[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — deducting money with out switched on the mobile data.

Will you explain why does i got charged with 0.04 inr on 0 mb data i used? I didn't even switched on the mobile data.

Why am i getting a message of a rs 0.04 deduction in a idea sim due to internet usage even though i have wifi connectivity?

I am not using idea mobile network for internet access. Still i am getting charged.

Please fix the issue and give my money back.

Hi,

I had two postpaid Idea numbers: [protected] and[protected] under the name of Ruben Sharma.
It has been 4 months since I have closed the numbers but I have not received my security deposit amount back.
