I would like to inform to all the customers via this forum that I am sick and tired of convincing Idea cellular that I am having an Internet connection issue. I have lodged 3 different complaints for the same and every time, I get a foolish answer that please contact your nearest Idea showroom and when I reach the showroom, they again route me back to Idea customer care (call center). I always get an "E" status bar on my screen when I have taken a "3G" plan.
Complain 1 - Idea cellular first registered a complaint, nevertheless they came back to me in a week and said that we have made few changes (I don't know what) neither did they bother to explain me what did they do in 1 week, and confirmed that there wont be any more issues.
Complaint 2 - The issues still continued, it never stopped. Hence, I called up their so called Call Center filled up with all donkeys who work there, yes I think they hire only if the person is as dumb as a donkey.. So this time they said everything if fine from our end, so you please go to an Idea Showroom and get your sim-card changed. I did the same and assumed that now the issue will be closed.
Complaint 3 - Well the issue still didn't close, and now Idea cellular say that there must be some issue with your phone. So I took my iPhone 5S to the UNICORN iPhone service center. Informed them about the issue, after 2 days, Idea returned me the iPhone saying that there is no issue with the iPhone. So now when I get back to Idea Customer Care, they say that give us your office address?? When I asked for what?? They didn't have a reasoning for the same. Yesterday i.e. February 16, 2015 they closed the Idea Internet issue ticket without providing me with a resolution.
So to wrap up, Idea sucks big time and they are least bothered with you as a customer. I am now stuck since I have opted for the corporate plan, this is what Idea cares for those customers with corporate plans.
