I am writing this mail to lodge a complaint against idea cellular for billing dispute.
I am using [protected] as primary number and using idea easy share 3.0 plan of 1400 with 2 more numbers [protected], [protected].
My average monthly bill since i switched to idea is[protected] for more than a year.
I have got bill of 5150 for month of 8march-8april which is highly surprsing and complete fraud from idea cellular.
I have visited custome care center in ahmedabad 3 times, called 198 for 7 times, talked to representative from rajkot for 10 times.
With hours of discussion, end result is nothing.
No body is intrested to look into the matter.
Everyone is saying, idea has provided itemized bill hence its proved that you (Customer) have used that much data and hence the bill is high.
My complaints are:
1. If data is overused, why didnt i got any notification, alert, call or any form of communication from idea.
Customer care tried to convice me that i used this much data hence i will have to pay.
So what if idea gives me itemized bill, it doesnt meen i am wrong and idea is right.
I have not use and have no alert o[censored]sage. So its fault of idea and not mine.
2. As billing dispute was going on my number was barrer from internet and sms from 23-may16.
To my surprise, in this months bill 8may-8june, bill still shows data usage in these days as well. How on earth that can be possible when i am barred from same servicrs from idea.
This is utter nonsense and clear cheating.
3. There is additional charge of 350 rs for value added service in this months bill.
When i raised questions about this, how these services started, who started, by whose authority.
All i got in response was, you (Customer) might have clicked on pop up or some links on internet thats how vas activated.
Bull. There is not a single alert for any of the service. I am directly informed in my billing with charges already applied.
To sum these all.
My number is in temporary disconnection and am not gonna pay for this fraud of idea.
If at all there is any solution to this i will continue with idea or else i dont give a damn about idea cellular and will switch to other honest network.
I will lodge a complaint with trai if needed and if i dont get proper solution.
I am ready for resolution but if thats reasonable.
No way, i am gonna pay these fraud bills.
My number is already barrer hence i am available on temporary number [protected].
