I have recharged with 199 unlimited 2G plan.though I have not used more then 1.25 GB, still your net 2 G speed is very slow. I have talk with your customers Care executive he also not give proper reply and behave rudely. If this type of behaviour done to customer then I will sure portable my number to other cellular company. Kindly solve my problem.

Idea charge me rs 200 for dialer tone which i never request to set. i called to custmor care they told they set it after my consent. but i never called them or sms them to set a dialer tone. even they refused to register complaint. after 2 days when i came to know abot the service i stopped the service

        I am the customer of several years with your company with mobile no.[protected](Prepaid).My instrument was stolen/lost on 01.05.2016.On the same day i informed the same to your customer care centre located at near red tank,
        Vanasthalipuram, hyderabad and the said sim was blocked.On 02.05.2016 i visited personally and requested them to reactivate the same number on my new instrument.To my surprise, they told that said number registerd under different name and address that was done inadvertently, though, i submitted relavant documents at that time.Without verifying bonafides, they gave some vague reply that mistake may be rectified in my name under postpaid plan which is not suitable to my needs.It shows their irresponsible in entering customer particulars in your records and finally they want to shoot problems and inconvience and forcibly marketing products to customers without our choice.

        I request you to look into this problem and rectify the error commited by your staff and activate the same under prepaid as per old plan, otherwise i would like to ported out.

        No response and stonedeaf though visited customer care with my documents submitted.Unless TRAI will take serious action agst these operators will not solve complaints.

          My number [protected] you have charged me for data usage saying I have used 2gb data within 2 days that is between 13th march to 14th march and then i have ported my number. I never got this much bill till i was usuing idea services as my request went for port they have sent me this internet charges, saying i have used this much data, while before porting i have paid my bill and i have paid paid extra amount on top of the bill. When i paid the bill i have checked in idea any more chrges i need to pay as i am porting but they don't said anything, then suddenly after one month they have sent me this bill. which is not. Possible I have already have 1gb data pack active. And you charged me some pro rotation charges. I don't think the charges are correct. Please check and let me know.

            Hi,

            This is vijaysagar having the mobile number [protected] ported from vodafone to idea. I am asking to send the sim card from the day one to the abhishek (Mobile number:[protected] who is contact with me, . But finally the some how after the 20 days the porting happened and vodafone sim card got decativated on saturday night 11:20 pm, from that time i am unable to contact and it affected my daily routines a lot.

            When i made a call on sunday morning she said that will send by monday morning and when i asked how can ypu people do like this, the respinse is not good.

            The lady named abhishek is most irresposible and she commited that by today means 02nd may 2016 will send by 05:00 pm. When i made a call she is keep on diconnecting the call and telling that i am in meeting. When she is in meeting how the mobile will come continues engagage. Morning she said that with 10 minutes i will give call back after that she didn't given call back. When i asked to transfer the call she is telling that i am the senior here, if seniors it self like these what about other employees.

            Some one plaese guide me how to give complaint to trai as they mentally tourched for 2 days without giving any proper reply. Due to this issue i am unable to pay creditcard bill as otp will come to given [protected].

            If you want to contact pls contact on my friend number i.E. [protected]. I want this issue need to be solved asap.

            Today is tuesday still i have recevied the sim card. The lady named abhishek is not lifting the call and latha her phone is switchoff the person names satish always telling that abishe is meeting with latha.

              I have already contacted customer care but the waste fellow saying that from my end usage where as the call received advertisement i have disconnected call and sports pack activated message received three times and charged rs: 5/- for subscription !

              I have told th complaint 2 times but 2 waste fellows care persons saying system showing use originally by your end content download, i ask these waste fellows in feature phones where is the facility of wap ?

              Immediately penalize the 2 care executives and the company and direct trai to penalize the company for doing this type of things with customers !

