Since from last 3month i am visiting to idea gallery.Which is located in murbad road nr.Godbole hospital(Shree hospital).They are not giving me any information about my biil payment as well as i am telling to pay the bill by card they are giving me excuse of system problem.This problem is facing with me from last 3month.I have compain to customer care about this issue but still i have not get any feedback regarding to the gallery...

    from 2 or 3 days my idea 3G net setter having number [protected] is giving very slow speed, unable to under stand the reason of slow speed last time i recharged Rs.251 data pack and now i have near about 800MB data but it is still below the proper speed as it was before the problem accured please help in this regard...

          HI, I ported my mobile number from AIRCELto IDEA, and i had a very bitter first experience with IDEA. They have updated the SIM card number wrongly and my number is not activated for last 3 days . After many followups nothing worked out. Seems i made a big mistake porting to IDEA.           Hi,
          The problem the SIM number is updated wrongly in the system, because of which my SIM is not activated.

          When I dial 59059, am getting "Out of service area " error .

          Also when I restart my mobile, am getting "SIM NOT PROVISIONED".

          What is the procedure to update the SIM number in your system .

          Why you people are so careless. Almost 3 days I was in isolation .

          Please help to solve it asap.

            Phone no: [protected] Date :[protected] Please note my phone has been connected due to lack of documents. When I called up call center they tell me I need to re-summit my address proof & id proofs. I have been using this number from last 9 years and have submitted these papers twice. I did not receive any call from idea before dis-connecting the service or any notice from idea for the same. Even when I called idea call center they could not provide me any information regarding the matter. They said they had some audit and in that my number has picked at random for audit. I asked for what details I have already submitted, the reply was they have no information. I said I will forward all details on mail and asked them to send me the requirement they said they donot know and cannot send me any mail. I am asked to come call center for verification with hard proofs and only then they will activate. Idea is promoting paperless bills/save paper and now this is not expected. What is use of 24-hr call centers or online helplines.

            Please note Idea has disconnected my phone . I tried getting information at your Basheer bagh center, but the manager their is least cooperative. She says I need to purchase totally a new connection. This is absurd.

            She is not ready to provide any information on the subject which leads to suspision on activities going on in Idea.
            Being a customer I have all rights to information. Please adivse the relevent person to take up the documents required &
            provide me details .

              Sir, My Mobile no is [protected]. I have internet balance of 269MB. Suddenly my main account balance was falls down to Rs 26/- from Rs 129/-. In that time my net balance remains18 MB. I contact customer care and he told that " you are used multi system browsing in your mobile" so your main balance was deducted even your net balance is sufficient. This is not a sufficient reason that I am using multi system browsing that's why they are deducted my main balance. It is the customers choice to avail any number of browsers up to completion of net balance. Kindly see my complaint and refund my amount at the earliest. Thanking you sir.

                  IDEA has the worst 3G service will never buy again I bought idea data plan for 4gb, and it worked for only one day next day, worked only in 2g, the customer service does not exists at all. The agent asked me to call 198, and I got message "technical difficulties" what s***y service BTH my s***y idea mobile# is [protected] Please go with Airtel, that is much better service. At least you can talk to some one ang get some help, I suppose.

                    My sim no. [protected]. in last forth night, I have recharged more than 4 times aggregating to 1500/- atleast. Immediately after recharge balance vanish away. In last 6 days I have recharged thrice with latest recharge of Rs. 250/- today at 10.47 AM. In the afternoon when I rung somebody I got message of no balance. When I checked the balance by dialling 121 I surprised with the balance as being Rs. 0.02ps only. You are requested to look into the matter seriously and refund all recharge made in last 3 days atleast umder intimation to me. P. Tandia

My issue is regarding security adjustment of my idea number [protected] amounting Rs. 150. when i porting into idea service then i give a amount of Rs. 150 to idea which is adjustable in 2nd and 3rd month bill but it is not happen till now.                         Sir; I am 2-3 year completed in this company. Today i am getting a problem . i am call customers care no . but they did not satisfied me & cut in call in mid . i am call 2 times they do same. I am got 50mb 3g data by idea company . but when i am use this . they deduct my balance 57 rs .but my net plan now show on .53mb . when i ask to customers care they say you use extra mb . but still my net plan remain .53mb. So plz solve this problem my no is [protected].

                        I am call on 198 two times but they did not refund my money . they transfer call to senior . then the senior also transfer call other. Then call is cut. This things done both time when i call .

