Please sir help us & give information and sagetions [protected]. Sir hamne idea ki 10 sim li thi. Jisme se 07 sim hi hamne chalu ki or jo plan bataya gaya uske anusar bill kuch mahine hi aaya. Lekin bataye gaye plan ke anusar jab bill nahi aaya tab hamne sim badalne ya port karne ka aavedan kiya lekin phir bhi koi sunwai bhi nahi huyi. Phir idea dwara jo sim use bhi nahi ki uska bhi jayada bill bhi aa gaya. Kul milakar sim jo hamne li unka bill bahot jayada yani 225/- ki jagah 500/- ya usse bhi jayada bill aane laga. Aap ke adikariyo dwara ye kaha gaya ki bill to bharna hi padega. Ant me ji simo ka bill jama tha un simo ko bhi aapke dawara band kar diya gaya jo ki anuchit he.

[may 17, 2016] idea cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I want to put forward my complaint with idea cellular ltd.

I recharged with rs 156 and got 1 gb 3g data. As i talked with the customer care executive of idea about full talktime, i was said that its rs 75. I recharged with rs 75 again. And lo, i lost my 1 gb 3g data and got 300 mb 2g data with rs. 75 recharge.

I said this to idea as a company, they have given me money recharge of rs 156 but what i want is my 1 gb 3g data back!!

It was all due to the mistake of the executive of idea and thus i require my benefit back, not the money recharge!!

I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated from web for my no. [protected]. For this it took 150rs charge. I haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used so please deactivate and refund my valuable money. Waiting for your prompt reply...

I have recieved a service call from idea that giving me one offer regarding gprs plan. Previously i was using 199 2g plan they offer me 154 2g plan in 104rs for 3 months and there is no any other charge but every month they are charging 154rs and now they charge pro ration of rs 1113.00.
He already said to me there is no any extra charge will be but how can they charge.

Dear sir, i have made the full and final payment towards my outstanding bill for number [protected] on april 6, 2016 and applied for idea store for surrender of number. However, after my bill was collected, the idea store representative advised me that i have to drop an email at [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com for registering my disconnection request which was done on same day. I also received a confirmation email from the telecom operator with reference number e1-[protected]. However the telecom operator to my surprise, drops me emails for payment reminders continuously and even after providing them ample evidences (Payment receipt, email copy, reference ids) they continue to ignore and harass me.

A person call from [protected] this number told me that i won lottry about 25 lacks & give me a number ([protected]) to call & said a digit (342) to tell state bank officer sardar sing.
He also said that he call from delhi (But call from a pakistan's number).
He call me 2nd time and said same tings.
He said me call that number tomorrow (17/5/2016) within 9 am

I purchased [protected] postpaid on 25th april 2016. Then 2nd may 2016, i closed this connection. According to customer care it was permanently close on 4th may 2016. So this number was in use for only 1 week 3 days.

So i hardly used this connection for only one week of time. This was their reply - "we would like to inform you that your bill plan “hr_ns_10gb 4g\3gfup_retail996” of rs.996/- has been calculated on non pro rata and the usages charges are correctly charged."

14th may 2016, i got my idea bill of rs. 890.42.In this rs. 890 i already paid rs. 250 as security deposit. So total bill is rs. 1140.42.

Now my issue is this, i used [protected] data service for only 1 week and now i got this bill for complete month. This is not fair. I cant pay for service which i did not use.

Even my billing cycle is not completing 1 month (25th apr - 14th may = 21 days) then how i am getting this much bill. Please stop fooling with customers.

If that was the case i would have used my full data, but technical person who visited my house said that don't use this number if you want to disconnect.

I did porcedure for portability from vodafone to idea on 7th may 2016.
Miss poonam from idea has called me from number is [protected] ..
and she sent me executive at my home named manish dabhi for document and i have given document and 500 rs to him as he asked for charge ..
i have post paid of vodafone and i will proceed for idea post paid ..
so it was wrongly collected money from me .
i have called many times from 14th may to [protected] number but now today this number not pick up my phone and i am waiting for executive to come as they have given me time to meet 12 :30 pm but no one come..

I lost my cell phone in Nashik on May 1, 2016. On May 2, 2016, I visited IDea Gallery at Dombivali Nex – Gen Ideal Gallary near fish market at Dombivali West. They issued sim card confirming that sim will be activated in 2 hours time. I also provided by alternate no. to them to update.