                Dear Team,

                This is in regards to a number that i used earlier [protected] with idea cellular Gujarat circle, i was visiting USA for 6 months and availing there service of keeping the number in safe custody was asked to pay advance bill plus 300 Rs to have it under my name, which i did in October 2015 with shiv communication in town called as bilimora under Navsari district, on returning back i have been taken back and forth sometimes saying the number was deactivated in February and sometimes i am been told that a call was made to my alternate number and the person on other line said i dont want that number which is highly incorrect as no call was received; then same Shiv Communication promise's me to get the number Reactivated and ask me for 300 Rs, its been a month already and no one is ready to take any action, even writing to their apellate team has resulted into nothing, on calling they inform that they would get back as soon as possible but nothing happens; apparently someone some where goofed up and now no one is ready to take the blame it seems or the system went on to itself took the case in its hand and disconnected my connection, i am not sure if this is an official page to file a complaint but i am trying to turn every stone possible to get back at Idea Cellular.

                  I convert my network operator from airtel to idea.For 2 months it is fine.After 2 months my sim got disabled by idea.I connect with customer care and they told me to submit remaining bill of airtel and give the receipt to local idea store. I did exactly that but my number is still disable.
                  I submit the airtel bill invoice to local idea store address sector 9, faridabad ph.[protected].
                  The behaviour of staff of that store is like street boys. They lack professional behaviour.For the last 5 days i am continuously going to that store and they comes with a new excuse on a new day. My number is still nt activated despite clearing all the dues.

                  I am having a easy share plan on permanent number. I want to add another number in my easy share plan. I have applied for this since two months. Neither the idea office showroom in my town nor the company is responding to my request. What shall I do? It's been two months. Two months since I haven't used internet.

                    I am amol and my mobile number is [protected]. I was using internet and have a sufficient data but my balance deducted for usage of data. I have screenshot that i have data of 1.84mb but they have deducted 41 rupees of balance from my account on date 02/05/2016 at 04:22pm. I called customer care to complain but they don't accept my complain. What to do??

                      On 01 may i contacted 198 for complain and these executives dont know how to speak with their customer .Even I wasnt hyper, i was just asking him networks are not there still my internet pack in which i got 150 mb and hardly i used it for 15 mins accurately, after that i got a msg only 70 mb is left n in night i used it for half an hour n left mb is 61 and then in the morning today i used for 5-10 mins n after that i got the msg only 10mb left .Now i want my net pack back n mh number is [protected].

                        Hi, I had made two recharge. Rs 1847 - 13GB unlimited data plan Rs 2249 - Unlimited Local, National, Roaming (Incoming & Outgoing) calls; Free 7 GB 3G Data & 100 Local/National SMS/day Rs 2249 plan had overridden my Rs 1847 plan. i.e. I only got 7 GB worth of data and have been charged Rs 60 for data usage after that. No where on the website or in the plan information, it is mentioned that second recharge will override the 1st data plan. I consider this as cheating the customer by not informing them about the conditions with multiple recharge. I had contacted the customer are but they just say that this is company policy which is not published anywhere on the website. I am also putting this complaint with the consumer forum court as I consider this a case of cheating customer by not providing proper information. Regards, Kunal Kaushik [protected]

                        Not satisfied with the reason being provided. The policy being told by Idea is not published for the roaming pack. Any such policy seems to have been made only for the loss of customer. Customer care is not able to provide any rationale behind such policy.

                            I was using postpaid number [protected] delhi circle and number permanently disconnected on 6th of february 2016. As per the company policy the consumer is entitled to receive the security amount via cheque within a period of 60 days from permanent disconnection of the number.
                            I wrote to costumer care regarding the issue for more than 20 times but they don't bother to reply.

                            See how clever, cunning, shameless, cheater they are.In short we can call them beggar. I'm using another idea number [protected] postpaid and delhi circle. Here, the security deposit is rs 850. When i notice that they do not process refund of disconnected number, i asked them to adjust the security deposit of rs850 in my current bill and also process the refund of disconnected number [protected].

