Without any information, wrongly deducted of my balance all the time
Dear sir, today 21/06/2016 at morning recharge with rs 52 /- and i found rs 52/- full talk time & my total balance is rs 52.30 and go to my office. When i reached at office i call and my remaining balance is 5.30 instead of 52.30 where my call time is only 4.57 min. & call charge is rs 0.30 than tell me where is my other amount. Again before few days they are deducted my balance with rs 5/- and rs 3/-. Also i am called to 198 complain help line with my same idea no where first representative mr. Charu told me that your amount will revers back by recharges, second time call than mr tarun told that no data is available right now call me after 1 hours at last when i call third time than call received my mr sandeep and he told me that amount deducted by idea something on by me at 11:53 but at this time i am in train and not pickup any call nor call to any one and not use my internet than how is possible to select any idea unknown things etc. After that i am not call to any one and its hampered my business along with my family peace of mind also because i am not call to any one. So at last i tell you and request you sir, please refund my balance amount as earlier as possible from idea cellular.

    Sim got deactivated without any notification message

    My idea sim got deactivated without any notification that the sim will get deactivated in 2-3 days and i have to make some recharge in the sim.
    The sim got deactivated on 18th june and i have called and emailed customer care on 20th june asking how they can do this without any notification and is there any provision to re-activate it again as its just 2 days before the sim got deactivated.

    Today at 3.34 PM I made an idea call for 55 secs I was charged 1.12 rupees instead of charging 20 paise.
    It happened to me lot of times I keep on trying to get my lost money but the respone from idea is simply No.
    This would be the last time I try then if I get the same response I am going to switch to aircel.I have provided with one more screenshot to claim my part of justice.
    If you are detecting like this then why are you giving attractive offers to fool us??

      Even though recharge had been done for rs 35 and rs 120 on dates 12th may and 17th may respectively via paytm but the number was not recharged.
      I have been trying to contact the concerned poc's but in vain. As per their say there is no such recharge done for the mentioned dates whereas the order status in paytm states otherwise.
      The paytm screenshots have been attached fyi..

      Refunding the amount would be a preferable resolution. Kindly let me know for any other details.

        A pre paid replacement sim (Hlr-3) no.[protected] bearing imsi no.[protected] has been issued against an already active sim issued earlier for my mobile no.[protected] on 20th june 2016 at around 7 pm by idea cellular outlet at silver tower sector-18, noida.
        The replacement sim was to be activated and the existing sim had to be deactivated immediately.
        Even after the lapse of nearly 18 hours the replacement sim issued on 20th june 2016 has not been activated as yet. The existing sim issued earlier also has not been deactivated.
        Therefore the pre paid sim no.[protected] may please be activated immediately

          Unbearable access charges put on my number without even informing. They did not send my bill details for a long time. I have asked for details several times. While i was on roaming i had activated roaming pack via calling customer care. They barred my number in march & generate bill afterwards also. They called on all my relative numbers and harassed them calling several times and asked about me, hiding there identity. Which makes them threaten as if i am accused in doing something illegal. All my relatives are worried about me, if i am safe or not. This is a serious issue which makes me file this complaint. I also want to file a case in consumer court. If anyone can help me in this.

            Hi,

            I wanted to take your kind attention towards the below issue, in which idea cellular ltd has deducted 80 rs from my prepaid balance account stating that i had made isd call on 15/06/2016. But the same was not made from my cell phone.

            Also when raised voice againts this to make honest investigation got below fake details but not correct information which i asked like from which location i have made call. Your people have manipulate my money and now give me fake answers.

            Even asked javed khan who is sending me reply from customer service team about to whom seniors he has discussed this issue but he doest not have answer for that. There is no transpanracy on this, that where he has discuss.

            This is worst experince of idea cellular to me that like thives you have took my money and give me fake answers. I want you to take note of this and help me to refund my 80 rs which your team has deducted from my prepaid account by showing me fake details.

            I can also produce my cell phone to concern investigation team who can find out if the call has been made from my cell phone or not. Give me address of the same team if you have in your compnay.

            For above concern there is no reply from idea cellular yet.

            same thing happened to me thrice this month...that too ISD CALL WHICH I HAVENT MADE..THREE TIMES ... i am going to disconnect this not trust worthy network..

                Sir i jitender jawa is using idea mobile services from the last 3 years i have 6 connections of mine in delhi kalkaji extension area on tughlakabad road but the network near my office and home is very poor i have to come out of my house and office to take a call i live in plot no 20 pocket a-8 kalkaji extension on tughlakabad road i have many time complaint to the customer care and many times the technical team arrived and has told me that due to the tower issue ur problem will be resolved shortly and now one relationship manager namely prabhakar bhardwaj has called me and adviced me to port the no as they are enable to resolve the problem this is the services they r giving

                  On 5 th June I have done 14 rupees rate cutter for which local Idea to Idea 20paise for first one minute and 10 paise after that.It is valid till 2nd July.
                  Recently on 16th I made Idea call for 88 secs they detected 1.30 rupees which should have been 30 paise only.Then I approached customer care from 12345 in which Mr.Akash said for the same call I have been detected only 30 paise.In that time I didn't had any proof.
                  But today at 19/6/2016 i made an idea call at 6.11 which lasted for 66 secs for that I have been recharged 1.30 rupees and I made a screenshot of it this time having a proof to my point.
                  And once again I contacted customer care Mr.Akash again said that they have detected only 30 paise for that.
                  I need justice for this I need my lost money back.I have the evidence to my prove my point and I don't know where to approach.I have the evidence stating Idea has detected 1.30 rupees but Idea(customer care system) says 30 paise only.My number is [protected] I want you to track the money detected on my number for the calls I have made so that I get justice on this regard.

