I have port my number from Idea to Vodaphone last bill is pending around 675.00 i am getting call from third party they are saying to make payment on [protected] this number I tried to get in touch with idea customer care but i did not get any reply from them to check how authentic this call i asked for email so i got email from this id Shalabh.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com please ensure me i am paying to company or it is fraud?...

I called the idea customer care for resolving the issue which i came across today on my number that is [protected], the issue was that i had recharged for 599 3g data, till yesterday my data balance was 3000mb, and today it's showing nil, today i recharged for 24rs and i always do this recharge because it has 30 paise for 7 days for all network, now when we talked to the customer care guy he said with confident that the pack has been updated...

I am using postpaid on [protected] . I got a message that 599 5gb pack having 100 rs offer 3 months validity. I have subscribed to that pack and used full data. After that I have deleted that pack because it will be reneweled next month. And again I got same offer after two days and again I have activated same pack but I got 1.5 gb data only but billing amount is 599 both times

I use Idea UP east number. I have not applied for any kind of subscription. The amount has been deducted by the company at their own will.

Sir, I have prepaid number [protected] in tamilnadu circle. I am continually receiving flash messages which are chargeable. It is quite annoying to receive these flash messages. Sometimes money is also deducted by unknowingly pressing the ok button. So I request you to take necessary actions to stop these flash messages as soon as possible. If actions are not taken, I have no other choice but to change my network provider....

My plan is of 199, i have 500mb free data then after completion of this I have stopped the use of data from idea.
But still don't know why the hell these guys have charged.
Can take up the issue in Consumer Court if not sorted out

Idea is the third class service provider. So many problems in idea - bad network connection; call dropping problem and very poor customer care services.

I had been tried to pay my idea mobile no. [protected] bill payment of rs. 150/- on[protected] and an amount of rs. 150/- had been deducted from my bank account but my bill payment had not been succeed. Then i paid it again. Till date my previous debited amount of rs. 150/- has not been credited to may bank account. Above is the link of the complaint that i had placed on 24th May for CUG charges even after repeated request of deactivation of the CUG pack. Post 24th May, there has been no communication from IDEA regarding the complaint placed. Even after so many complaints, I received message on 1st June that the service has been activated...

Hi i had switched on for idea postpaid. I had opted for 650 plan per month but unfortunately i started receiving bill amount every month 900, 1200, 1500.. Every month i was shocked to see the bill. I have opted for porting from idea as shifted to gurgaon ncr location from pune 6 month back. Everytime my port request was rejected. While porting idea has given 635 rs extra bill in name of internet usage. I have inquired and given my stats but they had not agreed. I had to pay the amount as wanted to port and paid 650 rs on 18th may 2016 to go for successful porting. Here also idea maharastra account is not showing...

This month i got too much amount bill around rs. 950 (Jun 2016) where my plan is rs. 199 per month with a corporate connection.

Where i have called on any number and same number which they are saying that i dialed is not showing in my call history details on which they are charging rs. 400 unnecessary.
