I have applied to covert my postpaid connection to prepaid at Idea office at begumpet Hyderabad . i has been 3 days already and they have deactivated my number now the idea costumer care tells me that they didn't receive any request on this number and refuse to answer any of my questions kindly look in to the same and resolve my issue my mobile number is :-[protected]

    Hi,

    I had requested a new postpaid connection online against which i received a call from [protected] in which i choose a new number to be issued. After that a guy from idea company reached me and gave me a new postpaid sim having sim no.[protected] and said this will get activated within 2 days. Today is third they so i tried to reach that guy's number but it is switched off and am not able to reach anyone to check the status or to know whether the guy was fraud. I am enclosing cash receipt of security deposit amount for your reference. For any further details please reach me at +91 [protected] or at chiragkagzi. Gmail.com. Please check and lodge my complaint.

      Dear Sir,

      This is vignesh My number is [protected], I did a recharge for 59 RS. 3G internet data yesterday night 9.00 p.m to my wife's mobile no. but before I did that recharge my wife did an offer pack of 148 rs - 1 GB 3g data at 5.00 p.m. The problem is since I have did the 59rs. recharge her 1 gb has been cancelled. This is worst. we have spent 148 + 59= 207 rs. but we just getting 140 MB of data. I contacted customer service personnel but they said they cannot refund the Money 148rs. or refund the net data.
      This is unacceptable, are we mad to maintain a continued business with IDEA and get cheap customer service like this. I accidently recharged the 59.00 rs. I have clearly informed the details to the customer service person but they are of no use. Horrible experience. Are we mad to spend a 207 rs for no use.
      We are going to switch or networks to any other cell company .

        Sir idea cellular company k castumer care adhikari se jab maine 2G data pack ki jaankari li to mjje bataya gya ki 98 rupies ke recharge me 1Gb 2G deta milega.
        Jab maine recharge krwaya to mere acount me sirf 410 Mb mila h.
        Fir maine castumer care adhikari se wapis baat ki to bol rhe hai ki aapka number 4 din purana hai aapke number par ye scheme hai hi nahi.
        Agar scheme nahi hai to muje kyu bola pahle ki 1Gb milega.
        Maine date 12/06/2016 ko 09:35 pm par call kiya tha.
        Mere paas saari call ki recording hai.
        Ab castumer care adhikari sirf sorry maang rahe hai.
        Sorry maangne se mera paisa thodi ayega wapis.
        Aise to wo bahut saare logo ko misguide karke recharge karne ki bol dete honge or fir sorry bol kar unki money ko गबन kar dete honge.
        Muje mentaly torture hua hai isse main bahut paresaan hua hu.
        Main 1200 rupees ka clain karta hu jisse muje mere nuksaan or mentaly torture ki क्षतिपूर्ति mil sake.

          I would like to say that one vas juice up is started from web, which charge 150 per month, as i have not started any of this service and not downloaded any thing, i deactivated it by sending stop sms, but i request u please stop such kind of activity of cutting money from customer account and making fool to them. As the service is not requested by me. Pls refund my money 150 as soon as possible.

            Idea mobile service provider is deducting my balance again & again for wrong charges. I have 4g net pack in my account, while using it the network drops sometime & it itself gets connected to 3g & they deduct the charges from my main balance, what can I do for that if the network drops & gets connected to 3g, I have paid rs.253 for the pack and again they deduct my balance, is it my problem if the network drops? It's been happening for a long time and they have deducted around rs.60 till now, it's very unfair & they don't even answer me and keep me on hold for 15 mins n cut the call. I want them to be punished for making such inconvenience and taking my money without any valid reason.

                I have recharge Rs 599 internet data pack 2G for 8GB-60 days.on date[protected] at 21-23-03 to beetel connection manager mob no[protected].After recharge of data pack, . internet connection was not available on my net setter.So I have taken Rs 5 on loan for discussion of this problem with customer care of idea co. After taken of loan I found my data-plan Rs 599/inter connection escaped on my net- setter.It is misappropriation of my amount Rs 599 by idea cellular co.

