My idea prepaid cell no is [protected].i was using idea night 3g pack but Company deducted my balance of around 100 rs. On 19 of july 2015 without any cause. And its customer helpline is not responsive. I want to refund my money with inconvenience allowances.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I have done my balance worth Rs.49 and got 51 Rs. on 16/07/2015 at 12:15 PM and main balance was 54 Rs. At evening I have started my data usage in which 13 MB was already in it. After 30-40 minutes, I got message that my main balance was cut by 50 Rs when I have not done any call or any surfing on net. I would like to know how it is possible? Please do needful in it and provide me the detail regarding cut of my main balance worth Rs.50.

        Hello Idea network signal is coming too weak in my phone number [protected]. I am trying to download one game but it is just not allowing to download. Keeps on showing "Downloading" and the downward arrow also gets dropped off some time. I have done internet recharge of 199/-.. but i am highly dissatisfied with the speed and performance.           Dear sir, I am Ravi Rajput from Gwalior and i am very old customer of IDEA. I used idea postpaid connection. Problem is this i have no job now due to certain reason i leave my job now i can't pay mobile bill per month so i am just want to transfer postpaid to prepaid connection. But no-one help me in this matter they suggest my another plans. i inform that i am not able to pay monthly now but they don't help me and told me that idea company dont do this. i just want to transfer my postpaid to prepaid and after i got job i will again take postpaid plan of idea. But due to these behaviour i am obliged to leave that connection. i have to leave idea connection forever. I also dont want but i[censored] dont help me so i have to do this.             dear sir,
            i m your post paid user and i used corporate plan and take two number on my id, due to less use i apply the request to deactivate one of my number that is [protected], and i had make payment of rs 2400 in adv on 18may 2015 after consult to idea showroom what my bill charges if i closed this number, they told me u have to pay rs 4108 than i request to check my bill thier is some other charges which wrongly apply on my account, than they go through my bill, they told thier is some internet roaming charge which wrongly apply than i request to wavied these charges which wrongly apply, and tell final amt to closed this number, and i also give two day time to sort out these bill issue, after two day i visit showroom than they told mam i give your request to wavied these charges and now you pay only Rs 2400 .and your number is closed no other issue u will faced according to instruction i had paid rs 2400 on 18may, and no bill pending against me, even i got call from idea cellular that mam now your num is closed .after 2 month i get a call regarding to my bill that mam your bill generate and you will pay rs 2400, when i told them the detailed that i already cleared all my bill and presently my number is closed afterthat my known member who are used in my call log they recevied call that you know miss ankita and her bills are pending, even call recevied from your leag advocate and they use abusive language, from them i able to know such issue which very shamefull for me and even for idea cellular, i never expect such type of practice you use, how can use the personal call log of any one, its a very seriously issue even for it put my complain in consumer forum and you have answer it justify them .even i already provide you my alternate number and email id, even you check my bill history i am regular customer and all bill are on or before time .
            I never want be a part of idea cellular in my future its my worst experince with you and even i told to my known people how you people use personal log of any one and thier is no secretcy of anyone, by this procedure you loose your authenticy, i am so much annoyed from your services.so kindly sort out my issue as soon as possible, i had paid all bill from my side nothing pending against me, so resolve my issue upto ur level as soon as possible, dont force me to take up my issue upto higher appellant authority, CONSUMER FORUM.for any contact detail given below.

