I have called Idea customer care for deactivation for " idea power flash messages " which risks unnecessary money deduction from account. ( had problem previously about 7-8 months ago while about 200 Rs. was deducted.) But they are just saying that " this can be done from your mobile with deactivation broadcast messages." but i had already done long ago but still sometimes i received same messages. And in last weeks number of messages have increased. I could not understand why this kind of messages are present even after DND activation. I really need to deactivate this service. My mobile no. [protected] i join bsnl to idea for coal rate benifit i rech rs. 24.00 and receive 60 day local phone @ Rs.0.30 per minit my rech is 22.7.15 is due i coll to custmar car for coal rate & request for Rs.24.00 Rech for 60 day but your man say company have no this plan .. the man say you can leav our idea compny but i not give this recharge plan..but sir i join idea for best ofar and sceem so please give me a my runig plan Rs.24 for 60day @0.30 per minit

      This is to inform you that I have been a customer of idea service form last 12 years approximately . I am a civil engineer by profession and running a school so that I have three different phone numbers from idea company. From last two months I been harassed by idea company becoz on one particular number[protected] . I achieved 3G service and I been never used it still they made a bill for internet around 4000/ rupee only for three or four days.. we been touched/called every possible customer care. You can check the record[protected] becoz they record every call. And with this they withdraw the service of this number and the prime number[protected] they are halting service they kept on calling form three numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] we been harassed. Please consider our complaint and do appropriate action. And Please start my number[protected] as soon as possible.

        sir in the month of jun 15 dialer tune activated. in same month I have requested for deactivation of dialer tone in 198 but still in next month rs 30 deducted from my idea no. [protected]. when I enquired about this to 198 they are not giving correct response its very humiliating for me to call 198 again and again . please resolve this issue.

          Have had my idea sim for nearly 4 years. Have not been in India for 3 months and when I went to top up my phone using world remit I found out my sim has been disabled. I think idea might at least have sent me a text warning me that my number was going to be disabled after all, they managed to send me countless texts for offers and information that is no use to me. How can I get this number re registered as I want to keep the number but won't be in India until September?

            मेरा आईडिया नंबर [protected] हैं आज 21 जुलाई 2015 को दोपहर 01:35P.M को मेरे मेन Balance में से 33 रूपये काट लिए गये जब मैने ईस काटे गये balance के बारे मे 198 पर आईडिया के अधिकारी से बात की तो उसने कहा आप आईडिया कंपनी बेसक छोड़ सकते हैं पंरतु आपका काटा गया पैसा किसी भी कीमत पर वापस नहीं किया जायेगा इसलिए मै अपना व् अपने सभी साथीयो का आईडिया नंबर दूसरी किसी कंपनी मे पोर्ट करवाने क़े लिए अग्रसर रहूँगा सभी देश वासियो से अपील करता हूँ इस कंपनी का नंबर दूसरी किसी ईमानदार कंपनी में पोर्ट करवाये क्योकि जो आज मेरे साथ हुआ हैं वो कल आपके साथ भी हो सकता हैं

