It is showing emergency calls only and i am also getting an error "mm phone sim1 not allowed". I am getting this issue from past two days. I have even tried by placing idea sim in other sim port, but it didn't work. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

Sir please block this no [protected] immediately because i have lost my phone in the market and some other person is using my phone along with idea number as well as also. So please block my no as soon as possible & also stop my all the services right now only of idea sim & i have purchased the new idea no. from idea store ok....

I have idea 4g internet connection and internet speed is too much slow even not able to load the any simple page and whenever i complaint to idea care they people saying that your area has a too many members so internet speed is slow... I am frequently facing this problem.. I compliant too many times to idea care and it's still did not resolved... Every two days, i receive a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs. 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Idea is not allowing me to port even though i have paid rs 1400 excess in my bill. Attached screenshots provide that i have close to rs1400 in excess payment. But, when i wanted to port my number, they sent me a message telling me that there is an existing contractual obligation. I called up idea and they told me that it is trai's problem. Raised a complaint now to customer care regarding unauthorised deductions of ₹5/- on receiving call from random numbers starting 815... But to no avail. Without consent of customer, company has been calling repeatedly on daily basis. Once you pickup the call you end up getting a sms stating ₹5/- has been deducted owing to sports download from one97 which i haven’t opted or subscribed till date.

I had an idea number. It was ported from bsnl by mnp. The recharged plan expired 3 weeks ago.
Now my number is owned by another person. Idea cellular gave my number to somebody. My banking and other services are linked to that number.
I need that mobile number as much as possible.
I don't know what i can do?
Why this company behave like this?
I think i lost my banking, paytm, phonepe services......

Respected sir, idea company is charged customer for any service that will be not applicable from customer, this month I charged for 49 Rs. When my DND service is activated . I call at customer service care but not responding to me. My number is black listed in idea's customer list.
Please Sir, give me justice....

I have tried sending the port message but it says it couldn't deliver... It is not being send. I have tried all things but couldn't find a way. I tried sending to other people and the message was being sent but only the port message is not sent. Idea is not showing any response and saying that they cant do anything. My phone calls are instantly disconnecting and internet data is very very slow. When i called to customer care executive they are not responding properly. So, i want to port my idea number to airtel. I done recharge 1499 with 365 days. i did it wrongly. because i usually use internet data but in that recharge there is only 24 GB data So i called to customer care for any option like increase the data or cancel this and recharge again but they didn't have any good option. For the past 10-12 days, i have issue in making / receiving calls. When we make a call, its showing "server unreachable" and for an incoming call "call disconnects immediately and shows as a missed call/call disconnects after few seconds of speaking". While this whole time, internet data is working absolutely fine. This issue is specifically happening in 2 locations adn whenever i am out f these areas, network works fine again....
