Hi this is srinivas manne from hyderabad have ported three mounths back from airtel but yesterday idea has barred my outgoing which is very much insulting in society saying that i have rs 270/- outstanding in previous airtel so i have paid that amount also and cleared the amount and now after clearing that amount they are making me run hear to airtel and idea but they are not responding properly just they are troubling if i go and meet airtel they are asking to meet idea people and idea people are asking to go and meed airtel they are just making me run hear and there but not solving my problem so kindly help me

    Sir this is second time when my idea sim say sim card registration failed . In 2015 30 october my sim service banned and this time now again . I think idea sim service is very poor and the offers given by them is very costly ...
    When in october when my sim card registration failed i went to idea care service, they charges 50 rupees but the actual charge is only 25 rupees . This idea service is very bad for me ...

      I have idea post paid connection mb.no.[protected]billing dt.4.6.16.i hv paid bill and completed all formalities on 4.6.16.for post to pre paid ur idea office staff gave a sim and informed that sim will be activate after 3days but till date not activated.several time approached idea office near pramod patrol pump.jhansi.bur no response.pl.think ur self are u satisfied for providing such poor service?for post paid connection ur staff himself physically approached to my residence.but for pre paid costumer is roming ur door.😞😠.do need full action.

        I have a postpaid connection of idea no. [protected]
        Bill pay my company control print ltd.
        But happened that date on[protected] time 19:56 i have message from idea company iz-health no. 53513
        My mobile under book so this number dail and call duration 01:11:21 call charge rs 3/min. After that again message from dail number call duration 01:11:40. Total charges rs.600/- than i was talking with consumers compailen idea 198 than he was telling me that you dail this number two time so that call charge rs.600/-u paid
        But why unwanted messages for customer.
        Company asked for customer for this service when new connection post paid connection customer.
        In the call duration not reposne from me any responses
        I want to recording for this call

            This is informing you that June3 11: 00 am i am take Emergency loan Rs.10 & i am also Recharge Rs.15. 70MB net pack. I am using internet that time gprs balance detected at the same time 6.94 main balance is detected in Idea cellular network.

            I am asking the customer care he say wrongly taken with in 48 hours amt will be credited in your account . But till this amt has not credited in my account. I really suffer to make a call someone..

              They have deactivated my old sim, as per the customer care suggestion i went to idea office and submitted the required documents and get the new sim.
              They told that the sim will be activated within 3days. After 3 days they want me to call 59059 to activate the sim.

              But till now i didn't get network signal in my phone for idea sim. So i am not able to call to 59059.

                Past 1-2 weeks receiving calls from this mobile no: [protected] to my no: [protected] regarding deactivation of services.
                Actually this mobile is being used by my mother, which is in my name.
                The service provider of this mobile no is: idea cellular.
                I was informed from my mom that some one is calling for some proof verification on this no. I told her, whoever it is leave it, don't give any address and don't even tell the name. Daily he is calling & she disconnects the call. Today when i attended the call, the person told me that he is calling from idea & he forced me to tell the address and proof details or else the no. Will be deactivated. I told him, do whatever you want. Then he started with * words. When i enquired from idea, one of the lady from idea care told me that this no. Belongs to idea postpaid department and she told me to complaint to idea postpaid department. See i am a consumer i don't have any idea postpaid connections and this no is prepaid and is being recharged correctly when the balance is less. And we are being treated like a fool from idea. Even my number is dnd activated in fully block. As per the rule, calling & asking details is cyber crime. I want immediate action to be taken against this issue.

                      This is to state that I am Pranesh Kumar Saha and my wife Mira saha residing at 5 North Panpara Road P.O. - Talpukur District North 24 Parganas west Bengal pin 700123. I procured one idea gsm sim ( new connection no [protected]) in my wife' s name from Idea Shop C.S Point, Old Calcutta Road, Barrackpore after submitting all necessary documents. and after proper mandatory verification prior to activation the new connection was in service since 23 rd September 2015 till 4th June 2016 when a note ' registration failed ( tower not shown) ' appeared on the screen though on the same day 11.55 am I had recharged for rupees 26.00 without facing any problem. No call could be forwarded.

