I bpught a new sim on 28th of may but the sim is not activated till now. I made so many calls to your customer seva service desk. But there is no reply till now . I will put a police complaint against you. I dont have much time... I can't wait this much. Solve my problem and take action against your employee if you dont. Then I will definately put a complaint in police station. [protected] kamalpreet and 2nd is [protected] these no's are of your employees... and my no which is not activated till now is [protected]

    Hi,

    I have opted for porting from idea as shifted to gurgaon ncr location from pune 6 month back. Everytime my port request was rejected. While porting idea has given 635 rs extra bill in name of internet usage. I have inquired and given my stats but they had not agreed. I had to pay the amount as wanted to port and paid 650 rs on 18th may 2016 to go for successful porting. Here also idea maharastra account is not showing my bill cleared. I have again encountered and sent screenshots of my credit card transaction. They have took so much time to reply and finally said to go myidea showroom with statement. I have already said as not able to go myidea specially when where fault is not from my site and resent my credit card statement with transaction id reference mentioned. I also forwarded email to idea from bank where bank accepted that the payment has been made to idea.
    In morning 06/04/2016 they made call and i cleared every points. They have said that your issue will resolve max by 09 june 2016 and without late payment charges.

    After sometime my service got barred and when i said to resume then idea replied back to repay the amount.

    Due to barred service from idea, i am not able to receive impotent messages and calls, also in risk of my number lost.

    Can you please action here asap? Thanks if you can make everything clear asap.

      Dear sir,

      This month i got too much amount bill around rs. 950 (Jun 2016) where my plan is rs. 199 per month with a corporate connection.

      Where i have called on any number and same number which they are saying that i dialed is not showing in my call history details on which they are charging rs. 400 unnecessary.

      Previously also i have raised a complaint in trai where i paid my bill at ideacelluler store and got a paid receipt but that store didn't paid my bill and closed his store without paying my bill. That time also idea customer care have not gived any attention on that incident.

      This time also they unnecessary provided bill which is very unethical.

      Please take action this asap.

        Idea charged me rs.99 as subscription charges for hello tv and when i checked the sms, i called the customer care of idea. I have never subscribed to hello tv and even didn't know about it until i saw my sms. I immediately called to customer care to stop service whenever i received sms but customer care people said that rs. 99 will be deducted though i haven't used it. I called customer service about 4-5 min after activation. The customer care people however maintained that i would have to pay and there is nothing they can do. I even asked for the details as to when and how was this service activated. However they informed me that they cannot share this information with me. I am really disappointing with idea as they not only fraudulently charged me, but also didn't take my complaint. I hope this can get resolved on this forum. My mobile number is [protected].

Customer care me baat kiya to cce (Tapas roy) ne kaha ki ye offer sirf easy recharge par hi valid hai, tab maine kaha to jab offer check karte hai to saath me ye kyun nahi likh dete ki valid only easy recharge. Tab maine usse kaha ki ok jab mujhe benifite nahi milega to aap mera recharge deactivate kardo main easy recharge kara lunga to cce bolta hai aapka paisa wapas nahi hoga jo karna hai aap kijiye, to mera kehna hai aap log jab customer ko right coformation nahi denge to customer satisfy kaise hoga, aur agr yahi haal raha to main v apna number jal hi port kar lunga, thanks.

            मेरे नंबर से 34 रूपये काट लिए गए हैं और किस चीज़ के काटे हैं ये पता नहीं। ऐसा पहली बार नहीं हुआ है, इसी वजह से मैंने अपना नंबर भी बंद करने के लिए request डाली थी लेकिन उन्होंने कहा सर आगे से ऐसा नहीं होगा।
            अब मुझे मेरे खाते में पूरे रूपये वापस चाहिए।
            अगर ऐसा ही चलता रहा तो मैं आगे भी कार्यवाही करूँगा। मेरे पास ऐसे अन्य लोग भी हैं जिनके साथ ऐसा हुआ है।

              On 3rd June at 10:14 am I have been charged with 100 rupees for some juice up thing which i never intended to have.

              Tried calling the customer care but the automated system is putting a real person through the phone line.There have been similar past experiences on another idea number as well . Therefore, I would like the company to look in the matter and disburse my credit back into the account.

              A quick reply would be appreciated from the concerned authorities.

                Hai.I purchased this sim card 1mnth ago [protected].It was completely network error I wanted to call many times complete single call as well .I complained to idea customer care office in Muttil Wayanad Kerala. after inspection they given me new simcard .it was a manufacturing defects from your company ..
                Today I found your company deducted 15 rupees from my credited balance as new sim card charges .
                Why should I pay for your fault ??
                Therefore you are requested to pay back my deducted money soon as possible.

