Dear Sir,
I am past user of Idea Cellular for M.No [protected] postpaid
There was a dispute between me and Idea Company regarding payment of bill for Feb 2016. Actually Idea had made some fraudulent debit in my bill showing use third party services. I clearly reported to company I have not used any such services. So remove this amount from my bill. Company explain me that there are some push massages from some sites, if you click on massages you will have to pay for that.

I have only 2 questions from the company:

1. Who authorize them to add amount in my bill and pay to third party, why Idea being a tele communication company playing a role of a collector.
2. when company know there is some party making fraud by sending these push massages why company is registering these fraud third party and making payment to them by cutting pocket of its customers.
3. Name and PAN No of party to whom this payment is given by idea. so that i could take any action against them.

but company refuse to give any answer to my query. and barred my sim card. After that I have to face big problems to get change my number which i was using since 4 years.

Now what company is doing tracing my call records and calling all of my relationship continually mainly the ladies in my contacts.????

I am feeling very harassing by this act of Idea employees.

My address is the same in my bill but nobody have approached me to talk. But still i need these information from the company.

    new delhi. Because i have to go daily at gurudwara for 4 to 5 hrs
    on that time my phone network shows no service always . Daily

      Hello Sir,

      I have done a recharge from paytm website and as per them the recharge was successfull from their side, they requested to contact idea customer care with operator reference : KO[protected].
      when we have contacted idea customer care, as per them a service has been activated and all the balance deducted.
      we have not activated any services and automatically a flash message activated.
      even customer care is not helping us.
      This is the way Idea provide services to their customer ?

      Not getting any help. AS per the last status update, I should have receive a reply from the company representatives within several day.
      several days means one month or more than that.
      no body is helping regarding this.

        My idea mobile number is [protected] in Bihar and Jharkhand circle. Whenever i recharge my mobile, Rs 60 gets deducted from my main balance. when i tried to call the Idea customer care number, there was no satisfactory reply from them, they are telling that you have called any ISD number. In actual i have not called any ISD number and inspite of this i have asked him to tell me the number on which i called, he asked me about all details which i used to take my connection and said that the details are verified but instead he was unable to tell the number.

          My mobile number: [protected] I today recharge 4G data 1GB 93 Rs and I 4G network available but 2 or 4 second automatically 2G Internet change. I already 2 times Complaint this 4G network problem.first Complaint You inform me for now 4G network working so please check and second Complaint you call me for now super working 4G so, you using now 4G network but not available 4G network anyway, I now recharge 4G data but automatically 2G Internet change. So, I call your customer care and I inform my problem and your representative Complaint registered but I recharge 93 Rs 4G 4 days but your complaint resolved date 19:05:2016 but my 4G network validity 4 days so, waste my money. So, please expect my 4G data validity and please resolved my 4G network problem. I already 2 times waste my money because I recharge 4G data but not available 4G data.so, please my 4G data validity expect.           I already Complaint registered so you call me today but not resolved My Complaint but you SMS send me for closed your complaint and another Complaint for your complaint resolved but not resolved you only fake service and fraud Service. So, I very very very very very hungry. You not refund my money. So, I lose money. So I national consumer helpline Complaint and I went to consumer Court.             Hi Rahul this side,

            Unfortunatly I am using idea cellular services for last 4-5 years and always facing issues due to poor customer service. This time its been limit. on May 09, 2016, I opted for data booster pack via there slow unresponsive app as my existing data pack limit of 1gb was over so to avoid any overage for data usages opted the booster pack. Now the fraud game starts, the pack didn't got activated due to there technical issue in the app. On May 10 I called customer care and after putting me on hold for 3 times the resolution recvd was that it takes 24 hrs to accept the req via idea app and customer care exec cant do any thing. Then I again called on May 10 in the evening as 24 hrs were already over, then executive said that he has to again take the req as app req in still in process and then put me on hold for 15 min and please note that the call is being charged. The exec never came back and after 15 min I had to disc the call.

            After all these things I decided to port out my number and I req for UPC code. On May 11, 2016 I recvd a call from idea and asking y I want to port out number I gave the reason and that exec told me that booster pack will get activated by evening and I asked wat abt the overage changes for data, will it get waived as its technical issue from idea side as the req via app was not processed. Again they put me on hold and never came back.

            Again in the evening May 11 I called customer care and agents told me if pack did not get activated I should have called again to them to activate the pack as its not idea's fault if I have to use internet and avoid overage I have to follow the there terms.

