I teja raykar, living in dombivali mumbai use [protected] idea number since 5 years under my dad's (Resides in jafrbad gujrat) company user group. I lost my mobile so requested for another sim and submitted required documents on 23rd april 2016. Photos are submitted on 27th april and company id submitted by my dad on 19th may by himself in k. C. Jain nagar, maruti mandir, ratnagiri 415612. (This tooks a long bcoz he lives in gujrath and card is from ratnagiri maharashtra). Idea representative said sim will be activated in 3 to 4 days. After continuous follow up and escalating the situation idea gallery ratnagiri representative yogini said she misplaced the documents.
The mr sambhaji deshmukh idea zonal representative said again mail him all documents and my complaint will be resolved by 6th june 2016 evening.

Today on 8th june when i call him for status he again said he require authorised person and his attested documents again.

I should call my father here in ratnagiri from jafrabad gujrat for there fault? I have lost all contacts and much of mental stree for this.

Very poor service by idea cellular. They give false commitments and just keep on pointing out others.

    Hi,

    This is dayakar kamma, i have recharged the 3g data with rs.194 to 1.5 gb with 28days validity on june 07, 2016.

    On june 08, 2016 unfortunately, i have recharged 72 rupees with 300 mb 2g data.

    After that my 3g data is got cancelled and activated with 300 mb.

    I have called to customer care, they told that.. Will not give the 1.5gb 3g data to back and confirmed

    Now the problem is: unfortunately i have recharged the with rs.72 instead of r.70 talk time recharge.

    So, i am requesting please raise a complaint against to them to provide the my 1.5gb 3g data.

      I was using idea for the last 8 - 10 months and i kept getting repeatedly marketing messages from idea inspite of me being registered in dnd... I called the customer care, went to the store and even sent mails but none of them resolved the issue...

      O i ported out of idea to airtel, but guess what - i am still getting those marketing messages from iz - idea everyday even now

      This is total mental torture to customers who are getting spam messages everyday even though they are in dnd... Kindly take action against these lunatics

        I, rajkishore tyagi have got ported my mob no [protected] from vodafone to idea and sim has got functional on 07 jun 2016. Sim was given to me by representative of idea mr naresh saxena mob no [protected] on 27 may 16 and taken a sum of rs 140/- telling that rs 120 will come in your sim as soon as it will activate and rs 20/- of sim charge. He has also given me mob no [protected] for contacting if problem arise, but neither mr naresh and the aforesaid mob no are picking up the phone and hence no amount come in my sim till now. Yesterday i have also talked to customer care who has suggested that they will recharge your amount and also advise that "you do not get recharge from anywhere till now. I am facing acute problem. Please look into the matter and get it resolved immediately.

            I called the idea customer care for resolving the issue which i came across today on my number that is [protected], the issue was that i had recharged for 599 3g data, till yesterday my data balance was 3000mb, and today it's showing nil, today i recharged for 24rs and i always do this recharge because it has 30 paise for 7 days for all network, now when we talked to the customer care guy he said with confident that the pack has been updated as 24 rs 90mb 3g data, and he told us to check the website as well wherein we didn't find such pack, then when we told him to check the website the customer care guy said that he is sorry no such pack as 24 rs for 90 mb 3g data has been updated, so now i need my 3g data back, as we didn't get any such update from idea and nor the customer care guy as he was over confident about the updated pack and he was bluffing around, i need the clarification on this and my 3g data back. And i have attached the screen shot also which is there on ideas website for 3g plans.

              I am using postpaid on [protected] . I got a message that 599 5gb pack having 100 rs offer 3 months validity. I have subscribed to that pack and used full data. After that I have deleted that pack because it will be reneweled next month. And again I got same offer after two days and again I have activated same pack but I got 1.5 gb data only but billing amount is 599 both times
              It's very poor information by idea. I called customer care to get the information clearly but very poor response by idea because I have spent 1:30 hour time to know the information but poor service by idea I haven't got the information clearly.I lost my money and time because of poor service by idea and I want to complaint a case on idea because of their worst service and fraud.