                            And what they did,

                            They did not process any refund but they suspended the data services as well as barred the calling services of active number [protected]. Here, noticeable facts are,

                            1- they did not process refund of either number.
                            2- they even don't bother to communicate
                            3- they shamelessly suspended the number.

                            They think themselves very smart, according to them customers are foolish.

                            Now, i have submitted documents to airtel to port in to airtel.

                            One thing is very clear, idea cellular is cunning, shameless, beggar, worst customer support and most important worst connectivity services in basement and inside delhi metro and even worst while roaming.

                              Every time i was recharged with rs 91 and got 1gb 2g for 28 days. But yesterday i was recharged with rs 91 and got only 300 mb data. This is not fair. Other idea user getting 1gb data where as i recharged my no frequently and not getting any offer. I completely fade up with idea. If i will not get 1gb data then i surely port out my number to other operator of my choice. My idea no is [protected].i was informed about the issue to your social sites. But yet there is no response. At last i am posting here and if issue not get resolved then i will switch to other operator. I havr already obtained UPC CODE and ready to port out.

                                A person named akash verma call me on 26 april 2016 from mobile no [protected] and says me that he is a idea customer care officer and called me becouse i am the lucky customer who won 25 lakh rupees lottery.In response to that call i talked with him and he ask me to submit `18200 rs as a token money in a account for further procedure. He assured me that this account is a official idea's manager account. So due to such assurance i transfer a sum of 18200 to that account. But after submission of money this comes out as a fraud. So please help me in taking legal action against that fraud that called so many people by the name of your company. Please take this complaint seriously as these incidents affects a large no of your customer and deteriorates your's company name.

                                  My num[protected] .. Naresh… Apr 27 2016 I have called to the customercare regarding deduction of main balance.. store manager giving me the fake details and making me to wait for 4 days.. he said he will call back with in 48 hrs but still I don’t receive any call from customer care.. the name of the store manager is also fake telling the name as subramani.. its actually i got a message as u got free sms pack.. it will be charged for the 1st sms 50 ps and others free 100 sms per day.. they gave some code.. i activated that they charged rs 37 from my main balance.. i informed to the customer care.. no response from company side.. they are playing with me.. even if you dont refund also no problem.. i need to take action on the team leader and store manager who have spoke to me.. thank you

                                  I have taken a corporate plan of rs.349 in which i get 750 mb 3g data and after that unlimited 2g.
                                  But after 3g pack getting over, the 2g is not at all working. Not even able to open the basic google pages. Nor any other website or facebook.
                                  This is really frustrating when u get such service.

                                    Am an idea customer since 5yr. Normally i get below 500 bill every month. Once or twice a year (During my vacation) my bill jumps to 1500 approx.

                                    I got a bill of rs. 10000 + this time. I called customer care and got to know that i have been charged 8500 approx for data usage during international roaming, actual mobile bill is only 1500 only.

                                    I never requested for data during international roaming, neither i used it. Please help me to reverse this data cost of 8500..

                                    I receive an another call from an India mobile no. I called back on his no. and he introduced himself from claim department.

                                    He requested me to mail my bank detail to support.[protected]@india.com to avail claim amount.

                                      From last few months, there are false charges included in my bill. For march 2016 month also they have included below charges which are not correct -

                                      1) gamepind charges: can you please let me know when i opted for this services. I have multiple time said you that i never opted for this services. Why are you charging for this. This is not fair and i am not going to pay for the services which i am not using.

                                      2) gprs fixed validity pack : there are two separate charges of 250 rs.

                                      The one is charged under heading "gprs core service_sb_0_acc_250_289" and other is charged under "gprs fixed validity pack 7".
                                      So the internet charges have been added twice in the bill.

                                      Can you please correct the bill and send me the corrected bill.

                                        4G network not available.4G network available but next minute 2G network connection this problem you launch date to facing. So i waste of 1GB 4G internet so, please add free 1GB 4G data again.now i check 4G network this same problem again .So, please resolved this problem and (this another Complaint this same number) 2G network available and 2G E symbol available but 2 points not available so very very very very slow internet. So I very sad.
