I recharged my internet pack of idea sim "rs 198 for 2g" on 19th june 2016 but on suddenly on 23 rd of june it was consumed totally leaving with no internet balance. it has happened for 3rd time and no clear response from customer care.

    Have been given my explanation that my data plan was valid for 28 days. And it expired on 11june 2016. But i have recharged on 15 may 2016and validity was of 30 days. Still my idea app showing 30 days validity.
    Still they have deducted my talktime on 12 june, saying that my data pack expired. But my idea app showing validity as 30 days from may 2016.

        consider this as a major one as one of the executive(female) from idea calling from a no.[protected] continuously and misbehaving using slang words and making sarcastic comments and being abusive to my colleagues and relatives on the name of recovery call as saying that iam not responding the calls but the no.was temporarily on hold and iam unable to contact on that no.

        although there is an issue of recovery with idea company(case of misunderstanding) but no one has any right to abuse n misbehave with my family n colleagues in any manner.

          For my staff.
          After sometime i want to stop its services and paid my dues.
          With the mistake of the staff of your showroom. Again after one month i paid more rent and dues just to cooperate with idea.
          Now again after lot of months i got a call today and come to know there are more to pay from my side. And staff is saying that if you not pay the money your alternate no. Will be barred. This is blackmailing.
          Tell me have i made a mistake of buying new no. From idea.
          Please solve this issue otherwise i will port all my no. From idea to another compny.

              I have done 249 data pack of 3 GB and after that I have done data pack of 100 MB but I received only 100 MB data and not ( 1000+ 100) and after data consumption of 100 MB data uses should be stopped but this not happened and my whole balance of RS. 141 is consumed for data use. I was on the train and my data and balance both empty so it caused loses and inconvenience.
              I also complained through email to idea cellular but they are not providing me data for I paid the rs 249 and my balance Rs 141 and no msg or alert received by me after finishing my data pack.
              I requested you to kindly do justice and should provide compensation of RS 2000.00 in respect of inconvenience, mental harassment.

                I recharged for rate cutter scheme of idea cellular of Rs 28 and the scheme is not activated. Before one month i also recharged rate cutter scheme of Rs 58 but it was also not activated. Refering to company's reputation i did not complain that time but this is second time in succession and it is not tolerable. Please do something. This is very frustrating.

                      Hello Team,
                      My name is Karan Kharat, from Pune MH. Recently I had purchased new Idea mobile postpaid connection on 19/12/2015. The Number is [protected]. The monthly rental plan was Rs. 1299.00 including 5000 local min and 5 GB 3 G data.

                      When the data plan of 5 GB was about to end I called customer on 198 and asked for new plan for to be activated on the mobile. They suggested me various plan and asked me to activate on *121#

                      I activated Rs 650 and 250 plans on USSD as per their request respectively. But when I saw the bill, I was shocked ...Bill could be 1299+650+250=2000 excluding service tax. But they charged me Rs. 6897.00, When I contacted the care, they said that the charges are correct and the post activated plans (Rs. 650+250) are not considered. They have billed me on prorata base.


                      I have not paid the bill because they have wrongly charged my account. Bill should be 2000 instead of Rs. 6897.00
                      Now they have sent me the legal notice and amount is increased to 7800 Ruppess. Please advise how do I respond them

                      Pleas see attached bill and reply ASAP please.

                          Dear Consumer Forum,

                          I am writing this email against Idea cellular. I am using two numbers from Idea. I have activated DND service on my umbers but still receiving more than 50 msgs in a single day and night. I had made a complaint in Idea customer care and they assure me call back on 22st June but I have not received call from them. My complaint number S.No is 1-[protected].

                          I am fed up with all these messages again and again. After every 5 minutes my phone blink with these msgs which irritates me now. I am mentally tortured by all this non-sense.

                          Kindly help.

                            I’ve put the request for new plan for same no, it was market movement as per idea guy who sits in Talwade Campus of Capgemini (Manoj [protected]).

                            However I have excess amount last month in May -447.57 and after the market movement this amount is not yet adjusted and new bill has came up.

                            I am wondering how idea are so careless for just sending the new bill without checking the previous balance if the customer have.

