Unfortunately, i own an idea connection on which internet services is not working from past 1 month, post i received a sms from idea's end stating they are upgrading their network and services will remain interrupted for 1-2 days. I believe sms was wrongly drafted instead it should state they are degrading their network services and services will remain inactive henceforth.
After waiting for a week, and then raising a complaint against halted internet services, i was repeatedly told to create and change apn, choose vodafone in network and none of them helped. Though in my device connectivity status is tagged with a h+ signal, but unfortunately i am unable to open a google search page as well. Finally after wasting so much time, a customer care executive raised a complaint against which i was again sent apn setting, clear cache steps and as always choose "vodafone in" network. But not to my surprise, it was resolved without my consent and without solving my issue.
From past 3 days i am calling idea's complaint number 198 and there again same story and awesome experience was today when a customer care executive so called farmost senior executive named "pooja" told me, things will remain like this and she can not do anything and since she is the senior most employee of idea company (I guess some relative to aditya birla), so could not raise my concern further.
From all this experience it make me no wonder to understand why idea-vodafone is struggling to survive in telecom industry, and please stop blaming jio telecom for your downfall, its you who is responsible for this.
Please revert my money if you could not provide services. This is my hard earned money and i do not want to waste it.
