    This is Manju,

    My idea number [protected] got barred.
    i don't know why, no incoming calls no outgoing calls not even OTP messages also not receiving, why ?
    I just got the information that somebody called to the customer care and asked them to bar this number to not come any incoming or outgoing calls.
    how did you confirm this is made by me ? just by verbally with phone call ? is this joke ?
    in this situation, you should ask us to come and visit to our stores then only we will confirm the sim owner

    i hope this issue will get resolve

      There was a discount coupon remaining which i have applied for one.
      So, 219 -20=199.
      So, i have paid 199 rs. From the card.
      Also, i have received message of dear customer, thank u for recharging rs. 249 for mobile [protected] from my idea app/ web. Click to check your balancebit. Ly/idea_mybalance
      Rs. 199 deducted from my account and till evening i have not got recharge.
      Plz, i need a refund of money.

        Done through debit card sbi

        Balance and data not credited, very bad service by idea. I also checked by running ussd code and even in myidea app as no data was credited. Concerned people must look into this and see that data balance is credited to my number.

            Referring to the subject matter, i wish to inform you that i have recently ported my number from jio to idea with an intention to have better service and products.

            But i regret to say nothing happened as expected. Since 14th feb i have been trying to activate caller tune on my number but one silly things could not be done by idea people.

            1) i tried using my idea app - in shop-dialer tunes.. It shows network error always.. The screenshot attached.

            2) while trying in idea dialer tone app - the app shows the message please enter valid idea number. The sreenshot attached.

            3) 198 people told me to call on 55413 for getting caller tune, 55413 is chargeable number, i lost around 30-40 rs only to call them and beg.

            4) 55413 people say, there is one request pending, due to which caller tune is not successfully activating. The screenshot obtained from some sources attached.

            Hence 55413 referred me to call 198 and cancel the pending request for activation.

            When i called up to 198 they say there is no pending caller tune, since they can not see any pending request. I complained first time, within 2 days i got call from adinath, from idea, he said i have deactivated your pending request. Now you can go with caller tune. Subsequently i tried using 1234 ivr option and selected caller tune. Nothing happened.. I called up again to 55413, they said still pending request persists. I complained again, after 2-3 days cal from one number received stating clearance of all pending.

            Subsequently on last wednesday i connected 198 and 55413 to discuss issue, i lost my 30 rs for conference call..198 person registered complaint again.

            I got call from adinath in morning and another free number informed that my complaint has been resolved. Nothing done.

            Today i also got call from idea technical team stating that deactivation of pending request is done.

            I called up at 55413 and came to know that no complaint completed, still pending request existing. Screenshot attached.

            198 persons are unable to see.55413 persons are unable to cancel pending and activate new caller tune. I lost my around 80 rs money.

            But in order to close complaint, idea people doing false update. Screenshot attached.

            Please note that i lost more than 100 rs for getting a silly service. I want my refund and portability as soon as possible from worst service provider and poor customer care service.

              Could not access network for browsing past 4 days. Worst response from costumer care service. Could not resolve a costumers issue of not receiving proper signals. I had been in roaming since 1 year and i used to get volte, idea 4g connection, but since 4 days i am receiving emergency calls only and sometimes 3g of vodaphone network. Improper signals and fluctuations almost alltime. All the necessary primary things were already checked. There is no problem with mobile

                I had request to idea mnp from airtel on 29 feb 2020. My request had been accepted but still i have not get any tele verification code for activate sim. I had provided my jio no. As alternate no. On 29 feb 2020, it shows porting will be completed on 4 march 2020, 00:42. And by these i have to get my pin for activate sim.
                And also on 29 feb 2020 i received a sms form an unknown no probably the airtel service provider that cancel
                Is it for canceling my porting request.

                What to do now?? To activate idea sim card

                  Now a days, operators have been crediting talktime as secondary balance. Means if we don't use it before expiry of the pack, then entire balance would be wiped off.. Thats their new strategy to earn money.

                  How can they do that?

                  Earlier they had been deducted balance if we don't recharge after expiry. But now they are being stealing openly..

                    I have already called idea customer care & raised a complaint yesterday and today to customer care regarding unauthorised deductions of ₹5/- on receiving call twice (Date:[protected], 4.2 pm &[protected], 11.59am) from random numbers starting [protected] & [protected] but to no avail. Without consent of customer, company has been calling repeatedly on daily basis. Once you pickup the call you end up getting a sms stating ₹5/- has been deducted owing to sports download from one97 which i haven’t opted or subscribed till date.
                    Customer care gave me a number to dial 545454 to deactivate but again to no avail. Kindly stop this nuisance and loot with immediate effect. I am your customer from 2009. So, if do like this i will port to other service. I cannot tolerate this type of fraud. I am requesting you please refund the amount.

