4G network not available.4G network available but next minute 2G network connection this problem you launch date to facing. So i waste of 1GB 4G internet so, please add free 1GB 4G data again.now i check 4G network this same problem again .So, please resolved this problem and (this another Complaint this same number) 2G network available and 2G E symbol available but 2 points not available so very very very very slow internet. So I very sad.

    I am using mobile & used idea card for communication. [protected] my mobile no. on date 28.04.16 time 16.21 company send me massage to thanks for giving your consent you have been charged Rs. 3 for day. Dial any number and indulge in unlimited fun but i am not giving consent .
    I am calling to customer care and talk to Mr. Dhyaneshwer he said company sent you message at 16.01 but in my mobile no any message received on 16.01. said to pay back my amount but company person said ones company cut your amount not pay back.
    Idea company cut amount without my consent
    Please give me justest.

      I am having a post paid connection of idea cellular. Last month i had a heavy drop call and run of loss of 4 lac amount in business because of them. I called many times to customer care for which i had many drop calls. Sometime lucky enough to talk to them and i told my problem and told very clearly i wont pay for call drop service. But they dint pay nay heed and charged me with over charged bill including drop call service for evry second top of it where i cleared told them i wont pay they charging me a late fee. Every they torcher me with thier promtional sms and sms to pay the bill. I already had metal trauma and finacail loss and even i had some relations issue becuse of their drop call. Today idea executive called me and asking me when i will pay my bill for which i answered i wont pay and informed him that i am will go to consumer court he made fun of me and said good go to consumer court as if they know nothing is going to happen.
      I want my compensation for the loss finacial i made and trauma they gave me and baove all they making mckery of consumer court.

        Took a new Idea Connection after talking to Abhishek @ [protected] & [protected] two weeks back.

        Promised to give me [protected] as number which he later refused and offered [protected].As I had no option left I accepted the other number for which Verification was supposed to happen.

        Didnt get anyone to verify my details and received a sms that my verification was not successful. From the time I got this message Abhishek is not picking up my call.

        Need to register it as a fraud on account of Abhishek and need to know what actions will be taken against him

        The resolution given by customer care is simple . Sir we apologize please visit our branch submit address proof and it will be taken care of.

        Please help me with someone higher than you in Idea as this is the most stupid resolution I can hear from anyone.

        1. Why do I visit store for a verification that was supposed to be done at my home and has not been done yet.
        2. Why is no action taken against sales rep who mis guided me and he is set free to fraud other IDEA customers in future.
        3. Why was no verification done and it was marked as negatively closed for my address.

        Hoping for better reply than copy paste or else I would need to take it above.

            I have been using idea postpaid number [protected] since two years. My data usage exceeded by 2.25 Gb in my last billing cycle for which I have been charged 2375 Rs. When I call helpline or visit idea office, am promised waiver on these charges and request is being taken. But very next day I get message saying the request can't be processed. Same thing has happened thrice in last 15 days. Only waiver I got was some 450 Rs which is nothing. I have been banging my head with these people but in vain. If that's the service you provide to your postpaid customers, then I wonder what you do with prepaids. Hope to get some help through this platform.

              With a view to get the better connectivity i have switched over to idea post paid from bsnl postpaid but regret to notice that my decision went wrong bsnl was better.

              Data network of idea is very poor in my office at arera hills near income tax office, bhopal and at my residence at char imli bhopal as well.

              I am a regular user of data and very much dependent on it for various purposes. I think i have to bear it for at least 90 days, as the re-portability will be possible only after 90 days.

                I am received new card fro idea dealer before two months which is already registered with some one others name.
                Daily we received call for that name which is daily disturb to me.
                Why such a sim then issue to me ? this is not acceptable & many disturbances to me due to this. is any solution for this issue or to tell everyone who is called me for such a name ?

                  As soon as I recharged with Rs. 103, I got 300mb 3g data, and in next 5 min 200 mb data is deducted. I called customer care, but it was of no use. I double checked that all my background processes were off. Moreover, background app refresh was already off. Data was turned on ONLY for whatsapp process.
                  And still, in next 5 min, without doing any activity, I lost remaining 100mb as well.

                  P.S. : 300 mb is good for me for whole month. For last 2-3 months, I am using using the around 300 mb for 30 days. Added Just to show my usage.

                    My idea sim card post paid always creating problems while roaming during delihi, up, bihar, rajasthan, gujarat. It is not working during my visit to other state . Incoming and out going call are not being connected. This problems faced by two three peoples to whom i have discussed. Kindly idea cellular company to be asked why they are doing such things. Even they charged for full monthly rental charges.

                    Post paid monthly rental charges carrying my idea phone but during roaming phone call neither incoming nor out going is working . Idea company to asked why they doing like that and this is not with me its happening with various people.

                      Hi i'm Kasinathan, I tried to change my no from postpaid to prepaid the showroom people told me that we won’t change the no to prepaid if it is not more than 6 month of purchase and mine is 4 month old, (my company gave me a new postpaid number so I don’t need this one, so I tried to change) But when I call the customer care they told me that there is no time rules to change it is upon to the customer, the Showroom People told that this rule is made by their owner so now idea showroom owner can create rules.. I went to showroom for many days from starting of this month, At Last After many complaints they agreed to change my no to prepaid and again they said system problem for two days, again they won’t work above 6.00 PM, So I took a leave from my office to resolve problem is the customer care is work for us or we have to get an appointment for IDEA’s Mistake, Both the customer care and showroom people are giving false information and also TOO RUDE….