                  On 2nd may'16 i requested customer care executive to change my plan & to close my previous plan during discussion he suggested me that i should go for 5gb internet free plan of rs. 1299 or to go for 1599 plan. Previously i was using extra pack of 10 gb worth rs. 999.00 so i agreed to his advise & requested him to change accordingly. He changes my basic plan but he didn't stop my extra pack & when i recd. My bill on 25th may. I was shocked. I immediately called at customer care & told him that plz, rectify my bill he told me that it will take 2 to 3 working days to come back to me but i could not get any response from your side so i again called on 28th then 29th again but there was no satisfactory response from your side. Then on 2nd june i visited your franchisee outlet at vastrapur ahmedabad & give him written complaint but he refused me to receive that.Instead he take my no. & my id proof & told me that i will solve your problem since then my person has visited that outlet 3 times but he is not responding him properly. Every time he is saying that give me 2 days it will be done. My last date of payment is also over but my problem is still there. This is my kind request that plz... Look in to this issue at top priority & solve it.

                      “2G GPRS 250MB” pack which cost Rs 49 was activated on my Idea mobile number on 5th May 2016 and they have imposed a penalty of approx Rs 1000 in my bill gnerated on 12th May 2016.

                      I do not understand your so call concept of pro rata (per day basis). What I know is if I have done extra recharge of Rs 49, then my bill should come with an addition amount of Rs 49. As per your calculation I am OK to give extra charge of Rs 51.20/-

                      Request you to waive off the penalty of Rs 978.68/- as I was not aware of anything like changing the pack or plan in the mid bill cyle.
                      Moreover I would like to bring to your kind notice that on the 2nd day of my recharge of Rs 49, I did call the customer care and they assured me that I will not have to bear this penalty of Rs 978.68/- and the solution they have will be available once my bill is generated after 12th of May 2016. If you wish you can check the recorded voice call.

                      Hence, I hereby request you to either waive-off this penalty or close my services. I want to make clear that I will not pay this much amount as my bill always been approx Rs.500/- and this time it has come to be around 1600.

                      And they have terminated my services on 3rd June 2016, and inspite of repeatedly complaining about it through phone and email, they are not ready to listen. I have been the regular customer of idea from past 5 years.
                      Now they have even sent a person who was like ready to loot in my home for collection of my idea bill.
                      Now I will never use idea nor will ever recommend anyone. Never use idea, trust me they will add some or the other charges in your postpaid bill everytime and then they will not even listen.

                      My idea postpaid mobile number for which services has been closed on 3rd June is [protected].
                      My alternate number is again a pre-paid idea number (which again is of idea - and which I will port to other network soon if my complaint is not resolved) is [protected].
                      sorry to say, but with this pathetic service of not listening to customers will definitely impact idea by losing many customers.
                      I myself being from a retail background will never recommend Idea to anyone. Nor will I ever use idea.

                        My Spouse had an idea Mumbai mobile number [protected] which she had ported to Idea Gujarat due to Location change. After number port, she was unable to pay the last idea bill which was around RS 178. The bill amount was paid in cash to their customer care outlet (Vikhroli West) Mumbai. I have a receipt of that. After almost 7 days of the payment and after submitting the same to the Navsari Idea outlet on the 4th of June they have disconnected the phone service on the 10th . Does Idea Cellular have any ethics left or are they just here to harass the people. They have disconnected the number even after all the formalities were adhered.