            Which means I should pay overage and have to call again n again to IDEA CUSTOMER CARE and plead them to activate the pack.

            SUCH PERSON ARE EMPLOYED IN IDEA CUSTOMER CARE. GREAT SERVICE.

                  I am post paid customer and i have to regularly interact with customer care officials at madhyama telecom shakti nagar delhi regarding inflated bill and other issues.. But they are very rude and vry unhelpful. They behave as if they could not have cared less about my problems. My post paid number [protected] is not working for last 15 days and these ofgicials have not been able to resolve the problem.Instead of solving my problem.. They keep chatting with each other and over the phone with their frnds.. Not showing any concern for the customer. My postpaid number [protected] is not wrkng for 15 days. I am using one more idea number that is prepaid [protected]. I am using this prepaid number for the last 8 year... If this remains the attitude of customer care officials.. I will have to think about porting both the numbers to some other cellular operator. Even today they didnot resolve my problm even after i sat at madhyama telecom for about an hour and half... They gave me the pretext that server is not working.. This is 4th time in a week that i visited them taking out my time from work and they made me sit over hour and half and didnt solve my problem. Please do the needful or else i would not be left with any option but to port my both number to some other operator

                    On receiving internet usage alert for my postpaid connection I activated booster pack of 1 GB.
                    But I did not get confirmation and the bill generated by the usage.
                    I strongly feel that my request for booster was deliberately denied.
                    You are waiting for the customer to complete the net pack so that you can charge them heavily.
                    Spoke to customer care but they are not willing to accept my request for booster.

                      Hello, mera naam Raj Singh hai mai Ctpp, Chhabra me rehta hu Jo ki baran district me aata hai yaha daily 5-6 ghante ke liye idea ke network ni rehte hai, jiske kaaran bahot problem face karni padti . so please ye problem solve kare .
                      Again same problem start in this area.it's happening on daily basis.
                      so kindly look into this.

                        I applied for mnp from airtel to idea. As per the process and the message i recieved, porting should have happened last night i. E. 12th may 2016 by 10:14pm. I lost my airtel connection at the same time. But the idea network is not active till now. Its been more than 14hrs since i lost connection.
                        As per the rules a maximum of 4hrs is required for services to get activated after port. I was waiting for an important call this morning but because of idea, i could not get it.
                        I also called idea customer care. But the executive just says that services will be active soon without giving reason. What is happening? This is highly intolerable. Services to be restored immediately, otherwise i will have to lodge a complaint against idea.

                          I am very upsetting due to idea employees, there is a dispute between me and company from last 2 months. For which firstly idea barred my sim card. And now they are calling all of person in my call list by tracing my bill detail. Is this type of privacy breach is legal??

                          Please help i am in harrasing position.

                          My complete address is allready they have. But they did not tried to approached me. And doing this type of breach of privacy. Is there any authority to stop them.

                          I was a customer of Idea and was using Postpaid No. [protected] since 3 years. Now, I am very upsetting due to Idea Employees, There is a dispute between me and company from last 2 months. And have registered may complaints with idea but they pay no attention on that. after few days Idea barred my sim card. And now they are calling all of person in my call list by tracing my bill detail. Is this type of privacy breach is legal??

                          Please help I am in harrasing position.

                          My complete address is allready they have. But they did not tried to approached me. And doing this type of breach of privacy. Is there any authority to stop them.

                            I have been recharging my idea no [protected], every time with 298, 2gb unlimited. I did it this month too. 3 days earlier i got a msg that a 3g pack is activated for 3 days, which i have not done, any free recharge app has done it. I dont know who has done. I thought its a promotional offre from company. Today that pack is finished and my main balance deducted and it become zero plus my data pack also not showing anything, who is responsible??? I called customer care 12345, that stupid fellow instead of listening to my compliant, gave me useless reponses. Than i called 198 and that customer care kamlesh also gave me a response that my data is lapse, i saked why so he gave a copy pasted response, company policy, on asking him 4 times about senior executive email, he transfered my call to a person saying that he is senior. Wasting another 15 min, he also said that data pack is lapsed. I want to ask one simple question that who is responsible of my 300 hard earned money??? Plus there is no information about senior executive email addreses. I dont think so this complaint they will rectify but i will surely take this matter to consumer court as i have recoreded both customer care responses.

