[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bills sent every month after sending the request to closed the connection | |||
Dear team, I am really disappointed by the idea cellular unprofessional behavior. Mobile no [protected] I requested the team members of collection agencies to close the connection they took the money and post that i was keep getting the bills generated every subsequent month. Once three months passed away again got the call from recovery agency to pay the bill, they are very unprofessional in conversation argued with me and tried to threaten me, that she will sue me I again paid the bill for the duration which i don't used it She committed that my number will be closed, but i received the bill again for this month, this is disgusting and annoying I am attaching the email which i received from the recovery team mentioning that number will be closed Was this information helpful? | |||

Today I got a message from idea saying I have activated dindo service where's I have not activated it .Last week i recharged my sim of rs 120 and I saw it was nil.and again I recharged my sim with 70 rs and again it deducted rs 35 and they send me a message your dindo service has been activated .Idea is fraudfraudfraudod .
