Hi i am abhilash from delhi. I was using idea no.[protected] for many years now before i shifted to jaipur professionally.
I was still paying bills but one day i chwcked that my above no. Has been suddenly disconnected by idea. When i contacted visited the store they misguided saying that number is ported & not available with idea. Plz request you to help me get back my number as i have never given any documents for port of above no.
I am mentally harassed by idea & also suffered business loss due to this.
Need ur urgent help.

Informing you that i am using idea sim contact no. [protected] & [protected]. Currently i am in italy, reached italy on 3rd may 2016 and will stay for three months for official projects... Before coming i had confirmed from customer care that my international roaming services has been activated and there will be no charge for that instead there will be charge of incoming, outgoing and data usage...

After reaching to italy... Immediate on second day i. E. On 4th may i had purchased local sim of vodafone and using for isd calls and internet data...

I am having wi-fi service in my hotel too so never used the idea services in italy for incoming, outgoing and even for internet data...


Suddenly i got the sms from idea that my credit limit is exceeded by 9800 inr and my services has been barred on both the contact nos.

I had send a complaint to idea customer care 4~5 times through mail but didn't get support and as per idea i have to pay amount of 9000 rs. Then my services will be restored.

My family is in india and was using sim [protected]. Now as the services had been barred. I am not able to contact my family...

My family is suffering to unable to contact me.

Requesting you to please look into this issue... I will not pay the amount until i will get the clear clarification. There must be something wrong with my bill... I cant see my bill break up...

To top up my prepaid mobile, i opted an internet banking for rs 250/- on 30 apr 2016 and the amount has been debited from the account on 01 may 2016. Since the same has not been found credited to my phone account, i contacted the idea customer care. It has been confirmed to me that the same has happened due to some technical issues and will be credited with in 24 hours. I contacted the idea customer care again and they informed that the amount will be recredited to my bank account within 7 working days. Since the same has not been happened, i further contacted them and they informed the amount will be recredited to the bank within 1 hour. Neither the same happened nor i got a prepaid balance. Further when i contacted the customer care on 20 may 2016, they informed that the amount has been deducted for the internet charges, which i never asked them to provide. As far as i am concerned, it is purely cheating a customer from providing certain facilities which he asked for rather than charging him for the facilities which he never asked for.

I am idea postpaid customer for more than 3 years now but after making 3 days ago i am facing wired issue with idea network whenever i get call it shows me unknown number and i can't connect to 3g nor even 2g even when all settings are correct...

For this issue i have called twice and cc told me they are not able to solve from there end and will forward my number to concern department and within 24 hours.. Just after my call i have received email and it says case if closed ref. No. C1-[protected].. So i have contacted cc today again and same answer again (Like auto answering machine) this time i have conversation with senior person and he assured me i will get some communication id to track my issue 2 hours no single email or sms and he increased resolution time to another 24 hours in last my issue will be solved within 48 hours...

So conclusion is i need to wait for 3 days to solve one issue...

I have paid full money for my services and i have right to solve this issue asap... Can i get some attention here?

I have ported out from idea and paid extra money during settlement. One month have passed (Ported out on 18th april) and i am still waiting to receive money.
1) according to my idea (Chakkarpur, gurgaon), the cheque was sent on 02-may-16 and now there is no update on that request in their system.
2) also they can not help in any way. Request number: s1-[protected]
3) they gave their senior manager number. Its always busy or he doesnt picks call. Calling from 3-4 days.

After this experience, how can anyone recommend idea in future?

Hi,

I did my idea post paid bill payment through bill desk using my icici debit card. The payment at idea failed due to timeout after the amount has been deducted from the account.

Below is my mobile number on which i did the payment and the transaction details:

Transaction done for 1, 026.64 at 19/05/2016 09:43:13 am.

Moreover i called the customer care immediately, but the representative couldn't even understand the problem and told me to wait for few hours.

