Last month i recharged internet pack and i got internet balance, but today is expiry date so that i can save remaining net balance so i called to customer care and asked the suggestion, they told to recharge now, then your validity will extend, immediately i recharged, but i did not validity extension. Again i called to customer care and asked, then they are telling, there is no validity extension after did my recharge.

So immediately i want to file complaint against.

And one more thing, daily im getting messages to link aadhar number to my sim, so i went to idea office in lakshmi nagar, godavarikhani, peddapally district. They did not given response and asking me to come later, there is no service for customers. My idea number is [protected]

I got my idea postbill 716. I havenot used much even though i got high amount compare with first time.

I deactivated the vas service i have not used it atleast a second, even though idea put bill on that this is my kind request you to modify my bill otherwise i need to contact your authorities.
When i login to my account there is no vas activation but coming to my generated report it is showing bill this is really disgusting for me. The screenshots are proof for you which i have.

Kindly requesting you to remodify my bill amount.

I have been facing this problem from last two months, whenever i use internet vas services get automatically activated and when i call customer service representative they argue that it was me who activated the service and deny refunding my deducted amount. Please help! I am frustrated now with all these things... Yesterday the same thing happened and a service called combo is activated. When i tried calling call centre it said that they are busy...5 rupees were deducted from my account.

I have purchased idea 4g net setter device for my home last month. Till saturday morning it was running fine but since saturday afternoon, it is not working and net connection is not getting available. Today i went to the idea show room from where i purchased the device. But the show room person has no information where we can repair the device. He ask to go to surat where as we are living in vadodara.

I did two idea recharge via ideacellular.com worth 347/- on 7/09/2017 and did payment using net banking of my icici account on my idea number [protected], of which only one was successful but two times money was deducted from my account as shown in my account statement (Pic included below) with no refund for the failed recharge. However, my idea account shows only one recharge (Picture included). The bill number are -

Hi, i am using idea network since 9 years, i started the recharge of 349 rs for unlimited calls and net 28gb, and main problem is network provider deducting the amount by activating unnecessary services automatically without my concern from main balance for every 3 days or every week when i am having the balance in main account. This is not fair, i already in porting mode if you provide good service i'll continue using the idea network or else i'll port to another network. This is the last n final request/warning.

Despite paying all balance amount to my earlier operator and showing the proof of payment thrice to Idea office at Nagpur - my phone [protected] has been deactivated also despite complaining to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com - just no response - is this customer care or customer Scare

Hi i applied for converting my postpaid connection to prepaid which was completed on 4th september since then the new sim is not working and cell displays "no service" after putting in the new prepaid sim. Idea customer care do not respond properly. Such unethical practice i believe is done either to haress the customer or discourage them for going to prepaid services.

My complaint is about my idea prepaid number [protected], i was using my idea app, in that i found a page for special offer, i gone through that and i got an offer of 392 recharge for 84 days 84 gb data and unlimited calls, i did that recharge and i got only for 14*days, why they are cheating customers. Please be informed that last month i was called by your representatives who pursued me to port my mobile number from airtel to idea. I was already paying rs.649.00 as monthly rental to avail-
1. Outgoing/incoming free in circle & roaming.
2. Data free as per plan.
But i was offered same facilities with additional data for inr 449. So, i agreed to port my no to your network. But later i was confirmed by your customer care that i would be charged for out going in roaming until i pay inr 649 monthly.
That time i was busy & was not in a position to discuss the matter in detail with the company & lodge a complaint.
Well, now i would request you to look into the matter & provide me with the services offered by your representative for inr 449 & change my existing plan accordingly.
As a proof i have whatsapp messages & voice recording of the said idea representatives.

I am in czech republic and using my idea sim card from india to get one time passwords (Otps) for online transactions. My idea sim card was working till the end of august but after i made recharge of 200 inr, it stopped working immediately after recharge. I don't understand the reason. I need my idea number for getting otps on my online transactions. Please help to resolve this issue as its very urgent for me.

I am really disappointed by the idea cellular unprofessional behavior.

I requested the team members of collection agencies to close the connection they took the money and post that i was keep getting the bills generated every subsequent month.

Once three months passed away again got the call from recovery agency to pay the bill, they are very unprofessional in conversation argued with me and tried to threaten me, that she will sue me

I again paid the bill for the duration which i don't used it

She committed that my number will be closed, but i received the bill again for this month, this is disgusting and annoying

I am attaching the email which i received from the recovery team mentioning that number will be closed

I am idea customer using service since few years and now when all other service providers are giving best offers and services whereas idea cellular have same old and worst offers which is not useful and to know about new offers and escalate (To get best offers) as informed by customer care we are chasing customer care since one week and everytime they say same lines which has no use.
Also when i asked the procedure to port the number to get other service they simply say there is no point to port the number and i don't know what to do and still i am waiting for their response as they said it will be informed.
I have sent email for complaint as well but no result.

I was having network & call drop issue in my idea number [protected]. 4-5 time i registered a complaind in june & july. But it doesn't resolved.
In july idea offered me miss call alert services free of cost due to network issue. Worth rs 252/- they activated it. But after that i got massage for it's chargeable rs. 252.,
Immediate i called care exe. And requested to deactivation of this service. & told me that amount will be adjusted in billing.
Finally bill generated and 252/- adjusted in 1st-aug bill.

And now in sept bill again idea is added rs 252/-.
Idea offered this service foc to me. Just because of their poor network service. For that i was complaining since a month.

This is a cheating of idea cellular. I would like to raise a complained in consumer forum. I have all complained numbers & trail mails. Kindly help me.

I have been charged rs.149/- extra in the name of feature charges for last three months.

I really don't understand what this feature charges are.

Please revert back my money for last two months and i look forward to receiving a rectified bill for september month.

I requested for port my idea number [protected] to jio on 01.09.2017 but idea rejected my number whereas when idea call me for reason from switch idea i clearly say that i want to switch idea but still idea give reason that port request cancelled by user. And i again requested to port on 07.09.2017 but again idea rejected my request for same reason.

Offer sms receive is idea aaj ka offer!
1) rc404-84gb + unltd all calls 84days
Time 9:31 10/9/17. And 10:12 10/9/17 recharge is done,
Special recharge activated,. Credited free local+std calls expiry 18/11/2017 and credited daily data volume mb 1024.
But i get offer 404- 70gb-70days.
Sir/mam please solve this. And contact cre but no satisfaction.

Approximate 9th aug, 2017 i have requested to idea customer care to convert my postpaid plan to prepaid. Approximate 11th aug, 2017 customer care officer called me and given me discount offer that 399 rs + (18%gst on 399rs) = 470.82 rs monthly rental is there. Now he called me that 100 rs discount for six month in each bill and 50 rs discount for three month in each bill would given by him. So my bill became 470.[protected] = 320.82 rs for first three month. But recently 9th sept, 2017 in my current bill only 100 rs discount given by him. I want 50rs refund from idea cellular.