                            Hii sir, myself Deepak Sharma Its my no. [protected] I'm using idea sim card . But yesterday company deduct my approx. 125 balance :'( Its enough Actually i had atleast 200mb 3g internet data on my sim card When i called customer care They said you used your whole data between yesterday 7am. To 10:30 am ( only within 3.5 Hours ) I used data but maximum 30mb to 40mb .. they blame myself lier ... i swear if it was really my fault .. i didn't call them .. i accept it .. They consume my whole data .. and blame me about it Sir . please help me (( look at these screen shot .. i1st photo you can see 128 rs. Balance nd in 2nd photo its only 3 rs. Nd O MB data mb left))

                              Dear Sir/MadamAs per subject mentioned above, today I have received a call from your customer care and the executive has explained one plan in which 15000seconds will be free on local and STD of recharge of Rs 120.I have accepted the plan and Rs 120 has been debited from my balance. I have talked indore approx 18minutes and Rs 11 has been debited, which should not be debited as per plan activated.I have called twice your customer care but they were fail to answer my query. Even when I requested him(Ashish) to lodge complain regarding this, they have bluntly refused. He has not transferred the call to his senior even repeated requests.I do not want the 15000seconds free call facility and want my Rs120 back in my balance.Do the needul at the earliest and confirm.RegardsRanjana Jhiriwal[protected]

                                I did the online recharge for the mobile no [protected] on 14/07/2015 at 17:03:29 hrs for the amount of Rs.310/-. The amount got deducted from my account immediately Transaction id is DIOB[protected] . However the said amount has not been recarged in the mobile talk-time. This is matter of concerns and shows the some loophole in the online transaction system and creates doubt on the credibility of the system.

                                  I tried to recharge of Rs 124 on 25/5/2015 but transaction was timed out. I did not receive any message from Idea about the confirmation. Till date i Didn't get feedback from you. it's really horrible when I call you first time you told me "you get a call from customer care center" and when i again complain for I have already activate DND pack then you told me "you requesting for these service "... really Idea providing worst service If Idea need money then beg no need to lying charges.                                       I have three connections from Idea, one of them is more than 17 years which still has a deposit I requested them to transfer one of the numbers [protected] to my wife who was using the phone and does not stay with us they took all the details including ID proof and and never did the transfer the bill still was in my name when I was fed up as this was hurting my feelings I gave a written request to cancel including speaking to the back end team and was provided a acknowledgement from the Idea representative Asha surprisingly the bill came in my name the next month also, when I verified My wife stated that they had spoken to her and promised to transfer the connection in her name and taken the proof suddenly one of the representative and asked me for a outstanding balance later after some drama and further straining our relationship Asha calls up and states that she will bar the card as there is a outstanding balance I did not want to join this party as I am not responsible for the mess that was created by them today a customer service rep calls and the manager santosh speaks initially he does not hear my side of the conversation later he completely stops responding and disconnects

                                        Dear SIr, I am Idea Customer since last 12 years, My name is BRAJESH UPADHYAY My Idea Mobile No. is [protected]. Which is in Corporate account. I have pre-rental plan 999/-INR for three years. This plan is continued since lat 12 years after every three years I Renewed this. But in May 2015 Idea Company had charged me renewal amount. Which has to be renewed in 2016. I have done several complains to customer care but nobody is accepting that I had already paid renewal amount in 2013. without paying service may not continue up to 2 years. Previous renewal structure is below: First Renewal 2007 Secont reneal 2010 third renewal 2013 next renewal must be in 2016. Every one in customer care is saying that I had not paid renewal amount in 2013. How it is possible? my service is continued since last 2 years I am paying normal call billing. How Idea company can charge me in middle? For confirmation that I had paid renewal amount or not. I had discussed with Senior persons of Idea names are below. Mr Avinash ( Vaishali Ghaziabad are Incharge) His mobile No; [protected] Mr Rahul ( Idea showrrom, vaishali, ghaziabad Incharge) mobile no; [protected] Mr. Vikas Chaudhary ( backend support team IT) mobile no; [protected] Regarding this solution. asked him to provide me details of amount I had paid during 2013 year. but they are not providing this data since last one month. due to this my connection is disable since 15 th june 2015. I am unable to call or receive my customers call which is quite irritating/frustrating. Also loss in business. All these persons of IDEA company are not responding me properly. and also not providing me data so i can confirm them that i had paid renewal amount. Please help me on this concern asap.