                      At past Tuesday my IDEA Postpaid Connection Was barred and still my prepaid number is not activated, I went to showroom no response and the asked me to wait 1 more day (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday ) Did IDEA Need 3 days to Activate a sim card, Also I tried to call customer care they don’t have information about my Number because they say it was a still with postpaid division

                      IDEA IS THE WORST NETWORK I HAVE SEEN……
                      I ll Never go for IDEA in My Life Time And I ll Suggest My Friends And Family That IDEA IS OF IRRESPONSIBLE NETWORK

                        I own [protected] i have opted for 199 i plan. which I modified in between month for which i have been charged 5430 on pro ration based. my credit limit was 1650 and company did not intimate me about credit limit and also according to guidelines of trai customer should be intimated about his credit limit and should be also intimated on reaching 80% of his credit limit. and also there is no where explained about pro ration CAF, Startup kit, ideacellular.com, myidea app. Just because the number is postpay comany can impose any amount over the customer and barr the number.On a user with monthly pack of 199 and credit limit of 1650 how can company impose amount of 5430 at a instant. And while i contacted customer care they always for everything tell to wait till generation of bill. The company is also misleading the customer as it provides free usage according to plan free minutes, sms etc but there is no way to check how much you have used from it and if you ask customer care they will say it can only be checked after bill generation.It seems all these are fraudelt practices to charge heavy from customer.Its just because postpay customer are bound to pay anything anyhow charged by company through misleading customer and fraudelt practices.

                            I am using idea sim card which is [protected] on 28th april’s night around 12.30 am my balance was something like 293rs. Then i has subscribe the night internet plan which is 79rs internet for one night so my rest balance is 214 then i was using internet until 3.30 and suddenly message popup huva ki your balance is only 0.05rs.. And still mera internet abhi bhi 20 mb baki tha so i called to customer care but they are not giving any information about it mene do image attach kiye hai jo ek hi time pe nikale hai jo dikhate hai ki mera internet ka balance bhi baki hai so wo log muje ye to nahi bol sakte ki ap ki mb khatam ho gayi thi so uska charge laga...

                            So what i can do is make a consumer complaint so that you can help me...

                              I have never used idea services in my life but i have received demand notice. They are not even checking if the email is going to correct sender or not. If i get one more email from them i will go to consumer court. And how annoying these emails are...they say it is automated email so even i[censored] respond it will go to unmonitored mailbox. Also in the entire email there is no details provided for customer support. Only links provided to make payment. So they dont want to actually hear from customer all they want is money. Thank god i never used idea...

                                On 24th i recharged my number [protected] twice with rs40, i received
                                The confirmation for both the recharge but haven't received balance twice
                                It was 40 only. First recharged was from my bank app then my idea app.
                                I called the cc guys many time but they simply said we are unable to help you

                                  Resp sir I have taken a sim on 31 March 2016 namly Rani Bala [protected]... On date[protected] I got message saying that your credit limit is over and Bill was of 1170 ...when I inquired about that then I came to know that my plane was changed ..so Internet charges are added..but I have take 299 netset plan.ACC.to which I have unlimited 2g data and 1 GB 3g data...then how could I be charged 835 for net charges...pl do the justice... I have not asked for plane change...plz ask for recording... With customer care of idea...now they are saying some charges will be waved and I have to pay 500rs...so plz do justice... Waiting for response thanks

                                  I am receiving sms of 3g internet @175 atleast 5 times yesterday after dialing *800*175# but i have got 2g internet after recharge its humiliating i have captured several screenshots of the various sms of ours ..plz avoid making us fool .

                                    I am Bhavesh Patel from Vapi, Gujarat and I am not satisfied with your Idea cellular services.This is second time I am facing issues with your Idea office of Vapi. They are not providing proper solution to customer. I have gave them my documents on 21st april 2016 & till this date my post paid to prepaid conversion is not done. I am facing so much issue because it is my one & only number. I am not able to do any communication with my mobile number. Kindly help me in this case otherwise I have to change my service provider for better services.

                                      Bad customer service, no proper response from customer services, continuous issues with networks and improper solutions and lack of response regarding complaints, showing invalid email id's and invalid numbers for contact .Charging unnecessary money on calls regarding complaints that are on idea's fault.No proper contact numbers for contact.All these are causing difficulty in day to day life and missing of emergency calls which should grieved. Inspite of going in person over to the showrooms regarding complaints, no proper responses from them.Moreover calling customer relationship managers is no longer working to resolve any problems and they claim they are not responsible for their dealers if in some cases they are the cause.Please do consider and take immediate action .

                                      My connection was temporarily withdrawn from yesterday stating that documents are not submitted .So kindly excuse me for not calling from the idea number.Please do get it fixed soon because all of my official contacts will be calling in that number and I am not able to access data too .All these are affecting my daily routines jobs .

                                        Idea custmer care service is very poor. His reprensentitive talk very rudely. When i told him why you talk like this. Then he say maine kya maa behn bola . Ye kaisi language hai custmer care h ya custmer ki aisi taisi.. my mobile no. Is [protected]..[protected] ko baat hui h..
                                        I had called customer care of idea on 9 jan 2018 at 11:00 pm at night because some vas or fasionz service were activated and 50 rs deducted frm my bal. The person on other hand from customer care was talking in hindi and his language was very very cheap, he said me that u need mental treatment and for that go to mental hospital and u i think u r illiterate person n 5th failed. He doesn't hv any sence how to talk with woman. Please take some strict action against him pls its a request otherwise i will do court case or police complain against your call center staff.
