I wanted to deactivate my sim card of idea cellular (postpaid card), Number - [protected]. I returned the sim card on 8th July, 2015 to its official branch office. The relationship manager at office told that he will deactivate the card in 3 days. I paid all the due amount as per the bill cycle (bill cycle date is[protected] to[protected]. But till date the card is active and somebody else is using it. When i visited the idea office they said that i have to pay due amount of Rs 300 for 3 days and I even got several e-mails which states that you have recharged certain services like 500 MB data pack, 1 GB night pack, 200 MB Whatsapp pack, etc. From 8th july 2015 i dont have the sim card with me. I submitted it to idea office and his owner admits himself that he has received all the documents including sim card for deactivation. Now why should i have pay the amount of services activated by idea office employees. Idea office employees cheated me by activating certain services and created a fraud. Who is responsible for it.

    Dear idea Team, M using idea 3g smartwifi ([protected]) n getting 2g service on the name of 3g service. i called to customer care on 12.07.15 n i ve been told to resolve the issue within 24hrs but didnt get any call from idea.again i called customer care n dey said the complain is in process n it will take 3 days more as the complaint transfer to delhi office n bla bla... Please train your customer care executives. highly dissatisfied.

      On 13/07/2015 I made online bill payment of my idea mobile using my debit cum ATM card two times, every time I got message that, " Sorry we are unable to process your transaction please contact us on [protected]@billdesk.com for any problem.' Whats going wrong with me ? Please reply me on my e-mail .

        My mobile no is [protected]. I recharge my my no through ismartpack.com on 11. 07. 15. According site that day offer is 3g recharge of rs 78 for 10 days. I salect that option. After salection i got a sms, in this sms validity is only 8 day. Today i call custumer care, that gay denay this offer & say nothing is possible in this matter. So plz help

          I have Problem in my Internet connection from last one week and i m daily complaint to customer care via telephone but there is not proper response . My problem is when i open/on the internet its shows only "E" and the up&down arrow are not showing for that the internet is not connected. its happen from last one week before that i m using the good connection.             My Cell no: [protected] Plan: Idea Post paid. My internet was cut-off due to data overuse above 1Gb that also from 27th June to 6th July 2015...! just 10 days...! Happened 1st time so called call centre for details which they said will have to wait till my bill for this month is generated by 27th of July. So no internet usage till my bill gets prepared...! Who's mistake: mine...i said no issue since i mostly use wi-fi in my office & at my home too...so no major issue. Now my phone calling is suspended... Dear IIN-wale Idea, can i know: 01. is it my mistake to go for SWADESHI network provider by portability from Vodafone to you 2 yrs back ? purely on nationalist feeling... 02. have i made a mistake for opting Post-paid service to avoid such situation due to regular recharges etc... 03. is it really stupid to ask for usage details ? Please activate my calling and correct my bill amount. I never received bill more than 500/month. or at least let me know to surrender my all 4 number's with Idea or again port-back to Vodafone.             Sorry to say but due to MY need... i had paid the said amount of 1300/- to activate my calling since its my need and totally frustrated to do so for unknown mistake.

            Thanks for contacting, but i intend to convert my post-paid to prepaid connection to avoid such things again & hopefully will port-back to Vodafone soon.

            Still waiting for 27th of this month to get my calling & data details...
            Hope its understandable for me.

            Its really a stupid thing to tell clients to wait & keep their calling on hold till billing for that cycle is done, which is on 27Th of every month.

            It's a big mistake & mental agony to have such service in these age of DIGITAL INDIA...lol

            If IDEA really cares for their customer's please do send me details of my usge on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com at earliest.

            It will be a favor/UPKAAR on customer like me.

