I have been allocated an additional number [protected] by Idea and after many verification and documents, my number has not activated, not started but billing starts. The employee who gave me the SIM said that SIM has technical problem and hence new SIM will be allotted but SIM is completely closed. Bill raised for two months. No employee of Idea is replying me on this matter. I am very fed up with service of Idea and its employees. Please take any action against Idea or suggest me what should have to do and how.

My number is [protected] and you can contact me anytime in working time and day. Please solve my problem. I have also talked with your customer care and she said me that no activation call is completed on that number and hence no bill should be raised but actually bill raise.

Therefore, you are requested to reverse the outstanding amount of that number under intimation to us.