Total Rs 30 got deducted in 2 days, so better send my money back to my Main account else I need to take some serious action against your company and I will complain in Consumer court.                 There s excessive network problem .in katra sher Singh . either your company fix it. By booster or we will port to Bsnl. We have total 14 idea numbers. Complaint by.                   IDEA Cellular - Aditya Birla's cheater company, has raised our monthly rental and data pack charges without taking us in confidence or giving any alternative options. We have raised our complaint to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com couples of time and reminder as well, and also draw an attention of Appellate authority of Gujarat. Non-responsive nature of Appellate - Idea Gujarat, we forward it to the Grievance - IDEA Gujarat and realized that there is no Grievance OR Nodal Officer exist in IDEA company. We are fed-up by this cheater(IDEA) company, and refused our number portability application as well. We sincerely request you to enforce strict disciplinary action against this fraudulent behaviour and enforce company to refund the additional amount they have collected by raising monthly rental & additional data charges from our below two numbers.                     hello sir . Hi, I am the Idea Post Paid customer bill plan 299 rental cug . I was happy about this service. But now i am really very disappointed. because of the discrepancies in the postpaid bill for the period 08/06/2015 to 08/07-2015. I am charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges. This month i got charge of Rs.275. I have no intension to send such messages which would costing me Rs.275 I called the customer care regarding the same. Even your executives dont have any idea regarding those charges. I havent sent any sms from my side and I Havent done any activations from my side. Hence i am expecting the necessary amount or waver has to be given or reverse in my bill as will paid remaining amount . My mobile number is [protected] I called up customer care many times with no joy. Customer service was not at all co-operative. Hence as i have never sent such messages for which i am getting charged. Please look after this issue. Quick reply or action is expected. Hoping for your best support.o i did not PAID 1 months bill because of this reason, now my number is cut off by idea i am a regular user of idea now i lost my number due to this SMS MT reason, I complaint to IDEA office they say that this amount is shows as SMS MT amount I did not use any SMS MT functionality in my phone, now I lost my mobile no [protected], call me [protected]

                        i wanted to shift by portability from airtel prepaid to idea postpaid(chartered accountant offer)..i posted all my proofs to the person named bhaskar who is in hyderabad..because he is the person concerned on june 1st.. i kept reminding him regarding this to send the sim and activate it several times and finally he sent sim on 1st july.. i called him and told him i recieved the sim and he asked me to send port message from my mobile and send him the details..i did what he said... and i dont know whats wrong with him...my sim got activated today on 21st of july
                        ly...for activating a sim i really dont know how it takes almost 2 months...for new customers only if this is the service..i dont know..i want to shift back to my airtel..as per this idea ppl they said i cant contact my near by idea centre i need to approach only by them... now they are asking me to pay 375 rs for just 9 days...which i need to pay for a month...why should i bare when its all their fault

                            Hi there, This is to inform you that I activated Rate cutter plan of 27rs on 15/07/15 over IVR while activating the plan on IVR it said press 1to activate the plan I followed the same. after pressing 1 I didn't get any confirmation it that usually get like your plan has been activated. so I disconnected the call. after five minutes I got two message for the same plan. here it is... Special recharge activated, Debited Rs. -27.00 PRP: Local 25p/30sec expiry12/08/2015 I got twice above Special recharge message. they have charged me twice. I called c/ service thought they will help me and refund my 27 rs. in spite of refunding they were arguing me. they were saying that you have pressed twice I made them understand why would I activate same service and I know I need to press 1 once why would I press twice. I want my 27rs back in my account because it was not my fault. kindly resolve the issue and refund me the same. Regards

                              Dear Sir / Madam, My self Vikram, ​On 19th July 2015 (Sunday) around 9​:30 am, i have called to Customer care (12345) for Dialer tone change on my name (Dialer Tone: Thanks for Calling Vikram). and She (Customer Care Executive) said " Sir Am taking the request for Dialer tone change, please hold on the line and she kept the call on mute. then call got disconnected. After 2 minutes, again i have called to customer care and i have asked the status of Dialer tone change request and He said (Customer Care executive) said, "Sir request has been not taken". I said Please take the request for Dialer tone change on my name (Dialer Tone: Thanks for Calling Vikram). and i have confirmed that dialer tone details (What will come). The problem is, after disconnecting the call, i have received 2 SMS stating that, "Dear Customer, your request for Vas Activation on Mob.No. [protected] has been processed successfully through Communication Id C1-[protected]" and second one is "Dear Customer, your request for Vas Activation on Mob.No. [protected] has been processed successfully through Communication Id C1-[protected]" But i have given the request only once. Moreover, The dialer tone which is activated is wrong. its coming like "Thanks for calling Vikram Nti Matti" My contact no:[protected]Postpaid) Then i got the mail today, asking that deactivate the Dialer tone and activate again & they given some long procedure for activation and the charges is for activating the dialer tone is Monthly rental 30/- & Song recording: Rs 15/recording & Browsing charges: 50 paisa/min and am trying to reach Nodel Officer of the Hyderabd, which is details mentioned in Idea Website, Officer Name – Pallavi Pawar Idea Cellular Limited, 3rd Floor, K.L.K. Estate, Fateh Maidan Road, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad Contact No – +91 [protected] Email – grievance.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com Contact No is not connecting and Mail is "Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists"