Then aftr verification as per care services' advise i had recharged with a sum of 93/- Rupees and an internet pack worth 156/- . Both has been deducted from my bank account but der is not any in my idea balance. please see to it.

After calling to customer care I am not satisfied with his response . As I stated that I haven't used any service or download anything named juice up services is activated without my knowledge.                           I had moved to idea postpaid after 5 years. But i am already repenting on why i had ported and moved to this operator. My initial porting and sim activation took almost a month. And then ir and isd activation i could not get it done over the phone. They asked me to visit the nearest idea office. I paid 3k (Refundable) deposit and got it activated. Now in south korea, i am not getting any signal on my phone for last 3 days. I always travel on business and use my phone for all local korea (International roaming) and india calls. My phone signal has been barred since tuesday. I am unable to receive messages, make or receive calls. I even paid an amount of inr3000 to my number, thinking may be the limit has been reached. But that didnt do any good. My mother had visited the nearest idea store at marathahalli, bangalore and we tried to contact our sales person mr. Habeeb pasha, but all efforts in vain. I repent a lot for moving to idea. I am never going to recommend anyone to idea.

                              I have purchaced 2 idea sim card ([protected], [protected]) on 10th june 2016 for each rs 50. The retailer told me that after the activation sim will have rs45 talktime & 100mb 4g data. The sim activated on 11june 2016 but there is only rs 1 talktime and 0mb data, so i have recharged talk time balance rs 500 for each no and 5 gb 4g data at rs 849 for [protected] & 1.5 gb 4g data at rs 347 for [protected]. 14 june 2016 i have recieved message from idea which says that rs 77 recharged for both no's and its worth of 100 mb 4g data, after i just checked my balance there is only100mb 4g data so i just contacted idea customer care they have told me for every new sim will have first recharge and its done by idea automatically and recent recharge plan will be alive and previous plan automatically cancelled, i just had argument with them but there is no use they simply denied give me my data.

                                Hi, this is rohil bhat. My mob no is [protected]. I have used idea postpaid connection and my number is already closed. I have raised complaint against the bill 2 months ago because though my number has already been closed on december 15, these people are raising bills every month. The number has been closed and not a single kb is used. Till date this issue not resolved and suddenly today i got call from ‎[protected] priya agarwal she said that they are from delhi court and i have dues of some ipms pvt ltd and some advocate mr ashokumar will handle my case and she had given me contact no of him that is [protected]. When i tried searching this number on internet i came across a similar compliant raised and i came to know that these calls are related to idea cellular

                                  On June 17th I recharged my idea mobile no with two topups, SMS RC 26 and Regular Topup RC 110. So after the SMS Recharge and RC 110 was successful we have sent 28 SMS only on that day. After some time we checked the balance was 1 rupee. I had spoke to customer executive dailling [protected] and 198 and they said that we have sent more than 100 SMS on the same day. Regarding the deduction of balance both the executives expressed different opinions and they dont have any clarity how to solve this issue and dont know how they were hired. They said according to TRAI we deducted the balance.But the fact was I have sent 28 SMS only and we have proof for the same. How these executives are cheating the public and blaming us. Is this the way they behave with the customers and loosing credibility. Eventually I need my balance 100 rupees. Even though I sent 28 SMS my main balance should not get deducted because of my SMS RC 26. My SMS offer was also not get activated and my main balance 100 rupees should remain the same. I want my balance amt back.Call me on this no. [protected]. Resolve the issue asap.

                                    I recharged my idea mobile number [protected] by special 3G pack of Rs.159/- 1GB on 4 June 2016.

                                    Last I've noticed that my data balance is about 200 mb and reduced my net use. Today I opened my gmail account between 9-10 pm through opera and neither downloaded nor played any video only used text. But idea cellular service reflected a message of null data balance. I checked my data usage in my mobile which shows data use of 165 mb in opera browser which clearly wrong because only text messages on gmail account can't use 165 MB instead of 5-10MB.


                                    Therefore, you are kindly requested to resolve my issue and credit my wrong deducted data of 165 MB otherwise I will take this matter of you misconduct to the Consumer Court..

                                      I used to be a vodafone customer, On 10-06-16
                                      I received a call from Idea No: [protected]

                                      He gave me an offer to port to Idea and I'll get
                                      Idea to Idea 10p/min lifetime validitity
                                      Idea to Other 25p/min lifetime validitity
                                      and above 50 recharges full talktime.

                                      He also asked to send my documents to [protected] on whatsapp.
                                      (Which I did) and submit 140 rs out of which I'd get 130 as talktime.

                                      To collect the amount another person came.

                                      He got the form filled and signed, collected the 140 rs and gave me an Idea sim.
                                      In few minutes he again called and asked for the IMSI No of sim provided for activation

                                      My sim got ported to Idea, and I didn't receive the balance and neither the call rates.

                                      I talked to a customer care executive, he said to go to a recharge shop and get one frc and 2 src done of rs 8 and 3 to a ctivate those call rates.
                                      I did it and frc of 103 and those 8 and 3 rs recharges.

                                      Still I don't have that 130 rs balance and my call rates are only 35p/min.

                                      I again called customer care today, he said there's no such scheme and I've been misinformed and Idea has no responsibility.

                                      At least give my 130 rs balance.
                                      And penalize that person so that he can't thug others on the name of IDEA.