Gulmohar city extension apartment owners association has a corporate connection with 10 cug connections taken from idea cellular limited. The account no is[protected] in the name of raj kumar sharma, president, gulmohar city extension apartment owners association. Monthly bills are presently provided by you through paper mode. Due to non delivery of telephone bills the association is facing problem for the past two months in its timely clearance. As these are official numbers, payment cannot be made by getting sms only. We have to maintain official records for purposes of audit.In this regard we have also registered a complaint with your customer care department with communication id - c1-[protected] on 19.05.2016 at 10:50 am.In view of the above, we request you to dispatch copy of the bill on our official email id that is [protected]@gmail.com

I recharged with 71/- roaming pack applied to incoming free in roaming.
After recharging incoming calls also deduct balance from my balance.customer care also saying the charge for outgoing calls not for incoming calls.but i dint do any incoming calls at that time.

On date 12/5/2016 recharged with unlimited 2G pack with 28 days validity.
But in necessary 3G speed i recharge with a small pack with Rs 25/- 3 adys validity.

For that the first plan collapsed and when i am continue my browsing the 3G balance completed and in action my main balance also lost Rs 45/-.

when i am calling to customer care no give correct answer, also they cant get back my main balance.

The 2G unlimited plan also collapsed and my main balance lost Rs 45/-,
Roaming pack also not works, the customer service very lazy to give customer to service, they are cut my call in middle.

I have recharged my mobile no - [protected] on 15th may for rs. 295 and got 2 gb data to use. Just after a day a promotional offer added to my account of 80 mb free data from free-charge.

But now idea has taken all my data saying can not use them. So i have wasted 300 with them.

I need help to get back my money or data which they are not giving.

Kya hai yeh... or jo 198 pe recidve kiya mera call just at 5.31 am bol ra hai ki aapne khela hsi abbe jb banda so ra tha phn off tha toh khela tere baap ne kya...
Kya hai yeh reply tum logo ne customer ko bewakuf bna k rkha hua hai...

Please i request to everone please do not use IDEA no.
They will deduct your money anytime gor no reason.

I am seriously now fed up of idea's service. You guys randomly activate services when internet is used. This time hello tv99 got activated. Earlier also some service was activated and was charged. But since i complained about this after the bill got processed so i din't recieve refund. But this time i've asked customer care to deactivate the service instantly. If this time its going be there in my bill then i'll take some actions. I've got proof too. Also i'm going to port from idea cellurar to some other better network. I was doing some important work and in between i had to make call to customer care to get this service deactivated. Isn't it a torture?
Check with the screenshot attached which proves that i got my service deactivated instantly.

I called on 53111 for the contest. At start it said its a toll free no. After listening that question will be charged 2/per question. So i just cutted the call that time without attempting any quiz question. Then i got msg drom 53111 that 2 rs deduction. And they sent around 3- msgs. Then i called again on 5311 and played and attempt 3-ques only and cutted the call. They again sent me 2-msgs. Then i called on 121 and unsubscribed the contest. After this they again sent me the deduction msg. Then i called customer care on toll free and as well as on 12345. I had word with 3-diff person and three of them said they will not refund the deduction. I asked them to check the calles i made on 53111 and also check what msgs had been sent from 53111 to my no. They said only deduction details are here. They said clearly jahan jo krna hai kr lo refund ni hoga balance.
I want a process or system so that a customer can get refund instantly. These company are playing with customer trust and money also.

Main sangita d wayal, apki postpaid service sunke bahot khush thi... Apke executive ne plan bataya ek aur activate plan kuch alag hi tha... Eske bare main meri complaint hai... Plan mai jo bhi likha gaya tha uski img mai attach kar rahi hu... Usme muzhe 199 ka plan batatya gaya tha... Usme service charge 30 rs. 400 local minutes. 300 sms. 500 mb 2g internet... Aisa samjke mai internet ka use karne lagi... To mere plan mai 500 mb tha hi nahi... Main default service use karti rahi... Aur ye jab muzhe pata chala to maine net use karna chod diya..
Eske bareme main bilkul hi blank thi ki muze 500 mb diya hi nahi gaya... Ye toh apne executive ne fasaya... Ye bat customers care ne bhi muze clear nahi ki... Esiliya mera bill 1862 aagaya.
Toh plz meri bat samjke mera bill kam kardo... Main ek housewife hu... Aur main itna paisa manage bhi nahi kar sakti... Aur isme meri koi galti nahi thi... Galti jisne muzhe card diya uski aur apke customer care ki...
Plz bill amount kam kar do.