                                Dear Sir, I have purchased Idea 3G Netsetter Smart Wi fi dongle by submitting a photo copy of the Kerala Election Id card No.WRS0778118 as an Addresss proof with one colour passport size photo from 916 Mobile Shop, Near Roja Textile, Market Road, Kulavikonam, Nedumangad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, vide Cash Invoice No. 1036 on 14.07.2015. I have given an Idea 3G Netsetter dongle with Mobile pouch, carrying Mobile No. [protected]. SIM No. is[protected]. I was told the SIM will be activated after 24 Hrs. You will get a call from customer care for verification. I have neither received the call nor any SMS activating the SIM. I called the Mobile shoppee number of times and enquired but in vain. It is almost a week is over since I purchased Idea 3G Netsetter now, my SIM card is not activated and am embarassed by questioning my address proof. I am a Central Govt Officer. I am casting my vote during Kerala elections. My residential and address details were checked and verified by Kerala Election officials and issued me a voter Id card. The above cited address proof which I have given with my application form is not sufficient for a Central Government officer to get an Idea 3G Netsetter. I do not understand the criteria adopted by Idea office, located in Nedumangad to provide Idea mobile to the people. To be little me and humiliate me further, My Idea mobile No. [protected] has been deactivated by Idea. I am very much frustrated by the callous and unfriendly attitude of the Idea office located in Nedumangad and would like to surrender my Idea 3GNetsetter dongle and the SIM card of my mobile No. [protected]. I would very much appreciate if the higher officials of the Idea may kindly look into the matter and please advise their branch office located in Nedumangad to refund the amount collected from me for 3G Netsetter dongle and the amount of the SIM card of the idea Mobile No.[protected] with available talk time balance in cash. I wish I had not applied for Idea mobile phone and Idea 3G Netsetter dongle to suffer such humilation and embarrassment.                                 The idea No. [protected] is still inactive, which to be used in the Netsetter dongle. Nor there is any intimation regarding activating the said No. Could you suitably advise the customer care please. The matter is not being properly handled till now.

Idea have offer me a plan of 178 rs 1gb 3G when I have activated that plan on calling 121 they have activated some other plan which is not discussed at that call.. Now they are saying that I have chosen that plan n deduction is correct.. I have all call recording what plan they have said n wht there executive feedback regarding this...

                                  Its from 18 July today is 21 July... From 18my internet on this cell number is closed.. N if i recharge on this for net pack my complain will be disclosed this information is given to me...
                                  The problem is not still solved... From Idea the call has come n they have given 48 Hrs time for prblm solving... Now its 49 hrs i have not received call and no any other refrence from Idea...
                                  Yesterday I have call them on 198 regarding there call has not come yet after 50 hrs also.. So there costumer executive said that the benefits will b credited to u till mid ngt 12 AM.. Its morning 9:30 the benefits is not yet given... They are making just a joke and saying any thing to delay the time... A very bad response from IDEA
                                  now i have call on 198 n again they have asked for 24 hrs or 48 hrs will be required for solution... Last ngt they said till 12 AM n now again 48 hrs... Where r u replying me on consumer comments... See ur services

                                    I would like to highlight how dis-satisfactory Idea services are... First when I went to submit request to convert my connection from post paid to prepaid.. executive was not at all cooprative... in Kurla east his name was Chandan, he was behaving like i am taking any personnel favor from him.. Second As per information given by your post paid customer care executive .. it has been migrated to prepaid and speak to prepaid customer care ... when spoke to prepaid customer care they do not have any information about it ... its very surprising that no one has any accountability... they are just playing like football... i feel like i made blunder by taking idea connection..

                                      Sir they have given me one offer when I have activated that offer they have activated other pack which is not discussed in any place...
