Respected Sir/Madam, Please help me to reverse/return the Payment of Rs. 9500 made by mistake to IDEA Cellular Ltd. Actually I was making the payment through SBI Net banking, in my SBI netbanking profile, Idea Cellular and SBI Credit Card was enrolled as Biller. I was making the SBI Credit Card Payment. But by mistake auto clicked on IDEA. So payment of Rs. 9500/- has been made to IDEA. The Transaction details are as under:- IDEA Postpaid No. [protected] Biller Name: Idea Cellular Reference No. IB21959552 Biller No. IDEACELLULAR Biller Transaction Ref.[protected] Bill Amount- 9, 500.00 Payment Date: 20-Feb-2015 from SBI A/c No. [protected] Branch:- RAIL BHAWAN, New Delhi. Please fix the responsibility on their account also, and get reverted my money along with the interest of total 10 months. As you see above, I have given full details many times to IDEA customer service associate, but nothing happened. Now I'm feeling harassed by the company due to non response of IDEA received any amount as many time said by IDEA on calls & emails. I'm trying to get refund my money since February 2015. I had received a call from IDEA Customer Service through this number [protected] at 6:06 PM yesterday i.e. 10.01.2016 stating that my excess payment of Rs.9, 500/- has been transferred yesterday.
After disconnecting that call I checked my State Bank of India Account No.[protected],
IFSC Code SBIN0003771,
Branch Rail Bhawan, New Delhi,
But shocked to see that no any payment has been transferred in my account.
Please re-examine the transaction and please transfer the amount in my account.

    Hello, My Idea No. is [protected] My name is Prakash Gangani. I am writing this mail to file a complaint about "No Coverage" at my home and office. I have ported my number from BSNL to Idea because i believed that Idea provides better coverage than Vodafone, But Idea Cellular is worst than BSNL. I am not getting signal at my home and office too. I NEVER HAD A SIGNAL PROBLEM UNTIL I PORTED INTO IDEA. MOST OF MY INCOMING CALLS ARE NOW UNREACHABLE WHICH IS HUGE BUSINESS LOSS. IN SPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS TO SENIOR EXECUTIVES, IT HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. I want a solution for this. My home and office are at the prime locations of our area but i am not getting a single signal bar. This is the worst cellular company Ive ever seen.     I called 198. Your executive said my complaint is closed. What i need to know is, IF my issue is not resolved how can you close my complaint? Tell me what resolution was provided before closing complaint? I have not received any input from Idea about my complaint ever since i registered complaint to your office, call center, om your email and 198.

      On 2/1/2016 I submitted application to change my postpaid account to prepaid account of mob no [protected]. My postpaid bill and security of rs 200/- total Rs 360/- was got deposited. All required documents submitted. But on 4/1/2016 at about 3p.m. my postpaid services were deactivated without activation of prepaid services. I requested customer care two times on that day to either activate my postpaid services or activate my prepaid services. But my request was declined. i was told that your prepaid service will be active at 4.38 pm.on 5/1/2016. But on 5/1/2016 service was not activated at 4.40 pm. On contacting customer care he showed his inability about when my services will be made active. It was only after intervention of incharge pb circle that my prepaid service was made active at 6 pm. on 5/1/2016. I was without service of my idea mobile from 4/1/2016 3 pm. to 6 pm.5/1/2016. I was not informed at any stage that your postpaid service will be made deactive without activation o prepaid service.

          I have been using idea network from past 6 years. But in recent times while browsing internet, I accidentally clicked on ads by which an amount of 90 rs is being debited from my number([protected]). I raised a complaint against this through customer care. They said it is deactivated but still last month the money is being debited. I called again and asked them to deactivate. But now again this month also the amount has been debited. This is very unlawful. Please provide some justification for this.

          Yes the charges are correct but my concern is though I asked the customer care executive to deactivate the service on 6/1/2016, he said that there is no service is activated but the next day i.e. on 7/1/2016 again 35 rs has been deducted for some VAS renewal. Why did the executive tell me that there is no service activated? Kindly check the call records and give me justification for the wrong information I received from Idea executive.

                  I was the owner of number [protected](corporate plan for Tata technologies limited, Pune). In month of Oct 2015 i have closed this number . after bill cycle i received the bill amount of 242, which i have paid to one of the idea store located in UJJAIN, (Arvind Traders, 22 Kamala nehru marg, Freeganj, Ujjain M.P) on 13/11/2015 against the receipt number 3147


                  as i was travelling so found suitable to pay at this idea store.

                  But still i am receiving messages from idea saying" your idea mobile BA[protected] due amount 242. request you to make the payment to avoid legal action."


                  Though the payment has been done, why it has not been updated in system still???


                  For further details i contacted on a number received in the same message.
                  The person is asking me to get the contact details of the store in order to verify the same. on the payment slip there is no contact number mentioned.

                  this is the way idea is providing their services, this is not the only issue i am facing. i have been chasing idea from past 4 months for the many other reson like:
                  NMNP(for 2 number), Postpaid to prepaid Sim card non availability at the store, issues which Disconnection of the existing number.