                            A girl called me from idea, and again repeted the same story that we can't do anything. She dont even want to listen to my problem that I have not recharged 31 rs 3g pack. I received a msg of that, and I supposed that it's a promotional offer from company. Now she is making me guilty that I have done wrong instead of giving me back my data balance, I'm not begging to this looting company I'm just demanding for what I have paid. Moreover, girl herself called me from a number in which her networks are not coming and asked me to come out in open area and talk. What kind o[censored]nofficial behavior is this from all customer care till this girl. I want a email or ph number of official senior person. And I'm reporting this issue to TRAI and pehredaar also. Pathetic service.
                            If anyone knows whom to address this complaint kindly let me know. I suppose this is not my case, they are fooling and looting many o[censored]s. We have to unite and support each other to protect our hard earned money, these big companies are openly looting our money and and the customer care they have appointed also doing a worst work, the girl called me was rashmi and the customer care executive to whoom I called was kamlesh. Do company will take any action against them??
                            Now they will mark complaint as solved where the situation is different . they have looted my money. Can I file a fir against them???
                            See the bull reply of this customer care, copy pasted . what she discussed that of their looting policy. She never said that idea will do anything.
                            Yes a kind customer care called me and again told me same story but in polite words. Still he can't fulfill my demands and I'm again left behind with my complaint. No solution he has to give me. He said he can't do anything. I will leave idea network and I want all of you readers to file complaint in consumer court and TRAI so that these company learn a lesson.

                                I bought a postpaid sim almost 30 days back and i was also doing continuous follow up with your representative but the same is not activated yet.
                                Your executive was asking for the money that is 300/- cash, given to your executive as a security.

                                This is your actual service that client is facing.

                                We had raised a request for corporate connection and i submit all the required documents whatever your executive told me, also gave him 300 rupees as a security and 30 rupees photo charges.

                                  I don't know for which idea number they are talking about they are taking a name harleen that harleen has not paid any bill for idea postpaid and they are calling me becoz my number is there with them as a husband of harleen when I am not married yet and I am single ...my number is [protected] please verify becoz I have never used any idea sim in my life.                                     This is for your kind information that we are your customer since last 11-12 years and subsequently, we have the two post paid mobile numbers i. E.[protected] and [protected] for last 7 years. We are satisfied customers till two month back. I want to declare here proudly that i have paid every bill till now without any delay and asking any detail about the propagated bills to me as we, as a customer, believe idea and its associated services.
                                    Furthermore, one of my idea number; [protected] was also equipped with unlimited internet plan for last 4 years. About two month before, we requested to change our general tariff plan to one of your respected customer executive. The executive performed the request accordingly but also disconnect our unlimited internet plan without informing to us. We, ignorantly, utilized the internet service as per our unlimited plan. After one month, we were billed of rs 3000. After enquiring about it, the customer executive told us that your internet plan was also disconnected with our request of changing the general tariff plan. Your executive suggested us to pay the partial payment till 31 march 2016 and ensured us to offer some discount after that as it is miscommunication between the customer service and the customer. We agreed and paid rs 1000/ to the next day. On the same day, the outgoing was barred. This process initiated by you embarrassed us and astonished as well. After few days, two persons visited us on behalf of your company and behave rudely. On clearing them the case, they went back. But, no one resolved the issue but delivered words in threatening way to my wife.
                                    We never made any statement for not paying the dues but always motivated to resolve the issue as it was no mistake on our side and also, tried to remember them to make the commitment on behalf of the idea. Yesterday, one person called me on my second idea number; [protected] and threatened my wife and me for a police based initiatives. My second number is also barred after that.Instead of the resolving the problem, the company initiated such malpractices to its valuable and regular customers just to get rs 2000/. This put a lot of pressure on our mind and changed our thoughts about the idea.
                                    So, i requested you to disconnect all my idea numbers (Mentioned above) as we don’t want to be the part of idea anymore. Also, tell me any due left on my side within 48 hrs and will be billed accordingly within next 1 hr.
                                    It is worth to mention here that we both are government employee and i am a class-1 officer. The way of your dealing with us without our mistake is not appreciable. You have lost regular and valuable customers and we have lost the esteem company, only because of the miscommunication, misbehavior and irresponsible attitude of some persons.

                                      On 06 may 2016, i want to recharged my idea phone number -”[protected]” through paytm site, but erroneously reflected the wrong no [protected] and a sum of rs 200/- paid through net banking.
                                      In response of my complaint, paytm has replied that the amount has already credited by the operator, hence the paytm can't be revered and advised to contact idea with reference no “rj[protected]”.
                                      You are requested to refund the amount rs 200/- to the bank or paytm wallet. This is for your information the service of benefited mobile number is hold.
