I have registered my request on 25-june-2016 to convert my postpaid to prepaid at idea store (S. B communication) and communication id - c1-[protected]. Also i cleared all bill which was inr 700 (Payment reference no[protected] and inr 50 for prepaid sim card. They have sent my confirmation sms regarding my request. My billing cycle is 27th of every month that's why i submitted my request before billing cycle date which was 25-june-2016. Still my request has not been proceed due to some amount pending with pro-rated monthly rental amount. They did not told me regrading pending amount while submitting request. Why i pay monthly rental, i have submitted my request before billing cycle.

Also they are saying, i need again submit my request with documents.

I am not going do any process and remain amount paying.

Please look on my request and provide salutation.

Nothing has been done, my issue is still open.
I will send mail to my company to stopping taking Idea services for official work. i will share my experience in operator rating portal to stop your service.

I must say, you are the worst service provider and pathetic in terms of customer services.

      Though i have never activated and never used any service as 'magic box', through so called vas, my account is being charged rs.35/- per week towards the same.
      You can check whether i have used these services. But your office is confirming that it has been activated since 6th may 2016. This is totally incorrect and not acceptable. It is therefore requested to arrange to credit the amount @rs 35/- per week, being charged on my account. My mobile no is [protected].

          How many weeks it will take for provide perfect signals for us, i think it was not completed with in month, because it is only not my problem, it is for many members problem, i think my TCS CAMPUS ADIBATLA capacity 25k, now only 5k employees working here (under construction now TCS adibatla campus it will be done in 3 months), if all are came once there are many employees change from idea to another network definitely, iam not sure how many are change, but make sure it has been like 10k members. that time ur network goes down in a year. this is my personal suggestion but make sure it wil happen, wait and see. the network is here work only out side campus, in my working area i mean in side campus ( at my systems) zero signals and no service showing, other networks AIRTEL and docomo and etc.. fine here.

            I would like to inform you that yesterday (28.06.2016) one juice up service was activated from web for my mobile number [protected]. For this you have deducted rs. 90 from my balance. I haven't used any service or download anything named juice up services. It is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and deduct charges from their balance for the service that they have not used. I have deactivated the service by sms. Kindly refund my valuable money. Waiting for your prompt reply.

            Further to above please note that yesterday (28.06.2016) i called up your customer care number 12345 and your customer care officer mr.Indrajit received the call. I told him the above fact and asked him to take my complaint for the same. But your so called customer care officer had blindly refuse to take my complaint.

            What discussion held ??. I do not agree with your discussion. You people are not taking this matter seriously. I told that I did not activated the service, why you people are not taking my Complaint and resolve the problem ??. Neither I have sent SMS nor I have requested by IVR, than how the service activated and you have deducted Rs. 90/- from my Balance ??. You people are trying to convince me that I have activated the service. Again I am telling you that I did not activated the service neither by SMS nor by IVR. ake this complaint seriously and refund me Rs. 90/- at the earliest. If you are not going to take this matter seriously, I will write to TRAI that how you people cheating customer.

              I have opted for a Idea sim card through a representative who visited my office, and offered me corporate plan, where as he told me that whenever i wanted to make any change in my plan i need to contact him or customer care. Now i wanted my plan to be migrated to 3g plan, neither customer care is doing it and nor the representative is doing, and both are saying that changes in corporate plan cant be done at from their end.
              The representative (MANISH) here at idea outlet- near collector office palsikar colony indore, is also not picking calls. Facing the problem since two months.

                I am working for an it firm, where only idea network provide good service.
                So i ported my number from vodafone to idea.
                First month (April) the bill was alright around rs.300 but next month (May) it was rs.4000. My concern is that as my limit is rs.2100 still i got such high bill.
                When i talked with them, they said credit limit is only for the calling not for the internet.
                So i asked them why you blocked my number on the very last of the billing cycle that was 4th june, i received this message "you have crossed your credit limit kindly pay rs 2167 to avoid service barring". So i did but when the bill generated the vary next day it was rs.4095.
                So can they explain on the very last day of my billing cycle how can the bill goes to rs.4095.

                moreover I had complaint on there Idea Store near Govind Garden, Pimple Saudagar, Pune.First of all there was no proper management, people were not aware of there roles .
                When I explain the problem, they called there senior person and ask me to talk .Everything was closed on call only there was no complain number nothing .
                Next day I got call from Idea regarding bill payment, So i requested him to raise my complains . He said he will escalate the issue with there IT department .
                Till date I havent got any complaint number.
                What a pathetic service.In just one month I got sick of there service.