                              Hello my no. is [protected], i activate 1 night Facebook pack, i used only facebook but main data balance and 34 rupee deducted . and 250 mb facebook data remaining same, i activated through call on 1219 not by USSD code, may be this is the reason for technical glitch . i called 1:28 am on 23 june, but their response is below satisfaction, he is giving very pathetic response and excuses, i told him i am using unlimited night pack and 250 mb Facebook pack from many times, you can also check my deduction balance list . and please give me my money and data balance back due to big technical failure of IDEA network. and on 23 june 4:10 pm Sumit Kumar called me and told me we will not reverse back your money because you used on chrome browser, i used on mobile and chrome both but no single Mb data is deducted, please tell me where is has been written on Idea website or show your terms and condition, we can't use Facebook pack on chrome browser . please tell me where it has been written ?? surely i will port to airtel if you can't give proper solution .

                                To my previous complaint for wrong detection of charges idea denied my request saying that the issue cannot be resolved. I have today a clear evidence for wrong detection of charges. My number is [protected] and i have provided with the screenshots of the last two idea calls i made with this complaint.
                                In one image i have 73.56 rupees as my balance which was after a 55 sec idea call the next image was taken today where the idea call lasted for 115 secs for which i have been charged 1.30 rupees thus my balance reduced to 72.26 rupees.
                                My call should have been charged only for 30 paise since i have done rate cutter for 14 rupees thus 5th june valid till 2 nd july.
                                I have raised 3 complaints regarding this issue now i have provided the images of my balance.
                                I need idea to cross reference my calls from 5 th june till 22 nd june and my balance of the same.
                                I am sure that more than 5 times i have been wrongly charged.
                                Idea is not taking any action in this regard i am very much disappointed in their service.

                                  I face balance dection issue due to vas service without using this type any service and after call in customer care not proper information provide by customer care officers. I call more times but customer care officers not care about my problem. I hate this type of service provider company. They are not satisfy their customer. Pls help i want good result..

                                    Subject: unnecessary charges applied on april bill. Wrong information is given on promotion call. Fake promise made to sell their plans details: name vaibhav agarwal phno [protected] operator :idea postpaid bill number[protected] bill date:23-04-16 note:i had an recorder audio clip, in which idea executive giving me wrong information just for sell their idea plan. Summary:i got a call from idea executive "depali" on 14-04-16 she explained me a plan and i am fine with that plan, and asked her to activate that plan at the end of my bill cycle as i thought some extra charges will added on pro-data basis, same i explained her but she assured me that no extra charges will be applied, i asked many times but she was very confident. After discussing the matter about 10 mins, i asked her to activate the plan only if no charges has been applied. She assured me, and make new plan activate. But when bill generated for that month, extra amount added in my bill. Action taken i had raised this concern many time through phone, mails. Raised through call 4 times in 2 months, [no response] raised through mails 2 times, [no response] mails sent on: appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com ccare. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com problem faced: as i already told customer executive of idea that i will not pay bills until they resolve my issue, they barred my data as well as outgoing services. As, now a days we will not make ourselves survive without mobiles phone. We cannot do a single transaction of our life without mobile, operator are taking advantages of it at the end i have to pay complete amount so that my services get activated, but the matter is not resolved. Dear sir/madam, please look into this matter, this is very important as nowadays everything is online. One should be very clear and loyal before making any commitment which would avoid inconvenience to end users. Thanks.

                                    Alot of time wasted just because of your operator service..

                                      I have been using idea 3g data card for past 4 months, but the have been started to charge the vas charges for past 2 months. This is absolutely fraud with customers. As they are saying this is third party links and do not have any control. Then why is first place they are allowing such links to appear. I have never requested for vas or subscription of any such services. I had sent mail to deactivate the service but instead of deactivating the service they are charging twice for one more another service activation. They have saying they have no logs of which service has been activated nor any control of deactivation as it is third party. Who has asked you to give third party service? [protected]@idea.                                       I have called several times for the resolution to IDEA Cellular customer care but they have been pathetic and instead asking me to pay this amount without any justification.

                                      you have Misunderstanding for Idea becouse Idea Cellular is The Reputed Company in India. Thid the Not Fraud Company.This The Totally Wrong that Fraud. So I Request You Please Go to Idea Service Center. I hope Your Problem Will be Solved.
                                      Same thing is happening with me. Idea charging for some VAS without taking approval from me. How can Idea pay to any Service provider on my behalf without taking approval from me?

                                      This is absolute fraud by Idea.

                                        A service naming kiddie club automatically activated on my number, while complain the same on 198 they said the process of deactivation.after that I followed the proper steps of deactivation on[protected] at 2:12 pm.I had followed the proper steps but they again deducted RS.50/- from my account for renewal charges, again I called on 198 but they neither refund my amount nor assist me any process for the solution of the same, the idea are doing the same with other numbers also, they are cheating the innocent people, therefore I request you to please help me and all of them who are facing the same problem.
