I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated in 10 October 2014 from web for my no. [protected].
for this it took 21rs.charges per week.

I haven't used any service or download anything named Juice up services is activated without my knowledge.

I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used

So please deactivate and refund my valuable money.

मेरे साथ भी यही हुआ और मेरे बैलेंस से सत्ताइस रुपये काट लिये गये. मेरे पास एक मैसेज आया कि कई आगंतुको में से आपको विजेता चुना गया है और आपको एक गैलेक्सी नोट टू मोबाइल फोन दिया जाएगा यदि आपको फोन प्राप्त करना हो तो कृपया एक मिनट उन्तालिस सेकेण्ड के अंदर अपना निर्णय बताएं. Yes पर क्लिक करते ही 27 रुपये कट गये.जब की जूसप सर्विस के बारे में पूर्व में मुझे कोई जानकारी नहीं दी गई थी... जूसप सर्विस एक्टीवेशन के तुरंत बाद मेरे नम्बर पर एक मैसेज आया जिसमें सर्विस एक्टीवेशन और कटौती के साथ ही सर्विस को अनसब्सक्राइब करने का तरीका भी बताया गया था...मैने तुरंत सर्विस अनसब्सक्राइब कर दी...

One juice up service has been activated on my number [protected] since last night. I have not ordered for any such service or downloaded anything. Rs 21/ week has been charged from my balance.
Please refund the money ASAP. I would need to file for fraud complaints and charges otherwise.

Still again it showing message "Dear Customer, below services are active on your idea mobile 1 : Juice Up SMS 1, 2, 3 etc to 155223 (tollfree) to deactivate the service".

After calling to customer care I am not satisfied with his response that call after 4hrs to know the status and if you use any service then it will be chargable. This service is activated without my knowledge so I request you people not to fool customers and charge them unnecessarily and when we call to customer executive he is blaming to the customer that you have requested for the service even i don, t know anything about juice up service please deactivate and refund my amount to may number

Same issue here. No idea what juice up is. Got billed 150 for the same. There was refusal to even refund the money to which I said I wanted to shift to prepaid. Finally they agreed to refund 150. Idea celular, could you please get this fixed, and refund not only 150 but GST applied as well.
