Subject: unnecessary charges applied on april bill. Wrong information is given on promotion call. Fake promise made to sell their plans details: name vaibhav agarwal phno [protected] operator :idea postpaid bill number[protected] bill date:23-04-16 note:i had an recorder audio clip, in which idea executive giving me wrong information just for sell their idea plan. Summary:i got a call from idea executive "depali" on 14-04-16 she explained me a plan and i am fine with that plan, and asked her to activate that plan at the end of my bill cycle as i thought some extra charges will added on pro-data basis, same i explained her but she assured me that no extra charges will be applied, i asked many times but she was very confident. After discussing the matter about 10 mins, i asked her to activate the plan only if no charges has been applied. She assured me, and make new plan activate. But when bill generated for that month, extra amount added in my bill. Action taken i had raised this concern many time through phone, mails. Raised through call 4 times in 2 months, [no response] raised through mails 2 times, [no response] mails sent on: appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com problem faced: as i already told customer executive of idea that i will not pay bills until they resolve my issue, they barred my data as well as outgoing services. As, now a days we will not make ourselves survive without mobiles phone. We cannot do a single transaction of our life without mobile, operator are taking advantages of it at the end i have to pay complete amount so that my services get activated, but the matter is not resolved. Dear sir/madam, please look into this matter, this is very important as nowadays everything is online. One should be very clear and loyal before making any commitment which would avoid inconvenience to end users. Thanks.