On May 3, 2016 my sim was not activated so called customer care at[protected], customer care rep said that they have received the papers, but due to some technical problem not activated the sim. And I have to lodge a complaint for the same and he did the same for me. Complaint No. is C1-[protected]. I recd message the my sim will be activate on May 5, 2016.

On May 5, 2016 I received a call from Ideal Customer Care saying I have to pay my bill and in 1 hours my sim will get activated. At 1:32 pm I cleared my bill. My phone was not activated so I called customer care May 6, 2016 they said that I have switch off the phone, remove the sim, insert it again and on the phone, I did the same twice but no luck.

May 6, 2016 I called customer care after verification he said please provide me 20 digit number on the sim for verification, I said sim is in my phone since dual sim phone and in your records it should be noted. He said then disconnect the call, check the number and call again and provide the number. And he disconnected the number.

I received a message that My sim will be activated by May 9, 2016.

On May 13, 2016, I received a call saying bill is pending and I have to clear its, since bill was on May 12, 2016, to avoid I cleared the bill generated on May 12, 2016. No sim was activated

On May 14, My office boy visited Idea Gallery and told the problem, they said they cant verify the number and as alternate number was not updated. I requested them to please do so and they assured the same and said services will be active in 2 hours.

on May 14, again I called customer care as services was not activated. they said sir please visit any gallary and ask whats the problem.

On May 15, I personally visited the gallary, he asked me for my ID proof, I submitted driving license and he filled the form. and I requested him to change my alternate number, he said ok will do. He assured that Phone will be activated by 4 hours.

on May 16, i called customer care they said that fresh sim exchange request has been taken. I said why and she said be sure sir, your sim will be activated from May 18, 2016

I dont understand that for payments they can call on alternate number, why for verification they cant call on alternate number.

Why i have been moved to Gallery very time, i have visited more than 4 times and called customer care more than 6 times.

I have using idea last 4 year. But i have seen last 6 month idea will charge me extra amount those services i am not activated.
In months may idea send me rs2150 bill this bill will charge me wrong way because
[protected] no used in normal nokia handset this handset do not have internet facility. Then idea how can apply me charges.

Kindly requested to u resolve my problem for given me wrong bill & given me right bill, otherwise i am not pay this bill.

Ideas latest technology data system is only activating VAS Services while browsing without any customer confirmation and there is no option for deactivating VAS, if we delete the VAS through idea app within a minute, even full monthly charge will be charged my bill
Ask customers care (bore) person no answer keep silent...useless cheating people new way...

I have ported to idea and my previous SIM got terminated and when I am trying to use the idea sim its not working.on .calling customer care I came to know that the sim issued to me is not the correct one.today is Sunday and I am also not ABLE to locate any store nearby me.how reckless service they are providing.I am left with no connection. I want idea to issue me the correct sim today at my doorstep.

Dear sir I am Rahul singh using idea prepaid sim from last Six years from last few days my balance deducted from my account randomly . When I contacted to customer care they said that I have made isd call but I don't have any isd contact. It's very humiliating for me and I am going to port this number.

Plz help me or I will take legal action.

Idea has sent Email stating at i have pay RS 465/- within 2 days else i will be sent a Legal notice.
Mail does not have any information about the bill.It Just says

"As per agreed terms and conditions of Customer Service Agreement duly signed by you, we have provided cellular services towards your Account No.[protected]

As per the agreement signed, you have agreed to pay your monthly bills on or before due date of bills raised and if in case of Non Payment therein you will be charged Late Payment and Interest charges as applicable.

However, you have failed to keep your commitments and not paid the billed amounts on time which has lead to outstanding of Rs.465 /-Towards your a/c."

I used Idea four years ago and i have cleared all the balances with them.
If i have not cleared they should provide the specific details.

Res. Sir,
I use regular Idea 3G internet Dongle before 4 year . In the current year, last three month's internet bill is too much means above Rs. 1500. In the month of April 16 my three day internet bill is Rs. 1706 which is amazing. I also use cybercafé but never bill higher in three day even I surfing min 3 hours. I also use Vodafone internet in mobile as well as my laptop even though my bill is not gone above Rs. 1000 thousand. When I talk to idea customer care and said this matter, officer said u use 330 MB but I never get this type of reply in -past & my internet speed also reduced to 40 kbps. Than I check the speed which is below 25 kbps. I assume that idea implement Net Neutrality otherwise how can it possible for the same.
