As we are using a corporate account from last 3 years in name of m/s jai durga properties, near pnb, landran kharar road, mohali (Pb.)- 140307 of idea cellular ltd. In which we are using three mobile numbers i.E

Out of which the monthly idea bill plan of +[protected] is rs. 999/- (Rupees nine hundred ninety nine only). And on 22.04.2016 i gave a request to change this monthly plan from rs. 999/- (Rupees nine hundred ninety nine only) to rs. 125/- (Rupees one twenty five only).
I gave this request on a letter head of m/s jai durga properties along with the stamp and authorized signatory of the firm to mrs. Sonu and mrs. Gurjit at phase 7, sas nagar, mohali (Pb.).
But on[protected] when i confirmed from customer care about the idea plan of +[protected], they told me that they had not receive any request for the change of monthly bill plan and the plan continue to be of rs. 999/- (Rupees nine hundred ninety nine only).
On the next day when i visited i.E on 05.05.2016 to the idea office at phase 7, sas nagar, mohali and asked mrs. Sonu and mrs gurjit about my request, they didnt have any answer. They didnt even know where my documents are placed on and they started complaining each other but after searching for half an hour they found it in mrs. Sonu's diary and then she said by mistake she forgot to forward this request to the next level. And then they told me to come on next billing date i.E 23.05.2016 to change the idea plan and they give me back my letterhead. When i ask them that i will post a complaint against you they didnt give me their official contact numbers and didnt give me anything in writing that for which reason they didnt forwaded my request and they also didnt inform me anything.
As if there are cctv cameras in the office, the company can easily get proof from there that i gave request on 22.04.2016, and on 05.05.2016 they give me back my letterhead which got found from mrs. Sonu's diary and from my call record you can also get proof that they didnt inform me anything.
So due to this very poor, negligence, and frustated service i want to request the idea cellular ltd. To take some strict actions against these two employees named mrs. Sonu and mrs gurjit. And please change my monthly idea bill plan of +[protected] from rs. 999/- to rs 125/- from 22.04.2016.

i always receives the bill upto 300. but this time it is increased to 505/- which is extra 200/-