                      5th June 2016, being sunday, we could not be able to make contact with Idea Shop C.S Point. When contacted on 6th June 2016 I was told that this mobile connection was permanently disconnected as 8 more sims were issued against Mira Saha of 5 North Panpara Road which is completely beyond any explanation. It is quite evident that documents produced on her behalf were copied number of times to fraudulently withdraw Sims. And this fact is a matter of grave concern as one or more of those 8 sims may reach in the wrong hand who may use it in subversive activities – my wife may get dragged into problem due to no fault on her part. As a consequence we feel very much upset and disturbed. Apprehending the possible danger I, on behalf of my wife, request to your goodself to block all the other connections in the name of Mira Saha, thus issued, without any further delay.

                      As Mira Saha of 5 North Panpara Road P.O. - Talpukur District North 24 Parganas west Bengal pin 700123 is the genuine customer I request you to take necessary steps to issue a completely new connection (without any like problems mentioned earlier!) at the earliest. We are very senior citizen- I am aged 79 and my wife is 73. We should not be put to any harassment at these age due to no fault of ours.

                        Got this messages on my idea number [protected] out of nowhere.
                        Called 198 seeking refund but the executive denied it saying this was activated by me using internet.
                        When asked about the website through which i activated he kept mum and then took some weird name which i didn't even hear of. I do have the call recording with me which i have kept as a proof.

                        I request you to kindly refund me my amount 75rs at the earliest.

                          I am an army officer presently posted at Bhopal. I have a 900 plan with 5GB data for 3 dependent Nos.
                          Whenever I used to go outstation, I have had very bad experiences because of the very poor Idea connectivity while roaming.
                          Recently while on leave in Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Mumbai from 01 May to 07 June I experienced the same extremely atrocious connectivity on all 3 Nos. Even manual registering was a problem as the Nos kept getting deregistered very frequently. Even voice calls was difficult.
                          Even now back in Bhopal wef 07 June I am not getting data connectivity.
                          When I visited your registered offices in the abovementioned states, they refused to resolve the issue stating that it is Idea Bhopal's headache.
                          When I called your Idea Bhopal Customer Care a No of times on the No given by your Mumbai office, they took no action despite assuring me that they would call back.
                          Your Mumbai office stated that there is no Idea 4G connectivity in Mumbai wheras your Bhopal Customer Care stated that Idea has a tie up with Airtel.
                          Surprisingly my seperate Idea Data No worked in all the abovementioned places with your 4G Idea wifi dongle. Even now on returning to Bhopal this data No is working even without me registering the No.
                          Hence the logic of poor data connectivity on my 3 mobile Nos is not understood.
                          You are requested to initiate actions to resolve & compensate me for not being able to utilise my plan facilities otherwise I will be forced to change my service provider.

                            Today 08/6/2016 6.13 pm company activated the juice up service and charged the 150 Rs. when i notice the sms I immediately call to customer care and discuss the issue but they told me it activate through internet but i am not activating such service even i dont know about this service...how can they answer me like u click on any advertisements and it activated. I give the example of bank money transfer they confirm request through OTP and then transfer money. pls idea cellular company look into this matter and refund my valuable money. There must be two way communication through sms to activating this type of service(juice up). And i am not sending any sms or click on any webpage to activate such type of service through internet. After that I am very disappointed from ur customer care support i am trying to discuss this issue with ur senior and employees but they are not understanding and told me ur activating through internet so i request them i dont want this service u deactivate it. but they told me we deactivate it but can't refund ur money.. the name of the person i have discuss regarding this issue is Mr. Yogesh and Mr. Ishwar. After service activation msg I immediately make a call and request them to deactivate this service. so please look into this matter and resolve it and refund my 150 Rs.

                                I see that somehow vas services skill derby gaming service has been auto activated on my idea mobile no [protected] and i have been charged (70 inr for 2 separate subscriptions) for same. It was difficult for me to even disable services but somehow i disabled it. Please take suitable actions against idea mobile to prevent same and help me in reverting back the amount.
                                Telecom service provider can't auto activate such service without taking written consent of customers.
