Respected Sir/Madam,
Please help me to reverse/return the Payment of Rs. 9500 made by mistake to IDEA Cellular Ltd. Actually I was making the payment through SBI Net banking, in my SBI netbanking profile, Idea Cellular and SBI Credit Card was enrolled as Biller. I was making the SBI Credit Card Payment. But by mistake auto clicked on IDEA. So payment of Rs. 9500/- has been made to IDEA. The Transaction details are as under:-

If customer fails to pay the bill on time, then Company charge penalty to the customer. But the company (IDEA) fails to refund my big amount Rs.9500 (now Rs.7891 rest adjusted in 10 months bills) for last 10 months, then what is penalty from company's side to the customer (me).
Please fix the responsibility on their account also, and get reverted my money along with the interest of total 10 months.
As you see above, I have given full details many times to IDEA customer service associate, but nothing happened.
Now I'm feeling harassed by the company due to non response of IDEA received any amount as many time said by IDEA on calls & emails. I'm trying to get refund my money since February 2015. Therefore, I I'm writing to you.
I pray to your to please do the needful earliest.