              Hello All, Today i just bought micro sim card for my new mobile phone from your Idea Gallery Malad west near station and was assured by the team that the number would resume within 2 hours. I am again and again switching off and ON my cell phone assuming this would start in sometime and now its night the number didnt get started. Now when i called your customer care i am being given reason that the number behind sim card dont match the actual records given by the gallery and am told to visit the gallery again to change the sim card. This is really pathethic why should i go to the gallery to change my sim card when the mistake is from your side. You just match the number take it from the gallery and start my card or number. Why shud i take the pain to go to station again and take the sim card. its your fault you rectify from your end . !st of all you dont have xerox machine in malad branch and ask customers to run for id proof xerox with no courtesy and rude language. And yu are asking me to go to the gallery to change the simcard when there is no fault of mine. All fault is yours you shud coordinate with your team and get the number started. Your customer care executives have no knowledge and sense of what they are talking Mr Vitthal who donno wat shud he talk to the customers when told of disconnecting the connection agreed to disconnect and Mt swapnil Dafne acting as floor supervisor have no sense of talking to the customers. they dont even have logic of wat is going on for customers. Now i am going pune for a week and i asked Mr swapnil for nearest gallery open on sundays whereas i stay in malad . he started giving me address of dombivali and kalyan gallery which are open on sundays. Why shud i go to Dombivali and Kalyan branch when there is no fault of mine.You shud feed my sim number in your system right. My question is when your records say that i have come in morning for request on micro sim card and i am giving you correct sim card number why cant you put that simcard number in your system and start the number.Why are you telling me to go to the gallery again and take new sim card. You are just harrasing the customers by doing this. Card no:-[protected] Sim card copy Attached in email. I have 4 idea nos with me and all are active from 2006 and now from this behaviour of your staff i wish to disconnect all the numbers from your service provider. Really this is pathethic service from idea spoiling name of aditya birla. Will share this feedback and call recording of your company in social network and media if i dont get the revert for this issue. I wont go to idea gallery to collect the simcard nor would i pay bills henceforth if the issue dont get resolved. With this email i would mark my lawyer and this would be officially circulated to all the government and judicial officials and this is in regards to none payment of bill of idea henceforth if the issue dont get resolved without changing the simcard as this simcard is charged by idea.I have spent 75 Rs of Rickshaw and 25 Rs of Simcard Total loss of 100 Rs. Plus i am going out of Mumbai Tomorrow morning and would return next week. I would lose my deals if the simcard wont work i would mark this to the officials for the loss being occured to me and my business and would fine a penalty in lakhs as demanded by me.                   Hi, My name is saikat Banerjee my number [protected] was pending for bill and I paid the bill on[protected] of a sum of Rs. 1200 as i got a threatening call from Idea legal team and then I asked them to close the number. They did not close the number and kept on running the bill cycle now I got calls from Idea for the bill and I told them all the issues. The representative from idea told me the issue is over. Now after 2 months I am receiving calls from Idea legal team for an amount of Rs. 1500. I did not use the idea number after march. These guys are trapping me.                       I have taken idea 3G plan in my existing postpaid connection no [protected] on 26th may 2015 as i am going to LTC plan for gangtok after returning i make a call to close the 3G internet plan on 27th june 2015 but company ex. replay that u have pass one more day so only for a day y'r rs 650 3G internet plan will be charged so, better u use it for one more month I shock and surprised to listen that there is a no alternative or proposnate billing system so, i[censored] use this 3G internet plan for one day, ten day, or 30 days charged will be same. I don't understand why company like idea behave like this. Let me claryfy that why customer can't opt to forclose this 3G internet plan(rs 650) for days he used? Why customer should paid full amount of rs 650 even he has used even for 1 day? Why customer can't forclosing in between? Why customer isn't allowed to use 3G plan foe whole month for which he paid? I have closed 3G internet plan (rs 650) on 18 july 2015 but my monthly billing cycle is completed on 26th of july 2015. My 3G paln is closed on today only (18 july 2015).If i continue up to end then i have to pay rs 650 more because of billing cycle which is generated on 20th of every month. This is injustice, unfair practice and not favoring customer friendly policy.

                          Dear Sir/ madam, I have an idea prepaid number [protected] and i reside at MM medical College, Sultanpur road, Kumarhatti, Dist-Solan ( Himachal). The call drops at my place are so frequent that it is just impossible to complete even a one minute call. i tried several times to register a complaint for call drops but i was not able to talk to idea call executives because of call drop inbetween !! the idea post paid services are doing fine in this area.This thing has been observed by my other collegues and friends also. i am unable to understand this discrepency in call drop between prepaid and post paid. we are very much aggrevied by this third class quality by so called first class company. Once we have shared this issue with idea officials who visited our college in regard to corporate numbers and they promised to look into the matter. But nothing was done. Plz do something idea people... as our is remote area and idea is the only option available here we are being exploited by idea by giving third class services. Dr Rajesh Garg.

                            I was using 1GB 3G data plan. when data remains 350 MB (approx) i start browsing and after some time i am not able to browse any more. I check my talk time balance and they deduct Rs 131. But next day morning i have see that data is still now remains 1.8 MB. Company deduct my Main Balance Rs 131 before finishing data plan. when i talk to customer care they told that you use multiple site at a time an exceeds data plan limit. but data remains 1.8MB. and refund only 7 rupees that they charge extra from me. They must refund Rs 131 to me. with regards, Ravi m.no. [protected]

                                I reside at Chotanikara we have taken Four connections with idea celluar due to poor coverage service by idea cellular they had placed booster at our home but 2 weeks back the booster stopped working due to which we are unable to make/receive calls from our residence when the complaint was raised from the area relationship manager to the Technicians are very rude and do not respond to any of our Complaints after all 10 times follow up a Technician landed he checked for 5 mts and asked us to purchase a UPS and he promised to get us the Booster within three days its been 2 weeks till now there is no response and today again after ten follow ups they state for replacing a booster they would require one month it really frustrates for this kind of attitude from such a big brand.Arent we not paying money for IDEa its not free of cost that they are doing poor coverage is not customer pbm its the service provider issue now our UPS is lying waste becoz of this idea

                                    i bought a gsm sim on july 11, 2015 at IDEA Service Centre, Adj. YMCA Ground, Narayanaguda Hyderabad - 500 027 and MDN No. [protected] sim No.[protected] and arranged all necessary documents and photograph and completed application procedure. Up to now means 5:30 PM on July 17, 2015 i could not get any signal/ confirmation message from the concerned network service provider. I tried to contact concerned person, through his mobile No.[protected] and his name Mr. Vinith Pandey. initially told, we will resolve your problem soon, up to now it is not and avoiding my calls to know the reasons. please necessary steps.

                                        Since from last 3month i am visiting to idea gallery.Which is located in murbad road nr.Godbole hospital(Shree hospital).They are not giving me any information about my biil payment as well as i am telling to pay the bill by card they are giving me excuse of system problem.This problem is facing with me from last 3month.I have compain to customer care about this issue but still i have not get any feedback regarding to the gallery...