                      Hi, I am facing issue with 3G net speed with idea, every other second i loose my network, I can't send instant messages, webpage keep buffering with no result except displaying no internet connection. Even on whats app I can see the connection but messages are not getting delivered, in fact I must say it is worst than the 2g network of any other operator. Initially I assumed it is area specific issues, but it is same everywhere, even facing call drop issues. For last couple of months I have been trying contacting Idea customer care by all mean via email, via phone, but every time after so many follow ups i got one call saying change the setting as described by the technician over the phone, I did and to my surprise my problem was not solved and next day i got an email saying your issue has been resolved, hence closing this complaint.. Did any one call me back asking if my issue has been solved? how can they assume that it has been resolved and had close the complaint... Again I reverted back saying problem still persist, but no response now.. I just wanted to make aware other consumer not to trust this brand blindly.. its a bitter experience with this company...they have very poor customer service... and getting in touch with their customer service team is again a big big headache, I had almost spend 30 min on hold to get their technical dept on call, and in between call dropped... damn frustrating experience.

                          My 3G data pack is not working from last 12 hours. Raised comp[aint but did not received any message for service number. Rather received a text saying your service is closed. I am using Idea from 2007 but recently I am experiencing very bad services in terms of everything. As of now would appreciate if someone wud troubleshoot and fix data pack for my mobile [protected]. Thanks.

                            I would like to bring your kind notice that, Idea cellular has activated VAS services every month without any prior notice. Though I have not made any request for VAS services (Idea Video Store or Glam BOX) in November/December month, But it was billed in both month invoices. Please find the details given below. Invoice number: [protected] - 01-Dec-2015 31-Dec-2015 Glam Box 29th to 13 dec 45:00 Invoice number:[protected] - 01-Nov-2015 30-Nov-2015 Idea Video Store 15-Dec[protected]Dec-2015 35.00 (For this i have not received any SMS) Idea Video Store 22-Dec[protected]Dec-2015 35.00 (For this i have not received any SMS) Idea Video Store 29-Dec[protected]Jan-2016 35.00 (I have requested to revert as soon as I saw SMS message) I have received a SMS stating activation of above services. I have made immediate complaint to Idea customer care 12345. Idea executive assured me of deactivation of services. But later my complaint was closed without proper information.                               Hello Sir/Madam, I applied for NEW IDEA BROADBAND CONNECTION a month ago (26/11/2015). A client with name KISHOR ([protected]/[protected]) contacted me from idea. I gave him documents and 6840/- INR for new connection. I have a RECEIPT with CAF Serial Number [protected]. I have complaint against this client, even after one week, I didn't get any message/email from idea regarding new connection nor this person contacted me for providing further details. Now when I am trying to call him, his mobile is either getting busy or switched off. Neither had he called me back nor he is answering my calls. I am taking legal action against Idea cellular limited. because idea is fraud company cheating innocent people with the help of their employees. Now I have face loss in a business because of Idea. I am a freelancer working in BPO sector internet connection is vital for me to work. Neither got internet connection nor got my money. Idea is cheater and Fraud Company should be banned in India to save lots of innocent people.

                              It’s not a matter of network connectivity issue. It’s a matter of cheating and fraud by Idea cellular limited. I have paid 6840/- INR for new connection. I have complaint against this client, even after one week, I didn't get any message/email from idea regarding new connection nor this person contacted me for providing further details. Now when I am trying to call him, his mobile is either getting busy or switched off. Neither he called me back nor he is answering my calls. I could also see other complaints submitted against same client. So I request you to please help me on this by REFUNDING PAID AMOUNT before I proceed further for legal action.                                     I re-charged my internet plan of Rs298 for 30 days on 28/15/2015 through an retailer.I received Activation message but money was still deducted from main balance .On calling customer care, their representative told me that the scheme activated is applicable only to Blackberry mobiles which was not mentioned on the message that the retailer received while checking for the schemes that were applicable to my number at that time . Customer Care registered my complaint with ref. no 1-[protected] but later rejected it by stating the same reason . I am not using Blackberry handset and neither i changed my handset after the recharge was done . Attaching the screen shots for the message that retailer received while inquiring about the scheme applicable to my number which clearly shows that nothing was mentioned related to handset . Also attaching the screen shot for the activation message received from Idea Cellular .

                                        DEAR SIR/MADAM Im using Idea postpaid connection plan since 1year. +91 ([protected]) last month they charged extra from mine nos: [protected] without mine concern they deactivated from system 2g net (unlimited) plan 15 - 20 what ever we surf internet on iphone we are forced paid data plan usage 20 (after 20days) we got call from front-back office call centre (she told on phone sorry for inconvenience we deactived from our system without your concern now you want to be re-active that same plan 2g service) how irresponsible calling and irritating and making hypertensive twards us now we paid Rs. 798 (total amount Rs. 834.34) usually we get below rs 400 to 500 not above these time we are unsatisfied from Idea Cellular Postpaid plan already we taken 5 Nos: all nos we are porting other network soon. plz call me if you want to be confirmation or more details contact mine nosS alternative :[protected]