                          मेने कल रिचार्ज करवाने से पहले idea कॉल सेण्टर फ़ोन करके पूछा था की 298 के रिचार्ज पर क्या मुझे 10gb डेटा मिलेगा तो मेडम ने कहा हा मिलेगा उसके बाद मेने idea रिटेलर से पूछा उसने भी msg देखा और कहा हा मिलेगा but after then recharge i hav found only 1.5gb डेटा और जब कॉल सेंटर फोन लगाया तो वो अब बोल रहे हे की ये तो सर ये 1.2gb से 10gb तक में से जो भी आ जाये वो आपका किस्मत ये तो धोखा हे ना

                            Idea has deducted rs 15 from my balance. I got 2 message from idea that my rs 10 and 5 has been deducted from my account.nd when I contacted to customer care the executive whose name was Lakshay said that I had applied for a code.nd then he disconnected the phone.while I was describing my problem. This is totally insane.then 2 Another customer executive express their different views regarding deduction of this balance.It is totally embarrassing.how can u deducted unnecessary balance from my account. This is totally insane.same case had happened last month also.A VAS service was activated in my account without my concern nd 21 rs was deducted. I want my balance back otherwise I will complaint to consumer court.nd I mean it what I'm saying.

The no. does not show in the register list of the mobile phone, but shows in idea call centre computer.                                   Hi, This is rekha. I have used idea postpaid connection 4 to 5 months and i am not using that connection from mar 2016 due to bill disputes.I have received wrong bill in the month of Mar 2016 for that reason i have raised complaint against the bill which was wrongly provided by idea Cellular .Till date issue not resolved even that today, i got call from [protected] Priya Agarwal she said that we are from Delhi Court and we are lodged the FIR against your dues of ICMS PVT LTD and your case will be handled by MR ASHOKUMAR and she had given me contact no of him that is [protected]. I have recorded both the calls.Discussed with MR ASHOKUMAR he said that he is advocate and case has been raised against dues of Idea Billing . The thing is that i have activated rs 175 of Pack of Internet but, it has lapsed without any prior information. and i have been charged as a base tariff plan and i have received 3370 Rs of bill .I have raised complaint for the same and also i have received calls from the customer care of idea that we will pass you waiver of Rs. 1500 you should be done reaming payment .I asked them for the dispute and i agreed to pay Rs. 1870 at that time but the Idea Employer said we cant pass you Rs. 1500 of waiver.that the reason case has been not closed till date but getting calls for the payment and they are Threatening me . Its my humbled request to u those peoples who are calling, plz stop nonsense activities otherwise i will go to the step by step . I am not going to make the payment till case not resolved .I am ready to pay Rs. 1870/- any time . but idea people are not supportive. they used abusive language

The employee who gave me the SIM said that SIM has technical problem and hence new SIM will be allotted but SIM is completely closed. Bill raised for two months. No employee of Idea is replying me on this matter. I am very fed up with service of Idea and its employees. Please take any action against Idea or suggest me what should have to do and how.

                                        My Name is Milind Bhoite. i m from Pune, maharashtra and i am Value added customer of Idea Cellular. This is My mob no. -[protected]. Today I Made Two Recharge of same amount worth 1251/- each for idea 3g internet for 28 days validity. One is Made by my brother from mobile retailer shop. and another made by me from online site Paytm. This all happen due to i don't received first recharge message earlier. second recharge made only 17 min after 1st one. so i called customer care. They said, your complaint are filled and we will credit this amount to your account. But i don't receive any complaint Number so i called back. another one idea Representative said no any compliment filled before. and we cant refund any money back to your account. i request to him to add mobile internet data and validity of that two recharges but he decline for it. i said to add this money worth 1251/- to my main account so i can made recharge with USSD in next month. but idea said we cant activate any internet plan more than 249/.
                                        from all communication with that representative(second one) i get info that idea only give one recharge benefit against my two recharge. my first one recharge which made just 17 min before of second recharge are lap. and i cant get any benefits of first recharge. (No 1-[protected] which i given by second representative)

                                        i feel very frustrated with idea service which i suppose to best before.
                                        if their is any possibility to give me justice. please help me with refund money or give me my benefits for two months against my two recharge.
