020. Have an active internet pack which is going waste because i'm unable to use the network itself.

Please fix this as soon as possible as i'm unable to call or use internet during emergencies outside.

Looking forward to a prompt response.

There is network issue in my area, the internet doesn't work on 4g it works on h+ or even worse at times. The network suddenly goes and there is no service for few minutes. I have been using this network and never got problem in this area bit suddenly me and many people around me and my family members are facing the same issue of internet not working properly. I have been facing this issue since last 1 week. Please look after the same and resolve my issue asap. The network doesn't come in the house, bit it used to come a week before.

In my mob no [protected] idea service provider deducted 5 rs twice. On speaking to customer care they said i responded on their call. The call received from [protected] which they use only for recharge offers so how can i reply on that call. They are not ready to refund the balance for this wrong deduction.

Very very poor response from idea

I have recharge on my mobile number ([protected]) at 6.50 pm with rs. 49 but recharge was unsuccessful and money deducted from my bank account. I have inserted my debit card no. & cvv then i have inserted otp which i have receive on my mobile no. Then massage was showing 'duplicate rupay authentication response..' then i have received a sms from my bank that rs.49 has deducted from my bank account.

I have already paid the bill.i m trying to get upc code since last 7 days. Still i haven’t received it.I even visited the idea store at anand city And at Ahmedabad Satellite.They both are having no idea about the issue.Is this the way to treat a coustmer.I complained on 198 also.They say its system error try after 48hrs.but it stil doesn’t work.The bill date is 15th .they are taking unnecessary time.the idea store have no idea about it.The give no Satisfied reply.

I am having issues receiving sms/otp on my mobile number [protected] until now. However i have recharged my phone as follows:
Feb[protected]rs validity 56days
Feb[protected]rs in main balance
Feb[protected]rs in main balance
Feb[protected]rs in secondary balance
Feb[protected]rs in secondary balance

Currently i am overseas this issue is a big concern for me to make urgent payments which is causing me further issue. I am trying to get assistance in relation to this issue from last 4days. I have recharged my phone number of time but still nothing has been received.

I believe i will get assistance from someone on this matter asap. As i have already advised causing me so many further issue. I am a regular idea customer really appreciate your services. Could someone please assist me with sms/otp asap that would be greatly appreciated.

In my idea number which i will mention in mail if asked wrong dedutions has been done several times.
I called customer care despite solving my issues she is giving me excuses. If i have made a call or i have messaged someone i would know. Nopw a days everyone is smart enough to handle a so called smartphone and kep privacy so please kindly tell your executives to do your home work and sit on the table as we are also not dumb, we are also working people so i have every right to kn ow why i am charged rs1.50 each day

I have needed to port my idea number ([protected]) from idea to bsnl.
While i am sending port request sms from my idea number to 1900, the smss are keep on failing by idea network.
I have thought that the message send failed because of lack of balance, so i have recharged my idea sim for 10rs and my balance now is 7 rs, but still the port request sms getting failed to send.. Kindly take the necessary actions to sort this out... Thank you

This is to take your kind attention that we are using your services since years. And we are facing some issues on every month which is payment receipt on the time of bill payment. as we are paying the bill to vms nayyar telecommunication phase 7 mohali, but the name of payment receipt we are receiving the attached receipt from the bill receiver so it is going hard for us to show this for processing in accounting systems therefore we might move to another operator i this will not resolved. even we are not receiving the bill copy from your billing team enev at the registered mailid - [protected]@rediffmail.com
This will be last time for us to report the issue, otherwise we left your services & switch from idea to airtel.

I have been using idea postpaid since 2008, but recently i am getting ‘tortured’ by the service provided, in october and november 2019 my sim was disabled and no idea gallery in pune helped me to solve that issue. Further they said verification error but how come in 10 years you say profile is not verified. I submitted the documents 5 times and after a month of follow up they started the service. It was like a harassment.
Now im travelling and im in new zealand i activated the ir service by paying security deposit but since two days its not active.
I am helpless and cant do any card transactions due to otp cant be accessed because of mobile number not activated.
I have a local sim here and trying to connect to customer care but they are not answering.
Such pathetic behaviour and service is not acceptable. I have group numbers including friends and family near about 50 numbers.
All the numbers i am going to port!