                I am attaching a screen shot taken from Idea website, and I dont find any thing where it is written credit limit only concern with the call only.
                They have mentioned usage, so it can be any kind of service which they provide.

                  I have a plan that allows me 2.57gb of data usage a month . I have evidence showing idea has fraudulently overcharged me for data usage while I was still within my limit.I will try and attach the evidence with this complaint.
                  The evidence clearly shows my usage and a charge when there shouldn't have been any because I was within the limits of the plan.

                      I have take 2 new idea post paid sim cards ([protected]) issued 7 days back, still nobody has contacted me, even though i hav submitted my proofs. I am keeping the touch with whom called me to give the sim card. Every time she is saying that they wil call u back shortly, but nobody contacted me yet. Simply irritating and i feel chosen a wrong network. There is no customer care number for postpaid, wow, what an service??? I called the customer care number (+[protected], chosen everything for post paid options, but talking with person who is servicing and knowing only prepaid service. Even called several times, got the same reply. I have never seen such a irresponsible team was working for idea.

                          Yesterday though i have internet balance, 93/- has been deducted unnecessarily from my main account balance, when i call customer care they are telling that it is for over charges. What is that 'over charge; when i ask they told it is by default. Another customer care executive said your data pack has expired yesterday, but i have the pack i know. What type of information they are giving i dont know. They are misleading a customer fully.

                          I have tried thrice in 198 but got a negative support from your team. 3 times I have heard 3 types of excuses from the support team.

                          There was no such resolution had been communicated. It was your mistake and the concerned team are trying to put pressure on me that the mistake was mine. I dont know why they did not want to understand the problem.
                          I want my money back thats it and please refund my deducted amount as soon as possible and try to give proper solution to the customer about their problems.

                                  Dear sir, As usual the Idea customer care has deducted money from my balance on the name of so called miss call alert which we neither subscribed nor going to subscribe in future. the customer care had been asked earlier we don't want any other services except incoming /out going call.
                                  This was surprise to see the Balance amount Rs 6/-on 26/6/16. After checking it was found that the deduction was as under :-
                                  Rs 75/- on 17/6/16, Rs 7/- on 23/6/16, Rs 75/- on 24/6/16 and Rs 30/- on 26/6/16.

                                  We never subscribed for the so called miss call alert. We never called No 53503 for any such services. It is requested that all the amount deducted may pls be refunded without any delay. Mr Vijay of the customer care was also asked to do so, but he denied to do so. I shall be bound going to the next.                                     I have recharge my number with 99rs 3g data pack on 15/6/2016, which gave me 250mb of data and after usage of 131mb i got a popup saying 119mb left..
                                    Then i turned off network data, after again turning on data after an hour they showed 0.00mb left

                                    On complaining this to customer care they did not responeded and said you have comsumed it and data pack is over

                                      Months before i have applied for postpaid connection through an idea dealer [protected]@gmail.com .Presently i am n vodafone postpaid customer .Unfortunately, after certain days i have received a message from idea and Vodafone that portability is failed.I asked the idea executive to assist me further.But there were no response from their end.
                                      They are not attending the phone call when i call from my mobile.But when i do from my friends number, they are attending.It seems that they are playing fool with me.They have collected my proof, and an amount of Rs.300 for connection and i have also shared the new port number to them.
                                      I tried to inform this to idea customer care, but they were not ready to here my words.They asked me to call to a number([protected]) to get connected to their postpaid department, but again its connecting to prepaid department.
                                      I explained the queries to them, but they were ready to here me.I asked them to connect to their senior officer.And they acted like connecting and finlly disonnected my call.

                                        Very poor service. With out excepting any offers, offers gets activated on my number ( [protected]). Im on a call with an customer service agent and when i told transfer the call to the supervisor or the manager, he has kept me on hold for around 20mins. No one is ready to help me with this issue.