                  Rracharge kiya जिससे मुझे local idea call 30paise/min. After fitst 120 sec. (120sec.1.5paise/min.) का benefit मिला 90दिन के लिये जिसका message मेरे पास है लेकिन
                  जब आज मैने एक फोन पर 19sec. बात की तो उसका charge मुझे 45paise लगा जब मैने idea costumer care मे इसकी complaint की तो मुझे पहले कोई जवाब नही दिया और जब मैने लगातार 3_4 बार callतब मुझे कहा की आपको पहले 20sec. ही 1.5/sec. का charge लगेगा तब मैने उनको message के बारे मै बताया तो उन्होने उसे मानने से इन्कार कर दिया अतः अब मै चाहता हूं कि जिम्मेदार लोगो पर उचित कायर्वाही हो और मुझे मेरा इंसाफ मिले

                    Hi,

                    I complained about VAS service activation on 19th May but idea didn't contact me for the same. Some service was activated without my consent which i got it deactivated instantly. But still it has been added to my bill. Please don't compell your user to waste their precious time in doing complaints and all. Either remove that amount from my bill. If its really not possible from my side then do let me know and being honest customer i'll definitely pay the amount whatever has been charged but I won't doubt in porting to some other network.

                      Reference to idea postpaid connection in the name of self.
                      The current bill plan is nbs-399 and was taken by me in march 2015. As per the bill plan the extra usage of internet (Over 1gb free) will be charged @0.5p/10kb. This rate was stated by idea representative in email to me.

                      In my bill for the month of may 2016. The extra usage, above 1 gb has been charges @1p/10kb.
                      The gprs usage is shown as - 1733560 kb (1.65 gb)
                      The free usage as per my plan - 1048570 kb (1.0 gb)

                      The extra usage =[protected] = 684990 kb

                      As per my bill plan,
                      The overage charges should be = 0.5 x (684990/10) paise = 342.495 rupees.

                      However, in attached bill, the overage charges for gprs is shown as 684.99 rupees.

                      The idea customer care states that the rate has been 1p/10kb since the initiation of plan by idea company. However, the email sent to me by idea representative shows it as 0.5p/kb. I have also sent email to the idea customer care no help.
                      This is problematic for the customer and wrong charges amounting of rs 343.
                      Different idea employees are quoting different charges and charging customers wrongly.

                      The idea bill terms and conditions state :
                      F. Idea cellular limited reserves the right to vary the rates of the penal charges from time to time with due intimation. However, no intimation was given for any revision, if it is the case of any revision of charges.

                          From last one month i am facing problem with signal strength with idea, hence i am not able to receive and make calls to customers. Same problem facing by all the idea users in main building.

                          Today i have called mr. Vishnu ([protected])/representative from idea and came to know that, their tower in this area was not working from last one week and it will take one more week to restore. The reason for this is the building in which the idea tower is present was locked by the owner.

                          We are facing very inconvenience with this and customers are complaining.

                            This is my fourth day that you deactivated my sim, even though i submitted my documents. I have been trying to explain my problem to idea in email as well as in phone. But there is no solution. I don't know what is happening to my sim.

                            I have been using this sim for 10 years. Suddenly it was deactivated without a notice.

                            I will explain everything again. My name is pejjai nagaraju. My mobile number is [protected]. I had been getting messages as i need to submit the documents to nearest idea show room. The sim was with my uncles name to use family purpose. Finally we decided to change the sim to my name. So we went to idea celular limited-head office at fateh maidan road on may 21, 2016, approximately between 10:30 am to 11:30 am. I have shown my uncle original vote id proof and submitted copy of voter card signed by my uncle, no objection letter to transfer the sim to my name, and my id proof with signed photographs and filled form. They have given me a receipt with serial number apma 2397858 and a 4g sim card. I was told that my old sim is deactivated and new sim will be activated with in 3 days. But my old sim was working properly till 29th may. Without my notice you have deactivated my sim. I called to idea customer care, but they could not help me. I messaged to customer care, again no help. I was just sent a message as 'email reference id e1-[protected] for future correspondence.' i don't know meaning for this. Still my new sim is not activated and old sim is deactivated. I don't understand how idea company keep the records of a customer. I have been calling and giving my details, but no one was able to find a solution. It is a kind of stress for me. They simply deactivated my sim and asking me to submit documents again. How many times should i submit documents? Do they think we will get leave in my office to do that. How stupidly idea cellular is not able to trace my documents. I have been giving all the information, but they are not able to trace it. I have sent many mails to them, buth no reply except sending email reference id. The last email reference id is e1-[protected].


