“2G GPRS 250MB” pack which cost Rs 49 was activated on my Idea mobile number on 5th May 2016 and they have imposed a penalty of approx Rs 1000 in my bill gnerated on 12th May 2016.
I do not understand your so call concept of pro rata (per day basis). What I know is if I have done extra recharge of Rs 49, then my bill should come with an addition amount of Rs 49. As per your calculation I am OK to give extra charge of Rs 51.20/-
Request you to waive off the penalty of Rs 978.68/- as I was not aware of anything like changing the pack or plan in the mid bill cyle.
Moreover I would like to bring to your kind notice that on the 2nd day of my recharge of Rs 49, I did call the customer care and they assured me that I will not have to bear this penalty of Rs 978.68/- and the solution they have will be available once my bill is generated after 12th of May 2016. If you wish you can check the recorded voice call.
Hence, I hereby request you to either waive-off this penalty or close my services. I want to make clear that I will not pay this much amount as my bill always been approx Rs.500/- and this time it has come to be around 1600.
And they have terminated my services on 3rd June 2016, and inspite of repeatedly complaining about it through phone and email, they are not ready to listen. I have been the regular customer of idea from past 5 years.
Now they have even sent a person who was like ready to loot in my home for collection of my idea bill.
Now I will never use idea nor will ever recommend anyone. Never use idea, trust me they will add some or the other charges in your postpaid bill everytime and then they will not even listen.