                      I am not able to get the signals in my idea sim and it was useless so have to move to other operator. I requested idea to turn off my number but every month they ask for bill payment to shut off the number and then don't shut it rather generate a new bill next month. Its happening since last 6 month they ask for bill payment without any services.

                      Kindly get the number shut off and i am not going to buy any vodafone/idea number again in my life.

                      My sim card is a Kerala number and I am now in Siliguri. I am unable to use my sim. I have tried restarting, inserting my sim again & even inserting it in another ohone. My sim still shows no service here in Siliguri, West Bengal. Please help resolve.

                        I have been facing this issue for about a week. Whenever i call anyone through my idea sim, my voice never reach them but its not the same for incoming calls, also i have been facing a lot of signal disconnection problem whenever i am at important work. Please solve this problem as soon as possible as my most call work is relying on your service but for about a month your services are deascelating in my area and i am not able to work by this service properly.

                        I have a Idea Cellular Prepaid card with number [protected]. Idea cellular has deducted Rs 3.00 from my prepaid card balance for Service code 50404. I have never subscribed for any such service. Please ask Idea Cellular to reimburse my balance in my Idea prepaid card. Also, remove any VAS that are apperantly attached to my number.

                          My idea sim no. [protected] not working from last 4 months and i tried many times from idea care to get new sim card of same number but every time they are rejecting my application saying some document mismatch.
                          But every month they are generating bill and ask me to pay but no issuing sim to me. And threatening me to file case against me if i didn't pay the bill.

                            My sim is from kerala, now i am in dehradun and my sim card shows "no service".
                            I tried all these things
                            1. Manual select network
                            2. Two to three times restart the phone
                            3. Pull sim out and place it again
                            4. I also tried with another phone then also sim is not showing service

                            But same result is there.
                            Please help me to sort out this.

                            As per recent communication, we would like to inform you, that to get the call details for the Idea contact number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send a SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>[email protected]. Also, you can register your e-mail id via My Idea App/ Web. However, we are sorry to inform you that we'll be unable to provide you the incoming call details. As only chargeable transactions can be tracked by the operators.                               Again there is another message regarding the deduction of money and too without concern. Now they are getting on my nerves seriously. I m sick of it . Its better to port idea to jio. This time again with the same number 51988 ( J&K main branch) . Last time the idea representative said that there is no vas activated . And you will be informed about the deductions. Do help.

                                  I have ordered two sarees few days back through facebook link https://ranginsilk.com/ and i got confirmation call from
                                  I received the product on 26/02/2020. The product which i received is entirely different in quality, colour, design and stuff.

                                  I was totally disappointed and i tried to call the supplier the call was not going, e-mail id given at site is not working.

                                  The product was cash on delivery and i paid rs. 1300/- tried to trace all the way to trace the supplier but no use.

                                    I kamlesh kumari, was using idea mob no: [protected] which is registered so many places, by mistake blocked, replaced with new sim no:[protected], submitted documents as adhar card, as a same id, during purchase old sim, three times vide sim exchange sl no:[protected] & c[protected], & c[protected] sim not activated? As i have given same id proof. Help me out plrase.

                                      I have been with this internet service provider for years, all i've faced in the name of internet is complete fraud, calling the customer care executives wouldn't lead to anything and the technicians that are assigned to resolve the issue try to run away from the issue and say they are helpless and the high authority are the only ones who can help with the solution, i have been paying the bill for which the service i've been getting is awful as well, 4 mbps is the speed they promised which i hardly get, i've been troubled and stressed out as a lot of work is pretty much stopped due to not having internet most of the times, feels like I've been robbed .
                                      And now they have another reason that they can't resolve the issue as the server provided to me has been shut down by the chairman of the building on which the device is installed and now the everyone on their end is saying they are helpless . There's nobody who can help me at the moment and i am sick of this already.

                                        I paid for rto services to world rto online agent calling from this number [protected] who claims to provide services via whatsapp and took money and all my details but did not provide any services. I got this number via quikr. This number is now no more reachable. Please provide me owner and contact details of this number and make sure he does not fool anyone else.