                            Please find out the details what you need.

                            1. Submitted documents at idea celular limited-head office, khan lateef khan estate at fateh maidan road

                            2. I dont know any one name there, they mentioned phone number [protected] in the receipt.

                            3. I went there on 21 may, 2016. Between 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

                            4. Last successful recharge is 60.00 rupee

                            5. Last successful recharge date is may 26, 2016
                            6. Current balance in the account is 0.16 rupee
                            7. Frequently called numbers - [protected] and [protected] 5.

                            8. The new sim number[protected] h4 wd i given my details and no objection letter to transfer the owners authority. My name pejjai nagaraju adhar card number:[protected] my address: pejjai nagaraju s/o pejjai ramana reddy, hous no:186, school line, near canal, tupilipalem, vakadu (M), nellore (D) andhra pradesh-524415.

                            It would be very kind of you if you could forward this complain to the right person and take action to activate my sim.

                            sir, I have been using this sim[protected] for ten years. Please make sure that this will be in our name only. We have lot of emotional attachments with this sim. Please try to understand us. We are one of the customer who are using this sim without changing to any other provider.

                            I have submitted my documents on 21st on May, at Idea cellular head office. My Sim was deactivated on 29th May. I had tried to contact idea customer care. they asked me to resubmit the documents. I approached Idea Appellate Authority in email. They asked me to resubmit again. So, on 3rd June, I have taken leave for my work and went to submit the documents again in same counter: Counter-A, Idea Head office, Hyderabad. At the same time I took another Sim for further communication:[protected]. I was told that both SIMs will be activated by evening on 3rd June. I have sent one of my friend to the counter on 5th, June. They told the Sim will be activated soon. I don't understand why it is taking for these many days. It is already ten days that my Sim is deactivated.


                            1. submitted documents at Idea Celular limited-head office, Khan Lateef Khan Estate at Fateh Maidan Road on 21st May (receipt number: APMA 2397858).


                            2. I don't know any one name there, they mentioned phone number [protected] in the receipt.

                            3. I went there on 21 May, 2016. between 10:30 am to 11:30 am on 21st May.

                            4. Last successful recharge is 60.00 rupee

                            5. Last successful recharge date is May 26, 2016

                            6. Current Balance in the account is 0.16 rupee

                            7. Frequently called numbers- [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and [protected]

                            8. Name account holder: Y Srinivasa rao, POI/POA submitted: voter ID

                            9. The new SIM Number[protected] H4 WD I given my details and no objection letter written by my uncle, to transfer the owners authority of the SIM. My name Pejjai Nagaraju Adhar card number:[protected] My address: Pejjai Nagaraju S/o Pejjai Ramana Reddy, hous no:186, School line, Near Canal, Tupilipalem, Vakadu(M), Nellore (D) Andhra Pradesh-524415.


                            Again Submitted the documents on 3rd, June.

                            10. On third I have submitted docs for the number [protected], and new number[protected]. So I got two receipt which follows here. One of these two receipts is associated with the number [protected]. The receipt numbers are APMA 2306654 and APNA 10959038.


                            I have attatched other details in attachment files.

                              Myself asokk chakraborty e-mail [protected]@gmail.com recharge for 1 gb of idea cellular by 146₹. As they took more time i activate on daily basis at the cost of ₹5/- per day. They have deducted my 1gb data without informing me. I contact with customer care of the company. They inform me as i have taken daily pack they have deducted my 1 pack ie ₹146/- pack.

                                I have received message informing activation of game buzz service on 2nd June 1.16 am. And they have charged me Rs.75. Because i had not activated it i sent message of deactivation as soon as i received message.On calling customer care they have explained me that it has been activated through some internet page pop up where as i have not given the consent to any request. I request u to please refund me Rs.75

                                      Dear Sir, I request you kindly resolve the issue o[censored]nexpected amount Rs.3418.98 bill against mobile No.[protected] for the month of April-May payable by May 31, 2016, It is also submitted that I approached the local idea office and complaint of the matter but the issue was not resolved, I have deposited the amount of Rs.3419/- as they assured the amount will be adjusted in the next bill, but I am not sure.The person sitting in the Local Idea office told me that T have used over and above GPRS than the given pack of 2G

                                        Hello,
                                        Vas service called "game buzz" has been automatically subscribed and activated on my idea number [protected] today (01/06/2016) at 4:07 pm, and they have charged rs 75 for this.
                                        On calling the idea customer care and complaint number (198) and explaining them the situation, they refused to refund the balance and told me that the service has got activated via some internet page. But i have not activated it myself from any internet page or pop-up. I got the service deactivated but need refund of the money they have charged to me.