                  Sir, I have prepaid number [protected] in tamilnadu circle. I am continually receiving flash messages which are chargeable. It is quite annoying to receive these flash messages. Sometimes money is also deducted by unknowingly pressing the ok button. So I request you to take necessary actions to stop these flash messages as soon as possible. If actions are not taken, I have no other choice but to change my network provider.

                    My mobile #[protected].I have been charged Rs. 858.84 as 'Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration'.
                    My plan is of 199, i have 500mb free data then after completion of this I have stopped the use of data from idea.
                    But still don't know why the hell these guys have charged.
                    Can take up the issue in Consumer Court if not sorted out

                    This is completely unacceptable I need explanation on this hidden charge and want deduction of this.

                      Idea is the third class service provider. So many problems in idea - bad network connection; call dropping problem and very poor customer care services.

                      Very bad idea to use idea network, services are very bad. Customer service operators are the worst. They dont give positive response and never serve customers well. I have been facing the problem since 2months. Customer care executive - always asking sir wait few days …

                          I had been tried to pay my idea mobile no. [protected] bill payment of rs. 150/- on[protected] and an amount of rs. 150/- had been deducted from my bank account but my bill payment had not been succeed. Then i paid it again. Till date my previous debited amount of rs. 150/- has not been credited to may bank account. The bank officials to me that it has been already been paid to the idea cellular but i have not been received any confirmation from the said mobile company.

                            I Complained last time that i need of Outgoing and incoming call detail of my own mobile number and representative of idea company told me to talk on 12345, i talked and they told me that they can not provide call detail of the month of May, 2015 because of excess time of last 6 month but they refused to tell me the reason that why they can not provide me the detail of May, 2015 and rule of idea company.

                            I again complain that idea company is not providing me the detail of my own mobile number of May, 2015. if they can not provide, give me the reason why and rule, and for this dispute where and which Indian court i should file petition against idea company.

                            I again describe that i have already contacted on 12345 but they told that they can not provide the call details of more then 6 month, and i require of bill details of MAY, 2015. So again i want to know that

                            1. Why can't you provide me the details of May, 2015
                            2. Tell me the rule of not providing the bill details of more then 6 month.
                            3. In which court i should file petition against Idea company if you are unable to provide me the details of more then 6 month.

                              Above is the link of the complaint that i had placed on 24th May for CUG charges even after repeated request of deactivation of the CUG pack. Post 24th May, there has been no communication from IDEA regarding the complaint placed. Even after so many complaints, I received message on 1st June that the service has been activated again. I dnt know how the service gets activated when I repeatedly place request regarding deactivation.

                              Today's is apprrox 10 days of raising complaint and no resolution from their side. There is such poor service from IDEA

                                Hi i had switched on for idea postpaid. I had opted for 650 plan per month but unfortunately i started receiving bill amount every month 900, 1200, 1500.. Every month i was shocked to see the bill. Every month i used to receive my bill amount only through sms. When i enquired in idea outlet about the bill they said that i have used maximum limit & hence the bill is high. Not even single month i received call details to my email id because they had updated my wrong mail id. I got annoyed every month seeing 1500 bill then i stopped paying the bill of 2 months for which i have not used. My outgoing & incoming calls got deactivated. When i started receiving calls to make payment, i decided to make payment of only 1 month. I made payment of rs.1500 on 25th march 2016. I clearly said them that i am not going make payment of another month because outgoing & incoming call was deactivated but still i got message to make payment of rs.1500. But after 2 months i got call from idea outlet team asking me to make payment failing which i legal case would be filed. I received call from a lady swati mishra on 6th june 2016. When i asked her more details she said that she doesn't know anything. She starting telling that there is case filed against me, she asked me talk to lawyer vikram rana ([protected]) & gave me case number. When i called to the number again lady picked the call & threatned if i make payment the case will be closed. I am using idea for more than 10 years. If you people cheat existing customers with fraud bills i am wondering the situation of new customers. I am really unhappy about idea post paid services. I am very clear that i am not going pay the bill amount for which i have not used. I am expecting to resolve this issue at the earliest & provide justice. This is not the way to treat customers.                                         I bpught a new sim on 28th of may but the sim is not activated till now. I made so many calls to your customer seva service desk. But there is no reply till now . I will put a police complaint against you. I dont have much time... I can't wait this much. Solve my problem and take action against your employee if you dont.