              Dear sir, I wish to complain about Adit & Riya info Services Idea post paid Distributor. that I purchased on 1/7/2015 new post paid connection.Hi I’m Nirmal patel having number [protected] Applied for number portability from Docomo to Idea at 1/07/2015. The Docomo has disconnected the service at 11/07/2015 then I put my new Idea sim card but I’m not able to access Idea connection. Network is not coming. I think Idea sim has not been activated. I am complaining because sim activation is not good & poor service.To resolve this problem. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Karan mishra Mobile number.( Adit & Riya Info Services)and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because Delay in activation of desired facilities/Services I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.                 Dear Mr. Wagar, I am awaiting your response on the trailing mail. I received a call from one of your executives and I asked her the same question which I have asked from you that what is the difference between data usage and GPRS usage. she said there is no difference and I think your answer to this question would also be same. If so, how could you charge twice? In fact she told me that she will check the details and call me in half an hour and she called and told me that the amount has been charged for April month, while nothing has been mentioned in the bill as well as in your mail that the amount is for April month. I have already paid all my previous bills in time and not going to make any such payments. There is contradictions in your mail and conversation by your executive. When I tried to ask her the complete details, she disconnected the call. I need quick clarification from your side. Further I would like to inform you that I have been a loyal customer since I started using this number and have made all payments in time. In fact during June 2015 also I made a payment of Rs. 1000 when my services were barred due to high usage (as per your incorrect records). If I don't receive the solution and this time again my services are barred, I will need to take necessary action. Your early response and solution will be appreciated.                 With reference to our telecom and your trailing mail regarding re-ration of charges of Rs. 1999.79, I would like to inform you that as per our communication and later telecom with Ms. Anjali (from Complaint department), I have deposited the total amount. As per Anjali's instructions I called on 198 to request for activation of 3G booster pack of 2GB for Rs. 450/- and reversal of Rs. 1999.79 which I paid as per your mail and telecom but now Mr. Anil Verma whom I just spoke, has clearly said no that re-ration can not be done at their end and asked me to send a mail.                 Now I request you to look into the matter urgently and resolve this by reversing the amount at the earliest.

                    I was in idea 199 plan and want to change idea 299 i plan. And place the request through web sight on[protected] at 9 am. It given the time to activate the plan 2 hours. I was waited till end of the day. Plan not yet activated. I was called customer care executive and they are not giving proper response on this issue.

                      I am an idea prepaid (Maharashtra circle) card holder. I frequently avail their 3g services. Since my last recharge ( Rs 698 for 3 Gb data with 3g speeds) I have been getting 20-30 Kbps download speed in Pimpri, Pune area. Is this a farce? I have attached 3g speed test report using an app called speedtest.net (ookla) here. Kindly notice the speeds since last week.

                            From the recent 3-4 months the 3g as well as 2g network of idea is very poorly working.Forget 2g, 3g is not working properly.Nowadays net pack in idea is just providing irritation and nothing else.even uninor's net pack is working far better than idea.please resolve this or i have to switch my sim to some other company.

                              My number is [protected]. Today 11/07/2015, I filled a talktime balance of Rs.300 via an Idea mobile operator. He took the money, a message came on his phone saying balance has gone but I got neither message nor balance. On calling your Customer Care, they said they can't help me and hung up after which every time I call Customer Care it has been coming as a busy tone saying all the executives are busy. This is not the service I desired when shifting from Vodafone to Idea last month. Please address this issue.

                                Have recharged from online idea site of rs. 350 at 1058 p.M. Other than three recharged i have got the balance but in this transaction i have not received balance and the amount are detected from my account icici bank debit card.

                                  I ( Utkarsh Bhalla ) am using an idea postpaid connection from last two years. When I went to ( Chamunda Communications ) idea store near drona sagar, kashipur ( Uttarakhand ), the denied my request of number convertability from postpaid to prepaid saying that "we are not able to do that". And now after six months i went there again and now they are telling me that come to us after a couple of month. And I neither get any hard copy of bill and they do, t also provide payment receipt.My number is [protected] . i hope u can help me a bit.

                                      I took idea wifi dongle that comes with 2250 Rs plan for three months. After 3 days my data usage was 2 GB. During these 3 days my father was hospitalized and we did not used dongle services much, data can never be consumed 2 GB. I need them to restore my data. Their customer care service did not paid any heed to my complaint.
